This is coming on just the way I wanted. Nothing much is changing during the edits and the spelling should be bang on thanks to my newly updated spell checker. In this chapter, Tintin contemplates a way to escape. Unfortunately, this chapter will be quite short, hopefully not too short but will be the catalyst which fires Mitsuhirato's lust for revenge against him. The perspectives start with Tintin then it moves to Shan and finishes with Mitsuhirato TR56

Chapter 3
As the black jeep drove along the bumpy road, hitting every single dip Tintin weighed up his options.
He didn't want to wait until he reached Lung - Ti. Part of his mind envisioned a prison or a deep dark basement where Mitsuhirato could finally take his revenge. He would be placed in chains and would never leave. He wasn't going to let it reach that far. His only option was to escape and he knew he would have to escape now. Tintin theorised this could be his only opportunity and he had to take it.
He glanced to both sides of him. Tintin was sitting in the middle of the back seat with two men at either side of him. Shan was driving at it was only at that moment that Tintin realised none of them were wearing seatbelts.
Exhaling deeply he made his move.
Tintin swung his arm back, hitting one of the men straight in the face with his elbow and reached swiftly for the door handle. Shan immediately pulled on the brakes but it was too late. Tintin combat rolled straight out of the car with the man. Tintin struggled to his feet as the Jeep skidded to a stop. Tintin's arm was grazed but he sprinted away desperate to escape their clutches.
I need to get back to Shanghai.
As he ran a sudden hail of bullets came flying in his direction.
Tintin dived into the forest next to the road but he didn't stop running even as sweat started to cover his brow. His heart pounded as the bullets continued. Tintin didn't dare turn round in case his pursuers were right behind.
I need to get back to Shanghai. I need to warn them.
Tintin kept running and eventually reached a road with a signpost.
Hukow 3 miles
It's better than nothing.

Shan rushed into the forest after Kai and shoved him against the nearest tree.
"What on earth are you doing!" Shan yelled. "Mitsuhirato wants him alive"
Shan scanned the forest but it was deep and travelled for what seemed like miles, in every direction. Shan cursed loudly in Chinese and hit the nearest tree in frustration.

"UNACCEPTABLE!"
Mitsuhirato slammed his hand down upon the table. The objects upon the table shook violently, as did Kai, Haru and Shan. Neither of them spoke. They likely feared the outcome if they didn't respond in the correct manner. Shan was the first to raise his voice to him.
"Sir he had a good head start" Shan commented with a stammer.
Mitsuhirato raised his hand, shushing his underling.
"I don't want to hear it," Mitsuhirato said slowly, attempting to contain his rage.
Haru kept his head down towards the floor avoiding Mitsuhirato's deep state. His nose was bleeding, dripping onto Mitsuhirato's floor. The sound of each drop hitting the floor only served to infuriate Mitsihirato further.
Mitsuhirato stood up and walked round to the front of his desk, enjoying the sight of his underlings cowering in fear. Haru stepped back but was pushed back towards him by Shan.
"Get him back ... Alive ... and if you can't don't bother returning"
All three bowed their heads and immediately left, leaving Mitsuhirato alone.
As he turned around his hatred overwhelmed him to the point of no return. In one fluid movement, he swung his arm across his desk, clearing every single object from the wood.
"That damn Reporter!"
You will not escape me, not this time
