For a moment, there was just silence. No birds chirping in the trees, the sound of water faded in the distance.

Then I remembered Annabeth was still here and ran towards her.

"Annabeth!" I yelled,

"I am over here," she replied weakly somewhere to the right.

"Annabeth," I ran towards her, "you ok?"

"Yea…" she tried to stand up but I made her stay down, "Ahhhh... " she groaned, she had a long gash on her and a bright red rash starting to form on her face.

"You are in no situation to move right now, Wise Girl." I fed her some nectar and ambrosia. She looked like she is going to pass out, but I kept her awake.

"Hey, stay with me, I'll go back to get help, all right?" I whispered,

"Come, stay awake, think about my greatest Seaweed Brain moments,"

She managed a slight smile, "Remember when we got dumped in Canoe Lake? Your face was totally red,"

"It was not!"

"Come on, stay awake, don't pass out, I am going back to get help."

"I'll try my best…"

I looked at Annabeth again and ran into the forest.

I was halfway through the forest when I heard a really loud roar, it sounds like a rhino, but the sound was much deeper and much louder. Then I heard the sound of whistling arrows and I knew something was wrong. Annabeth is still back there, I thought, concentrate, as I kept running the sounds got louder and I saw a flash of silver above my head, The Hunters? I thought, and without paying attention, I ran into someone holding a bow, falling into an awkward position.

"Percy?" the girl stood up and brushed off her shirt, she was wearing silver jackets, silvery camo pants, and black combat boots.

"Thalia!"

She hugged me, then pulled away blushing, and a few more hunters jumped out of the trees.

"What are you doing here, Percy." She asked,

"I was going to ask you the same questions, Thals," I answered.

I told her about the quest, how I was supposed to retrieve the Armor of Achilles, and asked her why she was here. She told me that Artemis sensed a large Odontotyrannos-

"A what?"

"An Odontotyrannos, it's also called an Odentetiranno or an Odontatyrannus, it lives in the forests of India, and, well you probably don't want me to ramble on about monsters, do you,"

"It probably won a 'most unpronounceable name' award," I noted,

"Anyways, Lady Artemis told us that there was a large beast around here so we came to check it out."

"She is not with you guys?" I asked and Thalia's expression turned guarded, "she has business in Olympus."

"Right,"

"Where is Annabeth?" She asked and I realized I had forgotten about her, "She is still back there! Follow me,"

We ran all the way back to the place where the big vine-branch had fallen. Thalia rushed to Annabeth and pulled out her canteen,

"What's that," I asked,

She seemed to hesitate and then said, "It's moonwater, one of Lady Artemis's secrets that most men die before knowing."

"Oh," My expressions must have been priceless because all the hunters burst out laughing, even Annabeth smiled.

"Just kidding, Jackson, now come on," she said with a smile, helping Annabeth up, "you should get going."
