Naruto turned over onto his stomach despite the pain that he was in. He was hoping that no one would come in and discover him bleeding. His hope was to be gone before anyone realized what was going on. Naruto didn't want to live in a world that had given him no option but to get an abortion but then turn around and hate him for doing just that. It wasn't fair, Naruto hadn't wanted to go through with it, he would have ran away if he thought that no one would have followed him. If it hadn't been a first child and Naruto hadn't been so young, he would have disappeared.
Tears filled Naruto's eyes, he was heartbroken not just because of the decision that he'd had to make to end his baby's life, but because everyone else seemed to hate him even more than usual as well. Naruto hated that, his entire life he'd been shunned by the village for having the nine tailed demon sealed within him, but now he was being hated by those he considered his precious people for making the decision to not have his child used as a weapon. He was screwed any way that he looked at it. He really wished that people understood that he was feeling lost and confused and he hadn't been sure where he could turn. He supposed he should think them for allowing him to know that he couldn't turn to them. He didn't know who he could trust now, he hurt both physically and emotionally and who could he tell that would listen and understand? He would have thought that Iruka or Tsunade would have been the ones that he could turn to but apparently that wasn't the case.
Swallowing hard, Naruto started to feel the call of unconsciousness, and he wanted nothing more than give in and let it drag him away. He didn't want to be a part of this world anymore. He wanted to be free from the pain that he was in. As Naruto closed his eyes, he barely felt the hands on his shoulder roughly turning him back over onto his back, he didn't here the alarmed cry of the doctor standing over him. He only breathed out a sigh of relief, he could feel his life slowly draining away and nothing could make him feel happier in the world.

Tsunade stood out in the hallway, talking to Iruka and Kakashi quietly. She her heart hurt for Naruto, who was dealing with more than any other teenager should. She felt guilty for making him feel like he'd had no choice but to seek out an abortion, and clearly from someone that shouldn't have been a doctor in the first place.
"You think he'll be able to resume missions fairly quickly then?" Kakashi asked quietly.
"If nine tails heals him yes, if not he might be off for a while, which means he's likely going to need to stay with someone because I doubt his landlord would take another late rent payment. He's already hard enough on Naruto as it is." Tsunade replied, unsure why she was getting the feeling that she needed to check on Naruto. Turning and facing the room, she found Naruto laying facedown on the bed. Frowning, she knew that position had to be hurting Naruto's stomach.
"Hang on for a minute." She told Kakashi and Iruka and turned and headed into Naruto's room. She didn't know how he'd gotten himself into the position, it had to have been painful for him. She didn't understand why he wasn't saying anything, why he wasn't bothering to get any help to turn back over. Reaching out, Tsunade gently turned Naruto back over onto his back, her face paling when she saw the amount of blood that lay beneath the now unconscious Naruto.
"Naruto, don't you dare do this to me!" Tsunade shouted before yanking up his gown and staring at the bleeding gash across his stomach, it looked like the stitches had been ripped out, and it looked like it had been done on purpose. Which meant that Naruto had been planning on leaving them behind.
"You're not dying on me." Tsunade hissed as she reached for the tools that she would need to restitch his stomach, she would tie him to the bed if she had too, but he wasn't going to die on her watch. She should have known that their harsh actions would have driven Naruto into doing something like this. He must have felt like he had no one to turn too, all his precious people were treating him the same way the villagers were. That hadn't been fair to him, Tsunade thought. She couldn't help but feel guilty, they'd helped push him to wanting to end his life. Now she was going to work like hell to save his life, and make him realize that he was still important in their lives. He had a mistake, one that he'd been pushed into making because everyone else was scared for him. No one wanted the council to get their hands on the baby, they would have used it destroy other nations. But maybe they could have found another way for Naruto to have the child, one that wouldn't have involved him being bullied for not being aware of the fact that he could get pregnant. She should have found a way to get him the support that he desperately needed, it wasn't like she and Iruka wouldn't have been able to help him with the child.
"I'm sorry, I reacted the way I did." Tsunade murmured as she quickly stitched up the incision. "Just give me a chance to prove it, I promise that things are going to get better for you if you just trust us." She hadn't given Naruto much reason to trust them.
"Just please don't go anywhere, come back to us." Tsunade murmured as she leaned forward and pressed her lips to Naruto's forehead. "I'm sorry, kiddo that we made you feel like you couldn't come to us. From now on things are going to be different." Naruto's heard thudded weakly beneath her fingers, she just hoped that once she gave him some more blood it would get stronger.
"I'll be back kiddo, I'm going to get you some more blood and maybe things will be a little bit better for you." Tsunade murmured as she pulled away and started for the door, passing a pale faced Iruka.
"What happened?" Iruka asked, noticing the blood on Tsunade's fingers.
"He ripped his stitches open, likely hoping that he wouldn't be found until it was too late." Tsunade said.
"He wanted to die?" Iruka asked, and Tsunade nodded.
"It looks that way." Tsunade replied. "But I'm not going to let that happen. He's going to learn that he can still be loved despite his mistakes, he's going to learn that he's not the only one capable of making mistakes."
"Is he going to be okay?" Iruka asked, with tears shining in his eyes. He hadn't meant to make Naruto hate himself so much that he felt the need to remove himself from their lives. Was Iruka upset about the abortion, yes, but Iruka also realized that he had helped make Naruto feel like he had no other option but to get the abortion.
"I think he will be, once I get some more blood in him." Tsunade said quietly. "I don't think it's going to be a good idea to leave him alone."
"He won't be." Iruka promised. "He can come and stay with me, I have some mistakes that I need to make up for."
"We all do." Tsunade said quietly, before turning and heading down the hall, in search of a couple of blood bags.
"Who knew that we would be in this situation." Kakashi said quietly. "I never thought Sasuke and Naruto would end up doing something like that. I thought they hated each other."
"Well, if they didn't then Sasuke certainly does now." Iruka said. "He lost his mind when he found out about the abortion."
"I wonder how he came to find out about that by the way." Kakashi said thoughtfully. "We had no intention of telling him."
"I don't know." Iruka replied. "I just hope that Sasuke can open his eyes and realize the situation that Naruto is in. I hope he can forgive Naruto before it damages the team too badly."
"Where is that brat!" An angry voice filled the hall and both Kakashi and Iruka turned and saw Homura coming towards them. Iruka grimaced, it wouldn't end too well for Naruto if the council knew what had happened.
"He's in recovery." Kakashi said coolly. "He's very sick right now."
"You're right it's beyond disgusting that he could kill a potential weapon." Homura stated coldly. "We could have used that child, considering it was part Uzumaki and part Uchiha that child could have been molded into a very dangerous weapon."
"Maybe the child didn't deserve to be used as a weapon," Iruka said darkly. "And Naruto wanted more for him or her. So he done what he thought was right."
"It wasn't right for the village." Homura stated. "and He's going to be severely punished for having the abortion." Iruka's eyes narrowed and he wondered exactly what the man meant by that. Iruka thought the pain that Naruto was in physically and emotionally was more than enough punishment. He didn't deserve to get put through anything else.
"What exactly are you going to do?" Kakashi asked his eyes narrowed.
"I don't know, but the pain that he's in now won't compare in the slightest." Homura stated darkly, before turning and spinning away. Neither Iruka nor Kakashi liked the sound of the threat in the man's voice. They had do to something in order to protect Naruto.
