"In Which I Enter A New Realty"
Chirping
That was the first thing I heard as the sound of several birds singing came from all around me as I began to gain conscious after what seemed like a long time.
Opening my eyes all I could see was the night sky and trees surrounding me as I laid on the hard ground.
Where am I?
The last thing I remember was coming home to the orphanage after school and lying on my bed for a bit to finsh reading "Jane Eyre" when the next thing I knew everything went blank.
Confused I got up from the ground and dusted the dirt off my clothes and searched my pocket for my cell phone only to find nothing.
Not good...
Seeing only trees and no one around I had no choice but to walk through the dark woods and hope I find someone before I stumble across a wild animal.
Many thoughts race through me as I tried to guess why I was here but none seem to make sense as I began to see a huge feat of water and a bridge up ahead.
Making my way up the small hill toward the bridge there was one thing in particular that got my attention as I stood in the middle of the road on the bridge.
A few feet ahead was a sign that read,
