AFTERMATH
Hachiman submitted his report to his editor,Miss Keiko about the Level Upper, Telestina Kihara and how Mikoto Misaka defeated her and her goons with help of Judgement and rescued the Child Errors.
It had been a hell of a ride and he was sitting at her office drinking Black Coffee,just the way he liked it.
Miss Keiko read it quickly and nodded in approval.
"Hikigaya-kun,you did good again. It would be the most successful story yet for our news agency."
Hachiman took another sip of his Coffee.
"It was nothing,really. I just followed around Misaka-san and her group. The old Doctor was a good help too."
Miss Keiko took off her glasses and wiped it with a cloth.
"So I believe you talked with Misaka-san about what happened regarding your injury."
Hachiman took another sip and then answered
"No. She did try to talk but going after Telestina was more important. We haven't seen each other since and it's fine this way"
She decided to drop the matter and move on.
"Well you have a school day tomorrow so I wouldn't keep you."
They said their goodbyes and he was on his way to his dorms.
It was evening and after a hectic day he found himself thinking about his family and home in Chiba.
"Maybe I'll go visit them when summer vacations come around"
He rarely left Academy City but a change of scenery would be nice.
Hachiman reached his dorm room and checked his pocket to take out keys to the front door.
He was about to insert it but paused on realising that the door was unlocked.
"What on earth..."
He quickly opened the door and remembered who was supposed to visit him before forgetting about it during the entire fiasco.
"About time you're home. Hachiman"
The woman with short wavy hair and wearing glasses said sternly.
Hachiman was stunned by her sudden appearance.
"M-mother?!"
