Naruto
Uchiha Compound
This place was better for Naruto, now he had a family, it felt nice. However, whenever he left to go to the village it was just as before. People would whisper things about him and his new family. They would whisper "they let THEM have the demon, doesn't the Hokage know they will try to take over with it" or things like that. Fugaku told him to ignore them, that they were just scared, and be proud to be an Uchiha. Every morning he would get up, have breakfast and train but today was different. Fugaku told him and Sasuke to meet him outside for something important. So after breakfast, he went outside and met with him "what is it dad" Naruto asked. Fugaku said sternly "soon you will be embarking on your time in the academy, you will be meeting other children from other clans and you will learn to be a shinobi." Sasuke interjected, "yeah we already know this, is there any other reason you wanted to talk to us." Fugaku now annoyed continued with "when you go into the academy be careful when you are outside the compound there will be people watching you everywhere, when you are outside also you will be what they think of this clan so be one your best behavior." Naruto and Sasuke replied with "understood" they both knew how many villagers saw the Uchiha clan as untrustworthy. Fugaku stated "now before you go I want to find out your elemental nature's" as he held out two pieces of paper handing one to each of them and said "you remember what I taught you about Chakra control" they both nodded as they put Chakra into the paper for naruto the paper cut into two and for Sasuke the paper wrinkled Naruto asked "what was the point of that" Fuagku responded "that was to find out your affinity, Naruto your affinity is wind and Sasuke your affinity is lightning." Naruto said, "wind, wind isn't cool am I supposed to blow my enemies away?" Fugaku said "look I know wind doesn't sound as good as fire or lightning, but wind can be very powerful, if you enhance your weapons with it you can cut through nearly anything" naruto replied, "I guess that's a little better."
Fugaku said "Now get ready you will be having to go shortly". Then Naruto and Sasuke went home to get ready
Danzo
Root headquarters
Danzo contemplated the new reports, they said that Fugaku had been training the Jinchuriki and he would be entering the academy soon.
Danzo now was addressing a group of roots members ``according to the reports the Jinchuriki has been taken in by Fugaku's family, he will be entering the academy, I want you to monitor the situation and find out as much as you can on the academy teachers, now go." After finishing his orders the member dispersed out. Danzo thought to himself, it would be too risky to send them into the compound, we must monitor the situation. Danzo returned to his room to see a small white snake, Danzo frustratingly said "what are you doing here", the snake replied "I bring a request from Orochimaru, he requests an update on the plans'' Danzo replied, "they are going worse than expected Hiruzen gave the Jinchuriki to the Uchiha's and has given Fugaku a seat on the council, it appears he and the Uchiha(he said with disdain) have made an alliance ." Danzo shook his head, "Saratobi is forgetting the teaching of Tobirama, he must be weakened." The snake replied "the offer is still up for the chunin exams and the invasion" Danzo replied "I am still deliberating" then the snake left to report back to its master. Danzo then thought maybe we could send the younger recruits to infiltrate the academy he then summoned a Veteran root member and told him "assemble Torune Aburame, Sai and Fu Yamanaka and watch Fuagku's movements"
Hiruzen
This was a busy week for the third Hokage, he now had to deal with the academy reopening for the new year and the new wave of students, he had also to choose the instructors for these classes, he was in the middle of this when an Anbu member entered the office."what is it that you need" Hiruzen asked as he inhaled smoke from his pipe, the Anbu agent replied, "Danzo has come and wishes to request something from you." Hiruzen then got up and went to meet with his old friend Danzo. When he got there Danzo said, "Hiruzen I wish to enter some of my protege's into the academy." Hiruzen was taken aback by this, in all these years Danzo had never sent anyone into the academy. Hiruzen then responded, "I will do this for you, however, I will like to know the reasoning behind this action." Danzo answered, "I believe it would be helpful if they learn how to act around others, they may need to in the future." Hiruzen nodded and said "I will do it" Danzo then took his leave. Hiruzen then began to ponder, what had just happened Danzo never did this before, however, he would have to monitor the situation further if he was going to find out anything more of Danzo's plans. The Hokage then went back to work getting through all of the paperwork he would have to do this day.
Fugaku
It would be a troubling few days members of the clan were talking of planning a coup, while many had enjoyed what they were able to regain with the deal made the Third, however many still didn't like how far from the village they were and how they could only live in the compound. Thankfully however he was able to postpone many of those ideas by saying how they were not ready for it and how they should wait until Naruto could help, for in any conflict a Jinchuriki would be most helpful. Still, things were uneasy, Fugaku decided to go to the clan's temple, as he walked he couldn't help but think about how Danzo seemed to be getting bolder, whenever they left the compound he would have anbu watching them, especially him and his family. Now he had to more than ever get other clans to support him and the Uchihas. Then suddenly he saw someone watching him, Fugaku then yelled "Great Fireball Jutsu" and launched a Jutsu at the area he saw the person. His suspicions were correct for he saw someone with an Anbu uniform come out of there Fugaku then said "so why has Danzo sent you, to eliminate me!" the Root member then said in a low voice "lord Danzo believes you must be monitored, however since you now know of me I must eliminate you" the root member then launched shurikens "shadow shuriken jutsu" then the shurikens multiplied. Fugaku then got out of the way, dodging them and then thought "I must deal with him quickly' following with awakening his mangekyo Sharingan putting the man into a genjutsu then as he took out his sword saying "Danzo should know better than to send children and amateurs to kill me. Following that by slicing his chest open with his sword. Fugaku decided to turn the man to ash with a fire style jutsu so as to leave no trace of him, thinking "this may be the first one however I doubt it will be the last."
Naruto
As the day began Naruto got up excited, for he would begin going to the academy. He thought of how he would make Fugaku proud. He was however also nervous, for the fact that now he would have to leave one of the only places that people weren't talking about him behind his back, he was also worried that he would embarrass his family in front of everyone else. So after he got up he made sure to eat breakfast quickly. Itachi asked him "what are you in a rush for today, you won't be going to the academy for a while." Naruto responded, "I am going to practice my taijutsu before the academy today." Naruto then ran out of the kitchen. After a while, Sasuke came out to meet his brother Sasuke then said "you ready to practice against someone who can fight which after then began to trade blows. During this Sasuke asked Naruto "do you think you are ready" Naruto then answered with "yeah, I am going to prove everyone wrong, I will prove to everyone that I can be a great shinobi and then I will become Hokage" the Sasuke knocked him over and said, "if you plan to become Hokage you going to have to defeat me, now hurry up Mom and Dad are waiting for you." They then smiled at each other and went back home. Then once they got back they made the long journey to the academy. Naruto was already feeling uneasy, he was already hearing the whispers around him and could see people watching he then asked Fugaku saying "Dad why are people always whispering about me and the clan" Fugaku then responded "they fear that you because they don't understand you and they fear our clan" Fugaku thought "well that is half the reason they look at you this way." After a long time, they got to the academy, the front of the academy was covered with children and their parents Naruto noticed that three kids did not have their parents with them one of them had very pale skin with black hair, another one appeared to be from the Yamanaka clan, however unlike many in his clan he had dark orange hair and yellow eyes. The last child appeared to wear the coats common in the Aburame clan and he wore a cloth mask that covered everything except his mouth and his eyes were covered by a pair of goggles. Naruto decided that maybe he would ask them later he then went to join Sasuke as the teachers seemed to be motioning them to quiet down as the Third Hokage started talking, however, Naruto wasn't listening all he could think about was how the kid with the mask seemed to be watching him. After the speech was over they were all told what classes they were going to, after getting to class he sat with Sasuke, and to his dismay saw in the back of the class that kid in the mask looked at him. Naruto then thought "maybe that kid just sees how awesome I am and wants to be like me" he then smiled thinking of how he is going to make everyone stop doubting him and how everyone is going to realize how wrong they were.
