A/N: This is one of my favourite Lost Galaxy episodes, as I like how Kai and Leo start to bound despite their differences. They're two of my top ten Red and Blue Rangers in the franchise, Leo being 7 on the Red list, and Kai being 4 on the Blue list.
This is also the first appearance of Gwen's love interest, who's played by Ryan Hurst, who was around 23-24 in 1999.
Kendrix: Previously on Power Rangers Lost Galaxy.
Kendrix, Kai, Gwen, Damon and Maya all pull out a Quasar Saber from the stone.
"We've been chosen." Maya said happily.
Mike falls into a crevice created by Fruio.
"AGGHHH!" he yells.
"Mike!" Leo cries, reaching his arm down, as Mike hangs on.
"You can carry on for me." Mike said.
Leo takes the saber from Mike.
"I can't hold on!" Mike cries.
He slips and falls into the crevice.
"NOOOOO!" Leo cries.
Leo and the others hold their sabers up, as lighting hits them, morphing them into Power Rangers.
"The Power Rangers are back!" Alpha said.
The Rangers do their fight poses.
Maya puts her hand to her ear, as Leo comes up behind her.
"You hear something?" he asks.
The Galactabeasts growl inside the cages.
"Animals." Maya replies. "They're in trouble."
Stingwingers pull on ropes attached to the Galactabeasts.
Leo tries to slash one with his saber.
Damon somersaults forward over a few, then slashes one down the chest.
Gwen kicks her feet against cage, and then dives and pulls one to the ground.
"I'm gonna cut the chain and free them!" Maya shouts.
She jumps and slashes one of the chains, freeing the Wolf Galactabeast.
Kai slashes his saber up and slices another of the chains, freeing the Gorilla Galactabeast.
The Rangers stare at the Galactabeasts.
"Whoa." they said.
The Galactabeasts land near Radster, knocking him away.
The Lion Galactabeast shoots fire from its mouth, hitting and destroying Radster.
"Guys, I think we've found some new friends!" Leo calls.
The Rangers stare at the Galactabeasts.
In the Forest Dome, Leo was practicing his moves and saber techniques. He ran forward slightly, then stopped and did a slash, before he spun around and did a kick
Leo: After receiving the Quasar Saber from my brother Mike, I made a promise to myself, that I will do everything in my power to become the Red Ranger he would've been proud of.
He held his saber up, and then looked at it, as he thought about his brother.
(Flashback)
Mike held onto the rock in the crevice, as Leo watched from above.
"Take it!" Mike yelled, lifting the saber up.
Leo grabbed the saber and pulled it up.
(Flashback ends)
Leo snaps out of his thoughts, then did a slash, before he twirled his saber around. He then twirled it again, then spun around and did a kick, before he jumped and twirled sideways, before landing on his knees. He then got up and turned around, before digging the butt end of his saber into the ground.
"Why, Mike, why?!" he panted.
He raised his saber up, but then accidently let go of it, causing it to fly away. He looked up before it hit the ground, and then he walked towards it.
"I'm sorry, Mike." he said quietly, as he bent down and picked it up. "I'll never be as good as you."
(Flashback)
Mike looks up at Leo as he hangs onto the rocks in the crevice.
"You can carry on for me." Mike said. "You can do it."
(Flashback ends)
Leo looked at the saber as he snapped out of his thoughts.
Red lighting suddenly hit the ground nearby, and then Fruio showed up.
"Red Ranger!" he barked.
Leo turned around and got up and faced him.
"Fruio!" he gasped.
"Hand over that Quasar Saber?!" Fruio demanded. "It's wasn't meant for you!"
Leo looked at the saber. "That may be true, but it wasn't meant for you either!" he retorted, believing the saber to be Mike's.
He then charged at Fruio, then jumped up and dived towards him. Fruio then blocked Leo's saber with his sword, before he pulled away and spun around as Leo ran past him. Leo then turned to him and slashed him slightly in the hip, then he spun around and blocked Fruio's sword with his saber, locking the weapons together.
They both spun around slightly, before Fruio lifted his sword up, making Leo back off. Leo then side flipped to his right as Fruio tried to slash him, then he fly kicked Fruio in the hand. Fruio then blocked Leo's saber with his sword as Leo tried to stab him, before he knocked Leo's saber up out of his hand.
"The saber!" Leo gasped.
He turned around, and then he and Fruio sat the saber hit the ground.
Fruio then growled as he tried to slice Leo with his sword, but missed as Leo did a backwards handspring. He did another one, then a back flip, before he crouched down and picked up his saber.
"This saber's staying here with me!" he shouted.
"You haven't got what it takes!" Fruio retorted, as he started charging at Leo.
He then stopped suddenly, and put his hand to his ear area, while looking up.
"You got lucky this time!" Fruio sneered, turning to Leo. "But I'll be back!"
He then disappeared in a flash of red lighting.
"I won't let you down, Mike." Leo promised, looking at his saber. "I promised."
Intro:
A explosion goes off behind Leo and Kendrix as they jump up.
Power Rangers...
Kai and Gwen turn around in shock and fright.

On the Scorpion Stinger, Trakeena walked down a hallway, but then stopped and turned to Fruio, who was hiding behind a wall.
"Uh, Trakeena." he gasped.
"So, you couldn't even get one Quasar Saber, let alone six?" Trakeena inquired. "My father is anxious to speak to you about your failure."
"Trakeena, where is Fruio?!" Scoprius bellowed.
Fruio covered his ear area with his hand.
"Don't tell him I was here?" he asked Trakeena. "I have another plan."
"You owe me, Fruio!" Trakeena scowled. "Get out!"
Fruio then left the room, as Trakeena put her hand on her chin.
Later, Fruio met up with a yellow weevil horn monster in a black trenchcoat called Horn in a warehouse.
"Many before you have tried to get the Quasar Sabers, but all have failed." Fruio explained, turning to Horn. "Why should you be any different?"
"Weapons are my expertise, especially rare ones." Horn explained.
He opened up his coat, and showed Fruio six colored daggers.
"The Transdaggers!" Fruio gasped.
He made to grab them, but Horn pushed past him.
"Hands off!" Horn snapped.
"Where did you get those?" Fruio inquired, turning to him. "They have great power."
"That is not important!" Horn spat. "If I can get these, I can also get the Sabers you desire."
"Hmm?" Fruio said, putting his hand to his chin as he thought for a minute. "Excellent. Get me the Quasar Sabers!"
Horn turned to him and laughed evilly, as he closed up his coat.
Later, in Terra Venture's Command Headquarters, Kai walked towards a man and a woman in blue uniforms sitting by a panel, as Commander Stanton stood nearby with a man who was also in a blue uniform.
"Lt. Shea, systems 3 and 5 for the Proton Cycle." Kai ordered.
Lt. Shea, who was the man, nodded, as Commander Stanton came over to Kai with a tablet.
"Mr. Chen, special assignment. There's a new recruit with great leadership potential." the Commander explained, handing Kai a tablet. "I want you to train him."
Kai looked at the tablet, showing the recruit's test results.
"Wow." he said amazed and impressed. "Scored high on the Entrance Test."
"Come over and meet him." Commander Stanton said.
He and Kai walked over to the man he'd been talking too.
"Mr. Chen, this is Mr. Corbett." the Commander explained.
Corbett turned around, reveling himself to be Leo, shocking Kai.
"Leo!" Kai exclaimed, completely shocked.
"Hey, Kai." Leo said.
"You two know each other?" the Commander inquired.
Kai checked the test to see if they'd been a mistake.
"Great. I look forward to a progress report. Carry on, Gentlemen." the Commander said, before he walked off.
Kai looked at him, before Leo touched his shoulder.
"So, where do we start?" Leo asked, edgily.
Kai stared at him, then checked the test again, before he looked back at Leo and shook his head.
Later, Kai began showing Leo around the science lab.
"These rare specimens will be planted in the Forest Dome." Kai explained, as they walked past some large plants. "The temperature and humidity have to be constant."
Leo looked around at the people in the red uniforms sitting at the table, before he walked towards Kendrix, who was among them.
"Once we do find the new world, depending on natural conditions-" Kai went on.
"Hey, Leo." Kendrix said, getting Kai to turn around. "How's the training coming?"
"Badly!" Kai answered, walking towards them. "He has trouble focusing. Come on."
He and Leo both walked off, as Kendrix stared at Leo dreamily.
Kai and Leo then entered a room full of people, several in purple uniforms with the Red Cross on their sleeves, or with white scrubs over them, either walking around or checking on people lying in beds.
"This is the sickbay." Kai explained. "It's where all those too sick or injured to preform their duties go."
"And we know if people are lying or not." Gwen assured, coming towards them, wearing a scrub over her uniform.
"Hi, Gwen." Leo said.
"I heard we had a new recruit, but I didn't think it was you." Gwen admitted.
A man with short hair, wearing a white scrub over his uniform came towards them.
"Gwen, you know the new man?" the man asked.
"Oh, yeah." Gwen blushed, smiling widely. "He's Mike's little brother."
"Oh, I see. Peter Turner." the man said, holding his hand out. "Same department as Gwen."
"Leo, nice to meet ya." Leo said, shaking his hand.
"Um, if you guys don't mind, I'm still showing Leo around?" Kai explained.
"Oh, right." Gwen said.
"Go on then." Peter said.
Kai grabbed Leo's arm and dragged him out of the sickbay.
Later, they were both back in the control room, standing near the panel in the center of the room. Kai put a large book with the words 'GSA, Rules and Regulations' down on the panel.
"There are rules and regulations." he explained, pushing the book forward. "You better start studying them."
Leo looked at the book as he lifted up a sandwich he had towards his mouth.
"And what are you doing?!" Kai inquired rudely, grabbing his arm, before taking the sandwich. "You can't eat in here!"
"Why not?" Leo asked innocently.
"This is highly sensitive equipment!" Kai explained frantically, looking around. "One crumb-"
Commander Stanton came in towards them both.
"Mr. Chen!" he scowled, before taking the sandwich, thinking it was Kai's food. "I shouldn't have to remind you that there's no food allowed in Command Headquarters."
A solider in a blue uniform came over with a paper bag, which the Commander dumped the sandwich in.
"You're not setting a very good example for the new recruit." he said, rubbing his hands.
He walked off as the main door closed, with a man in a blue uniform, and a woman in a red one behind it.
Kai glared at Leo, who just shrugged and smiled.
Later, Kai and Leo were in the Weapons Dome, where other members of the GSA were putting their blasters away. One-by-one, the members handed Leo their blasters, as he put them on a rack in a room, as Kai checked on the boxes nearby that were full of more blasters.
"Here's the security card." Kai said, holding it up. "Lock up the Weapons Dome when you leave."
Leo turned to him and took the card.
"I'll see you in Command." Kai said, patting his arm.
"No problem." Leo promised.
Kai walked out of the room as Leo kept stocking up the blasters. Kai then got into a car and drove away from the dome.
About half an hour later, Leo came out of the room, then closed the door behind him, but forgot to lock it, as he walked off. Unknown to him, Horn had been watching from behind a bush nearby, and then he sniggered evilly.
Later, Kai, Kendrix and Gwen - now without the scrub over her uniform - walked through the City Dome, as people walked by.
"He has no respect for the rules!" Kai began, telling the girls about Leo's lacking. "He's late to everything! His uniform is always wrinkled!"
They then stopped just under a roof cover.
"I'm gonna tell the Commander to let somebody else train him!" Kai said.
"Kai, don't you think you're overacting?" Kendrix asked.
"And ain't you being a bit harsh there?" Gwen inquired.
"So he's a little undisciplined. So he doesn't follow all the rules perfectly. When it really matters, he comes through no matter what." Kendrix said fairly.
Kai looked at her.
"And Kai, he's still new." Gwen argued, agreeing with Kendrix. "You can't expect him to get the hang of the schedule right away."
Kai nodded, knowing she had a point.
"You mind telling me what you're getting at?" he asked them both.
"Maybe...Just maybe, you're a little...jealous." Kendrix said.
"Jealous?!" Kai frowned.
He walked off.
"Why?" he inquired, as the girls followed him. "Because he scored high on the Written Test? Or because he shot out all three bullseyes?"
He stopped and turned to the girls once they stood by a wall.
"I couldn't care less." Kai said.
"Right?" Gwen sighed, disbelieving.
A large thunderstorm got their attention, making them all look up at the sky, as thunder went off.
"Wow. Now that's a thunderstorm." Kendrix remarked.
"There's no rain scheduled for to..." Kai recalled, before he snapped. "Leo!"
He ran off as the girls laughed.
"Wow." Kendrix said.
"Maybe Leo should be put in charge of the weather." Gwen joked.
Kendrix giggled.
In Command Headquarters, Leo was talking to a female officer in blue.
"Maybe Kai could tell you more." she said, just as Kai entered the room.
The woman walked off as Kai walked towards Leo.
"Kai." Leo said.
"Did you make that storm?" Kai asked.
"Cool, huh?" Leo said.
"It wasn't scheduled." Kai scowled. "This isn't a playground. There are reasons we have rules."
"Not all rules work all the time." Leo said, touching Kai's arm.
"They do when you're in the GSA!" Kai frowned, pushing Leo's arm down. "Around here, you just can't pick and choose which rules you want to follow!"
A beeping noise from the front panel got his attention. He walked towards it as Leo looked nervous.
"Security breach...in the Weapons Dome?" Kai questioned, turning to Leo.
Leo sighed as Kai came towards him.
"Did you lock the Weapons Room like I told you?" Kai asked.
"I think I forgot." Leo admitted, holding up the security card.
"Ahh!" Kai huffed, before he ran past Leo, who then followed.
Once Kai reached the Weapons Dome, he ran towards the room Leo had forgot to lock, he opened the door up, and saw Horn carrying some of the blasters.
"STOP!" he yelled.
Horn turned around, then fired a blast out of his hand at Kai, but missed as he hid behind the door.
"Ugh!" he groaned.
Horn laughed and ran out the other door.
Kai entered the room, and looked around horrified, just as Leo came in.
"All of our weapons!" Kai gasped. "They're gone!"
He touched the empty rack, then an empty box, before turning to Leo.
"This is all your fault!" he scowled. "We've gotta get to the others and find those blasters before they get off the Space Conley."
"No." Leo said, wanting to make up for what happened. "I messed up, I'll find them."
He then ran past Kai.
"Wait, Leo!" Kai called, turning around.
Leo ignored him and ran out the room, and then into a forest.
Later, Kai and Damon were in the boy's quarters. Damon worked on a computer, trying to track down Horn, as Kai stood by the kitchen table with a drink. He put his cup down and walked towards Damon, just as Kendrix, Gwen and Maya came into the room.
"What's the emergency?" Maya asked.
"Scorpius." Kai answered, turning to the girls. "He stole all the weapons from the GSA Weapons Dome."
"Well, how'd he get in there?" Gwen inquired.
"Leo forgot to lock it like I told him too." Kai replied.
"There they are." Damon said, picking up something.
The girls moved closer and looked at the screen.
"Where?" Gwen asked.
"At the Power Plant." Damon replied.
"Let's go!" Kai said.
They all ran towards the door, and then down the hallway.
Later, once they'd arrived at the Power Plant, now morphed, they all turned and saw Leo - morphed himself - fighting Horn near a bunch of Stingwingers.
"There they are!" Kendrix gasped.
Horn grabbed Leo and flipped him over himself, making Leo land on his back, as the others ran towards him.
"Leo, are you alright?" Kendrix asked, as she helped him up.
"I will be as soon as I get what I came for!" Leo replied, turning to Horn.
"Let me handle this, Leo!" Kai snapped, pushing Leo back. "Hand over those weapons now!"
"I'm afraid can't do that!" Horn smirked. "Stingers!"
Stingers came onto most of the Stingwingers hands.
"Get them!" Horn commanded.
He laughed evilly as the Stingwingers charged at the Rangers.
"Let's do it!" Kai said.
The Rangers all did their fight poses.
"Hi-yah!" they shouted.
They all charged in at the Stingwingers.
Kai fought past one, as Kendrix rolled over another's back, while Gwen jumped over a third, as Leo and Maya dodged past one each. Kai then blocked ones kick with his hands, as Kendrix ducked and ran past another's stinger, while Gwen blocked a third's with her elbow.
Horn laughed as he watched the fighting.
Kai moved back as one tried to ram him, and then he punched another in the chest, knocking it down. A third then grabbed his shoulder, making him turn to it, then he grabbed its arm, twirled it around, before whacking it in the chest with his forearm, knocking it down. He then elbowed a fourth in the chest as it came up behind him.
Maya jumped onto a car, then rolled along the back on its hood, before she landed near some. She then kicked one in the arm, then turned and punched another in the belly.
Leo spun around as one came at him, hitting it slightly in the hand as he did, then he elbowed in the chest. He then knocked another's stinger away, then blocked the other with his forearm, before he rolled along its back. He then grabbed it, pulled it down and threw it away, then waved his legs around and knocked a third away slightly, then he spun around and tackled a fourth, before he got down and elbowed it in the chest.
Gwen ducked past one as it tried to whack her with its stinger, then she grabbed its arm and flipped it onto its back. She then put her hands on the ground and split kicked another two in the chest as they came up behind her, knocking them down. She then got up and blocked a fourth's stinger with her forearm, before she clawed at its chest, grabbing it, and then she spun around and tackled it.
Damon jumped over one, touching its shoulders as he flipped over it, and then he did a sideways handspring past some more.
Maya touched ones arm as another held her foot up, then she spun around and freed her leg, pulling the first away, before she spun and tackled the second.
Kendrix back flipped a one tried to hit her from behind with its stinger, then she blocked another's kick with both hands. She then ducked and spun around as a third tried to hit her with its stinger, then grabbed a fourth's arm as it tried to hit her, before blocking a punch from the third. She then grabbed the fourth's arm again, as it grabbed hers, but then she spun them both around, knocking it down, before she bent down and did her fight pose.
Damon jumped and kicked one in the arm, knocking it slightly, before he did a sideways flip to his right as another tried to hit him, and then spun around and tackled a third.
Kai dodged one as it ran by him, before grabbing its back, pulling it onto its back, before turning to the others.
Gwen back flipped as one tried to stab her with its stinger, before she elbowed another in the belly as it came up behind her, then she grabbed its arm and threw it into the first.
Maya jumped over a car as two tried to stab her, then she landed on her knees as it and a third came up behind her. She then grabbed ones arm as it tried to punch her, before she lay down and tripped it up, before flipping to her feet. She then spun around and punched a fourth in the chest as it came at her, knocking it down.
Leo turned to Horn and did his fight pose.
"Where are you going?" he inquired.
"I'm gonna destroy you alone now!" Horn spat, as the Rangers gathered together near a river.
"I made a mistake, but I'm not going to make another one!" Leo assured, as the Rangers brought out their Sabers. (Gwen was between Kai and Maya)
"Ah! The Quasar Sabers." Horn grinned.
He and the Rangers began circling each other.
"Then let's see how fast you are?" Horn smirked, before turning to them. "Ready?"
He took a blaster out of his coat, and then fired it, hitting all the Rangers.
"AHH!" they moaned, falling down.
Horn kept firing at them until they fell onto their backs. He then stretched his left hand out, then grabbed Kai's saber, followed by Damon's, then Gwen's, Maya's, and then Kendrix's.
"One, two, three, four, five." he said, before pulling them towards him. "Five out of six's not bad."
He put them into his coat as the Rangers tried to get up.
"The Quasar Sabers!" Kai grunted.
"They belong to me now!" Horn smirked.
"Not mine!" Leo argued, getting up.
"I saved the best till last." Horn retorted.
He stretched his hand out and grabbed Leo's saber, but he kept tight hold of it, making Horn pull him closer to him. They then both fought over the saber like a tug-of-war.
"You'll never get this saber out of my hands!" Leo snapped.
"But I'm not letting go!" Horn snapped. "Give it up, Ranger!"
"Never!" Leo snapped.
The other Rangers looked at him.
"Leo!" Kai groaned, trying to get up.
"Then you'll just have to come along with me too!" Horn snapped, opening up his coat.
He pulled hard, pulling Leo off his feet, before he and his saber vanished into his coat.
"Leo, no!" Kendrix cried.
"NOOO!" Gwen cried.
"What did you do with him?!" Kai demanded.
"The Red Ranger, I don't have one of those weapons yet." Horn smirked, patting his coat.
"You give him back!" Maya demanded, getting up.
"No." Horn smirked, firing his blaster.
The blast hit the ground in front of the Rangers, creating a smokescreen. The rangers then ran through it, but saw Horn had vanished.
"He's gone, and Leo's gone too." Kai hissed quietly, punching his fist.
Later, the remaining Rangers were in the boys room. As Maya and Damon stood around the table, Gwen and Kendrix stared at Kai, who was lying on his bed sadly.
"It's my fault." he said, guilty about how he treated Leo.
Maya and Damon turned to him.
"Was too hard on him about loosing the blasters, so he wouldn't let go of his saber." Kai cried softly.
"It's not your fault." Kendrix assured.
"It could've happened to any of us, Kai." Gwen said.
Kai turned to them both, before he got up from his bed, a decision made. He ran towards the door, but then Damon got near him.
"Where are you doing?" Damon asked.
"I'm going to find him." Kai replied, before running out the door.
Kendrix put her cup down, before she and the others followed him.
Meanwhile, at the Power Plant, Horn watched as a bunch of Stingwingers put the GSA blasters into a melting pot, one-by-one, as one Stingwinger held Leo on a balcony, his hands chained.
"Destroy these!" Horn commanded. "I've got to make room for my air spices; the Quasar Sabers, including yours Red Ranger."
He turned to Leo, as he tried to break the chain holding him.
The Stingwingers around the pool passed the blasters to each other one-by-one, before one dumped them in the pool.
Fruio came over with the Quasar Sabers, carrying them in a bag. He pushed a Stingwinger over before approaching Horn.
"Ah." Horn said.
"I want you to melt these into tin cans!" Fruio explained, handing the sabers to a Stingwinger.
The Stingwinger put the bag down and opened it up.
"Huh?!" Horn gasped. "Y-y-you c-can't!"
The Stingwinger picked up the sabers, but then Horn grappled it.
"Stop!" Horn cried, snatching them. "Are you crazy?! You can't destroy these!"
"Scorpius commanded it." Fruio argued.
"So? Tell him you destroyed them." Horn argued. "He'll never know the truth!"
"You are more foolish than I suspected!" Fruio snapped, grabbing the saber's handles. "Give them to me!"
"They stay with me!" Horn snapped angrily.
Fruio fell back into a pile of boxes, as all but the Red Quasar Saber fell out of his and Horn's hands. Horn then waved it around uncontrollably, making the Stingwingers duck, before he knocked over the pile of blasters.
"I can't control it!" Horn cried.
A Stingwinger helped Fruio up.
"Somebody do something!" Horn cried.
Fruio growled and fired lighting out of his hand, which hit the saber, but it deflected the blast and hit Leo's chains, freeing him, and knocking the Stingwinger near him down.
"Good job, Quasar Saber!" Leo commented.
He jumped down off the balcony and then picked up the other sabers. He then used them to block a strike Horn made with his saber, before he grabbed it and kicked Horn away.
"Whoa!" Horn moaned, falling into a pile of boxes.
Leo slashed his saber around as he spun around, keeping the Stingwingers back. He then hit one in the belly with the butt off his saber, and then kicked another in the chest. He then knocked over a pile of boxes onto some more, before he turned and barged through another pile of boxes as he did, before he ran off.
"If he escapes with my sabers, I'll throw you into that pot!" Fruio warned, helping Horn up.
"WHOAAA!" Horn yelped.
"Go!" Fruio ordered, before Horn and the Stingwingers ran off. "Get him! Go!"
Leo ran under an outdoor roof, turning around briefly, before he turned and hid behind a wall. He leaned against it, as four Stingwingers showed up nearby and looked around, as he peeked out from behind the wall. He pulled his head back, and then saw a loose chain on the ground, then put the sabers down, before picking up the chain.
"Can't let them get these sabers again." he said quietly, wrapping the chain around them tight.
He then picked them up and ran off.
Elsewhere, the other Rangers all ran along a walkway in signal file, Kendrix in lead, Gwen in the rear.
"This is where the scanner said they were located." Kendrix said, turning to the others.
They all ran across the walkway while looking around for Leo.
Back at the melting pot, Fruio tap his foot against the ground as he sat near it, getting stressed.
"AGHH!" he growled, pushing a Stingwinger over as he got up. "What's taking you so long?!"
He looked around at the Stingwingers above him, which were on a tower's balcony.
"Do you see anything?!" he called.
As they looked around, Leo came up the tower's ladder, and then leaned against a wall near it. He peeked out from behind the wall, and saw a dozen Stingwingers looking around in front of him.
"Now's my chance." he said quietly.
He turned around and ran around the tower, then through past some pipes and supports, before Horn got in front of him.
"That's far enough, Ranger!" Horn spat, taking out his blaster. "Give me those Sabers!"
"Never!" Leo snapped.
Horn fired his blaster, hitting Leo in the chest, knocking him down.
"AGH!" he moaned.
The Quasar Sabers fell out of his hand and flew towards Horn, landing in front of him.
"I knew you'd eventually see things my way." Horn said, before he picked up the sabers.
"No!" Leo cried, reaching out.
Horn laughed evilly as Leo got up, then Horn turned around and walked off.
"Ah!" Leo gasped, falling onto his chest.
Back at the melting pool, Fruio was still waiting, when Horn returned with the sabers.
"Here they are." Horn said, getting Fruio's attention. "Get rid of them, once and for all."
He handed Fruio the sabers.
"At last, the end of the Quasar Sabers." Fruio grinned, turning around.
He threw them into the pot, then rubbed his hands and sniggered, before turning to Horn.
"Now, give me the Transdaggers?!" Fruio demanded.
"What?!" Horn exclaimed, touching his trenchcoat. "That wasn't part of our deal?!"
"We had no deal!" Fruio snapped.
He ripped open Horn's trenchcoat, and then snatched the Transdaggers from it.
"NOOO!" Horn cried. "Give 'em back!"
Fruio laughed as he approached the melting pool with them, when six bright flashes of light buzzed around them both and the Stingwingers nearby.
"AGHH!" Horn moaned.
"UGH!" Fruio yelped, falling onto his back.
The lights dashed away, then Fruio got back up, as the red and green lights moved around him, followed by the yellow, then the pink, then the purple, and then the blue. He, Horn and the Stingwingers then turned as the lights gathered together, showing the Rangers, each holding a Transdagger.
"Hyah!" they shouted, doing their fight poses. (Gwen was between Maya and Damon)
"Nice acrobatics, Rangers." Fruio admitted. "But you're nothing without your Quasar Sabers."
Sorry to break it to you, but those were just fakes." Leo smirked, touching his saber in its holder. "Like I said: You'll never get the real ones!"
(Flashback)
Leo jumps off a walkway, as the others gathered around him, Kai holding the fake sabers.
"I switched them with a set of fake ones..."
Leo handed Damon the real sabers.
"..to trick you into showing us..."
Kai handed Leo the fake sabers.
"..the location of the Transdaggers. Now we have both."
Leo patted Maya's arm, before he ran back along the walkway.
"The Quasar Sabers..."
(Flashback ends)
"..and the Transdaggers." Leo explained.
"Oh, no!" Horn whined. "NOO!"
"Let's see what these can do?" Leo said.
He opened his Transdagger up, showing a black handle.
"Manga Talon!"
Damon opened his up, and turned in into a blaster.
"Trans-Blaster!"
Kai opened his up, and turned it into a claw.
"Cosma Claw!"
Gwen opened hers up, and turned it into a mini twin-bladed staff.
"Sierra Staff!"
Maya opened hers up and split it in half.
"Delta Daggers!"
Kendrix opened hers up and turned it into a Bow.
"Beta Bow!"
"Hi-yah!" they all shouted.
They all then charged at Fruio, Horn and the Stingwingers.
"What are you waiting for?! Get them!" Horn commanded.
The Stingwingers charged at the Rangers.
Kai held his Cosma Claw near his helmet, Maya held both her Delta Daggers upside down, as Leo held his Manga Talon up. Gwen held her Sierra Staff behind her, Kendrix held her Beta Bow in front of her, as Damon held his Trans-Blaster near his head.
Damon then jumped up and fired his Trans-Blaster, hitting three Stingwingers.
Kai spun around and slashed another four with his Cosma Claw.
Gwen jumped up and slashed her Sierra Staff downwards, slashing another three.
Maya slashed her Delta Daggers down diagonally, slashing another four.
Kendrix jumped and fired her Beta Bow, hitting another three.
Leo slashed his Manga Talon across his chest from left to right, hitting another two.
"Get those weapons back now!" Fruio demanded, turning to Horn.
He then disappeared in a flash of red lighting.
"But now I have to do it alone!" Horn complained.
The Rangers then all gathered together.
"Give up while you still can!" Leo advised.
"I'll cover one eye and still beat you!" Horn snapped, covering his left eye, before taking his blaster out.
He then fired it at the Rangers, who all dodged out of the way once the blast hit the ground. Damon rolled along the ground, before firing his Trans-Blaster at Horn, hitting him in the chest.
"AH!" he moaned.
Leo jumped up and dived towards Horn, and then shoulder-barged him in the chest, knocking him away. He rolled along the ground slightly, then got up and turned to Leo, before he stretched his hand out, grabbing Leo by the throat.
"UHH!" Leo gasped.
Horn sent lighting through his hand as he moved around, causing Leo to fall onto his back, before he got back up. He then sliced Horn's hand off, freeing himself, and then Horn charged at him with a sword.
Leo brought out his saber, then the symbol glowed, as he crossed his fists over. He lowered his arms as fire came up behind him, then he put both hands on the saber while holding it near his head, as red beams went into it. He twisted the saber slightly, and then slashed it downwards, slashing Horn across the chest, knocking him down and away.
The Rangers then gathered together as Horn got back up.
"Transdaggers, Star Formation!" Leo shouted, holding his Transdagger out.
The others held their Transdaggers around Leo's to make a star shape, Kai being on his right, Damon on his left, Maya beneath Damon, Gwen beneath him, and Kendrix beneath Kai.
"Ready?" they all said, holding their free hands like their animals - Leo, Damon and Maya their left, Kai, Kendrix and Gwen their right.
"Uh-oh." Horn muttered.
"Transdaggers fire!" Leo shouted.
The Transdaggers powered up, before a six-star shaped beam came out of them, which then hit Horn.
"Ohh!" he moaned, as he went flying away.
He banged against a wall and then fell down, as the Rangers all stared at him. He then moaned as he got up slowly and turned to them.
"I still have my own secret weapon!" Horn moaned.
He brought out a vial of green liquid, and then drank it, making him grow giant, and then the Rangers gasped.
"Lion Galactabeast!" Leo yelled.
Far away, rocks fell apart from a cliff, and then the Lion Galactabeast came up from the ground.
"Huh?" Horn muttered, turning around, just as the Lion Galactabeast showed up.
It growled as Leo jumped up and landed on its head.
Horn growled as he brought out a sword and charged at them.
"Galactic fire power!" Leo shouted.
Fire surged through the Lion Galactabeast's body, as Horn charged at it and Leo. Leo put his arms down his sides, then raised them up and held them by his chest in a boost position. He then pushed them forward, just as the Lion Galactabeast shot fire from its mouth, hitting Horn.
"NOOOO!" he cried, as the fire blew him away, before he blew up.
The Lion Galactabeast then roared proudly.
Later, in Command Headquarters, Leo walked towards the center panel. He began pressing buttons on it, just as Commander Stanton came in and walked towards him.
"Leo." he said.
Leo turned to the Commander.
"I have a terrific progress report about you." the Commander explained.
"Thanks. But honestly, sir this isn't for me." Leo said honesty. "I'm not very good at keeping a schedule. Knowing all the rules, that kind of thing. Besides, you've already got the best man on the whole Space Colony. You've got Kai."
"Well, I respect your honest." the Commander said, holding his hand out.
Leo shook his hand, and then he walked towards the door, and then down the hallway. The door closed behind him, just as Kai came walking down behind him, before spotting him.
"Leo!" Kai called.
Leo turned around as Kai ran towards him.
"Hold up?" Kai said.
"Hey, Kai." Leo said.
Kai put his hands behind his back as he stopped near Leo.
"Look, I just wanted to say I'm sorry." Kai said. "I shouldn't have been so hard on you."
"No. I'm sorry I was so hard to train." Leo apologised.
He turned around and walked off.
"Impossible's more like it." Kai joked.
Leo stopped and turned to Kai, who grinned, making him laugh.
"You know what, I'll bet you ten bucks, that I'm never late for duty again, and that my uniform will never be wrinkled again, ever." Leo betted, walking towards Kai.
"Okay. It's a bet." Kai smirked, shaking Leo's hand. "You couldn't win that bet in a million years."
"Sure I could. I just resigned." Leo explained.
Kai's eyes widened in shock.
"Ten bucks please?" Leo asked.
Kai laughed and pointed at him, the two of them now having a mutual respect for each other.
Kendrix: Next time on Power Rangers Lost Galaxy.
Someone tampers with a panel, and then presses buttons on another.
"Find out who stopped my ship!" Commander Stanton orders.
The person presses buttons on another panel, stopping Terra Venture's engines.
"The system's been jammed." Kai said.
The upper screens in the control room flashed 'Engines Stop'.
Kai hold his morpher to his mouth.
"We've got trouble." he said quietly.
A stag beetle monster spreads red gas all over a junkyard, spreading it all over the city.
"My Gasser will put the whole colony into a deep sleep." Furio said.
The gas goes over a bunch of people, making them fall down, including Commander Stanton.
The Rangers get in front of a bunch of people.
"Outta my way, Rangers!" Fruio demands. "I have a ship to overthrow!"
An elevator goes up to the main control room.
"Fruio's trying to get to the top of the Command Tower!" Alpha exclaims.
The Rangers fly their Jet Jammers out of a hanger.
A few Stingwingers fly over the City Dome, as Maya and Kendrix come up behind and fire at them.
Gasser spreads more gas in the city, as the Galactabeasts show up, turning them to stone.
"Oh, no!" Leo gasps, as the Rangers look up at them.
Sparks come out of the Galactabeasts.

A/N: The reason I'm not pairing Gwen up with one of the boys is because she sees Mike and Kai as brothers, her personality doesn't match Damon's, and I ship Leo with Kendrix.
