Outside the loud house Lucy, Lily and Lincoln were standing outside the garage. Dad was playing cards with his friends and the three wanted to hear them for some reason. They must have felt like it. It was nighttime around 7 PM but they didn't mind.
"I got 5 aces!" A voice of what sounds like Lynn's friend Kataro said.
"Crap I got 4." A voice of what sounds like Howard said.
"6." Said Lynn himself.
"8," Said Flip.
"Dang, it Flip, you only have 5!" Lynn said accusingly.
"No, I don't!" Flip shot back.
The three loud siblings heard them and quietly snickered.
Lily who was being carried by Lincoln looked up at the sky and stared in awe at the stars.
Then out of nowhere, a shooting star came for a few seconds before disappearing entirely but that was enough for Lily to see it.
She pulled Lincoln's shirt and made bah noises.
"What is it, Lil?" Said The white-haired child.
Lily continues to make babble sounds pointing at the sky.
shoo sta!
"A what?" Asked Lincoln.
shoo sta!
"Oh, a shooting star," Said LincWe dore did you see it lil" he cooed.
Bah! She points to where the star went.
"I hope you made a wish when you saw it." Said Lincoln and the baby laughed.
"Hey what's that?" Lincoln points at the constellations. "Is that the centaurs?" It is wow." Lincoln said playfully and Lily laughed again.
While they were busy looking at the sky Lucy meanwhile wasn't as interested as the other two as she knew a lot about the construction. She continues to hear dad from the garage.
"7 aces what do you say about that?"
"10 aces! now give me my 20 bucks."
A sound of groan can be heard. Sigh Lucy look around ignoring her siblings and darted at the wall on the side of the house. She continues to stare at it, her mind drifts slowly. Until something bizarre happened. What looks like a black shadowy figure ran through the wall inside the house. It happened so fast but enough for the goth girl to notice. What was that? was it a ghost.
She went to Lincoln who was still playing with Lily.
"Lincoln I think I might have seen a ghost," said Luch.
"Ghost?" Said Lincoln.
"It went through that wall and I'm afraid it inside the house." Said Lucy.
Lincoln saw the wall Lucy was pointing at and for some reason, Leni was screaming inside which are Lucy paler than she already was.
"It's nothing Luce, you probably just seeing something," Lincoln reassured her.
"But I swear I saw it."
"Did you see it clearly?" Lincoln asked.
"Well no, it was so fast but-"
"See, there's no way you can tell wheater it was a ghost or not." Said Lincoln. "It's probably just your imagination."
"But what about Leni she might have seen it."
"She probably saw a spider that turned out to be Luan's fake spiders again, there's nothing Luce." Said Lincoln.
Lincoln might have a point it happened to fast I guess it was just my imagination.
"Come on let's go back inside," Lincoln said and they went back in. Lucy was still skeptical if it was a ghost or not. Though if it was a ghost she would be happy she'd finally seen one after so many years of contacting one. What does she know?
A minute before. At the backyard, Lisa was testing a new project with a smirk on her face.
"Once its finish I would have successfully developed the first movable hologram." She said as a large black humanoid figure from the earlier stand before Lisa. She holds a controller with a large joystick on the middle and titled to the left and the large figure moved to where the joystick lead. It moved so fast it was almost as fast as a bullet.
"Now go to the front yard." Lisa moving the joystick and the figure moved to the front yard. However, realizing that her siblings are probably there listening to Dad in the garage. Fearing that they might find out about it she quickly moved the joystick to the right and the figure fastly went through the wall of the house.
"That was close."
"AHH WHAT IS THAT THING?" Leni said from inside the house.
"Dang it," Said Lisa thinking she should have just turned the thing off.
This was originally going to be two separate stories; one focusing on Lily and one on Lucy but thought fuck it just put them together so that I did.
