A/N: This is my least favourite episode on Lost Galaxy, but since it introduces the Galaxy Book, I also consider it an important one.
Leo: Previously on Power Rangers Lost Galaxy.
Mike and Leo stand in an alleyway.
"Behind you!" Mike yelled.
Leo turns around as a Skeleton Warrior charges at him. Mike tosses the saber, then Leo catches it and slashes the Skeleton, knocking it away.
Leo looks at the saber as Mike runs towards him.
"See, destiny doesn't make mistakes. There is no other Red Ranger." Mike said, touching Leo's shoulder.
Leo powers up his saber and slashes Skelekron with it, sending him and a bunch of Stingwingers flying out of a warehouse.
Mike stares at the ghosts of the Magna Defender and Zika.
"You will carry on the work we began." the Magna Defender said.
Mike catches the Magna Defender's sword.
"You will be the Magna Defender." the Magna Defender said.
Mike morphs into the Magna Defender.
"Magna Power!" he shouts.
Trakeena stares at the Cocoon.
"The Cocoon? What for" she asks.
"So that you may shed your mortal beauty and become an insect with magnificent powers." Scorpius explains.
"I won't do it!" Trakeena whines.
In the Command Tower on Terra Venture, Mike walked into the Control room, as Commander Stanton, Kai, Gwen and several other members looked up at the screens, showing a man in distress.
"..anybody can hear me, please help us?" the man pleaded. "Help us, please?!"
"What's going on?" Mike asked, approaching Gwen.
"S.O.S signal I think." Gwen replied.
"The ship is under attack! Please help?! Is anybody out there?! Please! Please, help us! We are under attack! Help us!" the man pleaded. "We can't defend ourselves any longer! Can anybody hear this?!"
The screen then went blurry, cutting off the signal for a minute, but it got weaker when it came back.
"This is Commander Stanton of the space colony Terra Venture. Identify your position?" Commander Stanton requested.
Peter came into the room, wondering what was going on, and then he approached Mike and Gwen.
"This the S.O.S signal we're receiving?" he asked.
"Yep." Gwen replied.
"Please?! Please, we can't-" the man pleaded.
"This is Commander Stanton of the space colony Terra Venture. Identify your position?" Commander Stanton repeated.
The signal then faded, confusing everyone in the room.
"Maybe they didn't hear you, sir." Peter suggested.
"I think you're right, Mr. Turner. Go to alert status!" the Commander ordered. "Mr. Chen, I want to know where that signal's coming from."
"Yes, sir." Kai understood, hopefully.
The Commander turned to Mike. "Mr. Corbett, compile a report, meet me at High Command." he ordered.
"Yes, sir." Mike understood.
He turned around and walked towards the door, as the Commander turned to Peter and Gwen.
"Mr. Turner, Miss. Tracy, get back to the sickbay and check on the medical supplies." he ordered. "We may have to spare a few in case of a Rescue Mission."
"Yes, sir." Peter said, before he turned around.
"Right away, sir." Gwen said, before she followed him.
Commander Stanton turned back to the screens, wondering just where that signal was coming from, and who was in danger.
Intro:
The Rangers fly their Jet Jammers out of a hanger, and then towards the Scorpion Stinger.
Power Rangers...
Furio puts his sword into the ground, and begins turning Mirinoi to stone, as the people try to run.

After explaining the signal to the High Command, Mike and Commander Stanton showed the five of them the message on the screens.
"Can you hear this?! Please, help us?! We are under attack!"
The signal was then cut off, and then the five members of the High Command turned to Mike and Commander Stanton.
"Commander, what do we know?" High Councillor Reiner asked.
"All we know is where the signal originated." the Commander explained.
He approached the table and pressed a button on a small panel on it, showing a map of the galaxy, and the positions of Terra Venture and Earth.
"We've traveled from Earth, along this course towards the Yarolian Galaxy." the Commander explained, as a line went between the two dots. "The distress signal was sent from here."
He touched the map, showing the area of the distress signal, showing it was between and below the line.
"Meaning that if we tried to help them, we'll have to divert from our course?" High Councillor Reiner realized.
"That's correct, ma'am." Commander Stanton confirmed.
The oldest of the five High Command memebers, Councillor Brody then spoke. "Let's keep our goal in mind? Our mission is to find a new world in the Yarolian Galaxy. We are not equipped for Rescue Missions."
Mike looked at him annoyed.
"It's just too risky." Councillor Brody concluded.
"But..." Mike began, having enough of this, but then stopped as everyone turned to him. "I'm sorry."
"Please, Mr. Corbett, don't keep us on the edge of our recites." High Councillor Reiner said.
Mike turned to Commander Stanton, who nodded, allowing him to continue.
"Our mission doesn't spell out that we have to rescue others in times of trouble." he began, remembering the choice he made to help Maya when he first met her.
"Exactly." Councillor Brody agreed.
"But that's because it doesn't need to be spelled out." Mike finished. "Helping should be second nature. As you said; it's dangerous out there. And the day may come when we have to send a distress signal of our own."
Councillor Brody sat back and thought for a minute, while the other four all turned to him for a minute.
"Well said." High Councillor Reiner remarked, turning to Mike. "Commander, put together your best rescue team."
"Yes, ma'am." Commander Stanton understood, as Mike smiled.
They both turned around and walked out of the room.
"I'll let you lead the mission in, Mike." Commander Stanton explained, as they walked down a hallway. "And make sure a few medics are on the team, in case the people need first-aid."
"I understand, sir." Mike said. "And I think I know who's best for the job."
"Miss. Tracy and Mr. Turner?" the Commander inquired.
"Yes, sir." Mike said.
"Right. You better sought out the rest of the team as well." the Commander instructed, before he walked off.
Later, Mike drove a car through the city, looking for Leo, as a bunch of kids were playing pile on nearby. He stopped the car and got out, and then walked over to two girls which weren't involved in the pile on.
"Hey, you guys know where Leo is?" he asked, crouching down.
Both girls pointed to the other kids, who were all plying on Leo, who laughed happily, before turning to Mike.
"Hey." he said, waving. "Over here."
The kids all rolled off him, allowing him to get up, and then both brothers ran towards each other.
"Hey." Leo said.
"Hey." Mike said.
"What's up, Mike?" Leo asked patting Mike's arm.
"I need your help." Mike explained. "It's important."
Leo looked at Mike as he explained what was going on.
The next day, as Terra Venture got close to a ship floating through space, the Rescue Team Mike was leading all walked down a hallway in body armour. The team consisted of 11 people, including himself, Leo, Gwen and Peter.
Mike watched as the team all walked down the hallway, then got behind Leo and Gwen, who were bringing up the rear.
"Hey, thanks for coming." Mike said, wearing a camera on the side of his helmet. "I feel a lot better with you along."
"Wouldn't miss it." Leo assured. "Just watch my back."
"Glad to have you onboard." Gwen teased.
Leo and Mike sniggered.
The whole team then entered a hanger area, where a gunship was powering up, both its pilots inside warming up the engines.
In the Command Tower, Kai worked at a panel with a woman, both motoring Mike's team.
"10 km's and closing." Kai reported.
"Thrusters to 0." Commander Stanton ordered, walking past him. "Let's maintain a safe distance."
Kai and the other members at the panels pressed buttons on them, powering down the engines, as the Commander stared at spaceship. Kai and the rest of the crew all looked up, as the spaceship appeared on the screens, all worried about what the rescue team might find.
About 10 minutes later, a hanger door opened, then the gunship took off from the hanger and shot towards the spaceship.
Onboard the gunship, the team - expect Mike - were all checking their equipment, and in Peter's and Gwen's cases, their med-kits too.
"Okay, let's check those weapons one more time!" Mike ordered.
"Yes, sir!" the team said.
The team all picked up their weapons and checked to make sure they worked. Leo then nodded to Mike, who then entered the cockpit, and then he and the pilots stared at the spaceship.
"Hey, I thought you resigned?" Peter asked, staring at Leo.
"I did. It wasn't for me. Mike asked me to come along for support." Leo explained.
The team all turned to him, Gwen being the only one who knew why Mike had really asked Leo along, due to them being Rangers, and Kai and Kendrix being unviable right now due to their shifts.
"Gwen, you trust Mike's little brother?" a man called Baker asked.
"Baker, Leo may be more wild than Mike is, but he knows how to take care of himself." Gwen assured. "Mostly that is."
Leo turned to her, knowing she secretly meant his previously injuries caused by Scorpius' monsters.
The co-pilot, who was called Crown, pressed a button above him.
"I don't see any sign of an ongoing attack." Mike reported into a radio.
"Well, then, you better go and take a closer look." Commander Stanton advised.
(Command Headquarters)
Kai and the woman beside him worked on the panel, as Commander Stanton looked at the screens.
"Find a place to dock, Mr. Corbett." he instructed.
(Gunship)
"You heard the man." Mike said, patting the pilot's shoulder, who was a woman called Hollie. "Let's go in."
Hollie nodded, and then she and Crown began piloting the gunship towards the spaceship. They both flew the gunship over the spaceship, then lowered itself towards a docking bay door, docking with it.
The team all got up and walked towards the door as it opened up, seeing the docking bat door was jammed.
"Harris, Jasper, cut through it!" Mike ordered.
"Yes, sir." they both said.
They both began cutting through the door with a blowtorch, going up around the edges of the door. Once they both finished, Jasper kicked open the door, and then they whole team looked through the ship with their flashlights on their blasters.
"Looks clear." Harris said.
"Alright, but take it slow." Mike ordered.
Harris nodded, and then he walked slowly down the hallway. Jasper followed and then aimed his blaster down another hallway, before Peter followed behind the pair of them. The rest of the team followed as the three of them moved from cover to cover, checking to make sure if anyone was around besides them, all of them seeing some sort of webbing around the room.
(Command Headquarters)
Commander Stanton, Kai and some of the others looked up at the screens, showing Mike's camera view.
"We're inside. Making our way to the bridge." Mike explained. "Everything's covered inside some weird web."
Commander Stanton removed his mike from his ear. "Are you tracking them?" he asked Kai.
"Yes, sir." Kai replied quietly.
A digital map of the spaceship appeared on his panel screen, showing nine red dots, one for each of the team.
(Spaceship)
The team moved slowly down the hallway, but the youngest of the group, who was called Hargan, began to mutter spookily.
"Ooh-ooh." he muttered.
The woman, named Collins, banged him with her blaster, before they followed the others, Baker bringing up the rear.
"Rookie." Collins mumbled.
The team kept looking around, when Mike held up his arm, getting them all to stop, as he looked down. He lifted his foot up, showing his boot was covered in yellow slime. He put his boot back down, then bent down and picked up some of the slime, and then he and Peter both looked at it.
"What's this?" Mike wondered.
Peter held his light at the slime, getting a better look.
"Looks like some sort of slime." he deduced.
He and Mike shined more light down the hallway, seeing the slime was trailing all over, and that it was leaking from a tank hatch. Mike ordered everyone to fall in, then the whole team - expect Leo - gathered around the tank. Mike then lifted the hatch up, and then all saw a skeleton inside, covered in the slime.
"What is it?" Collins gasped.
"I don't know." Jasper replied.
"I have a bad feeling about this." Baker gulped.
"Uh, looks like it was trying to get out." Hargan deduced, by the way the skeleton was lying.
"The question is then; who or what trapped it in there?" Peter realized.
"And if that thing's still around here?" Gwen added.
"Uh, sir, I think we just found one of the crew members...or what's left of him." Mike reported.
"Proceed with caution, Mr. Corbett." Commander Stanton advised.
"Hey!" Leo called. "Over here!"
The whole team ran towards Leo, and then stared at a doorway, which covered in slime and looked like something had tried to get in.
"Oh, man! I do not want to see this." Hargan complained.
"Hey, stay cool, Hargan." Mike said.
"Yeah, easy there, kid." Harris said, slapping his shoulder.
The team all moved back, as Jasper and Baker both pulled the door open, and then Leo stormed into the room, followed by Peter, Gwen and Harris. Mike then followed them in, as the rest all kept their eyes open.
The members inside the room all looked around, and saw they were on the bridge.
"Looks like we're on the bridge." Peter deduced, before they all heard a noise.
"Help us, please?! The ship is under attack! Please help?! Is anybody out there?! Please! Please, help us! We are under attack! Help us!"
Mike looked up and saw the message being played on a screen, telling everyone it was only a recording.
Leo walked over to another skeleton lying in a chair. He walked around it as Gwen walked over to him, then he pulled open the skeleton's clothes, showing a large book.
"What in the..?" Gwen questioned.
Leo pulled out the book and looked at it closely.
"Hey, Mike." he called.
Mike turned to him and Gwen, and then walked towards them. All three of them stared at the book, wondering just how old it was, as Peter and Harris ran back towards the rest of the team.
"It's a book." Mike said.
"But how long's it been here for?" Gwen wondered.
"You got me." Mike said, before he got up. "Sir, the distress signal's been playing over and over. Whoever or whatever it was, was long..."
(Command Headquarters)
Kai and the woman worked at the panel, as Commander Stanton paced in front of them, before looking up at the screens.
"..gone way before we ever got here." Mike reported.
Kai looked at his panel screen as it beeped rapidly, and then he saw another dot on it, this one being yellow, heading right towards the team.
"Sir, you might want to take a look at this." he suggested.
Commander Stanton walked around towards Kai. "What is it?" he asked.
Kai and the woman both pressed buttons on the panel, as Commander Stanton looked at the map.
"Unknown lifeform, rapidly approaching." Kai reported. "Nothing moves that fast."
He and the Commander turned to each other, both thinking the same thing, that the team was in trouble.
"Mr. Corbett, abort the mission!" the Commander ordered. "Evacuate now!"
(Spaceship)
Mike, Gwen and Leo all couldn't hear him due to static.
"Sir, I...I...You're breaking up badly." Mike explained. "I..."
(Command Headquarters)
Commander Stanton, Kai and the others all couldn't hear him, as Kai kept looking at the yellow dot.
"Mr. Corbett, there is an unknown lifeforce heading your way." the Commander explained frantically. "Get outta there now!"
(Spaceship)
Mike, Gwen and Leo still couldn't hear him.
"Sir, I still can't hear you." Mike explained.
"I don't like this." Gwen gulped.
"Sir, I'm losing you." Mike said.
"..hear me?!" Commander Stanton asked.
Blaster got the three Rangers attention, making them turn to the doorway where the rest of the team were.
"Let's go." Mike said.
The three of them ran towards the doorway.
(Command Headquarters)
"We have trouble." Mike reported.
Kai and Commander Stanton turned to each other, knowing now their warning didn't reach the team.
(Spaceship)
Most of the rest of the team fired at an unknown alien, which then ran off down another hallway, dragging one of the men with it. The team all kept firing when the Rangers all came back, and them aimed their blasters down the hallway, but couldn't see anything.
"Hold your fire!" Mike ordered.
The team stopped firing, expect Hargan who looked worried, making Mike grab his blaster.
"I said 'Hold your fire'!" Mike snapped.
"He got Jasper." Collins explained.
"What got Jasper?" Mike inquired.
"Something." Collins explained frantically, getting up and turning to him. "It came out of the shadows, sir! Grabbed him and then they were both gone."
"It's gonna get us." Hargan muttered worriedly, as the team gathered together. "It got Jasper. It's gonna get us. I'm getting outta here now, man."
Peter and Mike both lead him away from the others.
"It's gonna get us." Hargan muttered. "It got Jasper. I-it got Jasper."
"Clam down, kid." Peter said, touching his arm.
"What if that thing comes back?" Hargan said. "It's gonna get us. I-I-"
"Hargan, Hargan, Hargan, you need to pull it together." Mike said.
"It's-it's-it's gonna take-." Hargan stuttered.
"Hargan!" Mike bellowed, shutting Hargan up. "Pull it together!"
"But-" Hargan stuttered, before Peter slapped him across the face.
"Take it easy and clam down, kid!" Peter said sternly.
Hargan looked at them both worriedly.
"I think he's cracked up, Mike." Peter whispered.
"Okay. Hargan, just go back to the ship and wait for us there." Mike ordered.
Hargan nodded, and began walking back to the gunship, and then Mike and Peter turned to him.
"Hey, Hargan." Mike said, getting Hargan to turn to them.
Hargan then nodded, knowing what they were gonna say, and then began making his way back to the ship again.
"Who's idea was it to bring him along?" Peter wondered quietly.
"He volunteered, Pete." Mike explained.
"Oh." Peter said. "Must've been eager to please."
"Mm-mm." Mike agreed, before he tried the radio. "Commander, we've lost Jasper."
He got no answer.
"Commander..." he tried, as the team gathered around him.
(Command Headquarters)
Commander Stanton walked over to the screens, which all buzzed, and then he put his hand on his chin, wondering what happened. He turned to Kai and the woman, as Kai looked up at him.
"It's the hull of that ship." Kai explained. "I can't get a good signal."
(Spaceship)
Mike kept trying to get Commander Stanton on the radio, as the rest of the team looked at him.
"Terra Venture, do you read me?" he asked.
He sighed and gave up, seeing he wasn't getting through.
"So what do we do?" Collins inquired.
"We can't just leave Jasper here." Baker said.
"Baker's right, no man left behind." Peter said.
"We're a Rescue Team, right?" Mike asked.
"Yeah." Harris said.
"Well, let's get to work." Mike said, before he walked off.
Leo, Gwen and the others then all followed him.
Later, in Command Headquarters, Commander Stanton walked away from the panels, the whole crew worried about the Rescue Team. He then turned around and walked back over to Kai, who was still trying to reach them.
"Sir..." Kai said, getting the Commander's attention as he turned around. "..they're too deep in that ship. Lost 'em."
"How 'bout you?" the Commander asked, turning to a man and woman at another panel.
"We don't have 'em either." the woman explained.
Commander Stanton turned around and walked away, as the door opened up, and Kendrix came in. Kai turned to her, before she motioned him to come with her, and then he turned to a man in blue before getting up.
"Cover me?" he asked.
He ran over to Kendrix as the man took his seat, and then he and Kendrix ran down a hallway.
On the spaceship, the Rescue Team - expect Hargan - all moved slowly through the ship, searching for Jasper, but hadn't had any luck yet. The all walked single file through an engine room, but then stopped when they heard a noise.
"Did you guys hear that?" Peter asked, hoping he hadn't.
"I did." Gwen said nervously.
Slime then fell onto Leo's blaster, which got his attention, as Mike turned around. Both brothers then looked up, then Leo lowered his head and nodded. Mike nodded back, knowing what Leo meant, and then they both aimed their blasters up.
"It's above us!" Mike exclaimed.
The team all looked up, as the alien came pouncing down from the ceiling, and then landed in the middle of them all. It then knocked Leo and Mike back, then kicked Gwen in the belly, knocking her back a bit. It then growled as the whole team gasped, then it knocked Mike's blaster out of his hand, before it whacked Mike in the face, sending him flying onto Harris.
Leo and Baker both fired their blasters at it, but then it knocked Leo's blaster away, and then it knocked Collins down. It then knocked Leo's blaster up as he fired it, making the blast hit the ceiling, and then it sent several slashes at Leo, making him drop his blaster. Leo gasped before it kicked him in the chest, sending him flying across the room.
"Leo!" Gwen gasped.
The alien then came at her, then knocked her blaster out of her hand as she fired it, making the blast hit a wall, before it kicked her in the chest and sent her flying away. Peter then fired two blasts at it as it turned around, but then it charged at him and kicked him in the chest, sending him flying onto Harris and Baker, knocking them all out.
Elsewhere on the ship, Hargan stood nervously in a hallway, holding up his blaster. He shook worriedly as he heard noises all around him
"Mike?" he said hopefully. "Guys?"
He heard blaster fire coming from the others.
"Where are you?" he said.
Below deck, the alien flipped Leo up sideways, but when he landed on the floor, he rolled forward and grabbed his blaster. He turned around as Gwen and the alien grappled each other, before it threw her away towards Leo, who then fired his blaster at it, as Gwen landed near him on her side. It then jumped up and stuck to the ceiling like a spider, shocking both Rangers. Gwen picked up her blaster and then they both fired at it as it moved along the ceiling, but then it jumped down and vanished.
"Where'd it go?" Gwen wondered.
Her answer came when it came out of nowhere as Leo turned to it, and then it wrestled over his blaster with him. It then pushed Leo towards a railing, knocking Gwen aside as it did, and then it pinned Leo against the railing, causing the book in his bag to fall out.
Leo panted as the alien tried to push him over the railing, when Mike came back and fired its blaster at it, hitting it in the back. It let go of Leo and turned to Mike as he stopped firing, then it jumped onto the ceiling and began crawling along the ceiling.
Leo panted as he balanced himself, and then Mike and Gwen ran towards him. They both then fired at the alien, but it managed to escape.
"Hey, you okay?" Mike asked, as crouched down near Leo.
"Yeah, yeah. I'm fine." Leo assured, as Gwen helped him up. "Just bruised."
"I'll check once we get back." Gwen said, checking his back.
"Where is everybody?" Mike asked.
"We're the only ones left." Leo breathed.
The three of them looked around and couldn't see a sign of any of the others.
"Look, we gotta get my team back." Mike explained.
Gwen nodded.
"Let's do it." Leo said.
Mike and Gwen ran off, but then Gwen stopped and turned back, as Leo took off his backpack, before discovering the book was gone.
"What's wrong?" Gwen asked.
"Ah. The book." Leo sighed, before he ran past her.
Gwen turned around and ran after him.
Down below on the lower deck, the alien appeared near a skeleton, and then picked up the book Leo had dropped from his bag.
Mike then turned left and stared down a hallway, then Leo and Gwen both joined him and did the same. They all walked down it slowly, before they saw some slime and webbing all over the floor.
"What is this stuff?" Leo wondered.
Mike bent down as Leo and Gwen shined light from their blasters at the slime, and then the brothers moved the webbing back, seeing a bright red light on the floor below them.
"Man." Leo said, as they all stared at each other.
The brothers got up, and then all three of them walked down the hallway.
A few minutes later, Mike climbed down a set of steps into the bright red room, breaking through several webs as he did. Leo followed him down, followed by Gwen, and then they all saw about five cocoons made of webbing in front of them. They all looked shocked, before they saw movement inside the cocoons, telling them the rest of the team were inside them, and then they shined their lights over them, confirming their suspicions.
"It's the guys." Gwen gasped.
They all ran towards a cocoon each, and then bent down and then took off their helmets. They all ripped open the cocoon in front of them, Leo finding Collins, Gwen finding Harris, and Mike finding Jasper.
"Hey, Jasper." Mike said, slapping Jasper awake. "Hey, hey. Come on, man, let's get you outta here."
"Harris, wake up!" Gwen said, shaking Harris, waking him up. "You're gonna be alright."
"Collins! Collins!" Leo cried, waking Collins up as he shook her. "Come on, let's go."
They all ripped open their friends, and then ripped open Baker and Peter.
On the upper deck, Hargan was still moving around nervously, as green slime poured down a wall nearby. He looked upwards and he moved down the hallway, when he heard a creaking noise, getting him to turn around. He breathed frantically, worried the alien was gonna get him, then he turned to his left, then around 180 degrees, and stared at a door panel that was jammed shut.
He heard a loud noise from the other side.
"Who's there?!" he cried.
He heard another bang, causing him to panic and fall over. He whimpered nervously, as he backed away towards a wall, as he heard another bang, and then another. He then felt a hand on his right shoulder, getting him to turn around, and then he panicked.
"AHHHH!" he screamed, but then clam down when he noticed it was only a skeleton's arm.
He then panted in relief before throwing the arm away, but then the door burst open, making him aim his blaster, as sparks came out of it. He panicked worriedly, as the door panel fell over, but then Kai, Damon, Maya and Kendrix all showed up, all morphed and Kai holding his Transdagger in Trans-Blaster mode.
"Weapons away." he said, putting it away. "Look, it's Hargan."
The four Rangers all crouched down near him, as he sighed in relief.
"Where are the others?" Kai asked.
"Th-th-they're on the lower level." Hargan explained.
"You two get him back to the gunship!" Kai ordered Damon and Maya.
"Come on, Hargan." Damon said. "You're safe now."
Kai ran over to Kendrix, as Maya and Damon helped Hargan up.
"Wherever they are, they need our helped." Kai said. "Let's go."
"Right." Kendrix understood.
They both ran off, as Damon and Maya wrapped Hargan's arms around themselves, and then they lead him back to the gunship.
"One-by-one, we're all gonna be taken by that thing!" Hargan panicked.
Down below, Mike, Jasper and Harris all pulled Peter free from his cocoon, while Leo, Gwen and Collins did the same with Baker. The two girls then helped him up, when Leo spotted something shining nearby.
"We gotcha." Collins said.
"You'll be okay, Baker." Gwen assured.
"Alright, everybody, back to the gunship!" Mike ordered.
Leo ripped open the webbing over the shiny object, and then saw it was the book. He turned and saw the others all running towards the steps, and then he followed. Collins climbed up the steps, followed by Harris, Peter, Baker, and then Jasper, while Gwen and Mike turned to Leo.
"I got the book." Leo said, showing it to them.
Mike and Gwen smiled, but then all three of them looked up, and saw the alien hanging upside down from the top of a open doorway. Mike turned to the steps, and saw that the others had escaped the room.
"We gotta buy them some time." he realized.
Gwen turned and saw a few blasters lying on the floor.
"I've got an idea." she said. "Just follow my lead."
The two brothers nodded, knowing what she had in mind, and then they all moved towards the blasters.
"Go!" Mike said, before they picked up a blaster each.
Gwen then led the brothers down a hallway, as the alien began to pounce after them.
On the upper deck, the team all ran up another flight of steps, and Collins saw Kai and Kendrix waiting at the top.
"Give me your hand?" Kai asked, holding it out.
Collins took his hand as he helped her up, as Harris ran off past them.
"Where are Mike, Leo and Gwen?" Kai asked, as Maya and Damon joined them.
"I thought they were behind us." Collins swore, as Peter joined them.
"So did I." Peter said.
"Get them back to the gunship!" Kai ordered, turning to the others. "I'll go find them."
"You got it." Kendrix understood, as Baker and Jasper ran past them all. "Come on."
She, Collins, Maya and Damon all followed the team, as Kai ran down the steps.
Below deck, Mike, Leo and Gwen all ran away from the alien, all turning back slightly as it chased after them on foot.
"Ah!" Leo gasped.
"Come on!" Gwen said.
The alien jumped onto the ceiling, and then crawled along it, as the three Rangers turned right as they kept running down the hallway. The alien then pounced on them, but missed as they'd ran past the spot in time.
The three Rangers all stopped and turned around, and then fired their blasters at it, hitting it all over, knocking it onto a pipe. One blast then hit a generator, creating an explosion, which shook the entire ship, knocking all four people onto the floor.
"AHH!" Leo and Gwen moaned.
The alien got back up and growled angrily, as the Rangers turned to it, as small explosions went off behind it.
"Come on! This place is gonna blow!" Mike exclaimed.
"We've gotta get outta here!" Gwen exclaimed, as they got up.
All three of them ran down a hallway as fast as they could, picking up their blasters and the book as they did.
Elsewhere, Maya helped Jasper onto the gunship.
"Hurry, you're almost there." she said, as they both entered it.
Collins, Peter, Baker and Harris all followed them inside, and then Kendrix entered the cockpit, as Hollie and Crown turned to her.
"Yeah, right. You ready?" Crown asked.
"Yeah." Kendrix confirmed.
"Yeah." Crown said.
He and Hollie then powered up the gunship, and then lifted it up away from the spaceship.
Onboard, Gwen, Mike and Leo all ran down a hallway, when the spaceship shook wildly, making them gasp.
"Door!" Mike said, spotting one.
He pressed a button next to the door as Leo and Gwen watched him, but the door wouldn't open.
"It's jammed!" Mike exclaimed.
"Let's blast it." Leo said.
"Good idea." Gwen agreed.
They all backed away from the door slightly, and then blasted it open, causing the vacuum of space to pull on them.
"Whoa!" they all yelped, as their blasters shot off into space.
It then pulled all three of them towards the door, but they all managed to grab a pipe on either end of it - Mike on its right, Leo and Gwen on its left. They all pulled themselves out, and then panted as they leaned on either side of the doorway. A growling noise made them all turn back to the hallway they ran down, and saw the alien coming right towards them.
"It's not looking good, is it?" Leo realized.
"It's been nice knowing ya!" Gwen gulped.
The gunship then pulled up alongside the doorway, then its door opened up, and then Kendrix, Damon, Maya and the team all appeared together, staring at them.
"Mike, Gwen, Leo, come on!" Kendrix called.
"Come on!" Peter called.
"Mike, come on!" Hargan called.
"Jump!" Kendrix called.
"Go! Go!" Mike ordered. "Hurry, I'll be right behind you!"
"You better be!" Gwen snapped.
She then jumped towards the gunship, and then Baker and Collins grabbed her and helped her onboard. Leo then jumped after her, and then Peter and Kendrix helped him onboard.
"Come on, Mike!" Leo called, turning around. "Jump!"
"Mike, hurry!" Gwen called.
"Come on, Mike, hurry!" Kendrix called.
Mike readied himself to jump.
"Come on!" Leo called.
"Jump!" Collins yelled.
"Come on!" Gwen called.
Mike looked back and saw the alien getting closer and closer to him.
"Hurry, Mike!" Kendrix cried.
"Come on, jump!" Leo called, holding his hand out.
"Mike, hurry!" Gwen called.
Mike then jumped towards the gunship, but the alien then grabbed his leg.
"Gotcha!" Leo said, grabbing Mike's arm.
Mike gasped as he turned back to the alien, clutching the book in his hands, as the team and the Rangers all grabbed either Leo and each other and started to help him pull. Both brothers moaned in pain slightly, as Leo pulled hard, determined not to lose Mike again.
"Save the team!" Mike ordered, turning to everyone. "Let go!"
"Not this time!" Leo argued.
They both moaned as the spaceship started cracking and blowing up.
"Leo!" Mike moaned. "You've gotta let go!"
"Never!" Leo snapped, putting his other hand on Mike's.
Just when all seemed lost, Kai came flying over on his Jet Jammer, who Gwen then saw.
"Look!" she said.
Everyone turned as Kai raced under Mike, and then sliced the alien's hand with his saber, making it let go of Mike, allowing everyone to pull him onto the gunship.
"UGH!" Leo heaved.
"Mike, you okay?" Gwen asked, checking on him.
"Yeah." Mike replied, getting up. "Alright, let's get outta here!"
He ran towards the cockpit as everyone grabbed onto what was nearest them while sitting down - expect the Rangers, Damon and Maya standing, while Kendrix entered the cockpit.
The spaceship began to blow up as the gunship lifted itself up.

Commander Stanton and everyone in the room looked out the windows at the spaceship.
(Outer space)
The gunship turned away from the spaceship, and then Hollie and Crown raced it away from the spaceship as fast as they could. The whole team braced themselves as they watched the ship blow up into a million pieces.
Leo, Mike and Gwen all stared at the pilots and Kendrix while getting up, and then flames overcame the cockpit window, and then the whole gunship.

Commander Stanton and the whole crew covered their eyes and looked away.
"Ah!" some yelped.
They then all turned to each other, wondering what happened, fearing the worst.
(Outer space)
The gunship came out of the fire and began flying back towards Terra Venture.
(Command Headquarters)
Commander Stanton and the crew all began walking back to their stations, when they heard Mike's voice.
"Terra Venture, we're heading home." he said.
The whole crew sighed in relief and cheered, happily to know the Rescue Team was safe.
"Yeah! Whoo!" they whooped.
Commander Stanton high-fived two men in blue.
(Gunship)
Hollie and Crown high-fived each other.
"Great blocking, you guys." Kendrix remarked.
"Yeah!" the team whooped, as Leo, Gwen and Mike sighed in relief.
"Yeah!" Maya cheered.
Damon touched Jasper's shoulders, as Maya touched Collins' arms.
"Great work." Maya commented.
Kai flew his Jet Jammer beside the gunship, happy to know his friends were okay.
"Everybody made it back! Fantastic!" he whooped. "Yeah, we did it!"
Leo held up his thumb, then he, Mike, Gwen and everyone else sat down, Mike holding the book. Leo and Gwen stared at it, while Peter - who sat opposite them - was thinking hard about something.
"The Blue Ranger's outside, the Green, Yellow and Pink Rangers are in here? But where's the Red and Purple Rangers?" he wondered in his head.
He then remembered that the Blue and Purple Rangers' voices sounded familiar to him, making himself more determined to find out who they are.
"Every book's got a story." Mike said. "I wonder what this one's is."
"There's only one way to find out, Mike." Gwen said.
Leo: Next time on Power Rangers Lost Galaxy.
A monster stares at Kai and Damon on a barren planet, both with collars around their necks.
"You are my prisoners!" he said. "Your energy will bring my evil Zords to life!"
Both Rangers moan in pain, as a Stingwinger powers up a generator, increasing the power on the collars.
"AHH!" Kai and Damon moan, falling to their knees.
"Now fight until you're destroyed!" the monster commands.
Kai and Damon bring out their sabers and lock them together, and then put their heads together. They both run past and slash each other, then turn around, and Damon slashes Kai across the chest, knocking him down.
Damon holds both sabers up as Kai moans in pain.
Kendrix and Gwen walk into the boys room.
"Kai didn't show up for his shift in command." Kendrix explains to Leo and Maya.
"No one's seen Damon either." Gwen ads.
"Something's wrong." Maya deduces.
On the planet, the monster holds up a remote, while staring at all the Rangers.
"With this, I control..."
A large carrier-shaped Zord sends out two sets of vehicles, one by air, the other by land.
"..three of the most fearsome Zords ever created." the monster explains.
Both sets of vehicles combine into two Megazords.
"Destroy the Power Rangers!" the monster commands.
Both Megazords fire down at the Rangers, hitting the ground around them all, knocking them down.
Leo: Next time on Power Rangers Lost Galaxy.
A/N: Baker and Harris are names I've made up for the other two members of the Rescue Team, since they weren't named like Jasper, Collins and Hargan. I did the same for Hollie and Crown - the pilots.
