Uraraka Ochako prided herself for her persistent attitude of not giving up. If she wants something, she works hard for it and even if it would take long, she would still wait for it. Patience is virtue and she believes in that. However, waking Bakugo who is sleeping seemed like too much of a feat. She had already called his name five times and even nudged him a bit but to no avail. She had tried pulling him away from the couch on their dormitory but he still won't wake up. Even if she so want him to fell on the ground, she can't seem to wake him despite using what she thinks is the max of her strength at the current time. It is either that she's way too relaxed on her training recently and has weakened or Bakugo just weigh a fucking ton. Great, she is even cursing now.

She has considered using her quirk at first but she reckoned that doing that is suicidal and it isn't something she would take risk to attempt to do. Not to mention, her muscles are aching and her limbs are crying out of exhaustion so maybe she was really just lacking the force and strength at the time. To use her quirk right now is like asking for a vomit so no, she wouldn't risk that.

She had a really long day and she is just way too tired to bare her fangs against him and challenged him just like how they usually end up doing when they pass by each other - fight. Every time he sees Deku, he always explode with anger and finds way to insult and humiliate her friend. Of course, she could not have that. His whole obsession with Deku is not healthy. Deku doesn't deserve to be treated like that and thus it turned into a routine for them to fight verbally; him picking fights with Deku her defending Deku and Deku stopping them. She doesn't care if their classmates saw her waking up Bakugo or Mr. Grumpy Explodo- Master as what Kaminari sometimes called him. She just wants her blanket which was currently lying underneath Bakugo. He could get mad at her and fire his insults or lash out at her, she believed she would live. As long as she would not attempt to float him and wake him in the process. That will probably end up with excessive yelling, profanities and he might just kill her once she had puked her guts out. A shiver ran across her spine.

Truthfully, she just want a rest- to sleep but the problem is she can't sleep without her favorite blanket.

A tired sigh escaped from her lips as she had surrendered to her tired legs and sat on the floor. Her hands resting on her sides while her eyes stopped on her sleeping classmate. She almost wished he would tilt his head so that she could see him not only halfway. He looks so... peaceful and content. A far cry from his typical image. His almost seems like inborn scowl expression was absent. He no longer look as intimidating. Seeing him like this is just a rare sight, she could not blame herself for being unable to look away. It is just refreshing. Seeing someone who is so strong appear vulnerable. He is human after all. At her angle, she could just see half his face but it was enough to appreciate how fair his skin, how smooth it looks, how perfect his nose is , how his ashen hair looks good and soft as it cascaded down his forehead and how his lips seems so soft as well. For a moment, she welcomed an unusual thought, I guess, he could really be attractive when he wants to. She covered her face with her palm. I can't believe I just thought he looked... It is Bakugo for pete's sake. I must be really sleepy or just plain crazy. She tore her gaze away from him and brushed her thoughts aside because it was just ridiculous and decided to just give up sleeping and study instead. She slowly stood and was about to turn away when a calloused rough hand grasped her wrist.

"What are you doing here Angel Face?", his voice was hoarse and deep and his eyes narrowed at hers, it startled her. He slowly stood up not breaking his gaze from hers.

"I was just ..." she paused and looked down momentarily deciding if waking him up really is a good idea or a dumb one. Now she was kind of embarrassed.

"I just want my blanket", she added, darting her gaze towards him. There's nothing wrong with getting your blanket, she justified. And there's nothing to be nervous about, she added.

She then looked at her wrist and Bakugo shifted his gaze and trailed it downward to follow her own. He let go of her wrist as if he was burned from the contact and Uraraka fought the voice in her head which find his action ironic given that he's the one with the explosion quirk not her. It feels like there's no calming herself either, she is too bothered with the pace of her heart beat. He fixed a stare as if waiting for a further explanation of why the hell she was there. As if her favorite blanket is not an enough reason for her to be there. She did not know what to say. Saying that she can't sleep without her blanket would only make her look stupid in front of Bakugo and she did not want that. She made her way to grab her blanket as quickly as possible because a disturbed Bakugo is twice grumpier and volatile than the usual one.

Waking him up was her intention but now seeing him awake made her feel a little guilty of disturbing him.

"Aren't you planning to sleep?" He looked at her. Confusion evident on his eyes, he seemed so out of it that he didn't even notice her grabbing her blanket behind him.

She shifted her gaze on him, hands firmly holding the blanket and saw him frown. "I will, now that I have my blanket"

He looked at her as if she was the one saying things that doesn't make sense. Why is he even asking me if I plan on sleeping? He opened his mouth and then closed it abruptly and then clenched his teeth hard like he was having a hard time speaking. She badly felt the urge to laugh but managed to stifle it before Bakugo would notice. It is just so out of character. Did she manage to make the mighty Bakugo speechless? Is this even the real Bakugo?'Cause he sure doesn't act like the real one.

"WH-, YOU ALREADY GOT YOUR DAMN BLANKET. FOR FUCK'S SAKE GO TO HELL ALREADY!"

And he's back to normal. Yep, it's the real one. Sparks ignited from his right palm while the other was covering his face. Not that it fazed her because her attention was on something else.

"A-are you...", she leaned towards him halting just in front of him, peering through his face

"FUCK OFF!!", he stepped forward and she jolted , surprised

She stepped back on instinct, heart racing as she quickly run to her room. She almost tripped out of hurry and collided into her door if she hadn't managed to stop herself on time. The sound of her door as it slammed surprised her. She leaned her back on it and raised a hand to her chest. Her heart is still beating fast and loud. It took her a moment before her heart calmed down. She almost forgot that she was supposed to be sleeping.

She turned off the lights, buried herself on the softness of her bed, her blanket enveloping her body with warmth. She turned and shifted. She hugged her pillow. She placed her right arm on her forehead then put it back on her side. She closed her eyes and opened it again finding herself in a serious dilemma. She still can't sleep. She kicked her blanket and sat on the bed.

Ugh, why can't I sleep?

Crimson eyes looking at her brown ones drew back into her mind. She shook her head and buried her face with her palms. If she didn't know better, she could have sworn she saw Bakugo blushing before he covered his face earlier. But why? Why would he blush?

Seeing him like that was what caused her to run so fast because she felt like she wasn't meant to see it or rather, Bakugo doesn't want her to see it. It felt so awkward she even felt a second hand embarrassment. She was used to a fuming and hot-headed Bakugo. Not on her entire life she had thought that she would be able to see Bakugo with flushed cheeks. But she just saw it and it burned on her mind. As much as she wants to deny it, she kind of want to keep the memory. Maybe it really is the apocalypse or maybe lavender just turned into blue because as weird as it is, a thought though unwanted, lingered on her mind. He looked adorable then, when blushing.

She ended up awake all night, unable to sleep because a certain ashen haired hero keeps on popping into her mind.

So much for" I can't sleep without my blanket", she released a tired groan as she looked at the nasty looking eye bags under her eyes on the mirror. She huffed and dressed herself not wanting to be late and suffer from a long lecture of her overbearing bespectacled friend. As much as she loves her friend, Iida, he just had the habit of over reacting always. And when you hadn't slept a wink, the least that you would want is to listen to your friend babbling about discipline and rules and regulations of school with his arms robotically swinging back and forth.

On the way to her seat, her curly -haired bestfriend waved at her and greeted her a good morning. She forced a smile and returned the gesture. She hoped that he didn't notice her looking tired because she just know- everyone knows that Deku has the tendency to overanalyze things and it wouldn't take him long to know the cause of her looking like a mess. If he asked, she won't be able to lie. She just couldn't. She didn't want him to know that the reason she looked that way was because she spent the entire night thinking about Bakugo.

A loud noise stole her friend's attention and she followed Deku's gaze as it rests upon the figure who had just entered the room and couldn't be bothered to make his entrance normal and quiet. He just had to be loud and explosive everytime, didn't he?

Ugh. Up until now, Bakugo was still haunting her.

She looked back at Deku when she realized that he was saying something while she was still looking at Bakugo like an idiot.

"I'm sorry Deku, what did you say?" she scratched her neck feeling embarrassed and rude for her actions

"I-It is okay Uraraka" he flailed his arms, heat creeping up on his cheeks." It's just that...Kacchan looks so tired", his tone worried and his eyes looking on the ground nervously. She glanced at Bakugo once again and noticed what Deku was referring to. He indeed looked tired and even shared the same eye bags her face had.

"He does look tired", she confirmed and Deku rose his gaze to meet hers and smiled weakly

At least she wasn't the only one tired. A smile made its way on her face when a thought plastered itself on her mind. Who knows? A tiny part of her can't help but to flicker in hope. It is unlikely but maybe.

Maybe Bakugo ended up sleeping late because of what happened last night too. Somehow the image of him trying to sleep in a state of raging fury makes her chuckle. She could even picture him spouting curses.

He wouldn't have trouble sleeping because he's thinking about her...right?

She sneak a glance towards his way and saw him scowl with lips jutting out and hair turning spikier as he bristled in anger. He almost look comical. She caught her breath when he bore his eyes into her as if sensing her staring. An immediate full scowl took over his face and he looks exactly like a bomb about to explode.

"HAAAAAH?!!!!! What are you staring at? You picking a fight Round Face??!"

Yeah right. She stifled a laugh. As if.

A/N : Truthfully, I just want to write a story where Bakugo is sleeping. Lol. I hope they aren't too OOC.

The next chapter would be on Bakugo's point of view.
