Oliver and Steve were waiting for Barry outside the city at the same location they met last night. Natasha was there leaning against a wall. They then heard Barry coming saw the blur of lighting running towards them. "Hey." Called Barry. "Your late." Said Oliver bluntly. Then Natasha said. "How can you have super speed and not be on time?"

Barry shifted. "Sorry I guest the super tardy kinda neutralize it." Nat gave a small chuckle.

Barry look around. "So how do we catch Bivolo here?" Steve shook his head. "Not here we're here to train."

Immediately Barry was there the arrow in his hand. "Nice try." Then the two crossbows behind him fired and hit Barry in the back. "Aaaahhh!" Yelled Barry. Steve move towards him. "You shot me?!"

"We heard you heal fast." Said Steve as he yank the two arrows out of Barry's back.
