She's still angry. After spending her night sat with David on his sofa eating pizza, she still can't get what Barba said off her mind.

"Hey. Do you want to come upstairs?" David says bringing her out of her thoughts.

"I'm going to get a cab home." Olivia says moving off him.

"Liv... It's 10:20PM. I really don't advise it. If you don't want to stay in my bed i can always bring you a couple of pillows and a duvet."

"Okay... I know you'll only worry about me." Olivia says sighing.

"Liv... are you okay?" He says with a concerend look on his face.

"I don't know. He's really hurt me. I just wish i could..." she stops herself before she says anything she will regret.

David pulls her back into him. "Your okay." He whispers softly into her hair.

"I just wish i could forget about it. I would come to bed with you. I just won't sleep."

"How about I get the icecream and we can talk about anything but work and the Rafael situation."

"But your tired." She says pulling from him. He wipes the tears from his face and tells her to get off the sofa.

Within 10 minutes the sofa was in it's bed form and from a cupboard under the stairs there is now a duvet and some pillows over it. David brings the 2 litre icecream from the freezer along with a bottle of wine. They get under the duvet and, for the first time this evening, Olivia smiles. "Better?" David asks.

"Yeah. Can we do music and no movie?"

"Sure." David says turning the tv to spotify and finding an instrumental playlist and turns it to a low volume. "Liv... you don't need to worry about Rafael. I love you. Even if you go back to him... I will have your back. But... I will fight for you."

He says taking her hand.

"David... You don't have to. It isn't worth it."

"Olivia... you are worth it. This. Spending my nights with you. Being with you. All of this is worth it. Let's get focused on the major cases and then we can sort all of this out. For good. Olivia benson. You are worth it. If Assistant District Attorney Rafael barba wants a fight. He will get one." David says.

"Okay. But a fight is the last resort. Okay? Don't you dare hit him first."

"I won't. I promise."

Whatever happens with Rafael, David Haden doesn't want to lose the woman he loves for a second time as deep down he knows... It would be the last time.
