Plot

Celestia is on the mirror phone with Princess Ram, who tells her that she should participate in Cornball. Celestia, while brushing her hair, states that she would love to, but she has to go to school. Ram groans and does not find it fair how Star got to have fun, Celestia agrees but she also wants to play it safe. Ram does not like that idea, questioning how Celestia could possibly have fun safely.

Celestia tells Princess Ram that she has to go, and Ram tells Celestia to have fun at "Boring School", much to Celestia's amusement.

Afterwards, Celestia heads out, as she sees Rafael looking at a family photo, of the Diaz Family on rafael's side. Noticing the reflection, Celestia sees that Rafael is seemingly crying, and she quickly heads outside. Rafael sighs, and wipes his tears, and heads upstairs.

As for Celestia, she arrives at school with Luigio, who is prepared to get beat up by the bullies. However, Alex appears with Abigale, and Luigio wonders why she is with them. Celestia reassures Abigale that she can be with them, but Alex stops the two, and reveals that Abigale is his older sister, much to Celestia and Luigio's shock. Alex states that Abigale's boyfriend and two roadies ran off to Maryland last night, and Abigale wants to be nice now. With that, Abigale greets Celestia and Luigio, who look at each other worriedly.

At Butterfly Castle, Star is looking through letters about people spotting the Clock God throughout multiverse, as Star wonders who he is. Just then, Marco walks in the office, wearing a black suit, he tells Star that he is heading to Echo Creek to go and mourn with his Family, since its been months since the disappearance of his Uncle Tomàs Diaz. As Marco says this, a flashback to earlier shows Rafael looking at the Diaz Family Reunion photo, preferably looking at Tomàs. Star sulks, and gives Marco a hug and kiss, telling him to be safe, and reassures him that his Uncle is still out there. Marco wishes it were true and leaves, as Star goes back to the paperwork on the Clock God.

As for Celestia, she enjoys her day at school, until she notices Murielle heading into the library. As Celestia decides to follow her, a poster for Worthington is shown, meaning that he is still missing. At the library, Celestia sits next to Murielle, who is reading a book on the theory of Hairspray and it being the cause of Heterochromia. Celestia asks why Murielle is not in Hoover's class, and Murielle states that she could ask her the same thing, implying that they both are in Hoover's class.

Celestia states that she was bored, and wanted to do something fun for a change. Murielle laughs, and tells Celestia that she should probably put her dimensional scissors to good use, in which Celestia acts surprised that Murielle managed to point that out. Murielle states that she can point out a lot of things, just like her Grandmother, who won #1 for being the best spotter in all of Echo Creek. With that, Celestia wonders how she could possibly use them since people would notice she's gone, but Murielle grins and states that there is a way for people not to notice her missing. Celestia suggests using a spell, but the Librarian points out a huge banner above her, that reads,"NO MAGIC ALLOWED AND BE QUIET!!!", much to Celestia's sadness. Celestia asks if the Librarian is Murielle's Grandmother, and Murielle states that the Librarian is not, even adding how her Grandmother looked a little like her, which Celestia finds interesting. With that, Murielle takes out a stop-watch, and Celestia wonders if it has magic. Murielle explains that she works for a organization that keeps up with timelines, and that she got the stop-watch from them and even states how Celestia can't tell anyone, which she promises not to tell anyone. Murielle then activates the stop-watch, which freezes time, much to Celestia's shock and amazement. Murielle bows and tells Celestia to go and have fun, in which Celestia hugs Murielle and goes to another dimension, as Murielle smiles.

Just then, Anna appears in the library, along with a group of masked OHS foot soldiers. Murielle questions why Anna is here, and Anna gloats about how she has been blessed with being the one to bring Murielle's head to Delores. Murielle laughs, stating that Delores would never do that to her. Anna states that it is unfortunate how correct Murielle is, but adds that since Murielle failed her assignment of letting Anna take out "Mia Aubergine" back in 1969, the OHS has no need for failures. Murielle concludes that Anna was the one that failed, and her punishment is having to take out Murielle. Anna gets angry and orders for the foot soldiers to "Kill" her. With that, Murielle takes out a protractor and takes a karate like stance.

Celestia arrives at the Neverzone, stating how cool it looks. Suddenly, Nachos and other Dragon Cycles appear around Celestia, appearing to be very happy to see her. However, the reunion is cut short when Wyscan The Granter appears with some goons, who outright attack Celestia, Nachos, and the other Dragon Cycles. Celestia looks mad, and is about to use her wand, when someone calls out her name. Celestia looks, and sees two figures, who are none other than Mariposa, and her best friend, Meteora. Celestia is happy to see them, and as they have a mini reunion, Wyscan and his goons steal Nachos, the Dragon Cycles, and escape, as Mariposa states, "Uh yeah, thats bad", although she is ecstatic at the fact that Celestia is here, especially since they are caught up in the middle of a turf war with Wyscan, which Celestia reluctantly decides to help them with and so they can retreive Nachos and the Dragon Cycles.

Star finds a lead on where the Clock God could be, and ends up looking at very old accounts from one of the ancient Queens of Mewni, Mars The Fortune Teller. Just then, a servant woman informs Star of a visitor that has dropped by. With that, Star heads to the throne room to see someone admiring the Castle. Star asks the servant who she is, and she says that the woman won't say anything. As the servant leaves, Star greets the woman, who is a slighty older Estrella, much to Star's shock.

Later, Star is in her office watching Estrella sip tea, while sticking her pinky out. After she is done, Estrella lightly taps her mouth with her napkin, and then beams a smile to Star, who returns the favor with much uncertainty. Star then wonders what Estrella could be doing on Mewni, saying, "I thought you were deeeaaa...", Estrella chuckles, and replies, " You thought I was dead??". There is an awkward silence, before both Mew-Women end up laughing. After the laugh, Estrella asks if Star is doing well, and Star says yes, and even mentions about Marco and his mourning ceremony for his Uncle Tomàs, which Estrella is sorry to hear about, as she takes out a sketchbook and draws him. Star wonders why she is doing that, and Estrella states that she'd love to give Marco her condolences. Star lets Estrella draw, and quickly rushes out, while Estrella continues to draw.

In the other reality, sometime before the Mew-Earth Apocalypse, Star Butterfly looks at a fortune cookie that reads, " Protect yourself from the baby ". With that, Star uses a spell to open up a portal and she goes through it. After she leaves, a person wearing heels appears in the office.

At the Neverzone, Celestia, Mariposa, and Meteora, arrive at the Camp of Witches, where they meet the leader named Fern. Fern is happy to see Celestia, believing that she will be the one to help them win the war between the Campers and the Wyscanites. Celestia is confused, and asks how the war started. Fern explains that because Meteora and Mariposa kept going up and down the mountain and bothering Wyscan, he decided to claim the whole entire mountain. Fern gets annoyed just having to explain it, stating that if Mariposa and Meteora hadn't tricked Star and Marco, then none of this would've happened, as Mariposa states on the defensive, that her and Meteora were only babies, and that Marco and Star should've not let them wander off, much to Celestia's confusion. Fern sighs, and states that it does not matter, since the Campers must win the war, as long as Celestia agrees to help them, which she agrees to with hestitancy. Just then, a Watcher comes in, informing that Wyscan is ready.

With that, the girls head out onto the battlefield, while Celestia strays not too far behind, and also noticing that Nachos and the Dragon Cycles are in captivity. Wyscan and Fern then set the signal for they're armies to start fighting, which they do, while Celestia makes a break for the Dragon Cycles.

Meanwhile, more and more OHS foot soldiers arrive at the school, as Anna continues to try and defeat Murielle, who manages to just keep beating them with martial arts and a protractor, much to Anna's annoyance, who decides to just fight Murielle herself. As the two girls fight, the Neverzone battle is shown, as Celestia frees Nachos and the Dragon Cycles, as they make the Campers gain the upperhand on the Wyscanites.

Meanwhile, in the far past, Star arrives at the moment where Mars The Fortune Teller is eating takeout. Suddenly, other Star appears and the two try to stop themselves. At the Dame Der Zeit room, Olympia awakens and her eyes her glowing. At Star's office, Estrella has stopped drawing, since her eyes her glowing. At alternate Star's office, an even slightly older Estrella is standing there, with her eyes glowing. At the school, as Murielle punches Anna, Anna blasts Murielle off of her and notices a time frozen Hoover. This makes Anna cry, who suddenly runs away and vanishes through time, much to Murielle's confusion.

Meanwhile, the two Stars continue fighting each other, as the alternate Star tosses the fortune cookie, which gets lodged right into someone's throat, as they cough it out and the paper lands right in front of Mars, who reads it and looks horrified, as the two Stars vanish through time. With that, they arrive at the time where Pluto is about to kill Mars with the dagger. They try to convince Pluto not to do it, but she gets confused and suddenly, she notices a shadowy figure nodding to her. With that, Pluto stabs Mars and kills her, much to the Star and alternate Star's shock. Just then, time stops, as two OHS Agents appear and take the two Stars to Delores and Zeus, who are very unhappy with them for messing with time like that. With that, the two Stars are sent back to they're respective realities. As for Pluto, she looks over to the shadowy figure, who is none other than an old aged Estrella.

With that, Celestia celebrates with Meteora and Mariposa and the Campers, while Wyscan leaves the mountain behind. Later, Celestia arrives back at school and finds Murielle sitting in the hallway and they decide to enjoy more of the frozen in time day. Meanwhile, the Estrella from Pluto's time, the Estrella from Original Star's time, and the Estrella from Alternate Star's time, all appear around Wyscan. Murielle unfreezes time, and Celestia heads home to see the Mourning Ceremony for her Uncle Tomàs, and even notices Marco, who looks to her with tears in his eyes.

The three Estrella's arrive at the Dame Der Zeit room, where Olympia is. She turns and without saying a word, she gestures toward a portrait of Comet The Chef, as the three Estrella's look at each other sadly, as Olympia smiles warmly.

Anna arrives at her room at the OHS HQ, and looks at an orange hourglass bracelet, the same one Hoover has. At the Neverzone, Estrella from Alternate Star's time, visits Wyscan and decides to give him the dead body of Mars. Wyscan gets the body and devours it ( off-screen ), while Estrella looks at the palm of her hand and smiles, as it is revealed to be a key that says "Diaz".

Some months ago, Tomàs Diaz is sitting on his floor, looking at the key to his house with the words,"Diaz", on it. Suddenly, Estrella from earlier appears in the doorway, having used the key to Tomàs's house as a way to get in, as Tomàs gets up and notices a Orange Hourglass briefcase. With that, Estrella and Tomàs teleport away.

With that, Tomàs arrives on Mewni, and Estrella gives him a small wooden box, telling him to give it to his son when the time is right. Estrella then teleports away, as Tomàs is left looking at the small wooden box, as a mew-woman appears, introducing herself as Silvia Lovebird. With that, Silvia invites Tomàs inside her cabin so he won't get wet from the storm.

As for Estrella, she arrives back at her time. Estrella checks in on Comet, who is sleeping peacefully. Estrella kisses her daughter on the forehead, and heads down to a secret room with a giant Infinity Ring symbol on the door. Estrella walks inside, and closes the door. She walks up to the Diaz Family Reunion photo, and then takes out the same wooden box she gave Tomàs. Estrella opens it, and inside reveals a small pink bird necklace. Estrella becomes happy and wipes away her tears of joy, as she looks at a podium underneath the photo, with a glass box on it. Estrella sniffles and the leaves the room.

With that, it is revealed that there is a piece of paper in the box that says:

" On February 2nd, 2040, Tomàs Diaz is taken from his home and brought to the cabin of Silvia Lovebird on Mewni by Queen Estrella Butterfly. Eventually, Tomàs and Silvia will get married and have a son named Ricardo Lovebird Diaz, who will then start a relationship with Queen Celena Butterfly. From that relationship, shall be born they're daughter, Estrella Butterfly. "

At the Dame Der Zeit room, Celestia is standing next to Olympia, who asks why she is making Estrella do horrible things, and Olympia says they aren't horrible, they are good things so the New World will come to pass. With that, Celestia storms out of the room, as Olympia chuckles to herself and also leaves the room, as the lights flick off.
