Chapter 1

Andrea sat in the front seat of her car driving.

"Okay," Andrea said to herself. "It's been two weeks and I still don't know what to do. Kyle loves me. Kyle loves me."

Andrea took a deep breath and pulled up to Neddie's house. She then got out and pounded on the door. Neddie opened the door smiling.

"Andrea," Neddie said happily. "My doctor said I can go back to work this week."

"This is all your fault!" Andrea shouted.

"What's all my fault?" Neddie asked.

"You told me that Kyle loves me!" Andrea shouted.

"I did?" Neddie asked. "When?"

"When you were all high from your brother's special soup!" Andrea shouted.

"Oh," Neddie said.

"I've been freaking out about this for two weeks!" Andrea shouted.

"Wait," Neddie said. "That bothers you that Kyle likes you?"

"Yes!" Andrea shouted.

"That means you like him," Neddie said.

"I do not!" Andrea shouted. "I mean, he's nice, cute, and we like a lot of the same things."

"And?" Neddie asked.

"And he's always willing to help out, and he's kind, and…." Andrea said before gasping. "I like Kyle!"

"Called it," Neddie said.

"But I'm dating Beaver," Andrea said.

"Simple," Neddie said. "Dump him."

"But I've never dumped anyone before," Andrea said. "I've been dumped, but I've never been the one to dump."

"Practice with me," Neddie said. "I'll be The Beaver and you be you."

"Listen, Theodore," Andrea said. "We need to talk."

"Are you dumping me?" Neddie asked.

"It's not you," Andrea said. "It's me."

Neddie put his hand on his chest.

"No!" Neddie screamed. "Now I'm having a heart attack!"

Neddie fell to the porch and then stood up.

"And now you've killed The Beaver," Neddie said.

"You're a jerk," Andrea said.
