Author's note: This is a story idea I came up with two years ago. This teaser here is me just testing the waters to see if this story will be good enough to be expanded to a full story. Leave me a review and let me know!
A Girl Named Vivian.
On a Saturday morning. A boy named Edd was reading a book to prepare for his test. He was in total focus until he heard the doorbell ring.
His parents were out that day on a business trip.
"Coming!" Said the adolescent boy as he ran down the stairs as fast as he could.
When he came to the door and opened it. He was surprised to see a hispanic girl his age holding his cellphone.
The girl in question has. Long flowing raven hair with a red ribbon over it deep brown eyes was wearing a red tank top a red skirt that goes a little above her knees, a blue jacket over it and red boots.
"You drop this when you left class yesterday" Said the girl.
"I-I did?" said the teen.
"Yes you did" The girl giggled before giving his phone back to him.
"Thank you so much for finding my phone!" Edd said a little too nervously.
" No biggie," The girl said before she turned to leave.
"Pardon me, but what's your name?" The timid teen asked.
The girl stopped walking for a second to answer the boy. "Vivian, Vivian Cruz," Said Vivian, as she waited for him to said something.
"Oh, oh I'm so sorry for my bad manners. My name is-"
"Eddward or Double D for short," Vivian finished for him.
"How did you know my name?" Edd said getting nervous.
Vivian giggle as she said, " The label on your phone silly"
"Oh," was all Eds can say.
"Anyway, It was nice meeting you Double D" Vivian smile before leaving The nerdy ed boy.
Eds could of sworn that his heart skipped a beat as he watched Vivian's retracting form as she walked back home which wasn't too far.
Unbeknownst to her. She walked past two boys who was going to Edd's house.
The shorter of the two boys looked her way.
"Isn't that the chick from our English class?" The short boy asked his tall friend.
"That gumshoe is one for sore eyes Eddy!" The tall Boy exclaimed dopely.
"Whatever lump- you know what, I think you're right," Said Eddy as He stared at the girl's rear.
"That meeting was rather awkward" Edd thought before he heard the door ring.
"C-Coming!" Said Edd as he walked to the door to open it.
As he opened it and saw his two best friends.
"Salutations gentlemen are y-" Before he finished his sentence Eddy cut him off.
"Yeah yeah test I get it. Did you see this hot girl in a red dress? If I see her again I'm going to ask her out! Like the other girls at school. She won't resist me,"
Said Eddy.
"Actually I did see her Eddy. She returned my phone to me. "
