Sirzechs looked and said "so I take it you changed your mind. Well let's get this done with so I can report back." Rias looked at Ise and the rest of her peerage to three raised eyebrows asking what the hell is going on.
Grayfia stepped forward and produced two magic circles under Ise and Rias and when they moved Ise stood in a white suit with gold trim and Rias in a Crimson Gown.
Sirzechs stood up and looked at Rias Peerage. "You three stand as witness that the contract between the Gremory house and Phenix house is being completed and ahead of schedule. Grayfia hand me the contract and Rias and Ise come here. You both sign here, here, here and here initial there and hold out your hands. Ise this is going to hurt a lot for you but it is the only way without draining most of your magic to get the blood needed."
Sirzechs produced a knife and put slice in Rias outstretched left hand and then he placed it over a magic circle on the contract and dropped a few drops. The circle flared crimson and then had gold light intertwine. Sirzechs looked at his sister and at Ise and said "I the wed now for the final step. Hold your hands up that I cut." Lord Gremory Spoke "what is the meaning of this and why does my copy of the contract show completed?"
Sirzechs looked at both men and laughed "what where you both looking at your copies at the same time?"
Lord Phenix just stood staring at the young man with his mouth open all anger that had been on his face dissipated in an instant He shoved the three peerage members out of his way and ran to the youth and reached out pulling Ise away from Rias and grabbing him in a hug. Tears came out of Lord Phenix's eyes and he spoke for the first time. "My boy you are back, my boy you are back. You came back like a true phoenix." Ise just stood stock still he couldn't remember his father ever embracing him. Ise pushed away and went to his knee "Lord Phenix I….." and Sirzechs spoke up "the contract and union of the House Gremory and the House Phenix has been completed. Lord Gremory congratulations on gaining a son and Lord Phenix congratulations on gaining a daughter. As per my stipulation Rias was able to choose which brother to wed. Sorry it was kind of spur of the moment but these kids just couldn't wait to get hitched."
Grayfia hit Sirzechs on the back of the head and he held the back of his head in pain.
Lord Phenix looked down at his son who was still kneeling and spoke "Risen stand, I need an explanation now and we are leaving to the estate so you can see your mother." Ise stood and looked his father in the eye and spoke "Lord Phenix I cannot go to your estate but I would be happy to see mother here. I cannot leave my kings side let alone my wife. Please understand the choice is with her on where we go."
Lord Phenix looked at Rias and she looked at Ise then her father and then her brother. The last two curious as to what she would say. She then turned to Lord Phenix and Spoke "Lord Phenix you should send for your wife and father you should send for mother we will wait here for them."
Lord Phenix looked at Rias "Young Lady I don't take orders I give them. My Son and You will go to my estate where it is safe and I will directly transport all of you there myself." Sirzechs spoke up "Lord Phenix there is some information you need to be made aware of which will prevent Risen from going to your territory for the time being. Here is a signed affidavit that has been cast with a truth spell that had he lie would have caused his death then." And handed it over and Lord Phenix broke the seal and started to read the document.
Rias eyes widened in shock "You mean that night Ise could have died and you didn't say anything. Brother how could you?" Sirzechs looked at both of them and chuckled "You where the one that got me to come with the phrase of civil war in one of the 72 pillars. I am still trying to prevent a pillar from crumbling. Had Ise not been truthful it would have ended there. Oh and he was still under the truth spell when he turned down the offer to marry you then say it should be your choice so your welcome."
Lord Gremory was starting to get frustrated "I still haven't been told what has transpired and why my daughter is married without my being informed first. Sirzechs this is going to cause a scandal we may not recover from." "Lord Gremory no one will find out about this ceremony because the big wedding will still take place. I mean it will have to take place soon but I am sure the two houses can arrange it. The rest of Rias Peerage you can leave we have business to conduct and you all have school tomorrow."
Akeno, Kiba and Koneko left. Rias and Ise didn't know what to do this night had kind of been a whirlwind and it hit Rias what she had done as she looked at her left hand. Ise looked away from his father while Lord Phenix continued to read. Ise cleared his throat to get lord Phenix attention "Lord Phenix I am sorry." Lord Phenix stopped reading and looked at his son and into the eyes that where of the boy's mother. "I will summon your mother here and tell her some of this but I do not want her to know all of it. She took your death hard and this will be a lot. I have to deal with your brother. I will have to start an investigation. I know you are telling the truth but it is only the truth you know and I can't take action unless I have more information. Risen I am glad to see you. I am also glad that this union has happened."
Lord Phenix turned and summoned a circle to his ear and started speaking. Lord Gremory walked over to his son and the two spoke for a few moments and then started to look over at Ise then back to Sirzechs. He summoned a circle up to his ear and spoke then walked over to Rias and Ise.
"Rias I want to say congratulations and your mother will be here shortly. Risen I would like to know what caused you to marry Rias so suddenly?"
"Lord Gremory, I love Rias and would do anything for her. She will be my world from this day on."
Two magic circles appeared on the floor and two women who looked to be in their early thirties stepped out. Both women moved to their husbands and then waited.
"Mother I would like to introduce you to Risen Phenix my husband." As Rias was speaking a loud gasp could be heard from the woman beside Lord Phenix and she broke rank and moved right in front of Ise. "No Ise you will come home and your father with have this annulled. Your brother can finish the contract and you will spend time with me."
Sirzechs stepped in. "Lady Phenix the contract is complete and cannot be undone, it was sealed in blood and a binding ceremony has been completed." The four parents all looked at Sirzechs and then at the young couple. Rias looked at her parents and asked "Umm binding ceremony?"
Sirzechs let out a laugh and spoke "Rias do you see those rings on your fingers, that is part of the binding ceremony and it has a few perks, you two will be able to feel each other's emotions to a degree depending on how deep your love is other things may manifest and it does attune your bodies to one another."
Lady Gremory looked at her son and seethed "You bound their souls and made it so she can only ever bear his offspring and he can only father children with her. You didn't tell them. That was reckless and they are so young. You effectively made it for no reversal to be done."
Rias looked at her mother and spoke softly "It doesn't matter that is what I wanted anyway. I mean last night proved that." And then her eyes went wide at what she had just said in front of her parents and now in-laws and her face turned beet red.
Lord Gremory, Lord Phenix and Sirzechs started to laugh while both mothers just stood there dumbfounded. Lady Gremory Looked at the young couple and spoke "You two have already been together? Oh my I am going to be a grandma again."
Lady Phenix went over to the nearest chair and sat down. She had had a night of shocks and it was getting to be too much. Her baby who had died is still alive, now he's married and to top it off is no longer a child but now a man and could be having a child of his own. Ise walked over to his mother "Momma" she looked to him "I am still your son and you gained another daughter." Ise looked to his father "Lord Phenix I request you tell no one else about me being alive until your investigation into my framed death and abduction is complete." Ise's mother lifted her head and looked at her husband and then son. She looked closely and found that her son may take after her in looks but had the bearing of his father. Maybe not the commanding presence but she could see that well on its way. She then thought about what Ruval said that if it wasn't that Rexal had no desire to lead and he didn't trust Riser he would have asked to be let out of being the next head. She looked at her youngest son and could see him able to take up the mantle.
Lady Gremory and Lady Phenix went to the other side of the room to begin discussions about the formal wedding. "At least you still look admonished over this. Now it is time to go dear." Lord Gremory motioned for his wife and the two went over to Ise and Rias, shanking Ise's hand and hugging Rias. They stepped away and with a magic circle left.
Lord Phenix went to his son and now daughter in law and smiled, he then placed his hand on his son's chest and a magic circle appeared and Ise felt like something had been returned to him that was missing then grabbed his hand and placed a seal. "I lifted the seal from your powers but it was already breaking. You should be able to access your full magic now I put a teleportation by pass so you can come home eventually. Also I will tell your brother Riser his services to the Gremory family are no longer warranted." Lord Phenix walked back to his wife and pulled her to him and summoned a circle and left.
Sirzechs walked over to Rias and Ise and took Rias in a hug and without a word left. Rias went over to the couch and sat downed feeling drained and looked at Ise and patted the spot next to her and as he sat down she leaned on him "so should we stay in the apartment or get a house?" Ise was thinking and said "well depending on what's going to happen I think we should keep the apartment for now besides it's not like we couldn't move to a bigger apartment if we wanted to".
"Well I may be a devil but I am no liar." Rias stated as he proceeded to try and jump his bones on the couch in the clubroom.
