The Chronicles of the Virtual Heroes
Chapter One
AN: So this is my first crossover fanfic and collaboration. This was hard to do but it was worth it and fun to do. Though it is categorized as a Pokemon and Digimon cross over it is also a cross over between Yu-gi-oh and Yo-kai watch as well. This is also my first OC driven fic so my OCs may not be the best despite what my Partner in this Aclux says also I do not own his OC Lucian nor do I own Yu-gi-oh, Yo-kai watch, Digimon, or Pokemon.
So in the peaceful world of Pokemon, there are many wonderful, beautiful, mysterious, and amazing creatures known as Pokemon our story follows a young man hailing from Pallet town named Ash Ketchum. He and his partner are on a journey where along the way they make friends in humans and Pokemon in there quest to be the best like no one ever was but this isn't just the story of Pokemon.
This is the story of multiple worlds little do our heroes know that the world of Pokemon is just one of many the worlds with glorious creatures. In another world, there are incredible Digital monsters that fight and Digivolve with the help of their human partners also known as the DigiDestined lead by Tai and Matt and their Digimon partners Agumon and Gabumon they fight to protect the Digital World.
In another world, an average kid named Nate Adams and anime fangirl Hailey Anne were normal kids who stumbled into the strange and odd world of Yo-kai and with their Yo-kai friends, they stop Yo-kai problems ranging from everyday annoyances to global takeover. And in the world of Yugioh, there is a world between the normal one in a world where a game called Duel Monsters has become a way of life in a way and it has a strong connection to a world parallel to theirs where the monsters on their cards are alive and live in a peace that is constantly threatened luckily there are many heroes of this world that protect the peace ranging from Ancient Pharaohs to the greatest Dualtainers.
Our story however begins in a pocket world between all four of these unique worlds. A place where Digimon, Pokemon, Duel Spirits, and Yo-kai, as well as the rare human from one of the four worlds, meet. Here humans have created a whole new society with the combined sciences of all their worlds and the creatures of this world live in a nearly perfect peace with occasional squabbles but most conflict is solved through battles. Battles of sport where humans and monsters combine skills to show their strength. This is the world of Ultimate Mon Clash Ace class.

Yes this is going to be the greatest addition to the Ultimate Mon Clash yet I can't wait," said Zoey a 14 year old girl. She was a young blond with short hair just above her eyes and ears with blue-green eyes that were like a pair of Silica gems that were not perfectly cut but rougher and wild filled with a desire for something that not even she could define. She wore a light blue T-shirt with a bunch of random dark blue lines going in random directions and white-blue jean shorts.
"Can't you Danny?" she asked her friend.
Daniel Zoey's friend whom she called Danny was a teenage boy Zoey's age who had nutmeg brown hair in a crew cut and was quite a bit more tan than Zoey who was pretty pale and also, unlike Zoey he had common brown eyes that made him a no one in the crowd which he was fine with. Like always he was wearing his blue and red striped shirt and brown shorts.
Zoey said, "Yeah, I am so happy that every few years or so they combine the great games of Yu-gi-oh, Yo-kai watch, Pokemon, and Digimon."
Daniel said, "Yeah me too."
Zoey said, "So let's go check the game store." Daniel and Zoey made a mad dash for her father's game shop.
Zoey's father's game shop was gamer heaven. It was filled with all the latest games as well as a collection of different consoles ranging from the newest ones to the most classic ones, some even still in the box. There was almost any gaming hardware you could think of ranging from ms chips to controls for any console. Then there were the games. There were all sorts of games for every console and even a bunch of computer games.

There were new games, used games, and if you really wanted a certain game you could be sure that the very same game would be there. It also had many other games for card gamers of all kinds and roleplayers and cosplayers. It had everything just to keep things short.
Zoey's father had a random 17 teen year old at the front counter. This one was named Ryan. Ryan wasn't the brightest but he was a good worker and pretty wise sometimes. He had long messy unkept dirty blond hair with a few green streaks. He was one of the two employees that Zoey's dad got for the game shop since he liked to give jobs to young kids and he couldn't have Zoey and her brother help at the shop all the time but they still did sometimes.
Zoey said, "Hey Ryan."
Ryan said, "Hey Zoey and Um I wanna say, Dan."
Daniel said, "Hey Ryan, and the name's Daniel."
Ryan said, "Sorry dude but what's up."
Zoey said, "Oh not much just wanna see if the Ultimate Mon Clash Ace class shipment is here yet."
Ryan said, "Oh so you guys are UMC fans. Well, I am sorry to disappoint you both but it isn't here yet."
Both Daniel and Zoey said, "Awe man."
Ryan said, "It will be here soon just waiting on your dad to pick up the shipment."
Just then Zoey's Dad burst in. He was carrying a few boxes.
He said, "Okay it's here Ryan go help Marcus move all those new games." Zoey's dad was a bit taller than Ryan and he was at least a head taller than Zoey and Daniel, he had short brown hair and the only resemblance he had with his daughter was his eyes they had the same green in them.
"Oh hey, Zoey and Daniel I bet you are both here to get a copy of the new game. I know you probably just wanted to get the game quickly but can you help unload the truck it would sure make things go quicker."
Zoey said, "Sure, happy to help."
Daniel said, "I'll help too."
Zoey's dad said, "Thanks, you two."
So after they unloaded and set up some of the games. Zoey and Daniel finally grabbed a copy of the game.
Zoey said, "Yeah now we can finally play. Yes!" as she gave a fist pump.
Daniel said, "So let's go." The two ran out of the storeroom where the extra copies of the new games were put.
While they ran out they caught one of Zoey's other friends.
It was a 16 year old boy named Lucian. He had handsome Mulatto skin he had black curly hair with heterochromatic eyes, one brown the other golden yellow. He was considerably taller than Zoey and Daniel and his expression was nearly unreadable he looked like his mouth was in a permanent line yet when he saw Zoey it seemed like it changed in the slightest to a small smile. Almost like a Mona Lisa.
Lucian said, "Hi Zoey." and he gave a nod to Daniel. Daniel and Lucian weren't exactly close friends but they were both fairly close to Zoey and they had a mutual respect for each other. Of course, neither of the two were much talkers other than around Zoey and even then Lucian still talked a lot less.
Zoey said, "Hey Luke." with a big grin.
Lucian said, "I told you not to call me that." sternly but he couldn't help but crack a smile.
Zoey said, "I am guessing you are here for the new Ultimate Mon Clash game too."
Lucian said, "Yeah, I preordered it so I am here to pick it up I guess I'll see you later."
Zoey said, "Yeah see you, Luke."
Daniel waved bye. The two were about to run out the door when they were met by Zoey's dad.
Zoey's dad said, "Hey Zoey before you play that game make sure you finish your homework."
Zoey groaned, "Uhhhh but dad."
Zoey's dad then made a face and Zoey said, "Fine."
Daniel said, "Don't worry we can help each other and it will be easier."
Zoey said, "I guess you're right. See you dad."
Zoey's dad waved bye as the two kids left to Zoey's house.
After a few minutes of homework, Zoey said, "That's it I can't take it I'm done let's just play we have been waiting weeks for this game I can't handle this anymore."
Daniel said, "Wait, Wait but Zoey your dad wanted us to finish our homework plus we have a test coming up."
Zoey said, "Don't worry we'll finish let's just… um, call this a game break."
Daniel hesitated but said, "um… uh."
Zoey said, "Come on please I know you wanna play too Danny."
Daniel said, "Fine but only a few minutes then we go back to work okay."
Zoey said, "Deal now toss me that game."
Daniel grabbed the game off the table and tossed it to Zoey but as he tossed it he felt a strange feeling like a… spark.
Zoey opened the box and put the game in her console she tossed Daniel a controller and grabbed one for herself. The two sat down and Zoey turned it on and they went to select the game on the menu and they got ready to play.
Zoey asked, "You ready for this."
Daniel said, "You know it." then came on the screen the intro showing how the Pokemon, Digimon, Yugioh duel spirits, and Yo-kai gathered into the realm and how together with humans they were facing off one of their toughest enemies yet since the last game, of course, this time this world between worlds was being attacked by a being of pure energy, a being that lived in a world that was slowly consuming all other worlds.
It was only a matter of time before all of the worlds would be converted to the world of consuming chaos known as the Photonic Plane. So then they hit start but this is when something strange started to happen the lights flickered and the TV started to glow brighter and so did the controllers.
Zoey asked, "Danny what's going on?"
Daniel said, "I don't know."
Zoey asked, "is this part of the game?"
Daniel said, "I don't think so." and out of the TV screen came a character from the game Mirapo the portal Yo-kai and it just swallowed the two friends leaving the room completely empty everything else normal other than the lack of two young teens and oddly enough a set of cards.
"Wooooooah." said both teens as they fell through a world of energy as the watched themselves become partially made of the energy around them. They both landed in a plane unfamiliar to both of them yet they somehow recognized.
Zoey and Daniel both got up from their falls and took a look around them. It was beautiful a place filled with strangely exotic plant life, and oddly a purple sky that seemed more light than dark. It was layer after layer of Lilac, Orchid, Wisteria, and Mauve.
Also around them were dozens and dozens of solar panel-like devices all over the hilled landscape, each seeming to be absorbing light from the odd star in the sky.
It wasn't like the sun at all. It may have been yellow and round but it was rimmed with a light blue and seemed to give off an eerie glow. Almost like fluorescent lights.
By the solar panels were even more wind turbines. There were also cities scattered all around. The place was like the most perfect form of fusion between modern human society and all of nature.
The whole place was unearthly, nearly unimaginable yet here they were in a place they somehow knew.
Daniel said, "Wait is this…"
Zoey completed his sentence knowing what he was going to say, "... The Interfused worlds."
Daniel and Zoey were both in awe not sure how to feel.
Daniel said, "How is this possible, did we just get sucked into the videogame? No that can't be right, can it? No, no, this is just a dream."
Zoey said, "A dream come true I mean this is amazing. It's like VR but even better because we are in the game."
Daniel said, "Wait, Zoey, we need to find our way home this place could be dangerous if this is the world of UMC then we could be in big trouble I mean look at us we're standing out in the open with no Mons to protect us or gear to help us defend ourselves."
Zoey said, "Well I bet we can get some I mean look there is a town over that way if we take a walk over there I bet we can find some gear."
Daniel said, "Or more importantly a way back home I guess your right I just hope they aren't just dumb NPCs or something."
Zoey said, "This is so cool." So the two just walked through the weird forest.
Zoey asked, "So which world do you think we're in?"
Daniel said, "I don't know and I don't want to find out, cause if we do that means we're going to be attacked by a monster."
Zoey said, "Ha well maybe it will be friendly."
Daniel said, "I hope so I mean your right if this wasn't such a nightmare it would be a dream come true."
Zoey said, "Yeah isn't this place so beautiful."
Daniel said, "Yeah if only our world looked more like this. Instead, our world is filled with pollution, destruction, and over urbanization."
Zoey said, "Our world isn't that bad."
Daniel said, "I guess you're right I mean this world had to be based off something."
Zoey said, "Come on let's go I think we're almost there." the two started at a run but they both stopped in there tracks. They made it to the town but guarding it was a gang of Yo-kai that seemed to be taking over the small town.
They saw plenty of Yo-kai that they recognized.
There were a few Sigh-Durr and a couple of roughraff keeping a few people and Yo-kai that looked like they lived in the town trapped. Then keeping watch was a Tengloom scout, then it seemed on the inside there was a cheeksqueek, Takoyakid, and Irewig that seemed to be the main three yo-kai and they were accompanied by a few Buhu.
Daniel said, "Huh it seems like this town's getting attacked by these bad Yo-kai."
Zoey said, "Yeah we should help them." Zoey was about to go run down to give them a piece of her mind but Daniel grabbed her by the arm.
Daniel said, "Wait, let's think about this they have at least a dozen yo-kai we can't take all those yo-kai down even if they are the weaker ones."
Zoey said, "Yeah you're right."
Daniel said, "Now if only we had some mons to fight or some equipment."
Zoey said, "Well we can't just stand here doing nothing. I'm going." Zoey rushed down.
Daniel said, "No, wait urh." and he chased after her.
Zoey shouted, "Hey you want some come get me." and she ran to the side.
That caught the attention of the Roughraff and Sigh-Durr. All of them ran after her. Daniel sighed and would have gone after her but he knew that would do nothing so he ran to try to help people and yo-kai that were captured. He almost got there when he noticed that oddly the people and Yo-kai weren't trying to escape they seemed off like they didn't want to escape.
Daniel was worried but he couldn't do anything because it was too late.
From behind him, a voice said, "Uh those idiots can't do anything right. I mean really one intruder and they all run off.

"Good thing I am here, the brains behind this project."
Daniel asked, "What did you do to these people and Yo-kai?"
Tengloom said, "Haha, well you see they are all inspirited by me and soon you will be too." Tengloom then formed a purple aura around himself and prepared to launch it at Daniel. Daniel leaped to the side and crashed into the ground but the attack missed.
Tengloom said, "why you annoying, urh." Tengloom prepared another aura attack. Daniel got up as quick as possible and tackled Tengloom before he could try his inspirit again.
Daniel said, "yahhh." as he started to beat Tengloom up.
Tengloom said, "Uh, urh, oof." Daniel eventually knocked the bird yo-kai unconscious which freed the other people and Yo-kai from the inspirit. Daniel smiled for one second but that smile faded quickly since he was now surrounded on all sides by the rest of the yo-kai gang, one of the roughraff had Zoey tied up.
Zoey said, "sorry Daniel."
The Irewig said, "Uhh, you know this makes me so angry. You just barge up into our operation and your little friend causes a ruckus, and now you just waltz on in and take out Tengloom.
Oh, you're going to get it now." Irewig prepared to hit the offender with a fireball but right as he launched the ball of fire a quick flash came and the fireball was knocked into cheeksqueek, who was knocked away and blew up. The cause was standing only inches away from Irewig. It was the yo-kai Zappary who held his smoking spear in his hand still hot from the deflected fireball. Then most of the Sigh-Durrs and Roughraff were all knocked out by a shadowy figure, that was revealed to Dimmy and to finish off the rest and Takoyakid was Blazion.
Irewig said, "Urh, of course, you show up Zappary right as we are about to defeat this kid and claim this town."
Zappary said, "Well you should have seen this coming." Zappary then zapped Irewig with some electricity. The whole Yo-kai gang was defeated and they saved the town.
Zappary said, "You two." glaring sharply at Daniel and Zoey who was untied by all the now freed town Yo-kai. Zappary was then joined at the sides by Dimmy and Blazion.
Zappary said, "That was a gutsy move right there, one of you running in to distract most of them while the other tries to free the townsfolk."
Blazion said, "And with no armor or weapons too."
Dimmy said, "Very brave of you two helpless humans to try to step in."
Zappary said, "I like your style."
Zoey said, "Oh no that was all Daniel he was the guy who tried to save the people and Yo-kai,"
Daniel said, "But I would have never gone if you didn't rush in headfirst.
Zappary said, "Ha and you're both humble too. Do you two mind if you help out all these people and yo-kai get resituated while I talk to our friends here." The two nodded and went off to help the rest of the people and Yo-kai. "Come with me I can tell you two aren't part of this town and I don't know who would be crazy enough to go traveling without any mon or some gear. So we're going to talk and I am going to get you guys some gear."
Zoey looked at Daniel who looked back at her and said, "This is going to take a lot longer than I thought it would."
Somewhere else in the world in a laboratory, a scientist was sitting in front of a computer looking bored not expecting anything to happen but then a little flashed on the computer and the scientist panicked.
The scientist shouted, "Everyone we have an emergency."
Back in town, Lucian went over to one of his other friend's house. He knocked on the door and a young teen, another 14 year old opened the door. She was a blond girl with Intense light pink eyes.
She said, "Hey there Lucian what's up?"
Lucian said, "I got the game you have been wanting to play for a while now Mayuri."
Mayuri beamed, "Really you got Ultimate Mon Clash Ace Class already I don't even have it."
Lucian said, "yup I got it, so wanna play it?"
Mayuri said, "heck yes come on inside I'll get everything set up."
Mayuri had a big flat-screen TV in her living room all set up alongside the rest of her home entertainment system. She had tons of games all the consoles and also movies and a Bluray DVD player as well as all sorts of other gadgets.
Lucian said, "Okay so let's get this thing started." Lucian grabbed a controller and got ready.
Mayuri said, "Yeah let's do this." With her controller in hand with her game face on.

But when they watched the intro, at the end the portal Yo-kai Mirapo popped out and prepared to absorb both kids. It literally leaped out of the TV and with its mirror body prepared to tackle them both.
Right as it leaped out to warp them away Lucian shoved Mayuri out of the way to her surprise. Just like that Lucian was absorbed by Mirapo and warped away.
Mayuri said, "Wha, what just happened." Mayuri was left alone in the room with the TV now powered down no one else with her. Just left to worry about her friend they may have just saved her.
Lucian was falling through the tunnel of energy. It was a long drop. He had no idea what was happening. One minute he was about to play the greatest game ever made with his friend and the next he was thrown into an odd vortex of energy. The next thing he knew he was in a strange new place.
He thought to himself, Huh, Where am I? He looked around and thought Am I really in a video game? Then a few trees shook and a bunch of Duchoo and Snotsolong flew off.
Okay so I am in a video game, He thought to himself, How and why, no wait that doesn't matter right now what I need to do now is get out of here or at least find a safe place to stay for now. This place is going to get dangerous no doubt. So Lucian carefully made his way through the rough fields. Eventually, he made it to a mountant pass with a lot of caves and tunnels it looked like a mining system with shafts and a few rails along everywhere.
Lucian thought out loud, "Well I guess this is a place to start. It's safe enough to stay in during the night better than out in the open and there might be a few people and mons that might be able to help me and if I reach the top I might be able to get a good view of the rest of this world from up there.
Lucian slowly made his way through the tunnels despite the dark and cold. Eventually, he made it to a small village in the heart of the mountain. It pretty quiet village no one was out everyone seemed to be inside their houses not a soul was out. Lucian walked around the village looking for some sort of shop so he could at least arm himself but no luck not even any sort of warp.
He thought to himself No help here I guess not even a single person out.
Lucian was about to try heading up again to see if there was another little village that actually could help him at the summit but then he heard some crying over in a tunnel in the opposite direction. I wonder what that is?
Lucian changed direction and walked into a different cave to find the source of the crying. In the middle of a few other tunnels on a rock was a little green Dragon with orange hair and purple horns. Lucian immediately knew what the problem was the creature was known as Draggie a mon from the world of Yo-kai, the world he was in right now at least videogame wise.
The problem was that Draggie didn't have his orb.
Lucian came up to the little dragon and said, "You're sad you lost crystal ball aren't you?"
Draggie wailed, "Waaaahhh, yes. I… I was on top of the mountain where I live with the priest up there and I… I was just playing with a few other of the temple yo-kai and Pokemon and Digimon when I just fell off one of the clifts and as I fell I lost my crystal ball."
Lucian said, "Well it couldn't have fallen too far from where you landed. I'll help you find it."
Draggie cried, "You w-i-ll? Oh, thank you thank you." Draggie jumped out to hug Lucian who felt a little uncomfortable but just let it happen.
Lucian said, "Let's go find your ball. Let's go see if anyone in that village has seen your ball. They probably haven't but it's worth a shot and maybe we might find someone who can help us out."
Lucian and Draggie walked back to the village and asked around the villagers were nice enough despite being a bit shy but they were all no help at all.
Draggie cried, "Awe at this rate *sniffle* we'll never find my crystal ball."
Lucian said, "Don't give up we still haven't started searching the cave itself it may take a while but we will find your crystal ball."
A voice then said, "No you won't." both Draggie and Lucian looked to the direction of the voice it was an old man and a yo-kai called who-me on his shoulder.
"Who I am is not important even if you weren't going to ask what is important is that if you've lost something it is most likely in the hands of this here mountant's local thieves a duo of a Peckpocket and a Yoink. They steal every item they can get their hands on. They mostly target unsuspecting travelers but occasionally they attack one of the three mountain villages on this mountain."
Lucian asked, "Where can we find these two?"
The old man said, "They shift around the mountain a lot but they seem to have a major secret base down the base of the mountain opposite to the village down there."
Lucian said, "Then that's where I'm going."
The old man said, "Woah, Woah they maybe a pair of weak yo-kai but they can still hurt you especially if they get a sneak attack on you."
Lucian said, "but Draggie here needs his crystal ball." Draggie looked at Lucian with wide eyes.
The old man said, "Well if you are going to try and find them and I can't help you I must give you something before you go."
Lucian said, "Sure, okay then."
The old man lead them to his house which unlike all the other houses in the villages was carved from the mountain itself. The old man brought them inside.
It was a small house with only three rooms, one bathroom, one-bedroom, and the main room they were in.
The old man went into his room a pulled out a grey silver chest plate with a simple design and a matching pair of arm guards. One of them had a set of gadgets, mostly a few panels on it perfect for cards but Lucian didn't have any cards on him, and on the wrist, there was watch-like device same as on the left side of the chest plate. They were old and worn and somewhat rusted.
Lucian asked, "Wait is this Mon battle armor?"
The old man said, "yes this is the town's single set of armor we used to have a champion for the competitions but they're gone so I would like to give it to you since you are going to try to take these two bandits down."
Lucian said, "Thank you this will be really useful but I won't just try I will take them down."
Draggie said, "*sniff* you mean we will take them down *sniff* I'm coming with you."
Lucian asked, "You sure, it might be dangerous and you don't have most of your powers since you don't have your crystal ball?"
Draggie said, "Yeah I am sure if you are going to help me I am going to come with you.*Achoo*"
Lucian said, "Then just let me put this suit of armor on, and then we can get going."
So Lucian and Draggie headed out and searched for the hideout and found it despite the inner mountain being a labyrinth. Yet the two thief Yo-kai hadn't shown up yet.
Draggie said, "Oh no we can't find them anywhere."
Lucian said, "This might be a good thing these two are really good at sneak attacks but we can get the jump on them now."
Draggie said, "I guess you're right." but then a shot of feathers and a tongue came in and smacked both.
Peckpocket and Yoink then both came in.
Peckpocket said, "Well Yoink it looks like we have some visitors."
Yoink said, "Yeah and it looks like they were trying to get the jump on us."
Peckpocket said, "You can never get the jump on us." and the two high fived.
Lucian said, "That's it you two are going down."
Yoink said, "Says who."
Lucian then dove in for a punch, nailing Yoink in the face. Peckpocket then jumped on top of him and started pecking him.
Peckpocket said, "That's it you're getting it now." and then Yoink joined in. Lucian was doing his best to fend off the two yo-kai but their combined strength was just too much especially since they were stealing his energy two he couldn't keep either down for too long and despite his skills fighting the armor wasn't enough to protect him and he was getting tired.
Draggie then joined in tossing in a few punches and kicks but they did little to nothing.
Yoink then shoved him away and said, "Haha you're such a lame excuse for a dragon you know that I mean you can't even land a decent blow."
Lucian knew what was coming next and knew their fate was sealed so he covered his ears.
Draggie then let out the loudest wail he could out of sadness. The screech caused both Yoink and Peckpocket to flinch it made things perfect for Lucian to sucker punch Peckpocket into Yoink. They dropped Draggie's crystal ball. Lucian quickly grabbed Draggie and his ball and then ran out of the cave. The screech weakened cave walls and the one cave room caved in.
Draggie looked at what he had just done.
Lucian said, "Here Draggie. Got your crystal ball back."
Draggie took the orb and put it atop his head where it belonged and he felt his power return. Draggie said, "Thank you so much sorry I wasn't much help."
Lucian said, "It's fine but now I gotta go. I need to find my way out of here."
Draggie said, "Ooh ooh, now that I got my crystal ball back I can now help you with that in fact I might be able to help you with a lot of things."
Lucian asked, "Are you saying you wanna come along with me."
Draggie said, "Yeah I can sense you are going to be a powerful person and I wanna be strong too so traveling with you will make me stronger and I wanna pay you back for helping me."
Lucian said, "you don't have to pay me back but I would be happy to travel with you."
Draggie said, "Yeah and now I can help you get to the top of this mountain."
So Draggie and Lucian made their way up the mountain. At the top, there was a giant temple and it was surrounded by a lot of nature and it had a wonderful view from up there. Lucian could see for miles. Draggie pulled Lucian to the shrine the temple was like a village itself with many people and Yo-kai living there but unlike the other town this one had a combination of Pokemon and Digimon of course not in the same amount of Yo-kai but there were still some.
The whole temple though was guarded by yu-gi-oh spirit monsters though. It was guarded by a pair of Warriors of Zera who prepared to strike Lucian down but saw Draggie and lowered their guards.
Draggie then met with one of the priests who was glad to see Draggie safe and sound.
The priest said, "Oh Draggie it's you we were worried."
Draggie said, "I'm okay I got help from a new friend." as he gestured to Lucian.
The priest said, "Oh thank you for saving Draggie here."
Lucian said, "No problem I was just happy to help."
The priest saw his armor and said, "Oh you're a warrior."
Lucian said, "This, no I am just a traveler looking for his way home I doubt you can help though."
The priest said, "Well I don't think anyone here can but if you'd like you can stay here if you need a place to stay or if you ever need a meal."
Lucian was hungry so he said, "A meal would be great."
Draggie said, "Yeah so we can talk about how I am traveling with Lucian."
Lucian said, "I'll join you in a minute I am just going to get a good look outside before it gets too dark." So Lucian went outside and looked around he didn't know what he was looking for at the time but he found something he didn't think he would find.
So now Daniel, Zoey, Zappary, Dimmy, and Blazion were all traveling together. Daniel and Zoey were given armor though it wasn't much better than what Lucian was wearing the only up was that it was less rusted.
Daniel and Zoey didn't know what to do or where to go so they just wandered along with the three yo-kai. It wasn't that interesting the day was young so they decided to head off for the next town. Zappary, Dimmy, and Blazion were sort of wandering heroes who just defeated as many bad yo-kai they could along the way. Zappary wanted Daniel and Zoey to join since having a human fight alongside them gave them special advantages. Since Zoey and Daniel did have much choice they went along with them.
They were in a forest along the mountains when they heard something in the bushes.
Zappary was alert and said, "Everyone get ready I think we are about to be attacked." Dimmy silently disappeared. Blazion prepared a fireball and Daniel and Zoey got into fighting poses with their armor.
The brush moved one more time and it was revealed to be Lucian.
Lucian said, "Hey Zoey, Hey Daniel. I am so glad to see some familiar faces."
Zoey beamed and said, "Yay Luke. it's just you."
Daniel said, "huh so you got stuck here too." Dimmy reappeared and the other two let there guard down.
Zappary asked, "You know this person?"
Daniel said, "Yeah he is a friend of Zoey's who seems to be in the same boat we are in."
Lucian said, "So you two got stuck in the game too so it's definitely the game."
Zoey said, "Yeah do you know how we get out."
Lucian said, "Wait before I answer any more questions we should head up this mountain."
Daniel asked, "Why?"
Draggie then came from the brush too and said, "Hey wait for me we're supposed to be a team."
Zoey said, "Cool you made a yo-kai friend."
Draggie said, "Oh you must be those friends Lucian has been talking about. Yeah, I lost my crystal ball and Lucian here helped me find it."
Daniel said, "That's cool."
Lucian said, "Come on let's go up it's going to start getting late and it could get dangerous at night in the forest."
Zappary said, "He's right okay let' move out."
So Lucian, Zoey, Daniel, Zappary, Draggie, Dimmy, and Blazion headed up the mountain where they went into the temple.
So Lucian, Zoey, and Daniel could speak in private.
Lucian said, "So you don't know how to get out of here either."
Daniel said, "That means neither do you."
Zoey said, "Then how the heck are we supposed to get out of here."
Lucian said, "I don't know but we have to stay calm and patient."
Zoey said, "But how long will we be in here? This is crazy."
Daniel said, "Zoey what did Lucian just say."
Zoey said, "I know what Luke said it's just it's hard to do that when we are trapped in a videogame. I know I said it was super fun and it is but I want to go home too."
Just then there was a ringing noise.
Lucian asked, "What was that?"
Daniel said, "I think it's coming from your pocket." Lucian blushed out of embracement but quickly pulled something out of his pocket. It was a smartphone. It looked normal but it seemed special for one thing the software on it was unique like nothing on the Earth. It had apps like on Earth some basic ones like phone, text, and maps but then there were also a bunch of apps that were odd like on called inventory, mon records, cards, stats, and etc. Right now it seemed like someone calling Lucian at the moment.
Lucian answered the call and on a video call, Mayuri was on the other end.
Mayuri smiled and said, "Yes it worked Lucian I finally got this dumb thing to work."
Lucian asked, "Mayuri? What? How are you doing this?"
Mayuri said, "Well you see after you disappeared I couldn't turn on the TV but I realized that the game was still on so I used my computer to try to contact you and after a lot of work I finally got to you. Now it's my turn to ask the questions. What happened to you?"
Lucian said, "well that warp sent me inside the video game I found a few of my friends and got some armor and made a few new yo-kai friends but we don't know how to get out."
Mayuri said, "Huh wait you found other people! Well not to worry I think I can get you all out of there just give me a few seconds."
Mayuri did a few things on her computer and then said, "Okay I can now warp all of you guys home in three… two… one." and the three were picked up by beams of light from the ground and all three disappeared.
