As Booth, Angela, Maura and Jane was on their way to pick up the food order from the new restaurant "The Greazy Pickle". Booth explained everything about the Gabriel Dean incident and arrest. Both Jane and Maura were not surprised by the Dean situation, but they admitted they were glad he wouldn't be bothering them.
Arriving at the restaurant, everyone got out of the SUV and headed inside to grab the order. Once inside they were met by Angela and Tommy Rizzoli, who work there, this is the first time that they had seen each other since the night of the incident. Angela being her usual self, starts in on both them, about how ridiculous they have been and that they owe both Tommy and her an apology. Jane saiding, "unfucking believable, you both are delusional and we are not allowed about either of you. Come on Maura let's go wait in the SUV, while Booth and Angela wait on the food, I can't deal with this shit," turning on their heels and leaving. Angela Rizzoli throwing her hands in the air and saying, " you two have no ideas how wrong those two are, and that all I was trying to do was introduce Maura to her future boyfriend and husband, my handsome baby boy, Tommy and Jane is so evil and jealous, she makes up lies saying Maura and her have been in a relationship for a year and engaged for 6 months, she is so jealous of Tommy." Both Booth and Angela know the whole story and realize how delusional they both are. Clearing her throat, Angela M. speaks "Actually we know the whole story of what happened that night, and they are now married and are expecting their first child. And as for you, Tommy you are the WRONG Rizzoli and so far from Maura type, she been in love with Jane for years, so you Never had a chance, and by the look of it you only have 4 inches compare to Jane's 8 inches, so there is no way you could have satisfied her. So get over yourself and move on." Tommy ask "Well what about you, would you like to go out?" Angela M. laughs and say " I am very happily married with 2 kids, and you would NEVER be good enough to date me, so NO loser." Smiling she grabs the boxes of the to go order and heading out the door with Booth following behind her with the other boxes and bags, leaving both Angela and Tommy stunned.
Two hours later back at BPD, everyone had finished eating, and was busy going over all the information from the case files. As Maura and Brennan explained that each left hand of the victim had letters and numbers carved into it. So the letters were C A R T E and the numbers were 0 2 1 8 1. Cavanaugh's voice is heard saying, "This can be right." Korsak says " Oh my God, it can't be it." And the sound of glass shattering as it hits the floor, and Sam's gasping, saying " No, No, it can't mean what I think it means," as she goes pale white and faints. Maura and Brennan attend to Sam, Frost had carried Sam into Cavanaugh's office. Meanwhile Korsak explained that the letters spelled part of Sam's last name and the numbers represented the date that Sam's parents were mugged and murdered. Everyone sat in silence for awhile, shocked by the new information, agreeing to take a 30 minute break and gather back in the conference room.
Frankie handled Jane a file, she asked "what is this, is this something to do with the present case?" Frankie clearing his throat says, "I heard about the run in with Tommy and Ma, I found this file, that you might find very interesting about how Tommy and Ma got bailed out." "Unfucking believable, you gotta be kidding me, I am going to fucking killed that miserable bastard, when I get my hands on him." Jane says. "Jane Rizzoli-Isles, what have I told you about your unbecoming language?" asks Maura. "Sorry, baby you need to look at this, so you can understand why I was swearing, forgive me, baby," sighing Jane takes a step forward leaning in for a quick kiss. Taking the file from Jane, Maura quickly looks at it and looks up to speak, but she she a flash of anger crosses Jane's face. Following her wife's line of sight to see Casey Jones entering the bullpen, dressed I her Army uniform, carrying flowers and wearing a smile on his face. Maura mumbles to herself, "this is not going to be a good thing." Before she can says something to Jane, her wife is standing toe to toe with Casey Jones. Maura quickly is at Jane's side, placing her hand on Jane's shoulder, she says "Baby, please calm down, he is not worth losing your badge. Remember that you have the baby and me to think about, and we love you."
