Later,Jibanyan made it to the human world. She visited her usual spot at the intersection,but noticed something was off. She stopped in her tracks to investigate as Usapyon finally caught up with her. He was out of breath,"Babycakes...I'm...sorry..."

Jibanyan shushed him as he replied,"You're still mad at me?!"

She turned to him in response,"Shush! I'm looking!"

"At what...?!" Usapyon questioned.

Jibanyan turned back and pointed at the sight of shinigami attacking humans. Usapyon was shocked to see this. They collected their thoughts to figure out what was going on.

"Why didn't Enma call me for this...?" Usapyon spoke up.

Jibanyan shook her head,"Because...it's illegal to interfere with the shinigami."

"Says the one who fought the shinigami..." Usapyon mumbled.

Jibanyan groans,"I learned my lesson...ok?! Besides...shouldn't we figure out what's going on?"

"I suppose...but...why would they kill so many people without reason?" Usapyon pondered.

They were deep in thought,but were interrupted by a familiar scream. As they approach the intersection,they noticed the shinigami were after a certain someone.

"Natsume?!"They start to panic.

Usapyon said,"There's no way it's her time...but...they have to do their job."

"Nyo..."Jibanyan tried to run toward them,but Usapyon held her back. He sighs,"I know you want to save her...but...you know what happened last time..."

Jibanyan struggles to break free,"I knyow...but she's our niece! She's family!"

"We have to let them do their job." Usapyon stated as the shinigami got closer to Natsume. As they were about to shoot Natsume,Jibanyan turned Shadowside and broke lose from Usapyon's grip,"I'm not letting them do this!"

She dashed off as Usapyon sweats,"Jibanyan! No!"

Jibanyan made it to the shinigami and threw a punch,which caused the shinigami to drop their weapons. They looked back to see Jibanyan standing,in a fighting position.

"You again?!"They exclaim.

Natsume was confused,"Jibanyan...?!"

"Didn't I tell you to nyot mess with my family?!" Jibanyan was enraged.

They responded,"How were we supposed to know she's part of your family?!"

"Do you need another lesson from me?" She asked,as she punched her fist into her paw.

The shinigami were angered by this,"Looks like we have a pest to take of...let's end this so we can move on. Get the feline!"

They picked up their weapons and dashed towards Jibanyan. Natsume didn't know what was going on,as she took notice that her friends were fighting other shinigami. She realized that no one else was here to help. She got frustrated,"What am I supposed to do?! There's no way I can help Jibanyan out!"

"But I can."She turned back to see Usapyon towering over her in his Shadowside form.

"Usapyon! What's going on?!" Natsume asks in concern.

He replied,"I was about to ask you the same."

"I just want to know why do they want me dead?! And...how do they know Aunt Jiba-I mean Jibanyan?"Natsume sweated.

"We'll explain later...but...for now...stay back. I have no choice but to fight." Usapyon regretted his decision,as he rushed towards the went to help her friends,hoping everyone would be ok. As Jibanyan fought the shinigami,one of them came behind her and shoved her to the ground. She landed on her stomach,which made her moan in pain.

"Not so strong now? Aren't you?"They teased her.

As Jibanyan gets up,they shove her to the ground again and again. She got weaker the more they pushed her body,due to her stomach being pressed to the shinigami made one last attempt as Jibanyan gave up on the final blow. She couldn't take the damage that was done to her baby and herself. They laughed at her as she started to sob in pain.

"How pathetic! You were much stronger last time! Now look at you. You're a weakling! Let's end this!"They surround her and raised their scythes to reap her.

Usapyon was furious and couldn't believe they would treat his wife this way. He couldn't believe they were about to end her Yokai life. No,he wasn't going to let ,Usapyon got a dark aura surrounding him. Natsume and the others were finished fighting and came back to notice his transformation. They watched as Usapyon transformed into a different being,also known as his dark spirit, charged at the shinigami and pointed his arm,that was now replaced with a gun,towards them. They took notice,"Who the heck are you?"

"Your worst nightmare..."PyonUso growled.

They asked,"Aren't you that bounty hunter Enma hired? Wait until he finds out about this!"

"Go ahead and tell him! My wife is more important than my job!"PyonUso exclaims.

They look at Jibanyan and turn back to him,"You mean this fatty? She's so weak that she had her hubby to rescue her."

They laugh at Jibanyan,who was in too much pain to react. PyonUso towers them and points his gun in their faces,which made them growls,"Move...or perish."

They grab Jibanyan and pointed their weapons at her,"Put your gun down or she'll perish."

PyonUso fires up his gun,as the shinigami smirk,"You want to play that game? So be it!"

One of them got in front of Jibanyan and fired up their weapon. PyonUso puts his gun down and shields Jibanyan as the weapon went off. PyonUso groans in pain,but was still standing. They were surprised,but still had their guard up.

"Is that all you got...?"PyonUso asks.

They smirked,"Look at the damage that's been done!"

PyonUso noticed he had a hole through his stomach. His blood ran cold as he realized since the weapon went through him,he knew Jibanyan got damaged as well. He was too afraid to look,but slowly turned as he seen Jibanyan collapsed on the ground,with a bigger hole in her was in shock to see her like this. He was aware of Jibanyan's damage from her previous run with the shinigami,but seeing her like this in person tore him up held back his tears and turned back to the took his gun and started shooting at them.

"Take this you fucking pigs!"PyonUso shouted.

He chased the shinigami down in groups and blasted almost all of them. Only a few survived and ran off. PyonUso lowered his weapon and breathed heavily. He noticed the agency witnessed the whole thing and quickly picked Jibanyan up. He rushed back to the Yokai World ,so he could avoid conversation with them.

Later,the agency were back at their headquarters. Questioning their current situation.

"What was that about?!"Akinori asked.

Natsume replied,"I think dad said something about Jibanyan running into the shinigami before...but...I didn't know it was this bad."

"But I still want to know what was going on!"Akinori exclaimed.

Touma responded,"I'm sure Shutendoji will come back from Enma with some news."

On cue,Shutendoji appears at the front entrance. He sat down in silence.

"What did Enma say?! Are we in trouble?!"Akinori panicked.

Shutendoji sighed,"No...when I got to Enma's palace,the two Yokai from earlier were there as well."

"You mean Jibanyan and Usapyon?!"Natsume asks.

Shutendoji nods,"I suppose...I don't know them well."

"We've mentioned them before..."Ayame says.

Shutendoji says,"My memory isn't like it used to be...Back on the subject...it seems like Enma fixed their holes and are back to normal."

"Thank goodness..."Natsume sighs in relief.

He said,"And we're not in trouble. I'm not fired and...according to Enma...the shinigami were...off."

"What do you mean?"Ayame asks.

Shutendoji replies,"He said they weren't inspirited,but every once in awhile,the shinigami...go berserk. It's like an error in their system that makes them want to reap an unnecessary number of humans,but the problem is resolved."

"What about me...?"Natsume questions.

He says,"Enma said it's not your time yet. You'll live a long,peaceful life."

Akinori hugs Natsume,"Thank god! I thought we were losing you!"

"Thanks..."Natsume sweats.

Touma stated,"We should go home and get rest. We'll come back tomorrow to discuss this."

They all nod in agreement and go to their homes.

Meanwhile,PyonUso arrived home with Jibanyan in his sits her down in a regained her consciousness and looked at her surroundings.

"What happened...?"Jibanyan questioned in confusion.

PyonUso sighs,"It's a long story..."

She noticed Usapyon was in his dark form and backed away. He responded,"Hey! It's ok!"

"Nyo! This hasn't happened in years! Something's wrong!" Jibanyan panicked.

PyonUso explains,"We defeated the shinigami and Enma says we're not in trouble. I get to keep my job and...Enma fixed the holes in our stomachs where they shot us..."

"Holes...in our stomachs...?" Jibanyan looked down at her belly,in a cautious matter. She felt it and noticed how flat it was.

"See...? It's better."PyonUso says.

Jibanyan started to tremble in fear. She knew her new baby was tried to comfort her,but she started to cry. A dark aura formed around her and transformed her into her dark spirit,Yurei. PyonUso was speechless. He knew it took a lot more emotional impact to make Jibanyan transform into Yurei than his dark form.

"What's wrong...?!"PyonUso asks,being concerned for his wife.

Yurei didn't respond. He decides to embrace her with a hug,but was pushed off.

"Babe...? We're safe now...nothing's wrong! I promise!"He didn't know what else to say.

A minute of silence passed,as Yurei finally spoke up,"You don't knyow..."

"About what...?"PyonUso asks.

Yurei groaned,"It's nothing..."

She went to sit alone outside. PyonUso watched her from a window.

Back in the human world,there was something strange at the intersection. In the street,some of Jibanyan's and Usapyon's fur was left over from their fight with the shinigami. An unborn object was also left over from Jibanyan's wound inside her stomach. As the light of the moon shined over the area,the fur formed together with the unborn fetus to form a round creature with otter ears and a tail. It flys off to find something.

Somewhere in the same town,Natsume finally made it back to her parents took notice and rushed to her.

"Where have you been?!"Inaho exclaims.

Keita adds,"You worried us sick!"

"I'm sorry! I had a long day!"Natsume sweated.

Keita crosses his arms,"Just don't do that again. Especially if your missions are dangerous ones."

"That involves Enma..."Inaho cuts in.

Natsume asks,"You knew what happened today?!"

"Well...not all of it,but we know the shinigami were after you! This literally happened to me once and I was hoping my kids wouldn't do the same!"Keita nagged.

Natsume was shocked,"Really...?"

"We don't talk about that...it's something we'll tell you later."Inaho laughs nervously.

Keita sighs in disbelief,"Just don't do it again...even your sister doesn't cause as much trouble...even if she's a huge troublemaker..."

"Speaking of that...for some reason Shinko had to send your Aunt and Uncle's kids to your grandparents...she wanted to help people out...after you didn't let her go on your mission with you..."Inaho was interrupted by Natsume,"For reasons..."

Inaho continues,"I know...but...when she wanted to help Jibanyan and Usapyon out...she said Jibanyan ran away and Usapyon told her to send their kids to Whisper and Fubuki-hime."

"That's odd...Jibanyan and Usapyon were there when we fought the shinigami. Jibanyan saved my life..."Natsume stated.

Keita mumbled,"Oh god...I owe my sis big time."

Inaho smacks him in the head,"Hey!"

"Um...anyways...Usapyon turned into a different form during the fight...he had some kind of dark aura surrounding him."Natsume sweats.

Keita and Inaho were shocked to hear this,"What?!"

"He was purple and one of his arms was a gun...does that sound familiar to you?"Natsume asks,wanting to know.

They shook their heads as Keita replied,"Why would you ask?"

"Because...when Akinori looked it up on the Yokai wiki...there were no results. It's like...he's hiding something."Natsume was in deep thought.

Inaho got frantic,"No! He's not! It's um...something he does when he's really angry! That's all!"

"Ok then..."Natsume was still suspicious.

Keita leads her to different room,"Just talk to your siblings about this...ok?"

Inaho smacked him on the head again as Natsume left.

"What?!"Keita sweats.

Inaho groans,"Do you realize what you did? Now they'll question us...about...the past events."

"You don't mean...?"Keita asks in fear.

Inaho nods as Keita mumbles,"Shit!"

Later ,PyonUso went outside to sit with Yurei. He wraps his arm around her to reassure her that it's ok. She let out a deep sigh,"You want to knyow what's wrong...?"

"If it would make you better..."PyonUso spoke.

Yurei sighs,"I've been keeping something from you...that's why I was acting...off."

"Well...what is it...?"He was nervous to what she was hiding.

She replied,in a soft tone,"I...was pregnant."

"Eh...?!"PyonUso was very confused.

Yurei groans,"I was going to have another baby...but after today...I lost it."

"Why didn't you tell me earlier...?" PyonUso questioned.

Yurei shrugs,"I guess I wanted to wait a little longer..."

"How did this happen? This shouldn't be possible...We had Junior almost a year ago." PyonUso exclaims.

She sweats,"Remember when we had some...fun...after we had Junior? I think that's what caused it..."

"Of course..."He face palmed.

Yurei mumbles,"This is why we can nyever have fun..."

"I'm sorry hun..."PyonUso tries to hug her,but Yurei suddenly lost her breath and turned back to Lightside Jibanyan. She breathed hard,being exhausted as she put her head in PyonUso's lap. On cue,PyonUso turned back to Lightside pets her on the head and says,"Today took a lot out of you..."

"I'm just...tired." Jibanyan choked up and started to sob quietly. Usapyon noticed right away. He was very concerned,"Hey...it'll be alright. If it's about the baby...I'm sure it'll come back."

"It won't come back! There's no way it would come back like Junior did! It was only one time!" Jibanyan cried.

He tries to comfort her,"It'll be ok..."

"Nyo it won't!" Jibanyan buried her head in Usapyon's lap.

He tried to calm her down as he stared at the outside world in front of them. He wanted the best for his wife and for her to be happy. Usapyon sighs as he knew Jibanyan would be in her current shape the next day.

Suddenly,he saw something floating. He wondered if his mind was playing tricks on him as he did a double take. The figure floats closer to them and Usapyon noticed it was small and taps Jibanyan on the shoulder. She groaned in annoyance,"What now?"

"You might what to look at this."He says.

She mumbled,"Nyo..."

"Please look."He replies.

She buries her head in his lap more.

"I'm not wearing my suit!" Usapyon lied.

Jibanyan bolted her head up,"Really?!" She looked at him,noticing he still had his suit on,being disappointed,"Liar!"

"I want you to look."Usapyon turns her head.

Jibanyan was in shock to see what was in front of her. She got up to approach questions,"You think that's the baby...?"

"I think so..."Jibanyan said,softly.

The figure floating in front of them was small,round,and blue. It had otter ears and a tail. It also had features from Usapyon's appearance.

Jibanyan picks the baby up and holds it in her arms. She didn't know how to got up and stood next to her. He asks her,in a nervous tone,"Well...? What do you think?"

"I think it's our baby..."Jibanyan starts to tear up.

Usapyon said,"I guess it was born the same way as Junior...like I said."

Jibanyan nods in agreement as they took the baby inside their home. They sat down and observed it. Usapyon checks the baby and responded,"It's a girl."

Jibanyan was overjoyed and hugs him,"I always wanted another girl!"

"You already have two..."Usapyon mumbles to himself.

Jibanyan groans,"I heard that..."

He interrupted her,"Anyways...what will you name her?"

She looked at the baby and pondered,"Well...she looks like you and Junior looks like me...but Usapyon Jr would sound dumb."

"I guess..."Usapyon rolled his eyes,being unamused.

She was still in thought,"It was to be something related to you...she looks a lot like you."

The baby looked at them and started to mew. They were surprised. Usapyon was dumbfounded,"She looks like me...but...she makes sounds like a cat?"

"So,my cat genes live on in another child of mine." Jibanyan says proudly.

Usapyon stated,"All our children have cat and otter genes..."

"I knyow what to nyame her! What about...Usamew?" Jibanyan asks.

Usapyon thought of it for a minute and nods,"Usamew. I like it."

They agreed to name the new baby Usamew. They hug Usamew in joy as they were excited about their new addition to their family.

Jibanyan broke the hug,"Wait...nyo one knyows about this! What should we do?!"

"I guess keep it low until we're ready?"Usapyon shrugs.

She was worried,"What about the kids? They would tell everyone!"

"I did send them to your parents place. Maybe they could keep the kids for a few days."He wondered.

Jibanyan whined,"I hate to do that...but...we might have nyo choice."

"Alright. We'll call them,but...we can't say anything...just yet." Usapyon stated.

They sigh in regret as they called Whisper and picks up,"Hello?"

"Hey...could you do us a favor?" Usapyon asks.

Whisper sweats,"We're already watching your kids,aren't we?"

"Please...it's...important." Usapyon explains to him what happened with them and the shinigami.

Whisper gasps,"Wait...you haven't used your dark form in years..."

"Jibanyan did turn into Yurei after she recovered...but...she's fine now. I guess...it took a lot out of her."Usapyon says.

Whisper was nervous,"Please don't let it happen again! We'll watch your kids until you guys cool off. Stay safe!"

"We will."Usapyon hangs the phone up and turns to Jibanyan,"Don't worry. I didn't say anything about the baby and your dad said your kids are fine."

"Thank goodness..."Jibanyan sighs in relief.

They watched over their new baby as they thought of when they should reveal Usamew to everyone.

At Keita's house,he and his wife were about to call it a night,but heard a knock on their door.

"Who could that be? It's two in the morning..."Inaho wondered.

Keita groans,"Whoever it is better not waste our time...especially after what happened today."

They went to the front door and opened it to see no one in sight. They look around as Keita spoke,"Seriously...?"

Inaho noticed a box at their feet and picked it up,"This says it's for us and...it's from Enma."

"He could've done this in person...or at least in the morning."Keita sweats.

Inaho adds,"I wonder what it could be..."

They shrug and go back inside to their bedroom as they locked their door,in case if the package Enma sent them should be opened in secret. Keita opens the box to see two watches inside. He was confused,but yet at the same time a little excited.

"There's a note."Inaho took the note out and read it,"Keita and Inaho,I know that you two haven't upgraded your watches in a long time. It's my pleasure to give you the newest model of the Yokai Watch Ghoul watch. Please take these watches as a thank you gift from me for all you've done for the human and Yokai worlds. Use them truly,Enma."

"Well...we haven't upgraded our watches...ever since...those events...in the past."Keita stated.

Inaho laughed,"We're years late upgrading them."

"I guess where we're busy most of the time...we never got the time to upgrade our watches."Keita sweated.

Inaho exclaims,"I wonder if we could turn into Yokai again. Our old watches won't let us anymore...since they're outdated."

"It wouldn't hurt to try...but...we'll figure it out tomorrow."Keita suggests.

They agreed and took off their old watches and replaced them with the new wondered what their current Yokai forms looked like since they haven't turned into Yokai in years. They were both nervous and excited for what awaits ahead of them.
