...Now where would a bear and bird find themselves on such a sunny summer day? It should be obvious...

"Banjo we've been looking for jiggies enough already. Can't we just head home?"

"No way Kazooie, I know we'll find at least 1 more out here!"

Banjo and Kazooie were still going through the Treasure Trove Cove, with the bear sure enough that they would find something hidden within the beach's sands, but the Breegull bird knew better as she had talon trotted all over the place. Evidently Banjo spotted one place he and Kazooie didn't check... the top of the lighthouse.

"I'm sure there's a final secret in there!"

"Seriously, you know how many times we go in there and warp to the top?"

But oh Banjo just wouldn't listen, he just had to find out if there was anything up there, even if Kazooie knew better than to go along with it! So up to the top did they go, and what did they find... an angry treasure chest munching about in place. Banjo crawled in despite Kazooie squawking against it; and thus did they get a lot of chomps on them from the chest that was not filled with treasure at all.

Later on the animal duo found themselves on a boat heading towards Tortimer Island, with Kapp'n looking at them oddly.

"You alright?" Kapp'n asked curiously while looking at the animals. "You seemed to have been munched up about."

Banjo groaned while Kazooie shot an egg right at the kappa's face, causing them to crash on the wooden dock that in turn made the boat sink, with Banjo and Kazooie swimming right out and collapsing on the sandy shore. Kapp'n emerged from the salty sea waves only to be munched by a great white shark.
