Ryuuji Perspective

1 week later

8 am Monday

Even though taiga and I live under the same roof it is still a pain to wake her up in the morning. She has a habit of being very aggressive so waking her up almost makes me want to wear armor "Taiga, wake up breakfast is ready!"

"I'm up I'm up!" Right as I sat down a slightly irritated tiger came out to eat, "Taiga if you are planning on getting the job at the supermarket you are going have to stop sleeping in because I can't wake you up forever"

"It's not my fault that I'm kept up late into the night,"

"Yes it is, you stayed up playing games until it was 1 am"

"Shut it" she had said with her eyes barely open. When she sat down she looked shocked to see what was prepared for her today "Are you alright?"

"Yea I'm just surprised that you made pancakes"

"Well your interview is today so I wanted to give you a little bit of motivation" Taiga had an interview at the supermarket later today. She said she wanted it so we can have a discount on meat every night

"Oh, thanks then" Even though Taiga was not normally the one to say thanks or sorry it was clear she cared for her friends. "No Problem. By the way, what do you want to before its time for your interview"

"Can you teach me how to cook"

"Right now?!" she jumped up and ran towards to kitchen "Are you coming or are you just gonna sit there"

Taiga Perspective

4 Hours later

The kitchen was a mess, there were burnt pots and pans everywhere and the trash bags were almost full of incinerated food "Ahh there we go, you see it wasn't that hard Ryuuji" Ryuuji eyebrow started to twitch "What do you mean it wasn't that hard! We have to replace 3 pots and pans and we went through a whole week's worth of food!"

"Come on look at it in a good way," I said as I went to turn the stove off to let the pork cutlet cool down and start washing the dishes "Now we got an excellent lunch"

"Well I guess you are right about that"

"Of course I'm right, I'm always right" giving off a maniacal tone "anyways, are you ready to eat?"

"Um yeah sure let me just check your washing" the room fell silent then suddenly a menacing presence emerged from the sink "Taiga"

"Yeah?"

"This is not clean" he repeated but slightly louder "This Is Not Clean"

"Yes they are I even did the quote on quote "ULTIMATE CLEANING TECHNIQUE" " I had said in a sarcastic tone "wash them and I will watch you"

"Come on Ryuuji can't this wait until after we finish eating" The interview started at 3 pm so all I needed to do was procrastinate until that time arrives "Well I guess we should eat before the food gets cold" he and I sat down.

*in unison* "Thanks for the food!"

The room was filled with groans of satisfaction and the once prominent smell of pork cutlet was now a thing of the past "ahh, that was amazing I am so full"

"That was amazing Taiga thanks for the food" our bellies looked as though they were water balloons ready to pop "Wanna go on a walk?"

"Sure as soon as you wash those dishes again" the room fell silent. This silence resembled diamonds and how hard it is to break them but very easy to shatter "come on can't you do them while I cook"

"Well of course, but if you want to start taking care of things when I'm not here then you will need to learn now" He gestures me towards the kitchen sink "I guess you are right. Alrighty then let's do this"

Narrative exposition dump

By the day's end, Taiga returned home with a big smile on her face. This smile only sent one single message and that single message was that she received the job(HMMM almost as if this will become a plot point in a future chapter). Ryuuji continues studying for college and also plans on getting a job(HMMM almost as if this will become a plot point in a future chapter). Yasuko started to get tutored by Ryuuji in preparation to go back to school but still wants him to relax(HMMM almost as if this will become a plot point in a future chapter).

Alright little author's note (sike there is no end to the issues with this crap it is a pain to proofread because i dont know how to fix it). sorry it took me so long to finish i had cried a lot through this because I realized that the story will never continue pass the ending. I have now gotten over my phase and gotten back into the swing of things. i also apologize for the lack of detail in certain scenes, such as the pork cutlet part. i dont cook or leave my house much so writing a continuation of romcom is extremely difficult for me because i lack the experience but im up for the challenge. Alrighty now time for the good news. i have been asking around my family and friends list to see if i get this drawn like my own little manga i will try to keep you guys up to date on this. alright that is it for the authors note and prolugue hoped you enjoyed this crap and I will see you next time
