"How does sex with Joey feel like?"
Tessa got that question a lot, now more then ever since everyone knows Joey took not one girls virginity from Degrassi but two. He's finally considered "Mr. Studly" by the school. For her she's still the school slut, especially among Cailtin's friends.
"Hello, Earth to Tessa." Larissa, the girl who asked her the question previously.
She wanted to reply with a snarky comment, something like Larissa would never know but she's been the only girl in their grade to be willing to work on a project with her. She needed a friend.
"It was..." she thought to herself of their first night after the food fight. Him pulling her back by her apron until the were chest to chest. She knew she went fast since minutes later she was asking him if he had condoms.
But the sex wasn't bad, even if he was her first (and only). Joey was a bit bigger then she anticipated, and it did hurt with the first few thurst but she was able to relax, enjoy and almost orgasm. She chuckled to herself thinking of the first orgasm he had given her a month later.
"It was great." She said flustered about the thoughts going through her head. One thing she wasn't ready for during pregnancy was her hormones. There were times during the last month after she had told Joey(and the entire school) that even holding his hand during an ultrasound would get her turned on. She even thought about using Joey for her own purpose like he used her.
"Are you going to the wedding with him this weekend?"
Though things have gotten better between the two, Joey hadn't asked Tessa to accompany him to Alexa & Simon's wedding. She didn't want to push it either, she didn't need another Bronco incident on her hands. Also the thought of running into Caitlin terrified her. Baby steps, she thought.
The day flew by and after her last class her and Joey were heading to the OBGYN to do an ultrasound. It was their second ultrasound together.
"Will we be find out if it's a Joey Junior today?" He joked walking to his car.
"That's at the four month mark, todays the third month, but I do think we should tell our parents soon."
"Come on Tessa, my parents just gifted me the car. If they knew they'd kill me. I wouldn't be able to drive you to your appointments. How about we tell yours first?"
She shuttered at the thought of having to tell her strict parents that while they were out for the night that Joey was not only in the house but in her. "Well just wait until we find out the gender." She was lucky she hadn't start to show yet.
The OBGYN they chose was connected right into the hospital. Joey had stopped to visit Lucy last month after their last appointment. Tessa waited in the cafeteria while he went. Joey had said that the sight in one eye was getting better.
"So how's the pregnancy going?" Dr. Shelia asked waiting for the ultrasound tech to finish administering the gel. She had been Spike's doctor too.
"A little morning sickness but it has calmed down a lot. I still get fairly nauseous when I run thou."
"That might be heart burn. It could get worse later. Would you like me to prescribe you something for that?"
"No, I'm fine but I'll let you know if I change my mind."
Tessa noticed Joey watching the screen. He was excited to see the heart beat last month but was expressionless this time. He watched the ultrasound tech go over and over the same spot. "What's going on with the heart beat?"
Dr. Shelia looked uneasy has the tech frantically swipe the machine over Tessa. He shot the doctor a worried look. They felt uneasy watching the medical professionals.
"Dr. Shelia, what's going on?" The both asked in unison. They didn't like the look of this. Their anxiety raising wanting for an answer. They can see their growing baby but something didn't feel right. Fear grew in Tessa heart. "Where's the heart beat?"
"Stay calm, I'm just going to call someone from the hospital and rush you guys over to their department. My nurse will start wheeling you over." The doctor said.
"Why what's going on?" Joey questioned. Beads of sweat were piling up on his face, he didn't like being told to stay calm at this moment.
"We can't find a heart beat."
