Chapter 2
As Ise got of the private plane he looked and realized he wasn't in Kyoto but in a small town. He went to the pilot and asked "where did we land?" The pilot looked at the young man and grinned "we are in Kouh, that's what you wrote down." Ise looked down and saw that he had indeed wrote Kouh as his destination but for the life of him he couldn't understand how he made such an error.
Ise thanked the pilot and left to find a hotel for the night before making his way to Kyoto in the morning. He took the covering away from his face and felt free for the first time in 4 years. He continued to walk down the street and saw a face who he couldn't believe was there and without thinking ran to the man with black hair and glasses.
Ise said softly "Goodman?" The man looked at the boy and said "I haven't heard that name in years. Not since the young master was killed and his brother tried to blame my teaching for introducing him to the human world. Have you been sent by Riser to kill me I thought I would be safe here." The man lowered his head in defeat "please make it quick and make it look like an accident so my wife won't ask questions."
Ise stared open mouthed at his teacher and placed his hand on his shoulders and said "Goodman it's me Risen. I am not dead and I have come here looking for a way to go back and get expose my brother for what he did to me."
Goodman raised his head and looked at Ise in the face and cried out "Young master is it really you? I can't believe it. But there is no way to go to the Phenix territory and they rarely leave the estate. Your father locked down all transportation to the Phenix territory after your death. He only allows the strictest trade in and out. He hasn't even left the estate in 4 years."
Ise looked like the child he was and felt the worst defeat of his life. To find someone he thought could get him home only to have his hopes dashed. Goodman cleared his throat "Young master I go by Figimi, Hyodo Figimi here not Goodman. You would be welcome to come to my home and we can figure things out from there."
Ise looked at him and nodded following his old instructor to his home. Figimi walked in and took his shoes off and shouted "Dear we have company could you please make some tea?" Figimi's wife was a beautiful woman in her late thirties and she popped her head around a corner and smiled at her husband and went back into the kitchen.
Ise looked at Figimi and asked with a teasing smile "how did you manage to get her she is way out of your league Goodman." Figimi just laughed and said "I ask myself that every day. She has a generous soul and opened it to a half breed devil like myself and I just can't help but be thankful plus she is dynamite in the sack." Ise gulped and laughed because he just got schooled in teasing from his old teacher.
Figimi and Ise talked for a few minutes when Mrs. Hyodo came in with the tea. And sat beside her husband and said. "So devil Kun are you here to take him back the underworld and away from me?"
Ise almost spit out the tea he had in his mouth as his eyes got wide. "No ma'am, I did know your husband from the underworld and was going to ask his assistance but he has a good thing going here and I don't want to ruin anything for your family." Ise bowed his head and waited for a response. And he heard a slap and looked up and saw Figimi holding the side of his face grinning.
"My name is Hyodo Moka by the way and I can tell this idiot here was your teacher at one point." She turned to her husband "the slap was for the sack comment to a young man with good manners and definitely good taste because I am out of your league."
Ise was so flabbergasted by what happened that he just went back to drinking his tea to regain his composure. Moka looked at Ise and smiled then asked "where are you staying and when was the last time you ate?"
Ise just looked at the woman whose eyes and smile reminded him of his own mother and after years of locking his emotions up something broke and instead of answering her question broke down and unloaded everything from the day he last lost to riser to now. And when he was done both adults moved over and enveloped him in a hug and Moka cooed that everything would be alright and until they figured it out he would stay with them.
It was decided that he would pose as their adopted son and would be called Issei which was close enough to his nickname that he would feel comfortable. So things settled down and Hyodo Issei was born. He continued to train and Figimi taught Issei how to mask his aura and started homeschooling the boy to get him caught up. Draig started to train the boy how to use the sacred gear every night.

Draig kept thinking that he recognized this power and then it hit him it was hells gaze the power of the first of the 72 pillars to be destroyed in the Great War. The Bethesda Clan which were targeted by the fallen and angel factions first because hells gaze affected them in ways unimaginable.
[Partner, what do you know about the Bethesda Clan?] {Not much just that they were destroyed way before I was born and the only ones allowed to live didn't have the power. My mother said she was descended from them and her great grandfather was born without the clan's magic so he was one of those allowed to live.} [Interesting partner, I think you have the Bethesda magic but I am not sure maybe one day we will find out.]

Four years later
"Issei wake up you are going to be late for your first day of school." Issei got up and stretched his now six foot two inch well-muscled but not overly muscled frame then getting dressed, brushing his teeth and heading down stairs. He walked into the kitchen and saw his adoptive parents necking and decided to clear his throat.
"Oh Ise your ready good I will take you to the front office of the school to get you taken care of. And then be off." Issei looked at Moka and said "thanks Ma I appreciate everything and I am ready when you are. But I still don't see why I have to go to high school I mean seriously I could just finish up the work and be done why do I have to go?"
Figimi grinned and laughed "how will we ever get grandchildren if you don't meet anyone plus you need some friends your own age and not to be studying or training all the time."
Issei just looked at his adoptive father "sir I don't think it's necessary besides the likelihood of me having children with a human is very low for one I don't understand the need to procreate it's a liability I don't need. Draig spoke so all in the room could hear [Dumbass we all need to leave a legacy and what better way than offspring] "Draig is right Issei we have been trying for years and you are our only hope of little ones to spoil." Moka looked at Issei with that look of do this for me.
Issei threw his head back and said "fine but we need to go or I will be late." They got in the car and Moka drove Issei to Kouh academy. As Moka walked Issei into the office she heard a boy ask hey who the hottie is. Moka looks at Issei and says "do you think he's talking about you or me?" Issei throws his hand behind his head and laughs nervously. "Ma umm I don't want to know the answer to that question."
The two arrived at the administration office and Issei picked up his schedule listened to the instructor and walked out leaving his adoptive mother with a smile and a wave. As he walked across campus he noticed eyes were on him. Looks of appreciation from a lot of girls and looks of hate from a few boys.
He felt the energy of a few devils and re-masked his own energy while walking. Ise took the chance to pretend to look at the campus and tracked one signature that seemed kind of familiar to an old school building but kept walking when he couldn't see anyone and went to class.

"Akeno who was that boy, I haven't seen him here before?" A stunning young woman with crimson hair and a figure to die for and stood at five foot eight said to her dark haired friend.
"Rias that is the new transfer student Hyodo Issei, he is a year younger than us but will be in our grade. Not much else to say. Hmmm does the president have a crush on a boy?"
"No, there just seems something familiar about him. Let's keep an eye on him and maybe we will approach him later. He's in our class? That gives me a better way to asses him."
Rias and Akeno gathered their bags and left for class.

Ise looked at the map and found his way to his home room and waited in the hall like he was instructed to. That energy he felt earlier was coming from the room and he was curious now. The teacher slid the door open and motioned for him to come inside and a quick glance caused him to stumble over his own feet and without meaning too. his eyes met hers like a tracking device. His eyes widened in recognition hers narrowed at his stare. The teacher then made the introductions to the class.
"Class this is Hyodo Issei he is a transfer student and has been homeschooled until now and he scored well enough on his placement exams to be here even though he should be in the grade lower. Do you have any question for Mr. Hyodo?"
Rias hand went up and the teacher motioned for her to ask "What made you come to school now?" Ise got an idea and couldn't help it he looked at her and smiled "my stupid parents want grandchildren and said I can't meet anyone at home so I must come to school." Her face started to redden at his bluntness and the teacher held up her hand.
"That's enough questions Issei please go sit in the desk beside Rias she is the one that asked you the question." Ise bowed and a plan in rapid fire came into place in his mind. He knew she was a devil like him and knew she could get him home and he could finally get his brother Riser.
Ise was listening halfheartedly and grabbed out a paper and scribbled a note on it and passed it over to Rias without even looking at her.

Rias head snapped to the side and looked at Issei with a glare. He hadn't been here five minutes and called her out. She needed information and fast. Rias raised her hand "Sensei Akeno and I have a club activity and we need to leave." "Fine but get your school work before you go."
Rias looked at Akeno and both got up and left the classroom. "Akeno go find Sona and meet me at the club room I think we have a huge problem." She handed the note to Akeno and the dark haired beauty took off on her orders.
Rias went to her clubroom and waited. Akeno and Sona came in about 15 minutes later Sona looking annoyed. "Rias what is the meaning of this the day is barley started and you are pulling me out of class."
Rias told Akeno to prepare tea and the chess board and looked at Sona to sit down. As Sona sat Rias cleared her throat "Hyodo I want all the information on him you have and now he gave me this in class." Rias passed over the note and Sona sat for a moment, she collected her thought. Putting her finger up to her chin she tapped and told Rias what she knew. "I only have information on him for the last 4 years. He seems to have been adopted by the Hyodo's but there is no official paperwork. He scored off the charts actually he scored higher than I did. I was going to watch him and see if he was one to mark for my peerage but he seems to know something about you so I will leave him to you to deal with."
Rias sighed and nodded. Thinking that wasn't much more information then she had before she decided to get Kiba and Koneko to the club and make a plan and see what Issei wants.
"Akeno I want you and Koneko to be in position around the room and have Kiba fetch Issei and bring him here so I can see what kind of a deal He wants to make. Also let's be hospitable but keep the upper hand since this is an unknown element." Akeno nodded her consent and left to execute her master's orders.
Rias sat down at her desk and moved some papers around and moved her history of japan book over and her breath caught thinking of the boy who gave it to her so long ago before he died. If only he could have lived maybe he would have been better then Riser.

Kiba showed up and walked into Issei's class and walked right up to him with the girls taking notice of the prince of Kouh walking up to the new guy. Issei raised an eyebrow and waited for the shorter boy to speak. "Issei My name is Kiba, I have been sent by President Rias to ask if you would join her for a discussion at the Occult research club."
Issei stood up stretched and grinned trying to lighten the look of his eyes to put the other teen at ease. "Thank you and I would be delighted I think what I am to propose will be beneficial to us both." Kiba raised a brow and lead Issei to the old school building and guided him to the doors of the club room. Pulling the doors open and waiting for Issei to go through Issei sighed at the obvious ploy to put to surround him. Granted he was glad Rias was being cautious and not arrogant but she could have been a little subtle to keep him off guard.
Issei walked in and made eye contact with Rias having noticed Akeno over by the window a small white haired girl sitting in a chair calked to the side but with a view of the couch in front of Rias. Issei noticed the scuff marks on the floor telling him the furniture had been arranged putting the attention to Rias but everyone had a clear shot to him before he could get to Rias. He approved of the plan and would do the same in her position.
"Issei please have a seat, would you like some tea and cookies?" she motioned for him to take a seat on the couch. Issei moved over and took his seat. Noticing the book on Rias desk he grinned "Why yes tea would be wonderful, is it by chance green?" Akeno raised the corner of her mouth before settling her features and pouring the tea and bringing the cup over and handing it to Issei. Issei gave thanks and bowed his head when taking the tea. Taking a drink and lifting his eyes over the rim to look at the dark haired girl "this tea is wonderful I can tell you take the preparation ceremony very serious, this is some of the best I have had. Rias thank you for meeting with me and the hospitality. How about I get right to the nitty gritty of what I want."
Rias looked at Issei and nodded for him to continue. Issei took a deep breath "I want your help to expose my brother's crimes and in return I will join your peerage." Issei let out some of his devil energy and watched Rias sit back just a bit at what she felt.
"So you are a half breed that wants vengeance. Just who are you wanting to take vengeance on?" Rias said trying to keep her voice neutral.
"Oh no Rias you misunderstand I want my brother to be shown as the disgrace he is and I am no half breed. I am a little hurt you haven't recognized me since you still have the book I gave you." Rias stood up so fast that her chair flew back and toppled over. The other members of the ORC stood taking defensive positions at their Kings reaction.
"You can't be Risen he died 8 years ago, I was there." Rias looked more shocked then anything.
"How about a little demonstration to prove I am not lying. Kiba I will assume by the way you moved you are a knight. Please bring forth your sword and cut off my hand if I am lying I will be minus a hand permanentlypermanatly." Issei extended his arm out to his side waiting. Kiba was shocked and looked to Rias who had a look of disbelief that anyone would ask for their hand to be cut off. She looked at Issei in the eye and saw resolve prove himself. She looked at Kiba and nodded.
Kiba drew his sword and swung but stopped millimeters above the proffered hand, when Issei raised his arm with so much force that his hand dropped to the ground. All eyes widened as Issei reach down to the ground and picked up his hand placing it back and in position and the flames of Phenix ignited reattaching the hand.
Rias mouth dropped open and no sound came out. Issei just smiled and said "do you accept my contract?" Rias looked at him again and finally just said "How?"
Issei got a teasing glint in his eye and said "I am a member of the Phenix house it's kind of our thing I thought you knew that already." Rias blinked and said "No I mean how are you alive what happened to you how are you even here and why do you want vengeance?"
"Rias, how about this I tell what I know and you keep me hidden for now. I don't know what's going on in the underworld right now. So first Riser beat the Shit out of me when I tried to stop him while he was raping his queen and then called his assassin to dispose of me. Instead of killing me the assassin faked my death and took me, trained me and used me until I found my conscience again and ended him. I still don't know much about magic and have limited use except what comes naturally. I may have interrupted a fallen angel sacred gear removal ceremony. Then I completed the ceremony by accident. Now I am the welsh dragon emperor." Issei reached back behind and rubbed his head grinning like a fool.
Rias walked over to Issei and said "we need to tell my brother and make sure I can take you into my peerage." Issei lowered his head and just nodded his acceptance that he might not get his vengeance after all at this rate.
"Can you call your brother now then I have waited so long for a way to get Riser and when I found out four years ago that the Phenix territory was closed I lost hope then I saw you and thought it could be a win, win."
Akeno looked at her king and spoke up "President, I don't feel any deception from him." Kiba walked around and looked at Issei and Koneko sat back down and pulled out a bag of sweets the said around a lollipop "He's the pervert's brother but that was pretty bad ass cutting off his own hand when Kiba couldn't."
Rias looked at her peerage and said "Leave us I have to call my brother now." The others left Rias and Issei alone. She moved over to her desk and summoned a magic circle "Brother I need you to come to my clubroom right now I just stepped into an incident that could cause a civil war in one of the 72 pillars."
Within five minutes a red magic circle appeared and Sirzechs stepped into the room and looking at his sister and then noticing Issei. Issei got up and bowed "Mao Sama it is a pleasure to meet you again." Sirzechs eyebrow picked up and a wicked grin crossed his lips "So Risen isn't dead after all. You both have some explaining to do."
Issei settled in and told Sirzechs a general rundown. Sirzechs then asked if Issei would be willing to undergo a truth spell and affidavit as proof of what happened. Issei began again but in great detail of what had transpired over the last 8 years and Rias almost felt sick hearing all the details that Issei glossed over earlier.
Sirzechs looked at Issei and asked "How do you want to proceed? I will have to tell Lord Phenix you are alive but the timing of the matter resides with you. Also your appearance throws a wrinkle into Rias engagement to Riser."
Issei shot up from the couch and glared at Rias "You're engaged to that fucker? Shit I made a mistake. Fuck me I knew I should have planned this out and thought things over. Sirzechs I, I, I will accept whatever punishment you deem fit for trying to enlist your sister's help against her beloved." Issei lowered his head and felt a smack looking up he saw Rias with anger in her eyes "That bastard is not my beloved and I have been trying to find a way out of this marriage. I had no say in the matter."
Sirzechs cleared his throat "Risen I think we can solve the problems all at once. I insisted that a clause be put into the marriage contract that Rias could choose either brother or have things settled by rating game or duel. You could marry Rias right now and the contract would be fulfilled I will even preform the ceremony."
Rias Looked at her brother slack jawed and Issei responded "How would being forced to marry me be any different. Mao Sama you mentioned a rating game could you tell me more about that option? And can I join Rias Peerage to Help?" Issei had the thought of a rating game with his brother might work.
Sirzechs looked the young man over "If Rias and her peerage wins then the engagement is over easy peasy. And if I remember correctly you didn't receive your pieces so technically you could join but Rias would have to use all her pawns on you since she doesn't have an open queen and I sense your power level would require the equivalent."
"Damn that limits her recruitment abilities later on." Issei sighed. Rias grabbed his arm and squeezed "she is standing right here and would like to be included in this conversation. Brother how long before the marriage will be insisted upon?"
"Rias I can buy you 2 maybe 3 months before it's insisted upon being made official."
"I was supposed to have until after college." She hung her head a bit.
Issei looked at her. "Rias I swear you will only marry who you want to. Please make me your pawn."
Sirzechs looked between the two and knew they didn't realize what was starting between them but he did. So he decided to push it along a bit. "Rias make him your pawn. That gives a modem of protection for him but beware if you lose the rating game his brother will have both your fates. I mean unless you marry Risen now, like I said I can perform the ceremony now." He waggled his eyebrows suggestively.
Rias let out a very unlady like epp and looked to Issei. Issei held up his hand and said "Could you stop calling me Risen my mother called me Ise and that's why I chose Issei since it was close. Please just call me Ise the both of you."
Rias smiled and blushed a bit "Alright Ise I want to make you a part of my peerage since I have the approval of one of the 4 devil kings." She summoned her eight pawns and Ise laid on the floor. "I command you to be my servant and live for me from this day on." The pieced started to turn in the air and landed one by one on Ise chest but didn't go in they started to shake and they stopped.
Nothing happened. Rias was shocked and so was Sirzechs. Sirzechs started to rack his brain on pieces he knew he could trade for so he could use his power to put the pawns in Ise and then trade back for his own peerage again so it didn't look like we was stacking the deck for Rias.
[Dumbass summon your sacred gear and boost until I stop it and then transfer to her and do the ceremony again it should work. Did you forget I was here?] Ise blinked and grinned summoning his sacred gear and relaying Draig's plan to Rias and Sirzechs.

Ise grabbed Rias hand [Transfer] and she felt the power flow through her and started the ceremony again this time the pieces started to shake and crack spewing light and 6 of the eight pawns changed from red to a red and white marble with light coming out as they sunk into the young man's chest. Rias and Sirzechs gasped as they realized that the pawns mutated. Ise sat up and looked Rias in the eye and said "thank you, I swear on my life to be the only pawn you will ever need."
Sirzechs said he wouldn't tell Lord Phenix yet about anything but time was not on their side as he summoned a magic circle and left.
"Um Rias could I ask a favor of you?" Rias laughed "Why not what would you like?"
"Could you tell me about you now I wanted to get to know you 8 years ago and I don't want to wait any longer?" Rias' blushed and nodded. The two talked and laughed until four in the morning when Ise noticed Rias having to lean on her hands to keep her head upright. "Would you mind if I slept on the floor here tonight Rias I don't want to go back to my place and explain everything before school?"
"No we have a spare bedroom here for when club activities go late you can stay in there." Ise grinned and said "thank you Rias you have been very gracious to me." Rias blushed and lead him to the spare room and hesitated a moment she grabbed Ise's hand walked with him through the door. She waked over to the bed and sat down and looked at him "I think I will stay here with you since it's so late. Now no funny business you got it mister." Ise's eyes widened and he just nodded.
Ise turned around and took his shirt and pants off and climbed in under the covers and then he felt Rias snuggle into his back. He closed his eyes and listened to her soft breathing as she fell asleep instantly with him not long after.

The sun came through the window and woke Ise up and he noticed he had turned over in the middle of the night and pulled Rias in close to his chest with her head on his arm. He could feel her chest against his sternum and realized she wasn't wearing a shirt or bra. The thought of her caused a little blood to trickle from his nose and he tried to move without waking her. But the next thing he knew he was staring into the most beautiful blue eyes imaginable.
Rias grinned and thought for only a few hours she just had the best sleep of her life and then blushed as she felt something poke her lower stomach she looked back into Ise's eyes and the golden brown with green hints made her feel like she was drowning in their depths. He cleared his throat and spoke "Good morning, I Think we might need to get ready. I need to apologize I know you said no funny business but I am not used to waking up with the most gorgeous woman I have ever seen and I can't help my bodies reaction please forgive me."
Rias realized he was talking about what was at her stomach and blushed more. She leaned into his chest and gigged "it's alright just a natural response, I actually feel a little flattered but you are right we need to get ready." Rias rolled over and stood up and Ise got a good look at her form and he couldn't take his eyes away from her. She looked over her shoulder and noticed the look on his face and grinned. She decided to tease him just a little bit and turned around and stretched arching he back to give a full view and arched and eyebrow at him.
Ise saw the look and almost lost his mind. He jumped up out for the bed and turned away trying to calm himself down. Then he felt arms encircle him from behind. And Rias pressed against him. "Ise I have decided that you are to be my pillow every night. When I woke up this morning I felt safe in your arms and I don't want to give that up." Ise just gulped and nodded dumbly.
Rias let go and put her cloths on and Ise got dress also. They walked to the small kitchen and Rias got down some bowls and pulled out miso soup from the fridge and heated it up in a sauce pan. Pouring it into the bowl she placed one in front of Ise and they both proceeded to eat. The comfortable silence was soon interrupted by Akeno as she came into the small room. And noticed the two occupants.
"Hmm so what did you two do last night?" Akeno said in a hinting tone.
Rias Looked at Akeno and shrugged "we talked and Ise was able to join the peerage. It was interesting though that 6 of the 8 pawns I had to use turned into mutation pieces oh and we slept together."
Akeno dropped the Milk to the floor and turned to Rias with a shocked expression and Ise clarified "it was just sleeping no funny business was involved."
Rias smirked at her queen and nodded to the truth of Ise's words. Then she burst out laughing as Akeno tried to regain dignity while cleaning up the spilt milk. Breakfast was uneventful after that and Akeno felt a shift in the feel of the ORC.
School went well and Rias and Ise started to compete in class. Each trying to beat the other to the right answer and when lunch time came Rias told Ise to come to the Orc for lunch before afternoon classes.
After school Ise Told Rias he needed to go see his Adoptive parents and bring them up to speed and she handed him a package of summoning fliers and asked him to pass them out that way he at least did some type of club activity for the day.
Ise finished passing out the fliers and stopped by his home and Spoke with Figimi and Moka letting them know what happened. Figimi looked a little troubled and for the first time in a few years addressed Ise formally "Young master, you have been my son for 4 years but things cannot stay the same. I will support you on any choice you make but when your family finds out I am here your brother will surely kill me for hiding you from his wrath." Ise wrapped up the older half devil in an embrace "I will speak with my master and see what protection I can have put in place but I do think it is time I moved out. Besides you two horn dogs need your space."
Moka had tears coming down her face and grabbed Ise and kissed his forehead. "I may not have given birth to you but I have seen you as my own and am proud of you." Ise responded "I will miss you ma. I am going to go upstairs to my room to pack and look on the computer for a new place. I will set up a way to meet with you all once my brother gets involved and keep you all safe."
Ise turned and waked upstairs he walked into his room and sitting on his bed was Rias. Her eyes where watery but she smiled up at him. "How much did you hear? And I really didn't think about what this would mean for them."
Rias stood up and pulled Ise to her chest "I am sorry Ise but we will work it out and they will be safe I talked to my brother's wife Grayfia and she will approach my brother this evening. And you don't have to look for a place you are coming to mine. Besides I already told you are now my pillow. I was going to just stay here with you but I do understand their concerns."
Ise breathed in deeply taking in her scent then asked "How did you know I lived here. You looked at the school records didn't you?" Rias nodded and created a magic circle that encompassed the room and moved them and his belongings to her apartment.
The next morning Ise woke holding Rias again and thought to himself that he could get used to this. They went to school and then went to the orc for official business.
"Ise I need you to take this contract Koneko was double booked." Ise asked "what type of contract is it?"
Koneko deadpanned "It's not a hit, assassin." Ise cringed a bit but let the jab roll off his back and Rias gave a slight glare to Koneko who didn't seem to notice.
"Ise its one of her regular cosplay contracts just do what you can do and please don't lose this contract."
Ise nodded and walked over to Rias and leaned in to her and whispered "um can you teach me how to make a teleportation circle I uh never learned." Rias nodded and pulled out a map and handed it to Ise.
"Just use the map and I will show you when you get back so come here instead of home afterwards."
Ise left and went to handle his first contract when he reached the door he knocked and a man opened. "You aren't Koneko." Ise smiled "No sir Koneko was double booked to I came to assist you instead. What can I do for you today?" The man walked over to his closet and pulled out a samurai cosplay outfit and told Ise to put it on for they would go to the park for a session of larping. At the end the man gave Ise a vase as compensation and Ise returned to the ORC.
"Rias I am back, and I got some chochkey vase thingy as compensation." Rias looked up and smiled and looked at the vase then at Ise and laughed. "Ise this isn't a chochkey it's a tiffany vase they are quite expensive. What did you do for him to earn this?"
"I put on a samurai costume and went to the park, then went through a few Katas and did a sword dance why?" Rias just grinned some more and said his review was amazing and the man asked if Ise could come again.
"Now let's start to teach you about magic I know all you can do is what's natural so let's begin." Rias started explaining about magical ability and different incantations and even set her families summoning circle into his hand. And then she put her hands around his neck and walked him through the process of activating the circle and had him take them home.
The life of the peerage changed a bit and Ise became close to Kiba and even made Koneko somewhat smile at times. They started to train together and stated to mess as a unit. Akeno would tease Ise mercilessly and try to rub her chest against his arms and cling to him and throw looks at Rias who as the days went by got madder at her queen.
Ise came up to Rias as it was just them in the club room and asked "Rias would you like to go get diner out tonight instead of eating in I was thinking about getting sushi and thought I might see if you wanted to go?" Rias looked at him and blushed and thought to herself is my Ise asking me out? She looked up into his eyes and saw the hope and nodded yes. She put the rest of the paperwork away and said "Alright lets go then." Ise hesitantly reached and grabbed her hand and pulled her with him.
Akeno stepped from around the corner after what she just saw and sent a message to Kiba and Koneko that the president and Ise were going out on a date. Koneko sent the text Word back and Kiba just sent a winky face.
As the weeks went by Rias and Ise spent as much time together and talked about almost everything falling back into the close friendship they had as children. The other members of the Orc notice the side glances Rias and Ise gave each other when they thought no one was looking.
