Naruto
Academy
The effect of excitement for the new school year wore off for Naruto very quickly. He had gotten very bored with the lessons about theory. Naruto thought "Dad has already taught me this stuff about chakra control." Naruto then decided to talk to Sasuke, he whispered "Sasuke psst I think that kid is looking at me again" Sasuke responded "which kid?" "the kid with the Facemask" he responded. Sasuke then looked up and saw the kid and said "I don't know, why don't you ask him later." Naruto responded, "he really creeps me out and I don't want to be rude." Sasuke then said "if you are scared of him, I can go with you" in a sarcastic tone. It was nearing the end of the school day when Naruto went over to talk to the kid saying "hi I am Naruto Uchiha, what is your name." After he said that the kid seemed to be taken aback by that. He then said in a very shy tone "My name is Torune Aburame" Naruto then very bluntly asked, "why were you watching me in class." Torune again was taken aback by this and before he could answer some kid with black hair came and said in a very loud voice "Oh Torune here is just very interested in you." Naruto then asked, "why is that?" The Black haired kid then said "he just wondered because you look and act differently then your brother" Naruto was now a little concerned but said, "oh yeah I am adopted, but I have been with them basically my whole life and by the way who are you?" The Orange haired boy then said "my name is Fu Yamanaka, nice to meet" then suddenly the bell rang and Fu said, "we'll see you tomorrow." Naruto then went with Sasuke to get picked up from School and Sasuke said "Come on Itachi is waiting for us!" when they started the long walk home and Itachi asked, "so did you have a good day at school today." Naruto responded, "yeah I made two new friends at school today." Sasuke then teased Naruto by saying "Naruto was scared because one of them one staring at him in class" Naruto then responded "was not!" Itachi then said, "well what was his name." Naruto replied, "he said his name was Torune, Torune Aburame, apparently he was confused because I am different than most Uchihas." Naruto then got a small frown thinking about what the kid said. Naruto then asked, "Do you think of me as your brother even though I didn't come from the same mother." Itachi responded by saying to Naruto "yes I do, you are just as much a brother to me as Sasuke is to me" Naruto then smiled and Itachi said 'well you better be ready because father said he wanted to practice Chakra control with you today" Naruto then said, "UGH I hate chakra control, it is so hard to do." Sasuke then interjected by saying how do you plan to become Hokage if you can't master chakra control?" Naruto then responded "now your starting to sound like dad, taijutsu is so much easier all you have to do is punch people, none of the sittings still and concentrating" Itachi then told Naruto "listen just think about what Dad says, you have vast amounts of chakra you just need to learn how to control it." Naruto then said, "Well I guess that makes me feel a little better, and then will you show me some cool Jutsu Itachi." Itachi then looked at Naruto and with a smile said "of course I can do that." Before they knew it they were back home and Naruto was thinking "Well I hope I see them tomorrow, they were really nice and one day I will be as strong as Itachi and father and I will become Hokage and everyone will stop looking down on me."
Danzo
Root headquarters
Danzo saw his Root agents returned to report their findings. Danzo first addressed them "report, what has the Jinchuriki been in the academy or going into stores." Danzo then asked the three youngest ones "have you been able to make contact in the academy." Torune responded, "yes lord Danzo, me and Fu have been able to make him think we are his friends, should we continue to gain his trust." Danzo answered, "Yes attempt to gain trust with the Uchiha boys, maybe you can use it to get into the Uchiha compound, for it appears that our agent we sent in there has been eliminated by Fugaku." Danzo ended this by ordering them to go back to their quarter which then they dispersed. Danzo then began to wonder if they would be able to continue their plans to isolate the Uchihas. They had gotten some hiccups in this endeavor. This was in regards to Hiruzen's adding of Fugaku to the council, the giving back power to the military police, and the acknowledgment of Fugaku's actions in the war. Danzo now worried that the Uchihas wouldn't rebel if this continued. For a revolt would be a great way to seize more power and also those eyes. Danzo wanted the eyes of Shisui Uchiha, for if he held those eyes he may be able to take control of the leaf and maybe even manipulate Hiruzen. Still, if this could not be achieved soon enough he may have to join Orochimaru in his planned invasion. Danzo then summoned Torune and Fu. Danzo then told them "speed up your efforts to befriend the Jinchuriki at the academy, our efforts moving forward may rely on you doing it" they then both responded "yes lord Danzo we will not fail you" the left the room
Hiruzen
Hiruzen was wondered if he had made the right call when he had sent Naruto to go with Fugaku, for the time at least it seemed right, at the time the Uchihas seemed restless and angry so giving them this would have calmed them down, however now he was worried for now Danzo seemed to be the one restless, and for a reason, this Hokage couldn't understand he had asked to send some of his students into the academy. Hiruzen began to miss his old student Jiraiya and Tsunade more now than ever before. Hiruzen summoned the Anbu commander. He quickly arrived and asked, "what is that you need Lord Third." Hiruzen responded "I want you to bring Jiraiya back to Konoha. I believe he has very important business with his Godson" the Anbu commander responded with "we will do it Lord Hokage" he then took a bow and left. Hiruzen then left, for a meeting, he had with Fugaku. He entered the room where the council usually held their meeting where Fugaku was already waiting for him. Fugaku said "Hiruzen hope you are doing well" Hiruzen then shook his hand and saying "yes I am, I heard Sasuke and Naruto have entered the Academy, how have they been" they both sat down and Fugaku said, "yes, they have been doing well, so let's get down to business." Hiruzen said "yes what I called you here to talk about are the increasingly dangerous threats of Orochimaru" Fugaku then brought out a map saying from what our spies have told us are that Orochimaru has joined an organization called the Akatsuki and that they are making moves to kidnap tailed beasts." Fugaku then added "I believe that we should strengthen our defenses around the outer regions of the village and this makes me worry because Naruto is nowhere old or strong enough to deal with these threats" Hiruzen then responded, "yes, however, to do this we will need the council's approval, I am also planning to bring Jiraiya to the village soon as Naruto graduates to train him." Fugaku then said, "I would also like us to investigate the matter of Danzo's boldness as of late." Fugaku then elaborate "he has begun to send people to spy on my family, especially Naruto whenever we leave the compound, in addition, there are those three children he sent into the academy" Hiruzen then interjected, "well these reports are concerning, I will send someone to look after the issue of the children." Fugaku then said "If we have nothing to discuss here I will be going" he then took a bow and said "farewell Lord Hokage." Hiruzen then went back to his paperwork and hoped for tomorrow to be an easier day.
Naruto
Uchiha Compound
Naruto had thought school was hard, however, when he got home he had to do a lot of training with Mikoto. The training was hard, however, it had gotten easier since he had kept practicing it. Mikoto then told him "you have to concentrate if you are going to get this" Naruto then replied "yeah you don't have to tell me again mom" Mikoto then gave him a stern glare and told him "don't you speak to me that way" naruto the said, "sorry mom." Naruto then made the necessary hand signs and said "clone jutsu" then a deflated and pitiful clone appeared right next to him. Mikoto then said "Naruto it seems like you are never going to get this technique" Naruto then said "sorry, it is just so hard to concentrate on just a small amount of chakra, now mom can we please stop, it is getting late" then he pointed at the setting sun. Mikoto then said, "well ok I guess it is getting late, come one." Later in the night during dinner Naruto told Fugaku "hey dad during school today I made some new friends" Fugaku then said, "oh, what are their names." Naruto then said "their names are Torune and Fu, Torune was that weird kid I told you about" Fugaku then said "hmm so you met them in school, do you know if you saw their parents" Naruto then responded "No I don't remember seeing them have any, why" Fugaku then said "no reasons" Fugaku then thought "those are probably the kids that Danzo sent into the academy, I should investigate this further." Fugaku then said "So Sasuke, how was your school day" Sasuke then said, "it was ok, boring as normal but I paid attention in class." Fugaku said "good hope you and Naruto's Chakra control training is going well" Naruto then said "well it has went well, for the most part, however, I am having trouble doing the clone jutsu, my problem I think is getting it down to so little chakra needed for one clone" Fugaku then said, "well I believe I know one way to help you with that, I believe the Hyuga clan is good at doing that kind of Chakra control maybe I will send them to teach it to you." Naruto then said "well ok" after Dinner that night they all went to bed and Naruto was thinking of how happy he was to have new friends and to see them at school the next day.
Shisui Uchiha
Hyuga Compound
Shisui Uchiha moved through the village at night carrying a message to the Hyuga. He paid no attention to the Anbu watching him. Shisui began to wonder what the purpose of Danzo continuously monitoring them, he though was relieved when he made it to the outskirts of the compound. At the gates, there were two branch family members to guard the entrance. They then spoke and they said "Shisui Uchiha what is your purpose here at this hour. Shisui responded "I have a message from Fugaku for the head of your clan Hiashi Hyuga." the two members then nodded and slowly let him in. Shisui noted that they let him in with caution. He also noted how much larger the Hyuga compound was compared to the Uchiha compound. He then entered the room containing Hiashi, he was accompanied by his brother Hisashi. Hiashi Spoke first saying "what is it you have come here to ask for Shisui of the body flicker." Shisui responded with "Lord Fugaku has requested that the Hyuga clan have someone teach his son Naruto in Chakra control, for you have quite accurate skills in this clan Fugaku thought you would be the most apt to do so" Shisui made sure to be respectful for he knew he was talking to a clan head and the Hyuga were very traditionalist and secretive and are not known for allowing others in even from another great clan. Hiashi then responded, "very well, in return we expect Fugaku to support any initiatives proposed by the Hyuga and let him know if this child disrespects us in any way this will end." Shisui then responded "this is acceptable and please do well" Shisui then bowed in respect and left to return to the compound.
