Finalized-ish Next-Next Gen:
DDDDDDAAAAAANNNNNNNGGGGGGGG those were some fast responses! Okay, so I guess next-next gen is a go (some time in the future. Again, gotta get these current kids grown first.) So, we've still got time to figure out exactly what the upcoming generation is going to be like, but I decided as a thank you for the AMAZING responses, I'd go ahead and give a final-ish list of next-next gen kids. I say "ish" because, hey, I might decide to add a few more in the future. Who knows?
I haven't decided on magic types for everyone, nor have I decided on middle names, but I'll indicate the ones I have picked out yet (feel free to throw in your input).
Don't worry, I'll put up some actual chapters soon.
Farradict: The votes for the firstborn son's name was a tie between Cyrus and Arthur. But, as Yellowpikmin88 pointed out, when you think of legendary kings Arthur is usually the first that comes to mind, so...
Farradict baby # 1: Son, Arthur Dreyar. Since both Laxus and Farah are lightning dragon slayers, why not keep the family tradition going and have Arthur be a lightning dragon slayer, too?
Farradict baby #2: Son, Cyrus Dreyar
Farradict baby #3: Son, Alexander Dreyar
I've decided to just keep it to the three boys for Farradict now, but I still like the name Morgan, so I did some research on Morgan and found that it has a lot of meanings, but they all have to do with the sea (protector of the sea, sea chief, sea defender). Not only that, but there have been a lot of famous people with the name Morgan (Morgan le Fay, actor Morgan Freeman, Grammy winner Morgan Page whose songs include "Fire and Gold" and "Candle," novelist Morgan Robertson was believed to have predicted the sinking of the Titanic with his novel "The Wreck of the Titan." (wait, Titan, wait, WHAT!?)...I think you can see where this is going.
Storshi:
Storshi Baby #1: Daughter, Tempest Fullbuster
Storshi Baby #2: Son, Nuri Fullbuster (decide to go with a boy since there are already two girls). (I'm not exactly sure what his magic will be yet, but it will more than likely have something to do with fire.) (Also do we want him to continue the "N" tradition of pink hair or not?)
Storshi Baby #3: Daughter, Morgan(a?) Fullbuster. Maybe Titan Water magic? I'm not sure yet how that would work, but would y'all be interested in a Water Titan wizard? (Would probably cause some drama for Nashi because she'd be afraid her daughter would face the same discrimination she did thanks to her magic) (Also, do you guys prefer Morgan or Morgana?)
Storshi Baby #4: Son, Ash Fullbuster (named both after his mother and maternal grandfather's fire abilities, and because ashes are gray like his paternal grandfather's name and father's middle name.) (Also, I didn't know how many kids I wanted Storm and Nashi to have so I literally rolled a dice and got a four, hence why Ash is here.)
Catephone: They'll be hyphenating their last names upon marriage. I don't foresee Persephone just giving up her last name.
Catephone Baby #1: Daughter, Anahita Redfox-Dreyar

Catephone Baby #3: Son, Enki Redfox-Dreyar. He idolizes his Cool Auntie Koree (who I've decided will remain single), and thus is an Iron Dragon Slayer like her and his grandfather. I foresee these two having an adorable relationship and driving Persephone crazy. (Persephone: Koree! I know it was you who helped my son *insert mischief here*! Koree: Well, duh!)

Romanca Baby #4: Son, Raphael Fernandez (another archangel name, also it starts with an R like Roman)
Lorelle: I think I've decided that Lorelle doesn't get married, but she does adopt a lot of kids, and lavishes them in love and riches. (Also brings some new blood into the guild because half of this new generation will be related to one another, so unless Fairy Tail wants to start blasting "Sweet Home Alabama" we need some new blood!) She never fully outgrows her snobbish ways. I forsee adult Lorelle being a bit like a combination between Charlotte from "Princess in the Frog," Kuzko from "Emperor's New Groove," and Rarity from "My Little Pony." All the names below mean either "new" or "new beginning" since that is what these kids get when Lorelle adopts them. I have no idea what their magic will be because, since they are adopted, they have no family history to draw from, so they could have whatever magic they want.

Layvon Baby #1: Daughter, Lilith Fernandez. Apparently the name Lilith means "woman of the night." So...maybe some night based magic? Moon based magic? I don't know yet.
Layvon Baby #2: Daughter, Nova Fernandez. Yes, I've decided to give Nova to Layvon since Igtia already has two baby names.
Layvon Baby #3: Son, Aiden Fernandez. They have two daughters, let's give them a son. Aiden means "little fire" so maybe another Fire Dragon Slayer?
Igtia: I decided to roll the dice for these two because, again, I wasn't sure how many kids they should have. I got a six. Well...y'know what, I can see these two having a gaggle of kids, so why not?
Igtia Baby #1: Son, Draco Dragneel. He'll probably be a Celestial Dragon slayer
Igtia Baby #2: Daughter, Regina Dragneel.
Igtia Baby #3: Daughter, Gemma Dragneel. Gemma means "precious stone" so she'll probably have some kind of stone magic. Maybe a stone dragon slayer?
Igtia Baby #4: Son, Sirius Dragneel. It means "Rising Star" and, hey, has there ever been a male Celestial Spirit wizard? I don't think so. Alright Sirius, get you some keys, buddy boy!
Igtia Baby #5: Daughter, Miranda Dragneel. Apparently (and I literally JUST found this out) Portia is the name of one of Uranus' moons. Well, so is Miranda, so there you go.
Igtia Baby #6: Daughter, Ariel Dragneel. Also a moon of Uranus. So I guess some kind of moon magic for Miranda and Ariel. Oh! Maybe they should be twins? Moon twins? I dunno, just spit-balling here.
Meekette: I also rolled a six here. *Headesk* Well, constant competition between Igneel and Meeko, right?
Meekette Baby #1: Daughter, Azura Fullbuster
Meekette Baby #2: Son, Slate Fullbuster
Meekette Baby #3: Daughter, Crystal Fullbuster. Because, you know, ice crystals. Also, are there crystals in space? I dunno.
Meekette Baby #4: Son, Jacob "Jack" Fullbuster. Jack Frost-Jack Fullbuster. Close enough, right? Jacob means "to follow" so some kind of mimicry magic?
Meekette Baby #5: Son, Nicholas "Nick" Fullbuster. Could we have another set of twins? Jack and Nick. Nick and Jack. They sound like trouble…
Meekette Baby #6: Daughter, Wren Fullbuster. "Wren" means winter bird. So ice magic?
Evmen: After some consideration I've decided to put Eva and Carmen together. AFter everything Carmen went through with Elena he needs someone with Eva's bright and cheery personality to help him keep his chin up. And his pragmatic ways can help balance out Eva's whimsical ways a bit. This also ensures that Carmen and Luna can spend a lot of time together as adults (they are biological siblings after all). Also, even though Natsu and Lucy didn't get to adopt or raise Carmen they totally act as grandparents to Carmen's children. (Also, Carmen takes Eva's last name. His dad abandoned him after Elena took him. Why would he want to hold on to that legacy.)
Evmen Baby #1: Daughter, Cassandra Fernandez. That name means prophetess, so some sort of fortune telling. I'm thinking card magic from Auntie Cana.
Evmen Baby #2: Daughter, Alice Fernandez. Okay, I'll admit. No real reasoning behind this name. I just thought the name "Alice Fernandez" sounded nice.
Evmen baby #3: Daughter, Hazel Fernandez. Same as Alice. I just liked the sound of it.
Veratate: Tate doesn't remember his last name because he was a baby when Elena took him. Vera didn't want to keep her last name. So, they made their own name, Renaissance, which means "rebirth," a symbol of their new life.
Veratate Baby #1: Son, Zeke Renaissance
Veratate Baby #2: Daughter, Bridget Renaissance (also means strong, like Zeke.)
Isly:
Isly Baby #1: Daughter, April Dreyar. Probably going to be a sky dragon slayer.
Isly Baby #2: Son, December Dreyar. Name is for the same reasons as April, a windy month.
Kyven: I'm just going to stick to the four girls for them.
Kyven Baby #1: Daughter, Mirri Fullbuster
Kyven Baby #2: Daughter, Orianna Fullbuster, probably going to be a wind wizard like Juven.
Kyven Baby #3: Daughter, Autumn Fullbuster. I think I'll take StallKi's suggestion and give her some kind of plant-based magic.
Kyven Baby #4: Daughter, Rain. Well, with a name like Rain I have to give her water magic, right?

Luvance Baby #1: Daughter, Diana Struass. Moon Demon Slayer maybe? I don't know...
Luvance Baby #2: Son, Marrok Strauss. Something similar to werewolves? Some kind of take over? I don't know...
