Here's the Underworld arc folks!
Zila's POV
"Dearie we're here" Rumple said waking me up.
I had fallen asleep during the ferry ride into the Underworld. Sure enough the boat was next to a pier and it was foggy as hell around us.
"I don't like this place" Dakota complained.
"Neither do I my jewel" Rumple agreed as he helped me onto my feet.
One by one each of us exited the boat and made our way down the pier. What everyone wasn't expecting was the Underworld looking like Storybrooke when we appeared on an exact replica of the main street. I mean the whole place was trashed to put it in better words and the sky was an eerie orange hue.
We saw the wondering souls who were trapped here.
"I don't think we're in Maine anymore" Regina pointed out the obvious.
"Why does the Underworld look like Storybrooke?" Emma wondered.
"Who knows" Athena replied. "It doesn't matter because the souls trapped here have unfinished business"
"Oh you got be kidding me" I hissed when I saw Cruella's car.
"Easy love" Rumple said placing a hand onto my shoulder to calm me down.
"If I see that witch or if she messes with my loved ones I'm going to deal with her" I notified my husband.
We thought it was a good idea to split up. So Rumple, Athena, Dakota, and I went to the Underworld's version of the pawnshop. The shop looked exactly like it did in Storybrooke only the creepy light from outside made it eerie.
"I can already tell you Hook isn't here" Athena notified us. "I mean not in this shop"
"Your right he's not" I confirmed because I didn't feel Hook's aura. "I'm surprised we haven't crossed paths with Hades yet"
"Oh he will make himself known soon" Rumple stated as he began to look for something.
"What are you looking for Papa?" Dakota questioned her father.
My husband was about to answer when something caught his eye. A doll of some sort had my mate's attention.
"I see my entire family is here" a familiar voice called out.
All of us turned to see none other than my father-in-law or Peter Pan standing a few feet away from us. He was dressed in a black suit.
Immediately Rumple drew Dakota behind him and I growled.
"So this is your shop?" Athena asked her father.
"It is if you want to call it that" Pan responded. "Your no longer a Dark One"
My father-in-law then looked to me and he smirked as though he was proud.
"How does it feel to have power now Zila?"
"I had to protect my child" was my response.
Pan smirked before taking a quick look at his granddaughter. He then conjured a vial and held it out to Athena since she was closest.
"What strings are attached?" Rumple demanded as Athena took the vial from her father.
"None I meant what I said before I died, I want to start over"
"Never gonna happen" my husband and his sister said in unison.
"You were sent here for a reason" Dakota added and she stood next to her father.
"I miss the world above" Pan argued. "The tastes, the smells"
"Top bad your not going back" I countered.
I then had an idea and I walked up to my father-in-law and punched him hard in the face. Pan growled and he wiped the blood away from his lip.
"That's for abandoning my husband as a child and for trying to kill me" I hissed.
Pan chuckled and looked at me.
"Oh I like this side of you Zila, being a Dark One suits you"
"I think we're done here" Athena suggested.
Using my magic I transported us out of the pawnshop. Rumple joined us a few minutes later no doubt Pan wanted to say something else to him.
"Is your mother down here?" I questioned Athena.
"No I would know if she was and I'm glad she isn't, Pan would no doubt try to manipulate her again"
Our next stop was the Underworld version of Granny's diner. The others were already there and Regina looked stressed out about something. The former queen explained she reunited with her mother and Dakota growled at hearing that woman's name.
"Easy love" I told my daughter.
"It's alright Zila your daughter has every reason for being angry with my mother" Regina reassured me.
"So what does she want anyway?" Emma asked.
"She wants me to leave or else she'll take my father to a place worse than here"
Regina had killed her father in order to cast the Dark Curse.
"You'll find a way Mom" Henry encouraged his adopted mother.
"I agree you shouldn't give up on your father" I interjected. "When it comes to your loved ones you fight for them Regina"
Regina gave me a grateful smile before Athena gave Emma the vial Pan handed over.
"The waters inside this vial will allow you to communicate with Hook" Athena explained. "Poor it over Hook's grave and he will appear, all you need do is ask the pirate where he is"
"Thank you" Emma stated taking the vial from Athena.
"Good luck Ms. Swan" Rumple said to the Savior.
Athena suggested we go to her Underworld version of her shop and Rumple took us there with his magic. Thankfully there wasn't anyone in the shop and Dakota went with Athena to the back.
"Dearie there's something you should know"
I turned my attention to my husband.
"My ex-wife is down here"
"Oh I want to meet her" I growled. Rumple was about to protest but I shook my head. "Rumple she left you to raise Bae alone, she accused you of being a coward when you deserted, when in reality you did an act of courage so Bae wouldn't be fatherless, you became the male Dark One for your son"
I placed my hand over his heart.
"Your selflessness for Bae and your darkness was what made me fall in love with you along with your personality and no matter what I will always fight for you, because mate of mine I love you"
I then gave my husband a much needed kiss and Rumple happily returned it. By the time we finished I saw Rumple was blushing.
"Did I make you blush mate of mine?" I teased.
"Most certainly dearie" was his answer.
