A/N: Now that I'm through with the Zordon era, every time I do a new team, it'll be a new Ranger and actress.
Also, Lost Galaxy is one of my favourite seasons, so I've been looking forward to writing this one.
Character Bio:
Name: Gwendolyn 'Gwen' Tracy
Civilian job: Medical officer in the GSA.
Ranger color: Purple
Elemental power: Earth/Rocks.
Gwen is a Medical Officer in the GSA, making her the team's doctor and the one to patch them up when they're hurt. As she comes from a family of Military Doctors, Nurses and Medics, she relies on her instincts in battle to try and avoid civilians getting hurt in the crossfire. While she is friendly, kind and helpful, she can also be pretty strict at times, especially with her patients when they get up without proper rest after being sick or injured, or when she's bandaging someone up.
Actress: Rashida Jones. (She was around 23 in 1999)
Note: Unlike my previous Rangers, her family will not be appearing in this, due to the fact the entire season takes place in space.
Up in space, all was quiet.
Narrator: Sometime in the not too distant future, begins a search for a new world.
A large wormhole opened up, which zapped all the way across the galaxy towards a jungle planet called Mirinoi. On the planet, a bunch of the natives were gathering around a village elder called Jera, who was standing near a stone with six sabers in, like the Sword in the Stone.
Each saber had a different animal symbol on just above the handle, which also had folded bits on either side of it. From left to right, one had a wildcat, one a gorilla, one a lion, one a panther, one a condor, and one a wolf.
"3000 years ago, these six Quasar Sabers, were placed here." Jera began.
More natives began running towards the ceremony, and among them, was a brown hair young woman called Maya, who then crouched near some friends.
"Here they still remain, until those..." Jera went on.
"Isn't this great?" Maya asked her friends, who nodded.
"..of you who can prove yourselves worthy." Jera continued. "Release them, and harness your mighty power. Transforming them into mighty champions, guaranteeing peace and the triumph of good."
He turned to six of his people, who were getting ready to try and pull out the sabers.
"Begin." he said.
One of the people stepped forward and began pulling on one of the sabers, but it wouldn't budge. He kept pulling with all his might, but the saber didn't move at all.
Unknown to anyone, a bunch of bug monsters with stingers for hands, were running towards their village.
The first man walked away from the sabers, as another - this one being black - tried to pull out the same saber, but even he couldn't lift it. He then gave up, as the bugs came closer to the village, then a woman tried to pull out the saber, but even she didn't budge it.
Maya watched nervously, then the woman by the saber gave up, making the whole village sigh.
Some of the bugs then somersaulted forward into the village.
"Aghh!" some villagers gasped.
Maya gasped, her mouth wide open, as more of the bugs began showing up.
"Hurry?!" Jera gasped. "Everybody run!"
All the villagers got up and began running away, as more bugs showed up. The bugs then began rounding up the villagers as they tried to run.
"Uh..." Jera muttered.
Five of the bugs surrounded a crying woman, as an alien with a blue and yellow head, carrying a sword and wearing red armour called Furio showed up.
Maya spun around as one of the bugs tried to hit her, and then she hit it in the back, knocking it onto its chest. She then ran off as more began charging at her.
"Ha." Furio said happily.
He sniggered as he approached the Quasar Sabers, as his bugs ransacked the village, and gathered up the villagers.
"Finally, the Quasar Sabers, will be mine." he laughed evilly.
He put his sword down and approached the one the three warriors had tried to pull out, then he grabbed and pulled on it, but it didn't move.
"Nooooo!" he growled angrily.
Intro:
A explosion goes off behind Leo and Kendrix as they jump up.
Power Rangers...
Kai and Gwen turn around in shock and fright.

Above the Earth, was a space colony called Terra Venture, that was about to leave on a mission to find a new world. It had four large engines at the bottom, and a bunch of domes at the top, including a city one for the citizens traveling on it.
Onboard, several people, including its captain, Commander Stanton, walked down a hallway on the bridge. He wore a black uniform with red lines down both sleeves, while the others wore either blue, red or purple, due to the branches they belonged to. The red branch was the Science Division, blue being Command Headquarters and the main crew, and purple being the Medical Corps, which also had the Red Cross on their left sleeves, while they all had the letters GSA on their right ones, while the officers also had chest oval badges.
"The engine tests will occur at 0800." an officer in blue called Mike Corbett explained, holding a tablet.
"Outstanding." Commander Stanton said. "Keep those shuttles running on schedule. Add more flights if necessary. People..."
He stopped and turned to Mike and the others.
"..Terra Venture leaves orbit to find a new world in eight hours." he explained. "Keep up the good work."
He turned back and walked into a science lab, then the officer followed him in, as the rest went off down different hallways.
"The reactors are charged re 98.8% and rising." the officer explained.
Commander Stanton saw a blonde woman with glasses on in a red uniform called Kendrix Morgan, sitting at a table.
"Miss. Morgan, how's it going?" he asked.
Kendrix got up and turned to the Commander.
"These are the last of the experimental hybrids, and we're running ahead of schedule by 20 minutes." she explained.
"Only 20 minutes." Commander Stanton said, as he walked off.
"Running a little behind today, ain't you?" Mike said, walking by.
Kendrix laughed slightly.
Commander Stanton then walked towards a Asian man in a blue uniform called Kai Chen, talking to a Hispanic woman in a purple uniform called Gwen Tracy.
"Miss. Tracy, are all the medical supplies onboard?" he asked.
Gwen snapped to attention.
"Yes, sir." she said. "I've double checked them in the supply bay."
"Well, I want you to triple check just in case." Commander Stanton instructed. "With Terra Venture leaving in eight hours, we can't afford to get any more from Earth."
"I understand, sir." Gwen said.
Commander Stanton walked off.
"You sure you double checked, Gwen?" Kai asked.
"Kai, I'm positive." Gwen assured. "But he's right, I should triple check just in case."
"Good idea." Mike agreed, walking past them both.
Commander Stanton then walked into the main control room as the doors opened up. Mike followed him, as more people in the blue uniforms worked on the controls.
"Excellent." Commander Stanton said, walking past a man and a woman.
He walked towards two men working at a panel, as Mike walked towards a window.
"Are all system checks up to date?" Commander Stanton asked.
"Yes, sir." a man replied.
Commander Stanton walked towards another man and woman by another panel, and then walked towards a panel in the middle of the room.
Mike stared down at Earth from the window, seeing how beautiful it was. Commander Stanton turned to him, and then came up behind him.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" the Commander said.
"Yes, sir." Mike agreed. "It is."
"Take a good long look." Commander Stanton advised. "Odds are you'll never see her again."
He walked off, as Mike turned to him slightly, before turning back to Earth.
Down on Earth, dozens of people were at an airport in Angel Grove, trying to get onto Terra Venture. Due to the amount of people there, it was chaos for the GSA people behind the stands.
"Hello!" a woman said.
"Can you give me any idea how long..?" a male receptionist asked.
"Here, you'll all set." a female receptionist said, handing a girl a passport, before opening a book. "Now, let's see."
"..or how far it's going to be?" the male one asked.
"Hey! I was..." the people kept arguing.
"I'm sure that there's been some mistake." an old lady said.
A man stamped a passport for a male passenger.
"I need to see..." another man said.
"We need a copy with your medical examine." the first man told the passenger.
At the end of the till, stood Farkas 'Bulk' Bulkmeyer and Professor Phenomenus.
"Of course, it's real." the Professor said, as Bulk looked nervous. "I am one of the most acclaimed astronomers of all time."
"Hey, uh, I feel like we're forgetting something." Bulk said. "Are we forgetting something?"
"Not since I remember." the Professor shrugged.
(Unknown house)
But Bulk was right, 'cause his best friend, Eugene 'Skull' Skullovitch, was still asleep in bed. Even though his alarm was ringing, he couldn't hear it because he had earphones over his head.
(Airport)
Bulk and the Professor took their passports and laughed, as they'd been giving permission to travel on Terra Venture.
"Yes." Bulk cheered, before they hugged each other.
Nearby, two security guards wearing grey shoved a man wearing a red jacket named Leo towards a wall, as he didn't have a passport to get on.
"And don't come back until you do have a passport!" one of the guards bellowed.
"Alright. Alright, cool off." Leo said, putting his bag over him.
He walked off, as the two guards turned back to everyone else.
"Hey! Outta the way!" women complained. "You crazy!"
Outside the airport, Leo walked into an alleyway.
"Agh!" he huffed, knocking an empty box off a dumpster bin.
He huffed again as he kicked a squashed can across the ground, and then he leaned against a wall. He clamed down slightly as he sighed, just as an old lady with two bags came down the alley. She carried a small one while dragging a larger one with wheels along the ground, when two punks came in front of her, one white, one Hispanic.
"Ah." the woman gasped.
The punks sniggered as they approached her, when a third came up behind her, this one Asian. She turned around and gasped, before turning back to the first two.
"We don't want any trouble." the punk 1 assured. "Just give us your passport!"
The old woman turned to the third punk, then she whimpered as she backed towards a wall.
"Get away!" she pleaded, as they surrounded her, getting Leo's attention.
"Soon as you hand over that passport!" the punk 1 sneered. "It's all we need."
"Leave her alone!" Leo yelled.
"Huh?" the punk said.
The three punks and the old woman turned to Leo.
"You can't possibly be talking to us?" the punk 1 inquired.
The old woman crept away slowly.
"You see anybody else here?" Leo retorted. "If you know what's good for you, leave the lady alone!"
"Just walk away, buddy!" the punk 1 advised rudely.
Leo approached the old woman, and glared at the three punks, before he turned to the old woman.
"It's okay." he promised.
He the envelope he held, before turning back to the punks, as she whimpered.
"You want his?" Leo asked, taking out the passport inside the envelope.
"That's the idea, Einstein!" the punk 1 frowned.
Leo pretended to drop the passport back in back in the envelope, and then he put it in his bag.
"Here you go." Leo smirked.
Punk 1 then tried to snatch it from Leo, who then kicked him in the belly, knocking him onto some rubbish. Leo then ducked and spun around as punk 2 tried to punch him, making him bang into the wall. Leo picked up a wooden chair that was in the alley, and then he kicked it towards punks 2 and 3.
The old woman moved away, as Leo ducked and spun around as punk 1 ran and tried to punch him, causing him to miss. He then kicked punk 2 in the arm, then got onto a old couch, then leap frogged over punk 1 as he rammed at him. He then ducked as punk 3 tried to whack him with a rake, then punk 2 threw a bin at him, but he caught it and threw it towards punk 1.
He then spun around as punk 3 tried to stab him with the rake, causing him to miss. He then blocked a punch from punk 2, followed by a knee attack, and then grabbed his foot as he tried to kick him, before lifting the foot up, making the punk fall into a shopping trolley.
"Oh..." the old woman said, watching form behind an old washing machine.
Punk 3 then charged at Leo from behind, and then wrapped his arms around him.
"Got him!" the punk said.
Punk 1 sniggered as he got up and approached Leo, who tried to break free from punk 3.
"Take the envelope." Punk 3 said.
Punk 1 tried to snatch the envelope from Leo, who pulled his hand away, but then punk 3 twisted him slightly, allowing punk 1 to snatch the envelope.
"Yeah, buddy." Punk 1 sneered.
Punk 3 threw Leo onto the couch, then he and punk 1 helped punk 2 out of the trolley, and then they all ran off laughing.
"Come on." Punk 1 said.
Leo got up from the couch, as the old woman got out from behind the washing machine.
"No... Please!" she cried.
Leo picked up the woman's bags, and then gave her the small one.
"Oh, whatever will I do now?" the old woman wondered sadly.
Leo picked up her passport from his bag, and showed it to her.
"Oh..." she sighed happily, taking it.
"Better hurry. The last shuttle's about to leave." Leo explained.
"Ain't you going?" the old woman asked, taking her smaller bag.
"No. I wasn't selected." Leo said.
"Oh, what a shame." the old woman said, feeling sorry for him. "If anyone deserves to go, you do. The new world needs young men like you."
"Thanks." Leo smiled, giving her the bigger bag.
"Thank you." the old woman said. "Bye."
Leo waved as she walked off, then she stopped and turned to him for a moment, before she turned and walked off.
Leo picked up his bag, bushed some dust off it, then put it on as he walked down the other end of the alley. He then stopped after a few steps, and saw dozens of small posters of Terra Venture on, which said 'Terra Venture. Adventure...for a lifetime.' as the old woman's voice rang in his head.
"The new world needs young men like you."
Leo nodded and smiled on the pictures, looking determined.
On Terra Venture, Mike, Kendrix, Kai and Gwen all walked down a hallway, all now wearing black battle gear, and carrying a grey helmet.
"I can't believe it. Only six more hours." Kendrix said.
"Well, we ain't on our way yet. One more training excise." Mike said, as he stopped and turned to the others. "See you on the moon."
"Okay." Kendrix said.
Mike walked off down the hallway, as Kai and the girls turned and walked down another.
"Once this training excise is over, the journey begins." Gwen quoted.
"You got that right." Kendrix grinned, as they high-fived each other.
On Earth, the last shuttle was preparing for launch, as people loading the passenger's luggage onto a transport.
"We scanned each piece of luggage for any contaminates before loading." a guard told another. "So everything should be ready to go. So burrowing any inter-beam problems, just about finished."
Unknown to anyone, Leo was hiding behind some crates nearby.
"They need young men like me." he said quietly.
A metal box then fell from the crate, hitting another, which made a chattering noise, making the two guards turn to him.
"Hey, you!" guard 1 shouted.
Leo turned and ran off, as both guards ran over the connecter between two of the luggage cars.
The drive got onto the tractor, just as the two guards made it to the crates, but lost sight of Leo. The tractor started up, then it drove towards the shuttle, just as Leo dived into one of the luggage cars, as it was open.
Both guards looked around, but they couldn't see Leo, making them turn around, as Guard 1 took out a handheld radio.
"Attention, we got a stowaway." he reported. "Male, dark hair, Caucasian teenager wearing a red shirt."
After the luggage was loaded onto the shuttle, it took off from the airport.
Back on Mirinoi, Furio was getting angry, as he slashed his sword three times against the stone holding the Quasar Sabers.
"I don't believe it!" he exclaimed angrily. "Aghh! Just a little piece of rock is keeping me from the ultimate power in the universe!"
The bugs kept all the villagers back.
Elsewhere, Maya was running through the jungle, looking back every now and then, as some of the bugs were still chasing her.
Above Earth, the last shuttle began approaching Terra Venture.
Onboard, the stewardess was sorting out some drinks, as a piece of the floor lifted up, showing Leo in the cargo bay beneath. The stewardess walked over the bay door, knocking Leo down, and then she walked down the shuttle.
Leo lifted up the bay door again, and saw no one was looking, since it was at the back. He checked to see if no one was on either side of him, before he got up from the cargo bay quickly, and then hid against a wall. He took a deep breath, before he walked down the hallway, and then he sat down beside a African-American girl, who was looking out the window.
The girl turned to him as Leo looked around, seeing a red-haired woman sleeping, before he turned to the girl.
"Hi." he said. "You mind if I take a look?"
The girl didn't answer as Leo leaned closer and stared out of the window, seeing Terra Venture getting closer.
"Wow." he said amazed.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, this is your Captain speaking." the Captain said. "Please return to your seats and fasten your safety belts. We are about to arrive on Terra Venture."
The shuttle flew towards a hanger as the door opened up.
"We hope you have enjoyed your flight and thanks for flying with us, on ILK." the Captain said, as the shuttle landed.
The people all began leaving the shuttle, and then some walked through a door, including Bulk and the Professor.
"I'm telling ya, Professor, I got a funny feeling, we are forgetting something." Bulk said.
"Perhaps you're right." the Professor said.
He began going through his bag.
"Toothpaste." he said, taking it out and handing it to Bulk.
"Toothpaste." Bulk said, taking it.
"Underwear." the Professor said, taking a multi-colored pair out.
"Underwear." Bulk said, taking it.
"Anti-Alien Gel." the Professor said, taking it out.
Bulk then stopped, his mouth wide, knowing what they'd forgotten.
"Oh..." the Professor said, getting it as well.
"Skull!" they both cried.
(Skull's house)
Skull was still asleep in his bed, when his alarm fell off his chest, knocking it off.
"Huh?" he mumbled, getting up.
He took his sunglasses off and looked around, but saw no one, so he pulled the covers over himself, and then went back to sleep.
(Terra Venture)
Leo walked past Bulk and the Professor, as they both cried and hugged each other.
"Oh, Skull!" Bulk whimpered.
Leo and several other people got onto a down escalator, and then Leo looked around.
"Please be prepared by having all pass invitations ready by the time you arrive at pre-processing room." a woman instructed.
Down below the escalator, a bunch of people were walking around, including a few members of the GSA, when a guard spotting Leo.
"On the escalator!" he said, touching another guard's arm, while pointing at Leo. "It's the stowaway."
"Hey, you! hold it right there!" the other guard bellowed.
Leo gasped, as he turned around, while the guards ran towards the escalators. He began running up past the people behind him, as the guards made it to the bottom and ran past the people just getting off. Leo turned and saw the guards were struggling to get up, so he climbed over the escalator ramp, and then climbed onto the up escalator.
The two guards tripped over the down escalator, just as Leo made it to the top escalator, and then he turned right and ran off. Several people turned to him, just as the two guards got back up.
"Come on." one said, before they began running up the up escalator.
Leo turned back as he kept running, but then accidently bumped into Kendrix, who was walking with Kai and Gwen, all now carrying body amour as well as a helmet.
"Ugh!" Kendrix groaned, as she fell down, dropping her helmet and blaster.
"I'm sorry." Leo said.
He held his hand out, which she took, and then he helped her up.
"Thanks." she said, blushing.
Leo stared at her speechlessly, before Kai got between them.
"You oughta be more careful." Kai advised.
"Yeah." Gwen agreed calmly. "You should watch where you're going."
"Let me help you." Leo said.
He bent down and picked up Kendrix's stuff, when he noticed two guards behind, spotting them through the gap between Kendrix's and Kai's legs.
"Attention all units, we're in pursuit of a stowaway in the South Hall." one said through a radio.
Leo picked up Kendrix's stuff, and then handed them to Kai, confusing him, before he turned and walked away.
"I wonder what's his problem?" Gwen wondered, as Leo began walking up some stairs.
"You got me." Kendrix shrugged dreamily.
The two guards then made it to the three of them.
"Did you see a guy come through here, about this tall with a red shirt?" one asked, holding his hand out to explain the height.
"What did he do?" Kendrix asked.
"He's a stowaway." the guard replied.
"Uh..." Kai began, before Kendrix grabbed his arm.
"No." she cut in. "I don't think so."
The guard nodded, before he and the other one ran off.
"Thank you." the second said.
Kendrix then walked off, leaving Kai and Gwen confused.
"That's not like her." Kai noted.
"No." Gwen agreed. "But in fairness, how can we be sure that man's the stowaway?"
Kai turned to her.
"Well, I mean, he can't be he only person that high wearing red." Gwen said fairly.
"Fair enough." Kai shrugged, before they both walked off.
Leo ran up another up escalator, and then came into a hallway. Once at the top, he looked around, and saw another two guards up ahead.
"All units, we've lost the stowaway!" a guard reported through their radios. "Keep a close watch. He's in the area."
Leo turned to his left, then to his right, then looked up before walking right.
Two more guards then looked around on a balcony above, then looked down from above it.
"Hey, there he is, down there!" one said, spotting Leo.
The other put his radio to his mouth.
"We've located him." he reported, as Leo turned back. "Off bound frequency."
"Come on." the first guard said.
They both ran off, as Leo ran off, and then hid behind a pillar, as several GSA soldiers in battle gear, all walked down the hallway in columns of two. He then turned right and saw some spare battle gear on a rack, where one solider was standing. He approached the rack without getting spotted, then took one of the helmets, and then ducked inside a room.
The two guards ran past the matching soldiers and looked around, but saw no sign of Leo.
"We lost him again." one reported into his radio.
They both looked around, before the guard pointed ahead of them.
"Over there." he said.
They both ran off, then the solider by the racks pushed them away, just as Leo came out the room, wearing the battle gear. He put his helmet on and walked down the hallway in the opposite direction of the soldiers, but then Commander Stanton spotted him.
"Hey, you!" the Commander called, getting Leo to stop. "You're going the wrong way, young man. Come on, we're on a tight schedule."
Leo smiled, happy to know his disguise worked, so he turned around and decided to go along with the act. He then began following the rest of the soldiers, just as Commander Stanton turned around and walked off.
Later, Commander Stanton and all the soldiers - including Leo, Kai, Kendrix, Gwen and Mike - all walked towards a bunch of transport gunships. All but Leo wore full battle armour and a backpack, then a man handed Leo some as he looked around.
"Whoa!" Leo gasped, turning to the man behind him. "Where we going?"
"The moon, training excise." the man replied.
"To the moon?" Leo gasped, stopping. "I just got here."
A woman came up behind Leo and pushed him forward.
The gunship's door opened up, and then everyone piled in. Once Leo made it to the doorway, he turned around.
"Move it." a man said.
Leo turned back and reluctantly got into the gunship.
He sat down and put the armour on, as everyone else either took their seats and turned to Commander Stanton, who stood at the end of the ship. The whole ship went red as the doors closed, then Kai and another man picked up a bunch of blasters.
"These are the last defence excises we'll have before Terra Venture leaves." Commander Stanton explained.
Leo turned slightly, and saw Kai handing out the blasters.
"All your sensors need to be on full battle alert." the Commander explained, as Leo turned away. "No mistake. Delta Team, you will be first, followed by Gamma. Remember, this is a full battle ready excise including explosives."
Leo turned back, shocked at the news, before Kai handed Kendrix a blaster, making him smile.
"Watch for your enemy." Commander Stanton went on, as Kai handed Gwen a blaster. "Anticipate..."
Leo looked down as Kendrix turned to him unknowingly.
"..stay clam and remember, never ever, leave a team member behind." the Commander finished.
"Yes, sir." the soldiers all said.
Leo turned to the Commander slightly.
"Combat Medics, keep an eye on your teams." the Commander added.
Gwen and a man opposite her both turned to him.
"Don't want any accidents or injuries if we can help it." he explained.
"Yes, sir." Gwen and the man understood.
The gunship began lifting off, as more soldiers walked towards other gunships outside.
Commander Stanton opened the door near him, and saw Mike sitting down near the two pilots.
"Gentlemen, everything all full?" he asked.
"Yes, sir." Mike assured. "ETA 1700."
"Very good." the Commander said.
At 1700, once all the gunships were on the moon, all the soldiers stood near them, waiting for orders, as the teams assembled.
"Come on! Let's move!" Mike bellowed.
The soldiers all yelled as they all ran off, as small explosions went off around them.
The team with Kai, Gwen, Kendrix and Leo on all climbed up a small cater.
"Go! Go! Go!" Kai ordered, as the others all dived in.
Some, including Kendrix, took longer than the others to get over, and then once they were all over, Kai jumped down. He landed on his chest as he turned away, before turning to the others.
"Kendrix, you, stay here!" he ordered, pointing at Kendrix and Leo, who's head was turned. "Everybody else, go!"
Everyone else got up and ran off, as Leo and Kendrix stayed put.
"Haaa!" some men yelled, as they all ran around a large rock formation.
Gwen looked around to see if anyone was in trouble, but saw no one near any of the explosives.
"So far, so good." she sighed.
Leo turned away and looked around, before he spotted an explosive on the ground nearby.
"Watch out!" he yelled, grabbing Kendrix.
She turned to the explosive as Leo helped her up, and then they both ran off. The explosive then went off behind them both, knocking them off their feet, but the noise got both Kai's and Gwen's attention as they turned around.
"Kendrix!" Kai gasped.
"Oh, no!" Gwen gasped.
"Aghh!" Leo and Kendrix yelled, before they hit the moon's surface on their chests.
Kai and Gwen ran past the other soldiers over towards them both.
"I hope they're alright." Gwen said frantically.
Leo lifted himself up and took his helmet off.
"Are you okay?" he asked.
"Yeah...I think so." Kendrix replied.
She took her helmet off, then Leo helped her up, getting them both to look at each other.
"Oh, you." Kendrix blushed.
"Yeah." Leo blushed. "Me."
"Thanks." Kendrix said.
"Kendrix!" Kai cried.
Leo and Kendrix turned as Kai and Gwen both took off their helmets and dropped their blasters.
"Are you okay?" Kai asked frantically.
"Yeah." Kendrix assured.
"You're not hurt or anything are you?" Gwen asked, checking her friend.
"I'm fine, Gwen." Kendrix assured, as Kai turned to Leo.
"You! You're the stowaway!" Kai snapped, pushing Leo slightly.
"Kai! Kai!" Kendrix said, restraining him.
"Kai, how do we know it's him?" Gwen inquired.
"How do you explain him wearing our uniform now?" Kai asked rudely.
Gwen turned to Leo and sighed. "I see what you mean." she said.
Mike came running over to the four of them.
"Hey, is everybody okay?" he asked.
"Mostly." Gwen replied, pointing at Leo.
Mike turned to Leo, but looked more shocked than angry.
"Leo, what are you doing here?" he demanded.
Kai and the girls all looked shocked.
"You know him?" Kendrix exclaimed.
"Yeah. He's my little brother." Mike explained.
"Your brother!" Kai said shocked.
Gwen looked between the two Corbett's, shocked completely.
"I told you not to come on Terra Venture." Mike said, leading Leo away. "This isn't some joyride, Leo. Anything can happen! The colony may never go back to Earth, ever."
"Well, I wanna see what's out there as badly as you do!" Leo snapped seriously, pushing Mike's arm down.
The two brothers looked at each other, as Kai and the girls all stared at them.
On Mirinoi Maya kept running away from the bugs through the jungle. She dodged past bushes, sharp leaves and trees, as they began firing lasers out of their faces at her. She kept running as some of the bugs got closer, before she through a small portal that opened up out of nowhere.
On the moon, Leo, Mike, Gwen, Kendrix and Kai all turned slightly, as Maya came rolling down a hill. She stopped near the brother's feet, then looked up at them, before getting up, as more explosions went off. She turned to Kai, Gwen and Kendrix, then tried to run for it, but Mike got in front of her, then she ran towards Leo, who grabbed her.
"Whoa." he said.
A noise got everyone's attention, making them all turn, and they saw four of the bugs rolling down the hill towards them. The four bugs all stood up straight, then Mike clutched his fist, then Maya gasped as one of the bugs tried to hit her and the brothers with its stinger.
"Whoa!" Mike yelped, as they backed away.
Leo dodged another swipe from it, before it spun around and tripped him over with its stinger.
Mike tried to fire his blaster at the second, but it knocked the blaster out of his hands, and then it tried to stab him.
"Aghh!" Mike yelped, grabbing the stinger.
The first one lifted Leo up and threw him over itself, as Kai and the girls watched in shock.
"Aghh!" Leo groaned, hitting the ground.
The one holding Mike then did the same thing, making him land near Leo.
One of the bugs then tried to swipe Maya with its stinger, but missed as she dodged, then she dodged past another. She then grabbed the third's arm as it came at her, but then the fourth hit her in the belly.
Mike and Leo lifted their heads up and turned around, just as the fourth bug knocked Maya to the ground.
"Aghhh!" the brothers shouted, charging at them.
Kai, Kendrix and Gwen all charged in to help, then Kai and Kendrix grabbed the fourth from behind, and pulled it away from Maya.
Gwen body tackled the third from behind, knocking it onto its chest, as Maya watched in amazement.
Leo ducked as the first tried to hit him with its stinger, as Mike blocked the second's with his elbow, then Leo blocked the first's another stinger with his arm. Mike kicked the second in the belly, knocking it away, but then it wrapped its arms around Mike's chest.
Gwen got up and got in front of Maya, as the third got up, then she dodged as it tried to swipe her.
Mike took his helmet off and bashed it against the second's back, causing it to let go of him, just as the fourth kicked Kai in the chest, knocking him down.
Leo grabbed the first's arm and spun it around, before side kicking it in the chest, sending it flying away, as Kendrix wrestled with the fourth's arm.
Gwen dodged as the third tried to stab her with its stinger, then she grabbed its arm, spun around and threw it towards the first and second.
The fourth pulled its arm free, knocking Kendrix down, but then Kai rolled over towards their blasters. They both picked theirs up and then Kai fired his, causing the bug to roll away to avoid it.
Gwen ran towards them both and picked up her blaster, just as Mike picked up his and Leo's.
"Leo!" he called, tossing Leo one.
Leo caught it, and then he five of them aimed the blasters at the bugs. The bugs then jumped up, sprouting wings, and then they turned around and buzzed off, flying right back through the portal.
Maya ran closer to the five people, who then all turned to her.
"Who are you?" Mike asked.
"My name is Maya." Maya explained. "My home is the Planet Mirinoi. Or what's left of it."
"I've never heard of Mirinoi." Kendrix said.
Maya walked past the others towards the portal.
"Wait, wait!" Kendrix said, getting Maya to turn to her. "Well, how do you know it's safe?"
"I have to go back." Maya insisted. "Scorpius will destroy my world if he gets the Quasar Sabers!"
"Let's go." Leo said, eager to help.
"What, are you nuts?!" Kai exclaimed, grabbing his arm. "You have no idea what's in there?!"
"Not to mention it might not be safe!" Gwen argued, agreeing.
"It doesn't matter. She needs our help." Leo said.
"Yeah, I'm going too." Kendrix said determined.
"You're not going anywhere." Mike told Leo.
"Mike, none of us can go." Kai argued. "Who knows what's through that portal. Besides, Terra Venture leaves in a few hours, and it won't wait for anyone."
"And even if you do get back, chances are you're gonna wind up back here, and it'll be too late." Gwen added.
"We'll be back soon." Mike promised. "Take my little brother with you both."
"But, I wanna-" Leo argued, as Mike and Kendrix approached Maya.
"It's settle!" Mike snapped, as they all turned to him. "You ready?"
Kendrix nodded.
She, Mike and Maya all walked towards the portal.
"Come on." Kai said, touching Leo's shoulder.
He turned Leo around.
"We'll sought this out later." Gwen said.
The three of them walked off slightly, but then Leo turned around and ran towards the portal.
"Leo, don't!" Kai yelled, as he and Gwen turned around.
"Noooo!" Gwen shouted.
Leo ignored them both and ran right through the portal, just before it closed behind him.
"This isn't good." Gwen gulped, turning to Kai.
Leo: Next time on Power Rangers Lost Galaxy.
The Astro Megaship takes off, as a bunch of people watch, and then turn away slightly.
Furio knocks Mike towards the Quasar Sabers.
"The Quasar Sabers were put in that rock 3000 years ago."
Mike pulls one of the sabers out and then uses it to block Furio's sword.
"Every warrior's tried to free them, but none could..."
Maya, Damon, Gwen, Kai and Kendrix all pull out the other sabers.
"..until now." Maya explains.
Furio creates a crevice along the ground, which Mike falls into.
"Whoaaaa!" he yells.
Leo reaches down for Mike.
"Leo, take the saber!" Mike called. "I can't hold on!"
Leo takes the saber from Mike, before Mike falls down into the crevice.
"Nooooooo!" Leo cries.
He and the others raise their sabers up as lighting hits them, morphing them into Power Rangers, doing an animal fighting pose.
"We've been chosen." Maya said.
Maya trips a bug up with her saber.
Damon swoops down and knocks two aside.
Gwen back flips and kicks one in the back.
Kendrix spins around sideways while slashing one.
Kai elbows one in the chest.
Furio fires lighting out of his hand, hitting Leo and sending him flying.
A/N: The idea of Gwen's civilian background, is because I've noticed the GSA has no known medical unit in, which is something all military branches should have.
Also, I want to know which of my Zordon era Rangers did you like the best and why, but if you say Sophie, you need a better reason than just because she was my original.
