Oh, the portraits aren't spying for Dumbledore anymore, thanks to Hogwarts herself bonding to Harry and Cedric on a few levels including the wards of portraits, leaving the rest of ward levels to a unknowing Dumbledore. Harry and Cedric decided to wait until a opportunity comes for them to reclaim the Hogwarts wardstone.
One Luna Lovegood is delighted to be slightly more normal after some now-flushed potions designed her to be strangely off, through her Seer heritage is finally coming through, and she's happy to see glimpses of a future where Harry Potter and Cedric Diggory has changed the wizarding world, but she's not telling anybody how or when, keeping it mostly secret, except with Hermione Granger.
One Hermione Granger, having been flushed of disgust, over-bearing, hatred, and crush interest potions, she is now a more open-minded, thoughtful, and passionate girl, avoiding Ron Weasley now as she has remembered how he had treated her, and now making friends with the other girls in her dorm which she had been ignoring more or less in the past two years, and being a best friend to Luna, through she had a feeling that it might be more, now knowing of soul bond history and all, thanks to Harry, Cedric, and Professor Lupin's words on it.
One Draco Malfoy, having been flushed of hatred, cowardice, disgust potions, he found himself apologizing to Harry, Hermione in secret during one night, and now he's a kind, calm, yet sly and clever boy, being in Slytherin, and to his surprise, he decided to have a relationship experiment with his betrothed, Pansy Parkinson after she has been flushed of dramatic mood, overbearing, overexcited potions.
One Ron Weasley, having been flushed of mostly disinterest, hatred potions, is struggling through homework, never receiving help from Hermione anymore, and befriending Seamus and Dean in the dorm while fighting with Hermione over Crookshanks vs Scabbers aka Wormtail.
One Ginny Weasley, having been flushed of crush interest, hassling, controlling potions, she is now a sociable, healing, open-minded girl, finding herself some friends with her year mates, and she's very happy for Harry and Cedric as she knew how soul bonds can be, thanks to hearing things from her brothers.

And for Hogwarts herself, She is coordinating things with the elves about the cleaning of the Room, the Chamber of Secrets, and configuring the unused rooms to the dorms themselves at nighttime, knowing that there's a large influx of students coming over in the several future years as the world thinks of Voldemort aka Tom Riddle dead.
