Tanya tightened the newly made belt that had just come from supply, and the only sound to escape her lips was a single "eh?"

The room stayed in silence as there she was, the infamous White Silver, Devil of the Rhine front, stood with her sleeves hanging down to her legs.

"So… Captain Serebryakov… Care to explain?" Tanya said calmly, trying extremely hard not to find out who sent this to her and shoot the bastard.

Like seriously? This is their smallest size? Are you kidding me?

While Tanya was trying her hardest to hide her anger, Captain Serebryakov was the complete opposite, she was practically drooling in adoration of her Absolutely adorable Commander.

"Serebryakov? Captain Serebryakov!" Visha was suddenly snapped out of her daze and Tanya gave her a questioning look.

"Oh, this was apparently the smallest size they had Commander." Visha swiftly reported.

"Well I know that but… seriously?" Tanya dismayed.

"I'm sure it will be fine Commander, it's only until your Tailor Fitted one arrives."

"I look like a complete child."

"Well…"

"YES I'M AWARE!" Tanya shouted with a fit. She stared at herself in the mirror, "No one will take me seriously like this."

"Of course they will! You are our beloved Commander, I'm sure everyone will understand!" Visha interjected.

Tanya grumbled. "Fine, I suppose it is only temporary. With me Captain, we have work to do."

-

Weiss didn't know whether to be laughing or be extremely terrified when he had heard the news from Neumann. "Wait so say that again?"

"You remember that in the last mission the Commander's uniform was partially destroyed?" He paused until he saw Weiss' nod "Right well apparently they didn't have any extras so now she is using the normal uniform."

"Okay so?"

"You know how the Commander has a slight complex about her height?" Neumann reminded, "The smallest size you can get for a regular uniform is meant for an adult woman, not a twelve year old girl who looks nine."

"Oh… Oh no."

"Yeah. Oh there she comes now, act normal"

The two men straightened up as their Commander approached walking awkwardly with her trousers far too long for her short stature and her sleeves hanging down far past where her arms end.

Tanya stopped between the two men. "Considering that you both hushed as soon as I approached I assume that I was the subject of this conversation? It wouldn't happen to be my outfit that you were discussing was it?"

Weiss turned pale as Neumann answered. "Of course not ma'am, we were simply discussing some male issues."

"Male issues?" Tanya asked in confusion until suddenly it clicked. "Oh.., Yes I understand… Sorry for uh disrupting your conversation... You may want to check with the base doctor about that issue."

As a reincarnated male I understand your issue and feel your pain, don't worry friend it gets better eventually Tanya thought to herself as she walked off.

Weiss and Neumann both looked at each other and thought the same thing. What the hell does she think we were talking about!?

Weiss coughed, "So, anyway I see what you mean about the uniform."

"Yeah I don't think she's enjoying it, well as long as we don't mention it we should be fine."

"Yeah let's hope"

"What do you think Visha thinks about it?" Neumann asked.

"I am sure she's in heaven right now."

She's so cute, she's so damn cute Visha repeated in her head, when she had first heard of her temporary uniform she didn't really bother but now that she is looking at it. It should be illegal to be this utterly adorable

"Serebryakov? Are you okay? You are drooling." Tanya said, looking back at her adjutant. "Do you need to see the doctor?"

"Oh! No ma'am I'm completely fine, a bit hungry maybe." Visha said, panicked.

Tanya looked at her watch, "Well I suppose it is about time for lunch, let's head to the cafeteria then."

"Yes ma'am." Visha replied.

The two walked until Visha heard a sudden Thump on the floor, she turned around but her Commander was nowhere to be seen, there was just a bundle of clothes- "Oh my God Commander are you okay!?"

All she got in response was a small mumble, "Sorry could you say that again Commander?"

"I hate this!" Tanya kicked her legs, making herself look like a child having a tantrum, while her mother stood and watched.

"It's only for a few days Commander, at least we won't be called on missions."

Visha heard a small sigh in response. "I would rather wear civilian clothes at this point."

Visha's eyes lit up, "Well commander I have a lovely dress that I think you would look beautiful i-" Visha was cut off by Tanya suddenly standing up straight and walking to the cafeteria

"Well it is only for a few days I suppose, I can withstand this." Tanya spoke with newfound confidence.

"Wait Commander don't you want to hear about the dress?"

"No need Captain, we have much more important matters at hand."

"We do?"

"We do. I'm hungry."

"General Rerugen, Major Tanya von Degurechaff is here to see you."

Rerugen's stomach turned when he heard her name.

"Yes ahem, send her in." He tried to say with as much power as he could put in his voice.

After a moment, Tanya walked in. "Good morning General."

Rerugen could not believe his eyes, What? What the hell is she wearing?

"Good morning Colonel, You are very… Uniquely dressed today no?" Is she trying to get something out of me by appearing childlike? What is your game Degurechaff? That Childish act may work on others, but you won't fool me!

"Ah… Yes well, my uniform was damaged during a mission I was on, and sadly there were no extras of my tailored set, so I was given this to wear until then." Oh great, now he probably thinks of me as some childish officer who doesn't care about how she's dressed or how she looks. Stupid commies never cease to annoy me even after death.

"Right, well what was it you wanted to speak with me about today then Colonel?" Rerugen quickly switched the subject.

"Well I was actually hoping that you could set up a meeting for me with General Zettour and General Rudersdorf?"

"Yes I can arrange that, may I ask why you would like to speak with them?" Rerugen questioned. What scheme are you trying to conduct now?

"It is a strategy I would like to propose, you will hear more of it there at the meeting, if it happens."

"I'll see what I can do then."

"Thank you General. Well I will take my leave then, Thank you for your time."

"It was a pleasure."

When the door closed and Tanya left, Rerugen went into a coughing fit. They'll want to hear this so I will have to pass it along but what the hell is she planning?

"So Weiss, what is the moral like in the battalion?" Tanya inquired.

"It is good so far ma'am, some are still managing their injuries from Tiegenhoff." Weiss responded. Good men were lost that day and Weiss still felt responsible for some of them.

"Well make sure they get the best care they can, they deserve it." Tanya said somberly. "Anyway-" Thump

"Hm?- Colonel are you alright?"

"That's it."

"Colonel?"

"Weiss carry me."

"I beg your pardon ma'am?"

"Are you refusing a direct order Major Weiss?"

"No I jus-"

"Then carry me"

Weiss stood for a moment, taking a look around them before giving in and took her under his arm.

"Are you sure about this ma'am?"

"I already lost my dignity when I put on this uniform Major, this is nothing."

"This is slightly different than a uniform Colonel."

"Listen Major. Stop talking. Just walk."

Major Weiss walked all the way to her office while simultaneously dodging stares from onlookers, when they arrived Weiss put her down and she dusted herself off. "Well that was lovely Major, I now expect you to be my chauffour the next few days."

"Say again Colonel?" Weiss asked in surprise.

Tanya walked into her office. "Aha, Good night Major."

"Wait Colonel plea-" Weiss was cut off by the sound of her office door closing and locking.

Visha almost mistook Weiss for a sad puppy as she walked past with her coffee. "Is something wrong Major Weiss?"

"Don't worry about it." He said, walking past her with his head buried in the ground.

The day Tanya was waiting for finally arrived. She was so happy in fact, that most of the members of her battalion had assumed that a war had just been declared.

Weiss stopped Viktoriya as she walked by him. "Hey Visha?"

"Yeah?"

"Why is the Colonel in such a good mood?"

"Oh her uniform came today."

"That's it? Huh, I guess I don't have to carry her around anymore."

"Oh no the Major called for you actually, apparently you carrying her around is actually much more efficient than just walking so that is your new job."

"Wait what?"

"I've got to go, see you later Major!"

"Wait Serebryakov!"

Ahh finally, clothes that actually fit, though I suppose that uniform was actually pretty comfortable, even if it wasn't practical. Well that's that crisis over with. Now, let's win a war.
