As soon as they returned home, the team rushed to Asia's room, placing her slowly onto the bed, and through the use of demonic magic, Rias, healed Asia's body of the burns from Akeno lighting strike, as well as repairing the remains of her tattered uniform, returning it to a state it was in before the battle even started. Rias and Issei kept watch over Asia while the rest of the peerage attended to their wounds. Rias had been informed by an assistant of Azazel that Azazel would be there as soon as possible, he was on urgent business back home, that had him occupied, but he would be there. As they watched over Asia, Issei and Rias realised something that wasn't normal.

"Is Asia's hair... changing colour?" Issei whispered as he walked over to Asia and noticed that at the top of her head, the roots of her golden locks had changed to black.

"Her hair is changing... check her eyes" Issei scanned Asia looking for other changes, while issei lifted the lid of her right eye, and gasped. Rias walked over and gasped as well, Asias, emerald green eyes were starting to change a well, as flakes of Violet had begun to take over.

"What's going on Rias, why is Asia changing!" Issei yelled out if worry."

"I...don't know Issei" Rias folder her arms and sighed, worried that she was losing Asia.

After a few hours of waiting Azazel arrived and rushed up to find Issei and Rias, kneeling next to a woman resembling Asia. Her body had grown taller, and hair was now a mix of blonde and black as if she had had her hair dyed that way. Hey body was not like Asia, her hips and bust were significantly larger than what Asia, had and yet her face was clearly Asia's.

"What happened to her?" Azazel rubbed his chin.

"We were training for our next rating game, and I had asked Asia to attempt to heal us all in one go, and she collapsed after her spell drained some of our strength, after which Raynare had managed to take control, stating she had been trapped in her body since I killed her. She had been biding her time, weakening Asia enough that she could successfully take over her body, we fought and luckily with Asia's help, Akeno managed to knock her out. "Rias explained taking Asia's hand in her own squeezing it lightly.

"I see." Azazel walked closer to Asia noticing the changes.

"Why is she changing, Azazel?" Issei yelped.

"She is changing because of Raynare's soul." Azazel turned to Issei who had a panicked look in his eyes, he knew Issei had seen Asia die in front of him at the hands of Raynare and had thought he had lost her at the hands of Shalba Beelzebub and he couldn't live with the idea of not having Asia in his life, promising her he would protect her at all costs.

"But why is this happening, why would Raynare change Asia?" Issei looked to Asia's body and took a deep breath trying to keep the tears in his eyes from falling.

"Because Asia, is just a human... Raynare was a powerful fallen angel, and her soul requires a vessel strong enough to handle her innate power, as such since she is in a physically weaker body she is using her magic to alter the body so she can use her powers at their maximum potential, these changes are her attempts to make Asia into a fallen angel." Azael explained as he used his magic to create example of what was going on so he could further explain what was happening to Asias body. After this there was silence.

"How do we stop this?" Rias mumbled.

"We have to destroy Raynare's soul, otherwise we will lose Asia to the changes and Raynare will be far stronger than before thanks to the sacred gear Asia possesses." Azazel snarled, ashamed that a member of his own race had hurt those he had the duty to train and protect.

"Then how do we do it, can we cast a spell on her that will destroy Raynare." Issei took Asias hand in his.

"It won't be that simple Issei" Rias sighed.

"Rias is right, we have to destroy her, by sending someone into Asia's mind, and fight Raynare there, and this brings its own issues like who will we send?" Azazel rubbed his forhead.

"I'll do it!" Issei yelled. As rias looked to him with worry in her eyes.

"Are you sure Issei, I know what Raynare did to you hurt you deeply, are you sure you can handle that?" Rias walked over to issei and placed her hand on his shoulder.

"I can't let Raynare take Asia away from us, she has done so much for us all...I failed to protect her from Raynare, Diodora and Shalba and I can't fail her again, please let me save her." Issei whispered as tears began to pour from his eyes.

"Okay, I know you can do this Issei." Rias hugged Issei.

"Well kid, it seems your Asia's saviour but there is an issue" Azazel sighed

"And what's that?" Issei moaned

"It's your boosted gear, Ddraig is so powerful that if you use too much power you may at kill Asia or destroy her thoughts and memories, removing everything that makes Asia, Asia." Azazel proclaimed seeing isseis face turn from worry to anger.

"Damn it" Issei bellowed as he slammed his fist into his hand, at that moment Ddraigs gem appeared.

"Issei, I know your worried about Asia, but don't worry, I think I have a way to help you out." Ddraig droned.

"What you got for us Ddraig?" Rias walked over to Issei and proclaimed in her usual authoritative tone.

"I can allow Issei to access to a form that should be safe enough to use. It's called dragon aspect." Ddraig gem glowed brighter he mention the form.

What's the hell is dragon aspect, I've never heard of it?" Azazel looked quizzically at Ddraigs gem,

"The form was a feature developed by wielder of the sacred gear many centuries ago, it was essentially a weakened form of scale mail.

"What's the point of a weaker scale mail, that makes no sense, besides why didn't you tell me about this form before? Issei puffed.

"Well think of it this way Issei, many of my wielders were lunatics, warlords or dictators who reveled in combat, so why ruin the fun of fighting with a overpowered form, when you could enjoy the battle for longer at the expense of power, also your fighting people like Vali and Riser, you really think I'd give you the weakest form I offer to fight them, so I can feel you get your ass kicked ." Ddraig bellowed sarcastically

"Okay you've made your point Ddraig" issei groaned feeling as if he had just pissed off Ddraig. There was a pregnant silence as Ddraig said words were left to be thought about.

"So, what's does the armour offer Issei, Ddraig?" Rias asked politely

"Well the form gives issei strength speed stamina and durability beyond human capabilities, but it does not allow issei to access any of the energy-based attacks.

"Okay so I should be fine" Issei sighed, happy with the fact he has an option.

"Well, there is another issue Issei." Rias interjected

"Awwww come on, what now?" Issei groaned facepalming

"I don't think it would be safe to use Ascalon, its powerful enough to hurt Vali, so it may be too powerful to use in Asia's mind" Azazel ran his fingers through his hair, trying to figure out another option.

"Well I've got you covered, as the form also allows you access to a sword, handed down from wielder to wielder, its known as Skofnung, and was created for the Danish king Hrólf Kraki, the first Viking to wield my power. It is summoned by simply calling its name." Ddraig cheerily proclaimed

"That's so badass...Skofnung!" Issei called as from his left hand was engulfed in red draconic energy as a blade emerge, and placed itself into Isseis had, who was in awe at the blades design. Its blade was of pattern welded design, its center almost black with lines of brig red running down it, as the edge she of the blade glowed bright silver, their surface like a mirror with a reflection off Isseis grinning face. As issei looked down the sword he was caught by the cross guard and hilt which were black with gold carvings of two dueling dragons inset into the hilt and cross yard, their eye inset with rubies.

"Its also got a useful feature... the power level of the sword scales with the form you take and the boost ability, meaning you can control how powerful you make it, which means you can protect Asia from any excess power released." Ddraig smiled from within the gem, he knew Issei needed any help he could get so Asia could be safe, Ddraig had a deep respect for Asia, she was pure of heart and was fiercely loyal to Issei, and he knew that Issei needed this in order to become the man he would be.

" Well, are you ready Issei, I'll have to connect your mind to Asias so you find Raynare and destroy her, so please be careful, the mind is a fragile thing so any damage done may cause her long term damage if you aren't careful in there." Azazel walked towards issei and placed a hand on his shoulder and smiled, trying to reassure Issei and it seemed to work as Issei clenched his fist, and grinned

"I'm ready... you ready Ddraig" Issei confidently proclaimed.

"Always partner" Ddraig bellowed. As he did so Rias, walked over to Issei.

"Be careful Issei, and please bring Asia back." Rias smiled as she placed both her hands on Issei's shoulders, as Issei blushed.

"I will Rias you can count on me." Issei smiled,

"I know you will." Rias whispered as she leaned in and lightly kissed Issei on the lips. Azazel looked at bit shocked and couldn't help himself from having a bit of fun with the them and coughed, breaking the kiss.

"Right lovebirds, Issei's got a job to do...so get down to business." Azazel placed his right hand out and summoned a a black symbol and cast it onto Issei and Asia, as this happened the mark formed onto Issei's and Rias's heads,

"Once I click my fingers you will enter Asia's mind, I'd suggest you lie down Issei" Azazel sternly stated as Issei lay down on the bed beside Asia,

"Okay... send me in" Issei whispered as he took Asia's hand in his.

"Okay 3...2...1..." Azazel clicked his fingers and the marks began to glow, as they glowed Issei saw his vision turn white, as everything he looked at faded away into a field of glowing white light.
