LAST TIME I AM SAYING THIS DON'T LIKE MPREG DON'T READ. I DON'T NEED PEOPLE BEING DICKS TO BE ME OVER A STORY BECAUSE THEY WERE FUCKING WARNED BEFORE HAND.

When Naruto regained consciousness, he realized his stomach was still hurting but the pain wasn't as sharp as it was before. Inhaling deeply, he caught the scent of the sharp sterileness, which meant that he must have been in the hospital. How Naruto had ended up there, he couldn't quite remember. The last thing that he really remembered was going to that abortion clinic and having his child murdered. Just thinking about the actions that he had been forced into, brought tears to his eyes. He hadn't wanted to make such a decision, after all, he was only 14 years old himself, but no one else seemed to think that he was capable of taking care of a child much less himself.

"I see that you are awake now," Tsunade said from somewhere over to Naruto's left. He didn't bother turning his head in her direction, he really didn't even want to talk to her right now.

"I wish I wasn't," Naruto replied. "I wish I had never been found."

"You would have died, as it was you didn't get brought in soon enough, your heart stopped on the operating table," Tsunade said.

"And you should have let me join my baby," Naruto replied, his hands clenching the sheets tightly in his hands. If he had any idea that the guilt was going to be this bad, he wouldn't have had the abortion.

"You didn't have to kill it," Tsunade said. "You could have allowed it to live."

"So that I wouldn't get to see the child?" Naruto asked bitterly. "Would you have let Sasuke see him or her." He really didn't like how she kept calling the child an IT.

"Yes. If he was the father." Tsunade replied.

"How is that fair?" Naruto asked. "I would have given birth to him or her, and yet I wouldn't be allowed to have contact with them."

"It's because your a Jinchuuriki and the elders wouldn't want you to somehow influence the child," Tsunade explained. "Do I think it's fair to you, of course not."

"Since when did you give a shit about what those old bats wanted," Naruto asked. "A child deserves to know it's mother, no matter the circumstances in which the child was made. "Besides you can't tell me that you didn't want me to terminate the pregnancy. No one around here wanted me to have the child."

"It's not that we didn't want you too," Tsunade said gently, she didn't want Naruto to get upset, it would likely cause Naruto to have a more difficult recovery. "It's just that we knew that your life was difficult enough as it was without adding another responsibility to it. You didn't deserve to have to give up everything that you have worked so hard for."

"I call bullshit," Naruto said, bitterness making his voice sound harsher than normal. "If that's all you were doing, had I given birth you would have allowed me to be able to see the child, to watch them grow up."

"You clearly don't understand the situation," Tsunade said. "I'm hoping with a little more time you will. Not to change the subject but how are you feeling right now?"

"My stomach hurts, almost more than it did yesterday," Naruto answered, not bothering to explain that he still felt guilty as all hell for having had to make such a decision.

"I can give you something for the pain." Tsunade said. "and then maybe you can get some more rest. It's still going to be a few days until you are released."

"Fine." Naruto murmured. He wanted to forget about everything right then, forget that he'd slept with Sasuke and had managed to get pregnant and most importantly forget that he had made the decision that it would be better for the child to never experience life because they would have been used as a weapon.

"I'll be back," Tsunade said softly, glancing over at the teenager sitting in the bed and staring at his hands. She truly wished things hadn't ended up like this, but perhaps it was for the best that the elders couldn't use the child. If Sasuke really was the father, what a powerful Nin it would have ended up being, with all the talent that the Uchiha's had mixed with Naruto's and Nine Tail's chakra. Yes, it was best for the child that it never got to be born. Tsunade was certain that the child's life would have been even more hell than Naruto's had already been, even if it did have Uchiha blood running through them. She just hoped that Naruto would be able to find a way to live with the guilt. Because Tsunade was certain that Naruto's conscious was going to make it hell on the teenager. She hated that she wouldn't be able to do anything to help him, Naruto would have to find his own way to ease the guilt that she knew he was feeling right then. The only thing that the ones that loved Naruto could do was sit there and watch him suffer. Tsunade was sure that if word got out that Naruto had an abortion some of his friends would no longer be his friends anymore and that worried her more than anything. Naruto was going to need support in the coming days and if his friends wouldn't help him, then who would?

"Can you just get the meds already?" Naruto asked quietly. "My stomach really is hurting." Tsunade nodded and disappeared through the door.

Tsunade returned a few moments later, with Iruka by her side. The brown-haired man watched silently as she injected the medicine into Naruto, who barely even flinched at the small pinch when she inserted the needle. It told both Tsunade and Iruka all they needed to know about how he was feeling if he didn't even bother acknowledging the pinch.

"You should start feeling better shortly," Tsunade said. "It's a quick release medicine, and you will probably end up going to sleep."

"Fine." Naruto murmured before heaving a heavy sigh. "I don't care."

"So he did go through with the abortion?" Iruka asked Tsunade quietly while facing Naruto to keep an eye on the teen. Tsunade nodded.

"Whoever performed the abortion must have only cut the child out of him, they didn't bother to stitch the incision on the inside closed. Only done the outside leaving Naruto with internal bleeding that could have killed him."

"What kind of doctor does that?" Iruka wondered.

"One that doesn't deserve a license," Tsunade replied. "And I'm going to make sure that it gets taken. They damn well could have killed Naruto, it's no telling how many people that he's done that too." Iruka grimaced at the thought, he felt guilty at having made Naruto feel like that was the only option that he had. It really wasn't, and now Naruto would be dealing with the mental effects of having had an abortion.

"He never told Sasuke did he?" Tsunade asked and Iruka shook his head.

"Not that I know of." He replied. "I don't think he even planned on telling Sasuke about the pregnancy to begin with."

"That would have been a fun situation to deal with." Tsunade muttered. "he would have been pissed about it."

"No doubt. So how long is Naruto going to be out of missions?" Iruka asked.

"Considering his rate of healing, probably only a day after he gets released," Tsunade said.

"Is that wise? He's probably going to need some time to come to term with making such a decision." Iruka didn't like the thought of anyone having an abortion, because all unborn deserved to see the light of day. And if Iruka was honest he wasn't sure how he would be able to look at Naruto the same way. He had never thought that the normally hyperactive blonde could so easily decide to end an innocent baby's life.

"Keeping busy will keep his mind off of it," Tsunade replied. "Besides, he should have realized that there were consequences to being sexually active."

"I can't disagree," Iruka said. "But it's not like anyone told him that he could get pregnant."

"Regardless of that fact, he should have used precaution or he should have abstained," Tsunade replied, unaware that a certain pink haired member of team 7 was listening around the corner.

Sakura had noticed that Naruto hadn't been at the last couple of team meetings and decided to find out what the blonde boy had been doing at that time since his absence had only meant more work for her and Sasuke. She had asked Kakashi about it, but he hadn't seemed to know where the blonde idiot was.

So it was after their latest meeting that Sakura had seen Iruka rushing through the streets with an obviously ill Naruto, that she decided to follow them to the hospital. She was shocked to learn (after a few hours of waiting) that Naruto had been pregnant and had the child terminated, and his issues were complications from the abortion.

Standing in the hall, listening to the Hokage and Iruka talk Sakura wasn't sure how she felt about knowing that her own teammate could end his own child's life. It didn't bother her that he could get pregnant, she figured that had something to do with the nine tailed demons inside of him.

Still, as she looked at her teammate, she wondered how he could have taken such a heartless action. It wasn't like Naruto to do something like that. She knew that he considered life to be precious so why had he thrown an innocent life away like it was garbage? Was it because it would have been more powerful than him and he couldn't deal with that? Sakura shook her head, she didn't know what to think. It was going to take some time for her to process this news. In the meantime, she should probably let her other team members know that Naruto probably wasn't going to be available for a little while. Which meant she would get Sasuke all to herself for a change.

Shaking her head, Sakura headed for the exit. She had always thought Naruto a loveable idiot, but now that she knew that he had the ability to kill someone so innocent. Now Sakura didn't know if she would be able to stand to be around him at all.

Twenty minutes later she found Kakashi and Sasuke at training ground 3 working on his lightning style jutsu. She watched them for a few moments pondering how she was going to put into words the trouble that Naruto had gotten himself into.

"Since your standing there I assume you have something to say?" Sasuke asked turning to glare at his teammate. Sakura swallowed hard, Sasuke was always so moody.

"I was just letting you know that I don't think Naruto is going to be available for a little while," Sakura replied.

"Why not?" Sasuke asked. "What's the moron done now?"

"He's in the hospital," Sakura replied. "From complications of an abortion if I heard right." Sasuke's pale face suddenly went paler and he spun around to stare at her.

"He had an abortion?" Sasuke asked. "Are you sure about that?"

"That's what Tsunade and Iruka were discussing. It seems he left the village to have it done and the doctor didn't do something right or something like that."

"I'm going to kill him." Sasuke seethed forgetting that he had asked Kakashi to help him with a little extra training. Sasuke stormed towards the hospital, a snarl on his face making him look even angrier than usual.

Sasuke arrived at the hospital and walked up to the desk and demanded to know what room Naruto Uzumaki was in. All Sasuke could think was that Naruto had killed Sasuke's child, the fact that he didn't even bother telling Naruto that he was pregnant made Sasuke wonder if Naruto really did hate him that much.

"Naruto Uzumaki is in room 211." the nurse replied, almost feeling sorry for the Jinchuuriki because the Uchiha was totally pissed off. Sasuke stormed off without bothering to say think you and made his way up to the second floor. where he quickly found Naruto's room.

The blonde boy was laying in bed staring at his hands with a blank expression on his face. He didn't bother looking up when Sasuke entered the room.

"You killed my child!" Sasuke snarled "and you didn't even bother telling me that you were pregnant!" Still, Naruto didn't say anything. Sasuke growled and stalked across the room and grabbing Naruto up by his gown.

"Did you hate me so much that you didn't even want a part of me growing in you?" Sasuke demanded, but Naruto avoided his gaze and still didn't answer.

"What the fuck is wrong with you?" Sasuke demanded, an idea for getting a response out of Naruto, popping into his head. Holding Naruto up with one hand, Sasuke slammed his other fist into Naruto's stomach where he knew the incision would be. Naruto cried out in pain as he felt the stitches pull the tender skin, before snapping.

"Why did you have my child murdered?" Sasuke demanded.

"You wouldn't have wanted it, you would have been angry about my pregnancy." Naruto gasped out hoarsely.

"I would have wanted it." Sasuke snarled "But perhaps not with an incompetent, moronic, selfish, no count orphan like you who isn't worth a pile of shit on the bottom of my shoe!"

"I didn't want to do it!" Naruto pleaded, his heart aching even more in his chest. "I had no choice."

"You always have a choice!" Sasuke snarled as he dropped Naruto back down onto the bed. "You worthless piece of shit." Sasuke would later reflect back on his choice of words and regret them, but at that moment he was too angry to care about how much he was hurting his teammate.

Once Sasuke was gone, Naruto dug his fingers into the incision and began ripping at the stitches, he ignored the pain as he desperately wanted to leave the word that hated him for making the only choice he had had. No one seemed to understand that he wouldn't have been given the opportunity to raise the child.

As he lay there, Naruto struggled to turn over onto his stomach, he could feel the blood running through his fingers. He hoped no one would come to check in on him until it was too late. He deserved to die, he didn't want to live with the knowledge that everyone hated him for making the only choice he had. Now maybe the world would be a better place without him.

So it's a little shorter than the first chapter, but I figured quicker updates with smaller chapters. Hope you enjoy!
