-A month and two weeks later- November 15th, 1993
It was a light drizzle the night outside upon the grounds of Hogwarts, yet it was ignored by the residents in the Room of Requirement; The Heads of Houses, Harry, Cedric, and Remus, and Madam Pomfrey.
They are enraged about the near-dangerous event that occurred earlier today. It was a relief that Cedric saved Harry in time from the Dementors, and cast a successful Patronus which was of Harry's animagus form, but it was damn close!
Harry closed his eyes temporarily, nursing the mild headache from the shouts/arguments flying about the table, and Cedric grasped his hand gently, "Harry?".
Silence came around slowly, and Harry opened his eyes to see the Heads of Houses looking humbled and ashamed that they have went too far. Harry exhaled, "Professor Snape, can a Draught of Living Death work on Dumbledore?".
Severus Snape blinked in surprise, "Yes, if he is off his guard.". Minvera McGongall spoke, "We need help...Harry and Cedric clearly has enough...".
Cedric nodded, "Yes, the Dementors has put my soulmate in danger, and Dumbledore wouldn't budge on removing them for anything!".
Remus sighed, "The supposed protection to stop Sirius, it has gone too far. What was Fudge thinking?!". Filius Flitwick growled lightly, "My Goblin brothers would say it's that Delores Umbridge's work.".
Harry pursued his lips, and spoke, "Dobby.". Dobby popped to Harry, "Yes, Master Harry?". Harry glanced at him, "How many Goblin-made Flushing potions are left?".
Dobby took a moment to think before speaking, "10 over 3, Master Harry.". Harry nodded, "I see, 30 left then.". Dobby nodded firmly at the assumption, confirming the math.
Cedric blinked softly, "Are you thinking of Madam Bones, Fudge, and some aurors if they come over?". Harry nodded, "Yes, and I was thinking the Board of Governors as well. Malfoy may be potioned, but I doubt it.".
Severus sighed softly, "You may be right about that, Harry. I can't see Dumbledore potioning Lucius if he was in Voldemort's circle already in our old school years...
Pomona Sprout spoke, "Do you think Fudge is potioned by Dumbledore?". Harry nodded with a little shrug, "Dumbledore has two other jobs apart from Headmaster. It couldn't surprise me if he often wanted Fudge to follow his suggestions and such.".
Severus hummed, "It would take me more than a hour to make it perfect, and with Dumbledore a bit weary from the Dementors earlier, he would be off his guard a bit, and I would love it if any of us distract him with a matter of something important to make him off his guard even further while Dobby or one of the elves slip the potion into his drink.".
Minvera nodded, "So if he is then assumed dead, you and Cedric would claim the wardstone and be Headmasters then?". Cedric grinned with Harry who copied the gesture, "That about sums it up, Professor. And I believe a couple of teachers are to be fired or crossed over within time as well.".
Madam Pompfrey nodded, "Good. That Trelawney is a fraud! And the students would be glad for Binns to be gone.". Harry chuckled softly, "Afterwards, I have the barebones of a plan to help Hogwarts back to Her prime.".
Remus smiled, "I don't doubt that, Harry. We will follow you no matter what.". Murmurs of agreement came around, nodding to Remus's words. Cedric smiled, "Then let's proceed with the Draught first. We will meet up in the Hospital Ward once he falls.".
The group then left the Room of Requirement one by one, each by five/ten minutes, as not to make Dumbledore suspicious of anything, and so, Operation Draught and Take Hogwarts Back was on.
