Olivia is stunned. David never told her this. He said it was about a case. Olivia looks away from Rafael.

"He didn't tell you did he?" Rafael says. He shouldn't take delight in this. David lied to his girlfriend. But she lied to him. That should hurt more. Right?

"No he didn't. Told me it was work related."

"You can't trust him Olivia. Did he try anything? Did he do anything?"

"No..." Olivia sighs.

"Liv... if he did. Tell me."

Olivia says nothing. She hears her phone ringing. She grabs her phone and looks at the caller ID. It's David. She swipes across the phone and sends a text.

1:45PM: Can't talk. Don't call me back. I'll call you when I'm home if I can't sooner.

"Someone wants to get a hold of you." Rafael says.

"Yeah well I'm busy."

"Unless you don't want to answer it because it's David and he wants to meet you for another hook up. Mr steal your girl is really back."

"Hookup?"

"Fin, who has never offered to buy me coffee at ANY other time decided that that would be a good time. Whilst you talk to your lover."

"Rafael. If you are accusing me of being shot and having sexual intercourse with E.A.D.A David Haden whilst you go and get coffee then I think you need to leave and come back to me when you aren't on drugs."

"Did you? You aren't denying it."

"Okay I'll bite. No I fucking didn't." I'll admit that i wanted to talk to David. Executive assistant district attonery Haden and I did go to dinner together after the meeting and he did come to the hospital with me so that he could make a call to SVU to tell Fin what had happened. I couldn't make the call myself I had my phone next to me. Before i passed out I told Haden the code and to call Fin. What my dectective does with buying you coffee is non of my business."

"So what did you and Haden talk about?"

"What the fuck has that got to do with you councillor?"

Barba doesn't answer he looks at his watch and says "I think we are done here" before leaving.

"Councillor. Is everything okay?" Carisi says as Barba walks out of the room.

"Don't ask."

Meanwhile Fin goes into the office and shuts the door. "Liv are you okay?"

"That was horrible. Rafael told me it wasn't work that they had the fight about."

"Him and Haden?"

"Yeah."

"I'll cover you. Wait half an hour and go to a cafe or something. Call Haden and speak to him."

"I shouldn't. We've got stuff to do. I've got a mountain of paperwork."

"Liv. It's a small pile. This needs sorting. You need to put on your big girl pants and face it. I hate to say this Liv but I think you'll need to make a decision."

"Okay. He told me that you never offered to buy him coffee."

"He thought i was getting him away so you could..." Fin says and Olivia just answers with a nod. "Holy shit. What is up with that guy? You'd just been shot."

"I know." She says she runs her hand down her face and continues "I think this stems from the night i seen Haden. I didn't tell him. No he doesn't know i spent my friday evening with him."

"Okay. Well I'll let you go call Haden. I think you need to."

"Yeah... I might try and meet him." She sees Fin smirks and she says "If he thinks I'll be having sex with Haden in a fucking cafe i don't need him. I can't believe what he thought."

"Ring me if you need anything. I'll come get you."

"Thanks."

Fin leaves and shuts the door she takes out her phone can calls Haden back.

"Haden."

"Hi."

"Hey. Just give me a second."

She heard a door click and him sit in his chair. "You sound really stressed."

"How busy are you?"

"I was just about to leave. My cases are wrapped up and I've just finished going over things with my secertary. Why?"

"I need to see you. It needs to be somewhere public. I'll explain when we meet why?"

"Okay. Donut store?" He asks.

"Sure. Near the window if we can."

"Okay." She says she's about to say bye to him when he stops her.

"Liv."

"Yeah David."

"Are you okay?"

"No. I'll explain when i get there."

"Okay." He says softly. "We will get through this Liv."

"Hope so." She confesses.
