Alright, I'm back with a chapter I should have done last night, we have four more OC's as of writing this, and Insomnianight now has 3 submissions! I suppose we'll get right into it!
The Girl Through Time

Name: Izumi Ren (Grey Nixilis submission)
Age: 15
Quirk: Slime. He is made of a black substance, being able to shift how her body is made and it's consistency to a certain extent (Sticky, sharp, slippery), however he cannot change how much mass she has only change it shape. It also uses that to change its appearance.
Appearance: Because of how it family treated them it did not chooses a gender to stick with, being comfortable as both a guy and girl and changes regularly. It likes to use two forms in particular, a smallish girl with decent curves or a big guy with a good amount of muscle. In both forms it likes to "wear" trendy clothes.
Hair color: Bright pink and dark black, but changes a lot
Eye color: Light blue, but changes a lot
Personality: Either a very bubbly gal with a bit of a tomboy side, very talkative and upbeat trying to befriend everyone, she gives a very approachable air loving to go window shopping. Or and delinquent looking guy with a bit of a rude way of speaking, while still friendly he talks a lot more directly not caring much about the consequences. In both forms they love to help people in love.
Other information: It way of referring to itself changes depending if it is in the male or female form, it loves both man and woman alike. It's name would mean "Fountain of love" because of their adoration for love.
It can change it's form to anyone, but to understand how to properly change that person's muscles and vocal cords it would takes years of work.

Name - Daniel Valero (Bigchokka submission)
Age - 15
Quirk - Big Wings: A straightforward mutation-type quirk that does what it says; gives the user a large set of wings. The wings resemble those of demons or dragons from mythology, grey and leathery, with a very large wingspan of around 30 feet. These wings are supernaturally strong and durable, capable of creating large gusts of wind, being used as weapons, and can withstand tremendous amounts of damage. What the user may lack in agility and finesse in the air, they more than make up for in brute strength and hardiness. Being a permanent mutation, Big Wings can make it difficult for the user to lie down or fit in tight spaces, and requires tailor-made clothing in order to accommodate their particular anatomy.
Appearance: He is hispanic, and Has Short cropped, black, and curly hair, and pale green eyes. He has Wings, obviously as well as sharp, pointed teeth. He is well tanned, and is generally good-looking, being rather tall (5'11) and decently muscled.
Personality - Overall pretty laid back and chill. Easygoing and friendly, ever a calm presence. He's very much a "go with the flow" kind of person, though when he's stirred up to action, is lively and rambunctious. Likely to call people "Bro" and respond in the affirmative with "Hell yeah, man!" regardless of whether or not the person he's speaking to is even a man.
Hero Name - Flying Hero: Flap
Hero Costume - Military-style desert camo pants with black combat boots. He also wears black gloves with reinforced knuckles. His top is only a black tanktop, preferring to give his wings the most freedom of movement and using them to defend himself in place of armor.

Name: Isabelle Monroe (Insomnianight submission)
Nicknames: Isa, or Izzy
Age: 15
Quirk: Kitsune- She has some of the abilities of a Kitsune of Japanese legend. Those are illusions, shape shifting, and foxfire. She still needs to practice her shape shifting and illusions though, because they tend to be easily seen through. If she tries to shift into something she is very familiar with, she has better success, same with illusions
Distinct features: She is a slightly tan Caucasian. She has Orangish red hair in a messy pixie cut that looks very soft, In addition to slightly narrowed gold eyes with slitted pupils. she has fox ears and tail, both the same color as her hair. But her hair, and fur changes to white in the winter.
Personality: Isa is very mischievous, often playing pranks, and cracking jokes. She completely thinks that laughter is a great medicine for anything. While most think she would do anything for a laugh, she won't ever embarrass, or hurt anyone. After all, if everyone isn't laughing then it isn't funny. Isa is surprisingly a good strategist too since she has to know how to pull off her pranks perfectly. It also helps when picking out targets for the pranks she knows who will not get offended or hurt, and will find it funny just as much.

quirk: Sugar n' salt. He can control Sugar and Salt. when he uses it, controlling salt for a long time makes him dehydrated, and controlling sugar for a long time gives him chromium deficiency.
Appearance: Caucasian (italian) with Black hair with green strands, green eyes
Personality: he uses a lot of sarcasm, but usually is Happy-go-lucky, always seeing the best in people. he hates being touched, and he doesn't spare anyone who tries to touch him even after him telling them to stop. he sometimes coats his arms in salt to get over this.
