It was busy today, it was September the 1st and I was heading back to Hogwarts. I was so glad to be going back, I thought I might not be able to after the situation with the dementors. I was sad to be leaving Sirius again though. And to be leaving with the knowledge that something was most likely being hidden from me didn't bid well either.

"Harry, dear do you have all of your things packed in your trunk?" Mrs. Weasley asked.

"I have got almost everything put away. I just have a few books to pack from finishing up my summer homework last night." I responded.

"Why don't you run along and put those books away when you're finished with breakfast, it's almost time to leave! Oh Ron go with him and make sure you have everything as well." She told us both.

"Ok, Mrs. Weasley,"

"Alright Mum,"

Me and Ron ran up the stairs and into the room we shared. We finished packing up, and took our trunks downstairs.

There were a few Order members going with us for protection, my protection, I thought bitterly. Sirius was there too and he wanted to come with us, but Dumbledore said no so we were saying our goodbyes here, much to Sirius' dismay.

We had said goodbye to each other and I was walking out the door when Sirius yelled after me.

"Love you Harry!"

I stopped dead. Ron ran into my trunk and tripped. I slowly turned around to face Sirius. Staring at him with wide eyes.

"What's wrong Harry?" He asked worriedly.

"Harry you ok?" Hermionie asked.

"F-f-f-fine," I told her.

I went to turn around and leave when Sirius ran up behind me and grabbed my arm.

"What's. Wrong." He asked more forcefully than before.

"It's noth-" I started

"Don't you dare say it's nothing." He warned.

"It's not a big deal don't worry"

"Harry"

Everyone was standing around now.

"It's just… no one's… no one's ever said that to me b-before"

"Said what?" Ron questioned.

"That they loved me."

It was stunned science.

"Well I suppose my parents told me they loved me when I was a baby but I don't remember that. The Dursleys sure never said it and they're my only family, well my only relatives."

started crying then.

"Mrs. Weasley, please don't cry. It's not even that big of a deal."

"Not that big of a deal, no one's ever told you they loved you before Harry! That is a very big deal, I had terrible parents but Reg and my friends had told me that they loved me!" Sirius yelled.

"Well, I'm sorry. It doesn't seem like that big of a deal to me. I didn't realize that anyone even cared that I existed until I came to school. I guess because I've never had it, love doesn't seem like something I can miss!" I yelled back.

No one said anything. They just stared at me. Then Hermionie ran up and wrapped her arms around me. Ginny was seconds later, Ron was next, neck and neck with Sirius, The rest of the Weasleys ran up, followed by Remus.

"We love you, Harry! So much, so much." Hermionie told me. She hugged me tighter.

There were similar endearments being passed out.

"Don't you know that Harry, we always have." Ron remarked.

And I did, I always knew, deep down, I just hadn't realized.
