Alright! We have some of the roster filling out! i may be able to make a chapter of The Girl Through Time before you know it! We got three new characters for that story today, as well as the first character to go alongside James in Empire State institute for Heroics. Ill introduce them and their creators, and then, hopefully we'll have some more characters by tomorrow as well!

Gender: female
Age: 15
Quirk: Musical Vibes. The power is (from what I could tell) a different quirk for different types of music. For example, rock can give her an electric type quirk, while rap could giver her a strength type quirk. She needs to practice with each quirk to make it viable in battle, as well as needing to move to the rhythm of each song to make the quirk work. She prefers instrumental music over that with lyrics.
Appearance: dark grey hair with light blue, music note shaped eyes.
Hero costume: she has wireless earbuds and sunglasses connected to a computer system that can play and record sounds and music. She wears a baggy sweatshirt with many pockets to keep tools in, flexible yet durable leggings, and ankle high steel toe boots. She also wears fingerless gloves with brass knuckles.
Personality: upbeat, a bit of a class clown, makes really bad puns, jokes, and obscure references. is goofy most of the time, but is very analytical when she needs to be. often reckless doing things "cause why not?" And she doesn't have much of a filter and is pretty blunt at times.

Age: 15
Quirk: Elasticity. Very similar to her adoptive father's quirk, she can cause anything she touches, even the air to become elastic. Unlike her father, however, she can turn herself elastic as well. at the start her quirk only lasts an hour or so, but this will probably be increased going forward.
Appearance: She has white (dyed) hair in an Oujo Ringlet style, and pink eyes with purple ring makeup rings around them.
Personality: being raised by Danjuro Tobita and Manami Aiba, she is polite, well mannered and gives off a noble vibe. She tries to be the voice of reason in her friend group, and cries when praised too much. She doesn't know much about her parents' past, and believes that they are stay at home workers, never having noticed their ankle bracelets that sometimes blink red.

Kazumi Asumi

Quirk: Siren's song. a villainous seeming quirk, she can put people to sleep or even control people with her singing. Mostly works on straight males and lesbian females. With others, it doesn't work nearly as well. Humming also has an effect but not nearly as strong.
Appearance: she has long, wavy, dark purple hair with some of her bangs falling above her eyes. she also has doe-like eyes that are silver. her eyes light up when she activates her quirk.
Personality: She doesnt talk too often due to people being wary of her and her quirk, and is apprehensive of the word villian, a work that had been used to describe her when people thought she wasn't listening. She loves to sing, despite people being afraid of it, even though she can sing without it activated. she's very polite, and almost never has a mean word to say. She is also very good at observing people and reading them due to her tendency to avoid conversation and simply watch.

Quirk: Null. Emitter type quirks don't faze him at all, and strength based quirks are powered down when hitting him. Basically he cancels out quirks. Healing quirks, unfortunately, don't work on him either. he can pass the quirk to one other person for a few minutes so they can use it until he either passes out, or he turns it off.
Appearance: He's a caucasian with red hair and black eyes.
Personality: Narcoleptic, often seen sleeping, but somehow is able to keep up his grades at the top level. Often acts aloof. Hates bullying enough to stand in the way of bully's quirks to protect people.
