The following evening,everyone left the agency. Except for Touma,who decided to stay a bit longer."Why are you still here?"Akinori asked.
Touma shrugs,"I have nothing much to do. Besides...my parents are gone and I'm always alone at home."
"You know...since you're here. Do you think anyone else will reveal a crazy secret of theirs? Since it's happening with Natsume's family."Akinori asked.
Touma replies,"I'm not sure. Anything can happen."
"Like...Ayame! We need to know who her boyfriend is!"Akinori exclaims.
Touma groans in annoyance,"Why do you need to know? I thought you were over her."
"I am! Heck,if you had a girlfriend and didn't tell us who she was,I would act the same as I am now!"Akinori stated.
Touma sighs,"I guess you need to know the truth."
"You do have a girlfriend?!"Akinori questions him,wanting to know.
Touma nods in response,"Yes...but it's not what you think."
"Come on,tell me. It can't be that bad."Akinori teased.
Touma took a deep breath,"It's...Ayame."
"What?!"Akinori was shocked to hear this and then shook him,"How did this happen?! Most importantly...when?!"
Touma explains,"Remember when we first met Ayame? She...seemed to take an interest in first,I ignored it...but...,.as soon as we had the chance to talk...well..."
"You guys started dating?!"Akinori interrupted.
Touma continues,"Yes...but then Shutendoji...well...disguised in his fake human form...saw me as a threat. Probably at the time he thought Ayame was 's when Ayame and I stopped hanging out for awhile,until we discovered Natsume was Shuuka all along. We started dating again and...that's what we're doing now."
"Why didn't you tell me?!" Akinori sweated.
Touma replied,"I knew you liked Ayame and didn't want to hurt your feelings...and I told you now to make sure you didn't still have feelings for her."
"I guess it's a good thing you waited...or else I would've been mad. Now that you told me this...I'm not jealous. It's weird that I feel nothing for Ayame...but...if it was Natsume,you would've been sorry." Akinori says.
Touma sweats,"Natsume is more of a sister to me..."
"Good...and...thanks for telling me. I feel better about me and Natsume...since we're a thing.I didn't want anyone to take that away from us..."Akinori smiled a little.
Touma pats him on the shoulder,"No problem. I do feel relieved..."
"So...when are you telling everyone about you and Ayame?"Akinori asked.
Touma hesitates,"I'm...not sure...just don't say anything until we're ready."
"Whatever you say..."Akinori was unamused by his response.
The next day,Natsume and her siblings decided to find out what secrets their parents were noticed them and asked,"Where are you going?"
"We're gonna find out your and mom's secrets!"Shinko blurts out.
Natsume groans,"Shinko..."
"Please don't...no one's going to tell you."Keita sighs in disbelief.
Hijo shrugs,"It doesn't hurt to try."
"Sorry dad..."Keisuke was nervous.
The kids left the house,as Keita hoped that they didn't find anything about his and Inaho's lead the others to the Yokai World. She went to Jibanyan and Usapyon's kids were anxious,wanting to know answers. They knock on the front door. It opened to reveal Jibanyan,who started to get nervous.
"Oh...I wasn't expecting you guys until this weekend." Jibanyan sweated.
Shinko spoke,"Um...we have a question."
"Can we come inside?"Hijo asks.
Jibanyan panics,"Nyo! Uh...the kids are nyapping."
"But we wanted to ask you and Uncle-I mean Usapyon."Natsume says.
Jibanyan sighs,"Fine...let me get him."
She left for a minute and came back with Usapyon by her side.
"What is it?"Usapyon questioned.
Keisuke sweated,"Um...do you know what happened after mom and dad got the Yokai Watch Ghoul?"
They gulp,as Usapyon responds,"A lot of things...,"
"Like what?"Shinko asked.
Hijo begged,"Please tell us."
"Sorry sweeties,but we can't." Jibanyan felt bad.
Natsume nags,"You're pulling the same crap as mom and dad!"
"We're sorry,but no means no."Usapyon groaned.
Natsume shouts,"We're not little kids anymore! We can handle the truth!"
"Just tell us!"Shinko complains.
Natsume looks at Hijo and Keisuke,"Grab them."
They do so and grab Jibanyan and Usapyon,who were surprised by this.
"Now tell us!"Natsume says.
Jibanyan and Usapyon turn into their Shadowside forms and broke lose of their nephews grips. Usapyon groans,"Stop asking these questions or else."
"Go. We're not telling you a single thing." Jibanyan adds.
The kids groan in disbelief and take their leave,being and Jibanyan watch as they wonder what to do next.
"Maybe we should leave the house...in case if they come back." Jibanyan suggests.
Usapyon replies,"What about Usamew?"
"Mom and dad are spending time with 't worry." Jibanyan reassured him.
Usapyon sweats,"You realize those kids are probably heading that way?"
"Dang it! I hope they hide her from them..."Jibanyan worries.
Usapyon says,"I'll get the kids and we'll go to agency."
They agreed and got their kids to go to the agency in the human world.
As they arrived at the agency,they went inside to see that only Akinori,Touma,and Ayame were there,accompanied by Micchy and noticed their presence as the couple and their family entered the room.
"Hey,this isn't a place for a family outing."Akinori complained.
Usapyon says,"Shut it. We're going to stay here for a bit,until Natsume and her siblings stop bothering us."
"It's about what happened with their parents,right?"Touma asked.
Jibanyan nods,"We'll go back home after while. Hope you don't mind the company."
"I don't mind you guys...but...sometimes your kids are a pain."Akinori says.
Jibanyan nags,"Watch it!"
"Sorry!"Akinori sweats.
Ainyan says,"Watch it fatty!"
"Yeah fatty!"Junior joins in.
Akinori rolled his eyes,getting annoyed at Jibanyan's kids. He tries to ignore it and continues,"You can stay here,but not all night...obviously."
"Of course."Usapyon replied.
Usapyon and Jibanyan let their kids lose around the room,while they sit in the corner together.
"This reminds me,wanna see something cool?"Akinori asks Touma and Ayame.
Ayame responded,"Sure!"
"It's a new spell,but I have to do it outside."Akinori says.
They get up and head towards the door. Usapyon sighs and follows them.
"Where are you going?" Jibanyan asked.
Usapyon replies,"To make sure they don't do something stupid."
"Fine..."Jibanyan sighs,knowing she would be bored all alone.
Usapyon follows the others outside to assist them. Jibanyan watched her kids play around the room,unaware of Micchy and Shutendoji staring at her.
"You know...this would be a good time to protect Jibanyan."Micchy stated.
Shutendoji groans,"Really? Right now?"
"Come on. We might as well start one else is around and I doubt her kids would notice us talking to her."Micchy shrugs.
Shutendoji said,"Have it your way."
They got up and approached Jibanyan,who was still watching her looked up to see Micchy and Shutendoji lowered down to her eye level,which made her jump.
"What do you weirdos want?!" Jibanyan questions,being confused.
Micchy says,"We're here to do our job!"
"Is it being idiots?" Jibanyan frowns,not wanting to speak to them.
Shutendoji asked,"Would it be idiotic for us to watch over a fragile being?"
"What are you saying?!" Jibanyan felt slightly offended and stood up.
Micchy laughs,"You know what we're 're so naive."
Jibanyan backs away,feeling really strange about the Yokai in front of her.
"We're here to protect you...princess."Shutendoji stated.
Micchy added,"It's our duty as your uncles to do so!"
"I never agreed to the uncle thing."Shutendoji mumbled.
Micchy shushed him,"Shush!"
"You're starting this whole protecting me thing like Micchy too?! I barely know you!"Jibanyan exclaims at Shutendoji.
Shutendoji nods,"I would be honored to protect your delicate being."
"I'm nyot weak you morons!" Jibanyan nagged.
Micchy chimes in,"But according to Shuten-sama-I mean Shutendoji you are!"
"Let me guess,you only counted my Lightside." Jibanyan smirks and turns into her Shadowside form,then spoke,"Am I weak nyow?"
Shutendoji studies her,"This form is impressive...but...I'm reading it the same way as your Lightside form. The outside of your Shadoowside form is slightly stronger than your Lightside...but your inside is still in the same weak contain."
"What?! I'm strong! I can beat you!" Jibanyan yells.
Shutendoji explains,"It doesn't count if you're only strong on the outside. You're vulnerable if you're weak on the inside,no matter how strong on the outside you are."
"Whatever! I have Usakins to protect me!" Jibanyan pouts.
Micchy teases,"He's not always around,is he?"
"Nyo...but I can take care of myself!" Jibanyan nags.
Shutendoji stated,"If it wasn't for your husband protecting you from the shinigami,you would've been long gone."
The realization hit Jibanyan and made her rethink what she just said. She sweats in fear,"I might be able to defeat a lot of Yokai...but...then there's Yokai that's stronger than me like the shinigami...you might be right."
"Now can we protect you?"Micchy pleaded.
Jibanyan felt defeated but nods in agreement.
"Your uncles are here for you princess!"Micchy says proudly.
Shutendoji nods in response as he pats Jibanyan on the back. She sighed,as she knew she would be surrounded by idiots,protecting her.
Meanwhile,Natsume and the others made it to their next was Whisper and Fubuki-hime's house. They were worried they wouldn't get anything information from them,as they approached their front door. Natsume sighs deeply and knocked on the door,which opened in see Whisper floating in front of them,as he greeted,"Oh,hello!"
"Grandpa! What are mom and dad hiding?!"Shinko exclaimed.
Keisuke laughed nervously,"Sorry,she asks too many questions."
"But isn't that what we're here for?"Hijo questioned.
Natsume asks,"Can we come in?"
"Sure..."Whisper quickly floats ahead of them and grabs Usamew from Fubuki-hime,who asked,"What's wrong?"
"Keita's kids are here!"Whisper gives Usamew to Hisame and demands,"Go and put Usamew down for a nap."
"Fine...whatever."Hisame floated away else where with Usamew.
After the kids arrived inside,they notice Whisper and Fubuki-hime with nervous expressions.
"Is everything ok?"Natsume questions in suspicion.
Whisper lies,"Everything is just peachy."
"Come and sit down."Fubuki-hime leads then to the living as they all took a seat.
Whisper spoke up,"Are you here to see your dear grandparents?"
"Yes...but...we have a few questions."Natsume stated.
Fubuki-hime asks,"What is it?"
"You know mom and dad having the Yokai Watch Ghoul,right?"Hijo wonders.
Whisper and Fubuki-hime nod very slowly.
Shinko asks,"How did they get them?"
"Enma gave the watches to them one day and that's it."Whisper shrugs.
Keisuke replies,"Are you sure? There has to be more. We know what the watch does..."
"It's a very complicated answer...your parents only told you half of the story."Whisper stated.
Natsume nags,"I knew they were hiding more than they told us! What else are they hiding?!"
"They're hiding the rest of the events from their past for reasons!"Fubuki-hime exclaimed.
Natsume groans,"You're all the same! You all think none of us can handle the whole truth!"
She stormed off,making her way to the exit,as her siblings rush to her. Keisuke stopped her,"We just got here! We can't just leave!"
"We can and we will!"Natsume demands.
Hijo sweats,"If they were our age,I'm sure they would tell us the whole truth."
Suddenly,Natsume got an idea,"That's it! The only person,who's not an adult,that actually knows everything is Hisame!"
They follow Natsume back into the living room,to see Hisame sitting alone.
"Hey,where's grandpa and grandma?"Shinko asks him.
Hisame was surprised to see them,"We thought you guys left."
"No. We need you to tell us on."Natsume grabs him by the hand and takes him outside,with the others following behind.
Hisame nags,"Hey! Do you mind?!"
"We don't want your parents to hear us."Natsume stated.
Hisame groans,"What do you want...?"
"We want to know about our parents past!"Shinko says.
Hisame sighs,"Even if I wanted to tell you...I can't."
"Why? It can just be between all of us."Hijo suggests.
Hisame shook his head,"You won't look at your parents the same way again."
"We already know what their watches do. We still see them the same way,even if they died and got revived."Natsume exclaimed.
Hisame spoke in a low tone,"This is way different..."
"It can't be worse than we already know."Keisuke said,being hopeful.
Hisame turns away from them,"No...when I found out...sometimes I fear what my family has done."
"Then tell us!"Natsume desperately wanted to know.
Hisame nagged,"No! Leave me alone you punks!"
The kids stood there,not knowing what to do. Hijo got an idea and remembered a secret conversation he and Hisame had. He smirks,"So...is it ok if I tell everyone about our conversation?"
Hisame froze up,"What conversation...?"
"You know...the one where I keep your big secret."Hijo stated.
Hisame turns back and gets close to his face,"Don't you dare!"
"What's the secret?"Shinko asks.
Hijo replies,"You wanna know?"
"I kinda do."Keisuke says.
Hisame nags,"Shut up!"
"Then tell us about what happened to our family in the past."Natsume demanded.
Hijo adds,"Yeah. Or else I'll tell your secret."
"Never!"Hisame shouts.
Hijo teased,"Alright then!"
"Don't even think about it!"Hisame growls.
Hijo said,"One time when Hijo and I were alone. He accidentally told me he was..."
"No! Don't!"Hisame yelled.
The kids waited in suspense for Hijo to reveal Hisame's big secret.
