Yusei managed to get up with some difficulty. Meanwhile, Armstrong plucked out and blew away nose hairs. "That's the spirit. If it ends now, the duel isn't worth it," Armstrong said.
"The punk is confident because electricity doesn't flow through his Duel Disk," Tanner bitterly said.
"My turn. From my hand, I activate the spell card Nightmare's Steelcage. When this card activates, all monsters cannot attack for two turns," Yusei explained.
"You can't even summon a monster?" Armstrong mocked.
"I set one card and end my turn," Yusei played.
"All right! My card saved Yusei from trouble!" An inmate said.
"You fool! He's still in trouble!" The inmate's roommate reminded.
"My turn. You believe that you can prevent damage with Steelcage, but will that actually come true? Appear, Iron Chain Snake (800 Attack)! Then due to Iron Chain Repairman's monster effect, I Special Summon a Level 4-or-below Chain Monster! Resurrect, Iron Chain Snake (800 Attack)! I activate two Continuous Spells! With Poison Chain, if I didn't battle during the turn, the opponent sends cards in his deck to the graveyard equal to the total Level of my Chain Monsters. My total monster Level is 10! Therefore, you send ten cards in your deck to the graveyard!" Armstrong explained as he gave a thumbs down.
"What?" Yusei was shocked.
"You built that deck using cards from those losers. Garbage will always be garbage. Hurry up and go to the graveyard," Armstrong said as Yusei sent ten cards to the graveyard. "Now your deck has 19 cards remaining."
"I see. His real target is to destroy his deck. If he discards 10 cards per turn, then Yusei's deck won't last two turns," Tanner realized.
"The effect of Nightmare's Steelcage is backfiring," Yanagi was disappointed.
"I can't believe this! Yusei won't last much longer at this rate!" Rainbow was getting worried.
"Then Paralyzing Chain! When an effect that sends cards from the opponent's deck to the graveyard activates, it deals 300 points of damage!" Armstrong revealed.

Yusei was in agony as he was shocked again.
Meanwhile, Alex opened up his bed in order to leave and try to escape. "Forgive me, Yusei."
"You seem pretty tired. Will you last before your life points run out?" Armstrong mocked.
"My turn," Yusei said.
"That's the spirit, hero," Armstrong mocked.
Meanwhile, Alex was about to escape seeing the signal from his friends on the outside. "I'll now say goodbye to this place."
However, Alex then remembered what Yusei had said earlier, "If I leave my friends behind, I'll never truly be free."
Alex clenched his fist. "Why did you have to say that?"
Back at the duel, Yusei played, "I set three cards."
"The Quick-Play Spell Psychic Cyclone! With this card, I declare whether a set card is a spell or a trap. If I'm correct, that card is destroyed, and I get to draw one card. I'm going to select… Let's see… The very left card! That's a trap card!" Armstrong selected.
"What?" Yusei was shocked as his set Dust Tornado was destroyed.
"It was Dust Tornado. Too bad for you," Armstrong said as he plucked nose hairs. "A trap card cannot activate on the turn it was set. If you destroyed Poison Chain with that card, you still would've had a chance."
"That punk's instincts are working well at this crucial time," Tanner noted.
"Yeah. I have a feeling that he's not acting on the up and up," Rainbow was suspicious.
"Due to the effect of Psychic Cyclone, I draw one card," Armstrong explained.
"I set one more card," Yusei ended his turn. "I end my turn."
Armstrong laughed as he drew his next card, "My turn! I summon Iron Chain Blaster (1100 Attack)! Due to Poison Chain's effect, you send cards in your deck to the graveyard equal to the total Level of my Chain Monsters. Discard 12 cards!" Yusei complied and sent 12 cards to the graveyard. "Your deck has 6 cards left. If you have no cards left to draw during your turn, you lose! Furthermore, due to Paralyzing Chain's effect, when you send cards in your deck to the graveyard, you take 300 points of damage." Yusei yelled in agony as he was shocked again.

"Then due to Iron Chain Repairman's monster effect, I Special Summon a Level 4-or-below Chain Monster from my graveyard (800 attack)," Armstrong explained.
"This is bad. At this rate, Yusei will lose against his looping effect," Tanner was concerned.
"I end my turn. Your Nightmare's Steelcage vanishes this turn," Armstrong said as Yusei panted and struggled to stand. "It seems you lost your fighting spirit. I'm willing to accept your surrender."
"Is that all you have to say?" Yusei asked defiantly.
"As you wish, I'll send you to hell!" Armstrong decided.
"My turn," Yusei began as the lights suddenly went out.
"What? What's going on?" Armstrong was confused as the lights turned back on. "What happened?" Armstrong asked a guard through his communicator on his jacket.
"I don't know. However, there's nothing wrong now," the guard reassured.
"It was just a blackout," Armstrong decided.
Yusei looked over at his cell and saw that Alex left. "He successfully escaped. Make sure you escape. I'll buy the time you need," Yusei thought. "I'll continue the duel. I activate the trap Jar of Greed. I draw one card," Yusei explained.
"You intentionally decreased the number of cards in your deck? Now you only have four cards remaining in your deck," Armstrong reminded Yusei.
"The trap card Call of the Haunted. With this card, I Special Summon a monster from my graveyard in attack position. Resurrect, The Kick Man (1300 Attack)," Yusei summoned.
"Even if you resurrect that worthless card, nothing is going to change."
"When The Kick Man is Special Summoned, it can equip an Equip Card int he graveyard."
"A card in the graveyard?"
"Among the cards that you forced me to discard is a card with infinite potential! I equip Axe of Despair on to The Kick Man (2300 Attack)!"
"All right! The Kick Man gains 1000 attack points," Tanner commented.
"Yeah! Now Yusei can turn this duel around!" Rainbow said.
"Then I summon Exiled Force (1000 Attack)! The Kick Man attacks Iron Chain Snake," Yusei played. Unlike his last attack, Armstrong was actually painfully electrocuted.

"Check out his bad acting," Yanagi commented, believing that Armstrong was faking.
"No, there's something different," Tanner realized.
"Exiled Force, attack the other Iron Chain Snake!" Yusei commanded.
"No! Wait a second!" Armstrong pleaded only for the attack to cause him to be electrocuted.

"No way… Why is there electricity flowing through my Duel Disk?" Armstrong asked as he collapsed.
All of a sudden, an alarm rang out across the Facility. "There's a trespasser in the electric maintenance room. I repeat, there's a trespasser in the electric maintenance room," A guard called out on the intercom.
"A trespasser?" Armstrong bitterly asked as he tried to pull himself up. After gathering his bearings, he plucked out some nose hairs.
"Sir! We've brought the trespasser," one guard approached the chief and said as a couple of guards led Alex to Armstrong, much to the surprise of Yusei, Rainbow, Tanner, and Yanagi.
"How did you escape?" Armstrong demanded.
"Chief. There was a hole underneath his bed," The guard explained what they found.
"You!" Armstrong growled toward Alex. "Hurry up and turn off the electricity flowing through my Duel Disk," Armstrong whispered to a guard.
"Sorry, but that's not possible," Alex revealed.
"What do you mean?" Armstrong demanded from his guards on the other line.
"The system blocks has been destroyed, so it's impossible to turn off the electricity to the Duel Disk," the guard apologized.
"After I get rid of this garbage from Satellite, I will kill you!" Armstrong threatened Alex.
"Say whatever you want because you won't beat Yusei," Alex said.
"Why did you come back?" Yusei asked his friend.
"It's just like you said. If I escape and leave my friends behind, then there will be shackles in my heart. Even if I live like that, I will never truly be free," Alex said.
"If you're personally going to judge his crime, then I'm adding a new stipulation to this duel. If I win, you will ignore his escape attempt," Yusei added.
"Yusei," Alex muttered.
"Fine. But if you lose, he's going down with you!" Armstrong ordered as he pointed at Alex.
"Let's continue the duel. I release Exiled Force to destroy Iron Chain Repairman," Yusei played. "I end my turn."
"All right. On the next turn, he will only lose two cards due to the effect of Poison Chain," Tanner noted.
"He's hanging on by the skin of his neck," Yanagi commented.
"But he can't let his guard down," Tanner warned. "If he summons a monster on the next turn, then he will lose four cards. That means Yusei loses."
"My turn! It's not a monster. You're lucky," Armstrong said. "But that doesn't matter. I know everything that you've been planning to do since the very beginning." Armstrong thought as he looked at the cameras. This detention center is my field. Thanks to the security cameras, I've known your cards from the start. Your set cards are two trap cards. The right one is Taunt, which can't activate this turn. The left one is Battle Mania, which forces monsters to battle. It's disadvantageous for me to fight his monster that's powered up with Axe of Despair. I have to get rid of Battle Mania." "I activate the spell card Reload! I add my hand to my deck. Then I draw the same number of cards that I returned!" Armstrong drew a monster and Mystical Space Typhoon, the result causing him to laugh. "The spell card Mystical Space Typhoon. With this, I destroy the left card on your field. Activate." Armstrong activated the spell, generating a typhoon that destroyed the set card, Taunt. "What? It's not Battle Mania?"
"At this moment, I activate my trap. Battle Mania. Due to the effect of this trap, monsters on the field must battle this turn!" Yusei played, much to Armstrong's anger.
"Well done. Poison Chain's effect can only be used when he doesn't battle. If he battles, it can't activate," Tanner realized.
"Yeah! Look out, Armstrong, The Kick Man is about to kick you to the curb!" Rainbow cried out.
"What's going on? The set card has changed," Armstrong whispered to the guard on the other end of the communication device.
"That should have been the location of the set card. He probably changed the order during that blackout," The guard guessed.
"I can't let my guard down against him. However, no matter what he does, his life is still over. I'll show you how scary this deck is," Armstrong thought. "I summon Iron Chain Coil (1100 Attack)! Iron Chain Coil tunes Iron Chain Blaster. Synchro Summon. Appear, Iron Chain Dragon (2500 Attack)! Until the end of the turn, for every Chain Monster in my graveyard that I remove from play, Iron Chain Dragon gains 200 attack points. There are five Chain Monsters in my graveyard! Therefore, Iron Chain Dragon gains 1000 attack Points (3500 Attack)!"
"3500 attack points," Yusei was in awe.
"Go, Iron Chain Dragon! Chain Blast!" Armstrong cried out as the attack destroyed The Kick Man, causing Yusei to be electrocuted again.

"Iron Chain Dragon's new monster effect activates! When this card attacks, you have to send three cards in your deck to the graveyard!" Yusei did just that. "Then due to the Paralyzing Chain, you take 300 points of damage!"
Yusei was electrocuted yet again, this time falling onto all fours.

"Yusei!" All of Yusei's friends cried out in worry for him.
"This is bad! He won't last another turn!" Rainbow was worried. "Let me finish this duel!"
"Sorry, but no. Our little friend here will just have to deal with the pain. If he can live through it that is. I end my turn," Armstrong said as he plucked out some nose hairs. Everyone in the Facility was silent.
Yusei struggled to get back up. "My turn," Yusei struggled as he drew his final card.
Armstrong was quick to laugh. "You only have 100 life points remaining and one card in your hand. There are zero cards in your deck! And you have no set cards. This battle is over," Armstrong said as he picked his nose.
"Yeah. This battle is over," Yusei said as he lifted his head back up. "You lose."
"What?"
"Since you sent many cards to my graveyard, I'm going to win. You called us garbage. But you're wrong. This duel proves that no one in the world is useless." Yusei revealed that he had another card in his hand, much to Armstrong's shock. "I knew that you were spying on my hand with the security cameras. That's why during the blackout, I changed how I held my special card so that the security cameras couldn't see it. When you learned that the information from the security cameras were wrong, you should have been more careful."
"You punk!"
"Here I go! From my hand, I summon Rubble King (0 Attack)! With this card, when there are 30 or more cards in my graveyard, I can activate a trap from my hand! I activate this card. The trap card Blasting the Ruins. When there are 30 or more cards in my graveyard, you take 3000 points of damage."
"Aw, yeah! I knew that my card would come in handy!" Rainbow Dash cried out.
"What?" Armstrong was shocked. Rubble King shot out a bunch of rocks out at Armstrong, electrocuting him to the point that he collapsed to the ground when his life points hit zero.
"You did it, Yusei!" Alex congratulated his friend.
"Impressive, bro!" Yanagi cried out.
"That guy!" Tanner yelled.
"Great job, Yusei! You defeated that big bully!" Rainbow Dash yelled.
Everyone else was cheering for Yusei having defeated the chief.
Armstrong struggled to get back up. As he lifted up his head and the upper part of his body, he yelled, "Arrest him!"
"What?" Yusei was shocked.
"That's not what you promised!" Alex yelled out.
"I don't recall making a promise with you!" Armstrong countered.
"Stop it, Chief Armstrong," Director Goodwin said from a higher level. "You're painful to watch. I observed the duel. It seems you do not have the skills to run this place. The person who's going to vanish is you." Goodwin proceeded to leave.
"That's nice that the two of you get to leave right away," Tanner commented.
"Thank goodness that person named Goodwin showed up when he did," Alex said in relief.
"You're right. It looks like we can leave here soon too," Yanagi said.
"Since that guy showed up here personally, he must be interested in you," Alex noted.
"Bro, I have a farewell gift for you," Yanagi said as he held out a card.
"But this is…" Yusei tried to refuse.
"It's fine. You'll use it better than me, bro."
Yusei then nodded, "I'll take care of it."
"Yusei and Rainbow, take this card (Giant Ushi Oni). At a store downtown named Bootleg, there's a man named Blister. If you show him this, he'll help you both," Tanner said.
"Thank you," Yusei and Rainbow both said.
"Hopefully, we'll be able to see you all very soon, you guys. You've been a great help," Rainbow thanked the trio.
"Is this fine? To let him go free?" Lazar asked Rex.
"There's no other choice. His Signer power wouldn't awaken if he remained inside. Besides, I didn't say I would let him go free," Goodwin said as he turned around to face Lazar.
"Then we need a trap," Lazar said as he snickered.
Meanwhile, Yusei and Rainbow were leaving the Facility when a man on a Duel Runner, Trudge, was watching from above.
"He's coming out," Trudge said as he pulled off his helmet, revealing a scar on the left side of his face. "You will pay for this scar!"
