A/N: Soooooo, I have this weird feeling that you guys enjoyed that first chapter.
Can't say I didn't expect the positive reception, I received after I posted the first chapter.
On day one it accumulated more than 1,200 views, which is pretty great in my opinion, Overall the chapter has more than 2300 views as of writing this.

How Naruto will get to Remnant I have a good idea in mind, getting there will take a bit… not so much a year-long thing, more like days for Naruto maybe weeks if I want to milk it, which I don't. I see Naruto getting to Remnant at 13 and the main cast of RWBY will be 13 too(with Ruby being 11).

Those are all of them, I got one negative review that was just insulting me so I won't give that hate a platform here or in my mind.
This chapter will go a little into some slice of life situations and a long flashback that explores Naruto's relationship with his father, which is an important aspect of his character.
Well anyway with that said, let's get into this, shall we?

Volume 0 Chapter 2: Naruto's Slice of Life and Fatherly Memories
~ 3rd Person POV – Somewhere outside the walls of Konoha ~
After some time, Naruto found himself in front of Konoha's front gate, which was busy as usual with people of all cultures and professions were going in and out of the Fire Country's hidden village.
As he entered the village, someone called out to him trying to catch his attention.
"Yo Naruto," a voice called out to him from the gate reception. Naruto slowly walked over and saw two familiar chunin on gate guard duty once again.
"Hey, Kotetsu. Hey Izumo! I see the old man has you guys on guard duty... again," Naruto says to the 20-year-old duo, who are always seem to be together.
"Ehhh... it is what it is, I'm not complaining… better than being out in the field. Although it can be quite boring sometimes," Izumo said while chuckling. Kotetsu nods in agreement.
"Don't be complaisant Izumo. Anyway, where were you, Naruto-san? You weren't napping in the forest outside the village again?" Kotetsu asked while teasing the teenager.
"You know for once I wasn't… 100% napping, heh. Had an interesting conversation with this old man... very insightful," Naruto said with a long pause.
Both chunin looked at each other in confusion. Kotetsu shrugged and Izumo chuckled.
"Well, I think the school day for the academy is ending in like 30 minutes. Are you picking up Mito-chan today, right?" Izumo asked.
"Yeahhhhhh... I am, guess I'll get on picking up that chibi tomato of a niece. Ja ne," Naruto says to the two chunin as they say their goodbyes.
Naruto made his way to the village's restaurant district to grab a quick bite before picking up Mito from the Academy.
What he didn't plan on was his hoodie being yanked by someone from the window of one of the district's famous restaurant/bar. Shushu-ya.
With a deadpan look he landed in a seat at a table inside the establishment, he saw no in front of him beside the owner near the bar section of the establishment. The question who grabbed him would be answered.
Naruto was sitting next to 23-year-old Chunin, Kurenai Yuuhi and 20-year-old Special Jonin, Anko Mitarashi.
He felt both his arms and shoulders being occupied by two beautiful ladies, which felt was being sucked into their respective E-cup and DD Cup breasts.
"Hey, Naruto-kun want to spend some time with us?" Anko said in a teasing voice.
"Yeah, stick around Naru-kun and we could teach you some things, something on the topic of adult education," Kurenai said saying the last part in his Naruto ear.
Naruto could tell from their red-tinted cheeks and the smell of their breath, that both ladies have been drinking. The empty bottles of sake on the table were an even more obvious hint of that fact.
The fourth Hokage's brother took a noticeable glance to the Shushu-ya owner who threw up his hands in a dramatic shrug.
"Hello my lovely beautiful senpai(s), I see you've been drinking in the mid-afternoon... again," Naruto said with a forced smile.
"Yup, it's happy juice time heh heh heh," Anko says while laughing like a lecherous old man.
"And when did 'happy juice time' start exactly?" Naruto inquires knowing he wouldn't like the answer.
"Pffft it doesn't matter, sweat the details Na-kun, keep you beautiful senpai(s) company for a while," Kurenai says while the owner held up two fingers in the background indicating they've been drinking for two hours.
'Is she getting drunker? Better bring them back home before she calls me 'N-kun.' Yup that's two hours of sake bottles, alright,' Naruto thinks to himself with a sweatdrop.
"You know I have a better idea, let's take all this suggestive energy to your guy's apartment, you two live together with Yugao-senpai, right?" Naruto humouredly asks.
"oooooh I like the way you think, Naruto-kun," Anko purrs with excitement.
"Carry us they're... like princesses," Kurenai says with glee.
"What are you five-year-old girls now?" Naruto asks with a chuckle.
"Carry us! Carry us! Carry us!" Anko and Kurenai chanted.
"Fine fine you two will get what you want but the chanting downgraded you guys from high-class seating in my arms to low-class seating on my shoulders. You're my work out for the day," Naruto explained.
"Awwwww no fair," the two childlike women whined as he got up from his seat.
"Silence ladies," Naruto ordered as he got up from his seat and turned around. He then grabbed and lifted both women from their waist and placed them on his shoulders.
Naruto started walking to the entrance with each step, the two kunoichis' limbs would swing in a wild motion with their waists hanging from the 13-year-old's shoulders with their butts facing the direction Naruto was walking.
He held them in place by holding to their legs.
Before heading out, Naruto made sure to say something to the Shushu-ya owner.
"Sorry about them Owner-san, if you could put everything on their tab that would be great. I'll make sure they pay it off, right ladies?" Naruto said while slapping their butts hard with the owner sweat dropping at the action.
"*moan*… hhhhhaaaiiii *hiccup*" the two kunoichis uttered which was followed by giggling.
Naruto sighed at hearing that.
"Man... just how much did you guys drink?" Naruto asked himself.
"No rush Naruto-san but I expect them to pay as soon as they especially when they're more… clear of mind," the owner responds.
"Right, again sorry for the trouble," Naruto said as he was about to take his leave.
"You know Naruto-san, you know your father would be very proud of the man you're about to become," the owner said out of the blue with Naruto reaching for the door.
Naruto froze at hearing those words and dropped his hand. Both kunoichis were surprisingly quiet too.
"… I know he would be; he wore his pride for me on his chest," Naruto said sadly.
"Heh, yeah he certainly did. You know how many times he would bother my paying customers to brag about you. Whether it was a rank promotion or a high-ranking mission you completed. Oh, and don't get me started on missing ninjas you beat," the owner reminisced.
"Yeah, I know I was there for most of the 'brag sessions' remember? I think he bragged especially because I was with him," Naruto reminisced with memories of his father coming to him.
"He was a proud papa bear that's for sure… more so than he was of Yondaime-sama," the owner said.
"… really? What makes you say that?" Naruto asked while turning to him.
"He told me one time," the owner said while remembering his conversation with young man's father.
~ Flashback – Shushu-ya – 3 years ago ~
"You know owner-san… that kid makes me proud to be a dad," a 55-year-old man with white spikey hair and brown eyes said with sake cup in one hand and a cigarette in another.
This man was Arashi Namikaze, a Konoha Jonin and the grandson of the Second Hokage, Tobirama Senju and he was getting wasted if the flush on his face wasn't evident.
He was the proud father of Minato and Naruto Namikaze, who was currently drinking like no tomorrow at the bar section of Shushu-ya.
He was wearing a casual and loosely tied crimson red kimono with black flames dancing at the bottom of it which reached his knees, under it he was wearing a black shirt and pants. He was also wearing black shinobi sandals, his black-clothed Konoha headband wrapped around his forehead and an ocean blue necklace hanging around his neck.
For a good amount of Arashi's life, he was known as 'Arashi Senju' but that all changed during the Second Great Ninja War. It was during that war that his wife and the mother to his only child at the time, Minami Namikaze passed away, she was a medical ninja like his second cousin and one of Konoha's Sanin, Tsunade Senju.
She signed up for the war only with one goal in mind… helping anyone in need. She was his better half in every way, he felt the shinobi world didn't deserve her personality and kindness so much so that it found a way to take her away from him.
To honour her memory, he did the only thing he could and that was by taking her last name to remember her.
The Senju name didn't mean much to Arashi because as a clan it was pretty much non-existent as a handful of members kept it going through the mainline clan while others in the branch families were married into other clans over the years.
Back then the loss happened a couple of years after Minato was born and a long time before his second wife birthed the son, he was proud of, Naruto Namikaze.
"You know Arashi-san… I don't think I've ever heard you talk this way about your son, not even the Yondaime-sama?" the owner questioned.
"It's expected to me be proud of Minato and I am, I mean I am the father of the Fourth Hokage… I'm a pretty big deal, I made that possible. As the kids say 'How cool is that?' heh heh heh," Arashi says while laughing.
"It's impressive, I think you're my first customer who is a father of a kage," the owner says.
"Does that mean I can get a 'Kage family' discount on your drinks, owner-san?" Arashi says while wiggling his eyebrows.
"Discount request… denied," the owner said in an emotionless yet blunt tone.
Arashi hangs his head in disappointment while muttering to 'can't blame a guy for trying at least' himself as he quickly moves on to his point.
"Well… I think my pride for Naruto is on a different level. I raised Minato during a war, he went to war with his team and that brat died before me… talk about a selfish son, leaving his old man behind. After everything that was said and done, I don't think I ever got the opportunity to know him on a deeply personal level or be the father I truly wanted to be for him… with Naruto, I got my second chance," Arashi said with a small smile on his face.
"I see," the owner said.
"I don't just see him as my son… to me he's my best friend, which is so weird now since I never had a great father-son relationship with my 'dear old dad'," Arashi said sarcastically at the end.
"Is that so," the owner asked trying to get Arashi to open up more.
"*sigh*… he was a bastard to me and my kaa-chan. He got easily jealous over the simplest affection she showed me, to be honest, I don't know how she stands him and his abuse. In my experience, arranged marriages don't lead to happy marriages or a happy family," Arashi said sadly while looking at his reflection in his sake.
"Marriages are a friendship commitment that take that bond takes another level, without that history you're skipping a level that you didn't earn.
"Anyone in those situations needs to work extra hard to earn… but it sounds like your father didn't earn it" the owner replied.
"Heh nope… definitely not which if he did one thing right is that he taught me what it's like to have a shitty father. He made me realize if I was ever gonna have a kid, I was gonna treat him waaaaay better then he gave a shit about me and be the best damn dad I can be," Arashi said while looking up at the owner with a smile on his face.
"I think you did pretty alright with those two sons of yours," the owner said raising a sake cup to Arashi.
"Heh I think so too," Arashi said clanking his sake cup with the owner's cup.
"I'm not one to choose favourites but Naruto… he's a special kid that I just love having long conversations that are just us 'shooting the shit' with each other. It doesn't matter what we're talking about, as long as I'm with him in some shape or form… even if he sometimes gets on my nerves like his mother," Arashi jokes.
Arashi then takes another sip of sake as he side-eyes the establishment's front door.
"I will always be happy with whatever path that boy of min takes… right Summer-chan?" Arashi said with a teasing smile as a small cute 'yeep' could be heard from outside the bar's front entrance.
A few seconds later, the door slowly opened to reveal Summer Rose in all her glory. The huntress recently landed in the shinobi world as of a few weeks ago and was trying to adjust to her new climate while trying to accept that she may never find her way back to her family.
Summer awkwardly chuckles while walking to Arashi and taking a seat next to him.
"Heh heh, you knew I was there, huh Mr. Namikaze," Summer says with an awkward smile on her face while scratching the back of her head.
"How long exactly were you listening on me," Arashi asked.
"Ummmmm… not too long heh heh," Summer said cutely.
"You're not exactly a shinobi now Summer-chan, you gotta be stealthier to sneak up on a veteran like me. So, what you doing here, did my wife sent you…again?" Arashi asked with a sigh in his voice.
"Yeeeeeeaaaahhhh… she did, she doesn't want you to drink out too late… she's worried about your health after all," Summer says with worry in her tone.
"Bahhh, that woman worries too much. Forget about my health, let's talk about you for once Summer-chan," Arashi says while trying to change the topic.
"Me?" Summer questions.
"Yeah, I mean you were listening on me for a while… and I wonder why?" Arashi asked.
"Ummmmmm n-no reason at all… yup," Summer stutters slightly while trying to avoid eye contact.
Arashi leaned in extra close into Summer.
"hmmm… is that right? Here's my theory, you didn't listen to me because you wanted to spy on me… I think when started talking about Naruto, you got curious, right?" Arashi said in a smug tone.
"I don't know what you're implying Mr. Namikaze," Summer says sternly.
"All I'm saying it's perfectly normal to want to learn more about the person who saved you as the newest resident of this world we call the shinobi world," Arashi said in a matter of fact tone.
"… oh I thought you-," Summer said before being cut off.
"What? You thought I was insinuating something else?" Arashi asked while wiggling his eyebrows.
"Ummm... no, sir," Summer said awkwardly.
"I'm just saying Summer, I've seen people 20 years apart have a relationship… hell even know a mother and son who hooked up to keep their bloodline going. Just give it a thought," Arashi said.
"…," Summer said looking down in wonder.
"Heh… you're cute one Summer, I wish I could see a girl like you take care of Naruto and make him happy," Arashi said with a sad smile.
"I'm a happily married woman of two daughters," Summer says bluntly.
"hmm… that's weird I don't see them here, do I?" Arashi said while looking around.
"I-I mean nooooooo… they're not," Summer said in a whining voice.
"Well you might have to move on from them at some point and the idea of going back to Remnant cause we don't know how to send you back… let alone if we can," Arashi said with a shrug.
"I-I know but I don't want to be unfaithful to my husband," Summer said while looking down depressively.
"Well think about it… you can hold a certain amount of sexual stress for so long," Arashi said while patting her back.
"Owwww… why are we talking about my sex life now?" Summer said while rubbing her back.
"Heh let's talk about something else then, do you want to see some Naruto baby pictures?" Arashi said in an excited tone.
"DO I? YES YES YES," Summer yelled with stars in her eyes.
"OK OK… I git embarrassing stories too. You want to hear about this one time Naruto got his tongue stuck on a steel pole during Winter," Arashi said while pulling out his wallet full of pictures when Naruto was younger.
"WAIT WHAT?! You're kidding," Summer said while giggling.
~ Flashback end – Shushu-ya – present-day ~
"Oh god… I hate it when he tells that story. You lick a steel pole on a dare… HIS DARE mind you and I never hear the end of it," Naruto grimaced at his embarrassing father while the two kunoichis giggled at hearing him complain.
Naruto slaps them on their asses again which resulted in more moaning from the two. Who knows if they were just playing it up to get a reaction from the 13-year-old jonin.
"He said you would say that," the owner said with a chuckle.
"Yeah well it's all funny until you have to rip your tongue off it with blood flowing down your tongue," Naruto said while glaring.
"Ouch," the owner said.
"Yeah hurts like a bitch but anyway I gotta get these two to their roommate… Ja ne, Rayleigh-san" Naruto said to the long silver-haired man with large round glasses with a scar over with right eye.
After a few seconds of silence, Rayleigh looked to the collection of framed pictures of his favourite customers. The picture in question he was looking at was of the Namikaze family having a get together at Shushu-ya weeks before the Kyuubi attack.
In the photo included a smiling Arashi drinking the night away with Naruto on his shoulders and his second wife Shizuka Namikaze, an attractive straight blond hair woman with cerulean eyes and H-cup breasts in a medical ninja outfit, right next to him looking at him with concern.
In the background, Minato Namikaze could be seen chuckling awkwardly at his father's antics and his pregnant wife, Kushina Uzumaki trying to feed some ramen to a 3-year-old silver-haired and brown-eyed girl who wanted none of it. She was on the lap of a 12-year old blond pre-teen girl who looked similar to Shizuka in appearance.
Rayleigh looked at the last time the Namikaze family was together in sadness. No one knew but two people in this picture would die that night the Kyuubi attacked, another would go missing three years later afterword and Arashi's recent death still sent chill down his spine.
Even so, after talking to Naruto today his frown slowly turned into a smile as he focused on Arashi.
"You know old friend, I think your son is gonna turn out alright even without you here, but if I know you… you're still watching him on his journey, aren't you?" Rayleigh asked no one in particular.
The ghostly figure of Arashi Namikaze with a cigarette in one hand could be seen walking next to Naruto as he heads to the apartment of the two kunoichis on both of his shoulders.
A/N: And that's a wrap on this the chapter, I hope you enjoyed it. I think at my current rate, Naruto's time in Konoha is going to be a multi-chapter arc. It could go on for 5 chapters, but we'll see.
The current time frame in Konoha happens before the Uchiha massacre and Naruto has a certain bond with Uchiha clan members his age range, like Itachi and Shisui. Which will push him even more to taking on the Rikidou Sennin's quest for him to find Indra in Remnant.
If this feels more like a Naruto fic then RWBY then sorry I want to take the slow approach to it evolving into an RWBY fic, again I want to feel like it's earned for Naruto. I don't want to drop him into it, I need him to do with no regrets and everything he needs to know about Remnant.
A huge part of Naruto is his familial bonds and he won't leave until he knows it's okay that he does this… he needs that 100% of certainty.
