Chapter Ten – Liars and Spiders
The Rock's House, Hollywood, CA, 9am PST
Given the situation wit and Charlotte Flair DX and their family decided to stay over in LA to provide the necessary reinforcement from Stephanie, Jeff and the Flair family. There was bound to be some sort of retaliation so they decided to film RAW from the Staples Center later on in the afternoon. The production crew had already been called and they were on their way to LA right now. Hunter and Shawn were still asleep but somehow Summer the spider had managed to escape the protective covering of Hunter's leather jacket and made it into Sasha's bedroom. The pink and blond deadly female spider missed her owner and gave Sasha a pleasant surprise when the Boss woke up to find Summer sitting on her nose.
"Aw, hi Summer. I missed you too. Let's go wake u while Seth washes the stench of North Carolina out of his hair," Sasha said slipping out of her bedroom quietly while Seth was in the shower trying to rid himself of all things Flair related. He was proud of the Shield for taking the fight to the McMahon-Hardy-Flair faction but ultimately they had lost because they failed to do the one thing that was necessary: bring Montez Ford to Los Angeles and away from Charlotte Flair.
As Seth pulled the excess water from his black locks he sighed regretfully not wanting to see the look on Bianca's face when he told her that Charlotte was falling in love with her husband and that it would take a miracle to get him away from her. Or that Charlotte had ripped off her look by putting diamonds in her hair, the last thing was a much easier bomb to drop.
"There's gotta be a silver lining here somewhere Lord," Seth said prayerfully. "Can you please tell me what it is? Shall I just stand by and watch while Bianca loses her husband to Charlotte freakin' Flair?"
Seth suddenly felt something furry on his right shoulder and he turned and saw Blinky, the hairy black spider Roman was supposed to be looking after looking up at him with a shrug. "Blinky what are you doing in here? You're supposed to be with Roman," Seth said but Blinky shrugged again. "Will you stop shrugging? You have the worst shoulder shrug out of the three of you. Where's Summer and Justice?"
Blinky shrugged again and Seth got out of the shower and went to find Sasha thinking maybe the other two spiders were with her. Of course being that he liked to walk around naked it didn't occur to him to put some clothes on while visiting his wife while she was staying at the People's Mansion. When he walked into E S T's room she was asleep but Sasha wasn't there. Seth walked over t and tugged on her braid. "Have you seen my wife?" he asked the sleeping mademoiselle of muscle.
"I don't like my hair being pulled Seth, go put some freakin' clothes on and find her yourself," E S T replied turning onto her side with a pout.
"Alexa would have jumped out of this bed and helped me find her," Seth said with his arms crossed and he walked over to the head of the bed and crouched down so Bianca could see his face. "I need to talk to you about what happened in Charlotte yesterday,"
E S T sighed, "I was there I saw what happened. The Shield kicked butt end of story, now if you'll excuse me I have a whole morning of crying scheduled," she said and she turned to the other side and buried her head in the pillow moving her tears from one side of the bed to the other. Seth tugged on her braid again until she was sitting upright. "Seth will you please put some clothes on?!"
Seth pulled the bedcovers over himself a sunk into herself, "You need to hear what I have to say, I'm sorry about the nakedness but old habits are hard to break. I'm in a house, I'm naked – that's how it goes,"
"Normally I would be fine with that Seth but not this morning. I have to go to RAW and do a segment with the woman who's stealing my husband. This Monday officially sucks," E S T said.
"Welcome to the wrestling business, the only place on Earth where your real life and your professional life get fused together like Siamese twins," Seth said sympathetically. "I tried to talk to God about it for you but He wouldn't answer me. He doesn't really talk to me in the shower.
I think He prefers it when I'm wearing clothes too but I'm like, God this is how you made me,"
"I would love to be fused to my husband right now, instead I have to pretend I'm okay with all of this," Bianca said and Seth reached over to her to give her a hug but she kicked him off the bed violently.
"Ow!" Seth cried out in pain and Roman and Dean came running into E S T's bedroom to see what all the fuss was about.
"Seth are you naked?!" Roman said in shock and he looked a accusingly. "Did you make a move on my lil' Shield brother?"
"Yeah I sure did, I moved him right off my bed. Do you see me making a move on Seth right now? I'm trying to cry over here. For once Roman be sympathetic, I'm not trying to sleep with Seth Rollins!"
E S T said. "I want to sleep with my husband and I don't know if I'll ever be able to do that ever again thanks to Charlotte Flair,"
E S T cried and Dean Ambrose comforted her while Roman checked on Seth. "Are you okay brother?" Roman asked him concerned.
"This floor is super clean," Seth said admiring the floor while Roman went to get him some clothes. "This would be a great place for me and Sasha to have sex,"
Roman came back in with some clothes bu tore away from Dean Ambrose and ran out of the bedroom crying forcing Seth to run after her, still naked except for the bedsheet.
"Seth wait the whole DX family is downstairs you can't go down there like that!" Roman said as he sprinted after Bianca wearing only a bed sheet around his waist.
Alexa Bliss laughed when she saw him running after Belair who was heading for the pool while the DX family joined her around the kitchen island.
"Why is Uncle Seth wearing a bed sheet?" Faith Star asked Bliss from her high chair.
"He likes to sleep naked," Bliss replied. "He gets really hot at night and he sweats indoors. Its common among athletes,"
"And homeless people," Chyna Helmsley added and she decided to join Seth and Bianca outside by the pool to find out what was up since DX were still sleeping.
Bianca finally crashed onto a deck chair in tears while Roman wrestled Seth down by the pool and started to dress him like a petulant child who wanted to go to school naked.
"Leave me alone!" Seth said kicking furiously at Roman who pulled a charcoal grey sweater over Seth's head and over his arms and finally down over his chest.
"Right, now the legs. Quit kicking me Seth and put these briefs on," Roman said and he sat on Seth's back while Seth kicked his legs as Roman put on the underwear. "There now don't take them off!"
"Get off of me!" Seth said kicking Roman in the chest and he crawled over to Bianca while Roman tried to get him to wear pants.
Belair got up and headed to the changing area finding one of many spare bathing suits left there for guests. She changed into the one that had the Boss's name all over it and emerged ready to go for a swim. Her appearance took Roman's breath away.
"Oh my God," he said, next to his wife he's never seen a woman look so beautiful first thing in the morning and he instinctively covered Seth's eyes a jumped into the pool. Seth arm-dragged Roman and got into the pool after discarding the sweater Roman had forced on him and swam over to E S T.
"Are you okay?" Seth asked her.
"Are you at least wearing underwear now?" E S T asked him and he nodded. "Good then you can swim with me,"
A huge wave crashed over them as Roman jumped into the pool fully clothed and heading for Seth. "Roman what are you doing you can't swim in your clothes?!" Seth protested a headed for the diving board.
"Get out of the pool," Roman said pulling at Seth but the Prayer Warrior resisted him.
"Get out of my life!" Seth retaliated and he elbowed Roman in the head causing Blinky the spider to fly over to the other side of the pool. When Blinky hit the water he started to grow and Chyna recorde as she was about to do a massive back flip somersault into the water. She executed it with perfection landing right on Seth and Roman who caught her together.
"Nice dive, now will you please talk to me?" Seth asked her.
"How about you talk to me instead?" Chyna said now in a bathing suit of her own and heading over to them. "I know a thing or two about rocky marriages, why don't you two scram and take this giant spider with you?"
Blinky was impressed with the back flip dive too and he crawled over to the diving board in an endeavor to do the same thing. When Sasha came out and saw the giant mutated spider crawling up the People's diving board she knew it wouldn't be long before Summer wanted to join him. So she got changed and got into the water with Chyna, Bianca, Roman and Seth.
"Your dive is trending," she tol as Summer jumped into the water hoping to get big like Blinky. Roman looked up at Blinky who was about to dive down. "Blinky get down. You're setting a bad example for your sister!"
"Blinky's the rebel of the group, of course he would be Hunter's favorite," Chyna said t who was enjoying Seth's hand stroking the side of her face with concern.
"You know what Bayley would give for me to stroke her face like this?" Seth said and Sasha almost threw up at the idea of Seth touching Bayley.
"Okay that's enough," E S T said batting Seth's hand away harshly. "Go stroke your wife's face I'm a talk to Chyna over by the other side of the pool,"
"Blinky I said don't dive!" Roman said as the giant spider hesitated. Now Summer was super-sized and heading for the diving board. Roman turned to Seth and Sasha, "These spiders don't have any discipline, I thought that hot scientist chick was supposed to be looking after them?"
"She was but then she ended up in Rebound City so Alexa confiscated them and brought them to DX," Seth explained.
"Blinky's not even sure if he should listen to me or not, where's Justice? Maybe he can bring his brother and sister in line. He is the Roman Reigns of the Shield after all," Roman said and he went to find Dean Ambrose who was looking after Justice while Hunter slept. "Don't move!" Roman said to Blinky and Summer who hung from the diving board not wanting to get in trouble with their human owner.
"Is it just me or is Roman exerting himself way more than normal these days?" Seth asked his wife who shrugged causing Seth to raise his eyebrow, "Why'd you shrug at me?"
"I don't have an answer so I shrugged," Sasha said simply.
"So you haven't noticed a difference in Roman's behaviour recently?" Seth asked his wife and Sasha shrugged again. "Sasha quit shrugging at me and answer the question,"
"I'm sorry Seth I haven't really been paying attention to Roman recently, I've been more concerned about what's going on with Bianca and Charlotte," Sasha replied and Seth nodded caressing Sasha's shoulders gently.
"I get that but I'm the one God put in charge of Bianca's spiritual Gift, let me do all the worrying where Bianca and Charlotte is concerned. That's the reason God assigned her to me, I know it looks like all Hell has broken loose but God is in control of all of this,"
"I don't see how," Sasha said with another shrug and Seth exhaled annoyed. "What I don't know what else to do, you want me to stop shrugging and say something stupid instead?"
"You do have something to say and you only shrug when you don't want to say what's on your mind, so spill it Banks, what is it you want to say?" Seth asked his wife seriously and Sasha shrugged again. Seth exhaled again, "Look Sasha, we're gonna be living here together for some time, you cannot be this petulent first thing in the morning. I was hoping we could start Monday off on a high not a low,"
"I wouldn't call having sex at sunrise a low," Sasha said playfully reminding Seth of what they did together a few hours ago.
"No that was a high," Seth said in agreement.
"So high you forgot to get dressed this morning," Sasha said biting his chin amorously. Seth kissed her back. "Good thing Roman was here to restore you to civility,"
"Yeah but I still think something's going on with him," Seth said as Sasha continued to kiss him on his neck and chest. Her head suddenly disappeared underwater. "Banks!" Seth yelled out distancing himself from her head which had navigated all the way down to his waist. "I told you not to do that to me when we're outside,"
"Well then let's go inside so I can do it to you in private," Banks replied and she wrapped her legs around Seth's waist as he sat on the pool side and they made out for awhile before heading back to the Boss's bedroom to resume their lovemaking activities from earlier this morning.
Bianca watched them go with revulsion, "Urgh, don't you two have a pause button?!" she yelled at them clearly frustrated by what was happening with her own marriage. "This is so not how I wanted my week to start. Now I'm yelling at two of the nicest people in the whole world because they're actually enjoying their marriage and I'm about to lose mine,"
Chyna held Bianca's hand, "Look you're not going to lose your husband. I've been with Hunter for over a decade and if my affair with Finn Balor wasn't enough to make him leave me, Charlotte's pathetic attempt at seduction will not be enough to make you lose your husband. You just gotta ride this thing out until it's over and it will be over soon. Adultery is not all it seems to be and I'm sure Montez will realise that sooner than later,"
Bianca hugged Chyna feeling better, "I really hope you're right, I was planning on seeing him at RAW now I don't know if I can get through tonight's show in one piece," Bianca worried.
"Seth will get you through RAW don't worry. God put you in his life for a reason, his track record is stellar when it comes to the locker room. You're in good hands Belair so focus on your segment tonight and let Seth handle the things that you can't right now," Chyna said and Bianca smiled confidently.
"You know I always heard that you were scary but you're really not. Why do people think that just because you have muscles you're tough?" Belair wondered. "I've never felt more weak in my life,"
"You're not weak E S T, you're the strongEST woman on the roster and that's coming from the 9th wonder of the world," Chyna said and she hugged Bianca who wanted to go apologise to Seth and Sasha for being so harsh earlier. There was a high chance they were having sex so she decided to wait an hour before approaching them, meanwhile Dean and Roman were heading over to the diving board with Justice who like his spider brother and sister wanted to grow big and dive into the pool with Blinky and Summer.
"Now look what you've done, Justice wants to join you and he doesn't even know how to swim.
How is it going to look if you all dive in and he follows you at his size huh?" Roman said to Blinky and Summer who climbed down and headed over to Roman and Dean. Eventually they shrunk back to their normal sizes and joined Justice on Roman's shoulder.
"You got through to them, you really are the leader of the Shield," Dean said an came over to them causing Dean and Roman to blush. "That is a nice bathing suit," Dean said in a sexy voice.
"I needed to hear that this morning, I don't feel too good about myself right now. I guess this must be what low self-esteem feels like," E S T said.
"I would recommend that you go spend some time with Seth but I'm pretty sure he's banging his wife's brains out right now so - "
"Ambrose!" Roman admonished Dean who put his hands up innocently.
"What I'm just saying that she should talk to Seth when he's done banging his wife's brains out," Dean said an sighed.
"I wish I could be getting my brains banged out right now," she said sadly before walking away to find Alexa.
"So was that like an offer?" Dean called after her and Roman slapped him around the head, "What?!"
"Will you quit being so dumb? I'm worried about her being so sad with Seth around. You know what women are like when they're insecure; they get all vulnerable and they need re-assurance and before you know it, BAM!" Roman said and Chyna nodded.
"I hear you brother but Seth is not the guy for that so don't worry. If she does get her brains banged out it certainly won't be by any of you three," Chyna said before heading back inside.
"Yeah Chyna's right plus Seth's got that immunity thing so he couldn't even if he wanted to. Bianca doesn't need to make her life more complicated than it is already," Dean said.
"That's why we gotta get her and her husband together tonight on RAW. That woman has got to get out of here," Roman said and Dean looked at him strangely.
"Why?" he asked.
"I just don't like her being around Seth that's all," Roman replied.
"Are you sure that's all? Because we've already gone over this a thousand times; Seth is not going to sleep with Bianca, they're just friends and it would be impossible for them to have an affair because Seth can only be with his wife," Dean said and Roman shrugged.
There was more to it than he was letting on that if Bianca stayed around for much longer it wouldn't be long before the secret that he'd been hiding from Seth for months would be out.
