A/N:This is the first age changing story since before the Coronavirus began and I can tell you that I had to make this story worth it, and it's also the first appearance if Stu's youth potion known as the RugratX since one of my earlier "Rugrats" stories "Little Boy Lou" only this time, Charlotte will take it as she gets to drink it and get younger. how younger? we don't know but you'll get to read it to find out, lucky you.

Chapter 1:Busy Charlotte and Stu's BBQ day

It all started when Charlotte was working on her bills as she get to see how much that she get to do as she had to pay up though her bills as she had to look over though a lot.

As they could gone a lot, she knew that she might happen that she was working so hard that she gets to hope that she was studying them as she might had to notice that she could be that hoping that it was nothing that she could possibly as they get to follow as she would figure it out of what to do.

"Ugh, how does Drew pay for all these bills?" She asked herself. "I wish that Stu could give me some of that RugratX, then maybe I could be young again and enjoy my life."

As she get to make sure that she wishes that she could have that RugratX again, she knew that she was hoping that there could be good news that could be coming towards her.

It was until Drew had came home as she saw him as he could get it as he might had to go up to his door as he gets to open up the door and he happen to make as he get to open it up and he gets to walk in as he passed Angelica who's playing with her toys kissed her, and went to Charlotte said "Drew, I don't know how do you pay these bills and what I need to make sure that I had to pay them all before Angelica enters first grade."

"I think that you done enough." said Drew. "I'll take care of them."

"Ah gee, thanks Drew." As Charlotte get to walk and her husband's bedroom to rest.

As Charlotte get to know about what might had to think about the time when she was young, she knew that she could be that she was able to make sure that she was able to do what she happen that she could picture that she was able to know that she could prior that she find that RugratX potion to be quite refreshing as she could imagine herself as she could go back into 18 again.

"I wonder if I could use that RugratX, then I could led get to enjoy my youth," she said. "I think that Stu has made a youth potion so strong, I don't think that the kids could noticed, not even Angelica."

It was until the following Saturday that Stu was working on one of his barbecues as he get to cook on their great big cooking.

We get to find the babies as they get to play as usual in their playpen.

"Gee, I think that baby drink sure can turn turn grownups into babies." Said Chuckie.

"If I know any better, I think that it would possibly that I happen that if the grownups could take it again, I think that they could join us as we might get to know the possibly as we happen to make it when we at least expected it." Said Tommy.

"It could be fun though," said Chuckie. "If only there's someway that it could be doing it so."

And so, Stu happen to break out the RugratX as he get to make sure as he might happen as he get to make announcement. "Ladies and gentlemen, may I have your attention please?" As they turn over to Stu. "I know that I made RugratX and it seems that it easily turns us into babies, yes."

As the crowd agree in murmur. "But as I get to see that I made it an improvement as I had to make it more possible as we get to be seeing this coming." As he present the RugratX to them. "Ta-Da!"

As they get to saw that it was the same RugratX from before.

"You mean to tell us that was the same RugratX that turn us into babies?" Replied Drew. "Well, if you asked us, I think that I could make it as they could use it as they get to make sure that there could be a big hope as they get to make sure as they would learn."

"Well this time, I think that we should be lucky that we could all happen that if it weren't the rapid changing, I think that we could be that it was simply it was that even we get turn into babies again, I think that we'll be too young to do anything."

As they could noticed it, they happen to noticed, they could feel as they might had to feel that Stu made a good point.

As they back to their barbecue, Charlotte get to take that as she get to noticed at the RugratX, she get to take a look as she might had to make sure that she gets to be young again.

As Drew turn over, he said "Charlotte! Don't drink the—" but it was too late, she happen to take some gulps as she knew that she get to see that she could be that she find it refreshing this time.

"Tommy, did you think that your aunt Charlotte is going to be weird for a minute?" asked Chuckie as he looked worried.

As Charlotte gets to noticed, the RugratX gets though the body as we know that Chuckie's right.

"Charlotte, you where supposed to be t taking a small cup!" Worried Drew.

"Huh that's strange, I feel weird all of the sudden."

It felt that she was going to feel younger as she goes down to 30, as she felt about her clothes, then she goes down into 26, as she felt different, then down to 22, as her clothes got bigger, and then down to 18 as she gets smaller and the she goes down to 14, and then she gets down to 10 as her clothes got big, then she goes down into 6 as the other grownups got bigger and then she fell down as she gets a lump as she crawl out as she looks up at them.

"You see, I knew that RugratX works like a charm this time."

As she looked into the mirror, she sees that she's now a year-old baby wearing a diaper.

"Stu, what kind of a prank you take me in for?" Charlotte asked. "I knew that RugratX is new and approve but it doesn't have to go that way."

"No honey, my brother's new and improved RugratX had turn you into a little girl."

"Oh, that's much worse." Then she cried for 5 seconds.

As Angelica saw to her mom and said "Mommy, is it true?" she asked. "Did you really drank that youth potion and got turn into a a baby? Wow."

"Yeah, I guess that I did." Find out next chapter to see how much that what Charlotte was going to do.
