She feels an arm wrapped aross her torso as her eyes flick open. She doesn't recognise the room however she sees the man next to her. She wasn't dreaming. She didn't dream any of it. She has slept with David Haden. She looks to see him. He smiles softly before saying "good morning."

She smiles. She can't help but fall for the morning David Haden. Hair a mess. Tired eyes. No coffee. "Good morning." She says snuggling against him. "How long have you been up?"

"I don't know. Not long though. I've just been looking at the very beautiful woman beside me."

She looks at him with a smile. "Last night was..." she trails off.

"Interesting." He says with a little laugh which makes her laugh as well. "Are you regretting it?"

"No. Not at all. I can't regret doing something with the one man I truly love."

"When does he get back from Boston?" David says.

"Monday. He needs to get back for a big case we have."

"We have? Oh shit. Rafael. As in Assistant District Attorney Rafael Barba."

"Yes. You know him?"

"Yeah. I can't say that he would be pleased to know that I'm back."

"What did you do?" She says.

"I fucked up something that he needed for a job so i could get it."

"Fucking hell David. What happened next?"

"He hit me a few weeks later. He told me to go with him after work. I did. He say I know what you did Haden you bastard and punched me. It was a good hit as well."

"David... I'm sorry."

"It's okay. Honestly Olivia I deserved it. I shouldn't have done it. Rafael got in trouble and his carrer staggered. He could have had my job. It could have been him 6 years ago."

"Maybe that would be better. We wouldn't have to hide this."

"But you slept with me last night. So if we are going to the role reversal thing wouldn't it be Rafael here now instead?"

"Okay. Maybe not then." She says with a smile.

He strokes her hair and kisses the top of her head softly. "What are you doing today?" He says.

"Doesn't that depend on what time we get out of this bed?" She says.

"It does. Why what are you thinking?"

"Well... I'm quite happy to stay here in your arms." She says with a small laugh.

"Aren't you hungry?"

She smiles "No. Not really. Are you?"

"No. Do you want to just cuddle then?"

"Cuddle?" She laughs a little. "I like the sound of that."

"Do you need to go home for any reason tonight?"

"No. Why? What are you thinking?"

"I don't know. Let me make some calls."

"The E.A.D.A. strings being used on me. I'm flattered."

"You shouldn't be Lieutenant. I bet you still remember the helicopter ride."

"Yeah. That was our last date. Probably the best date of my life."

"The meal after didn't go to well."

"Oh god yeah." She laughs. "The wine was lovely though."

"It was the most expensive bottle they had. I tried to find it. Liv. It was $30 when i looked."

"They charged you like $50. Robbing scumbags. You can't even say it was worth it with the food. The only good food we ate was the ice cream after I stopped throwing up the next day."

"Liv. I would have paid $500 for that wine. If it ment you were happy. I don't mind. It was to treat the most amazing woman in my life."

"Am I still the most amazing woman in your life, David?"

She says moving away from him.

He tilts her chin so she's looking at him. "Yes. You always will be. Olivia. You will always be the most amazing, funniest, kindest, most beautiful and most caring person in my life."

She kisses him and rests her head on his chest. She falls asleep against him, smiling, and when she wakes up she smiles "Hey." She says softly.

"Hey you. How are you?"

"I'm good. You?"

"I'm the best I've been in years. Whilst you were alseep i called in that favour."

"Did it work?"

"Yeah. It's worked. It arrived 20 minutes ago."

"Here."

"Yeah. Do you want something to eat?"

"Yes."

"Bacon sandwich or Bacon sausage and egg."

"Bacon sandwich. Thank you."

"Anything for you Liv."

She kisses him and gets out of bed. She picks up his shirt and puts it on. He watches her and smiles. "See something you like?" She says.

"I could get used to this."

"David... you know we can't get used to this. It's going to be hard hiding this."

"Yeah. I know. But look at you. Liv you are in my shirt. You have a smile that could light up both of New york and Los Angeles. You are the most gorgeous woman."

She blushes. Her face completely red. "Can I grab a quick shower whilst breakfast is on?"

"Yeah. Sure. I'll grab you some sweatpants and a top that you left from a last time if you want."

"Wait.You still have them?"

"Yeah. I do. I also still have that hoodie you'd put on everytime you were cold and you stayed over."

"That hoodie is so comfy."

"I know. I wore it for the first few nights after i got home when we split up. It just made it easier."

"I'm going to go grab that shower."

She walks out of the door and down the hallway to the bathroom.

"Liv." David shouts.

"Yeah." She replies.

"Is it still butter both pieces of bread and with sauce on just one?"

He knows her breakfast after nearly 7 years. She walks to the kitchen as the shower warms up, still in his shirt.

"How the heck do you still know that?" She asks.

"Top drawer. At the back."

"No way. Do you still have?"

"Just look." He says with a smirk.

She finds a piece of paper. She opens it.

Mine is bacon. Butter both pieces of the bread, don't care what bread. Sauce on one side and keep the fat on my bacon.

She can still remember his reply. "Do you remember what you said to me when I gave that to you?"

"No... Oh shit. What did I say?"

"Is that for now the next 5 years or forever?"

"Well... if i recall it's been nearly 7 years since we last did this. So i guess it's forever."

She just laughs and goes back to the bathroom.

This man is truly something special.
