I own nothing. Loud House is property of Nickelodeon, Futurama is property of Matt Groening.

When we last left off, Bobby had set of with his iguana pals Luna and Sam, as well as the lava lizard Lana, and his symbiotic, loyal finches Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, Clyde and Leni, in order to see if any members of his species are still around, particularly a female Tortoise he met by a palosanto tree in his youth. Unknown, the Galapagos hawk Lynn is following, determined to eat the finches and Lana for giving her the slip.

This next chapter is dedicated to Lonesome George, the real life last Pinta Island Tortoise, who was found passed away in his enclosure at 8:00 am ,on June 24, 2012, at age 101 to 102. Fun fact, the Futurama Episode also dedicated the Episode to George.

Chapter 4: Lonely Bobby Part 2

(Bobby leaves the coast and heads inland. The landscape changed from sandy to rocky, with vegetation dotting the terrain before them. Lana sits on Bobby's head. Luna and Sam are still perched on his carapace. Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, Clyde and Leni hop along on their backs. Lincoln and Clyde on Luna, Ronnie Anne and Leni on Sam. They peck at parasites on the Iguanas.)

(Becca Chang begins narrating.)

Becca Chang: While the parasite cleaning is a relationship with finches and the Tortoise, it's not uncommon for the finches to extend this relationship with the Iguanas.

(The finches keep at it.)

Luna: (relaxed) Oh dudes, that's the ticket. Nothing beats a good parasite cleaning. (sighs) Little more to the right.

Sam: (to the finches) I tell ya, little dudes, you guys got magic beaks.

Leni: (to Luna and Sam) You two ever have a problem with parasites, just let us know. We'll always be happy to lend a beak.

Lincoln: We also do dental work if you need it.

Sam: (intrigued) Really, ok if I take you up on that offer, I think I got something stuck in my teeth. One of you guys mind taking a look?

Ronnie Anne: Sure thing. (stops checking for parasites and hops over in front of Sam) I'll take a look.

Sam: Thanks. It's really stuck in the back. Been irritating me for the last few days.

(Sam opens her mouth and Ronnie Anne hops inside. Lincoln stops pecking for parasites on Luna.)

Lincoln: What about you, Luna? Wanna good teeth beaking?

Luna: (shrugs) Eh, why not?

(Luna opens wide and Lincoln hops inside. He tooks on wiff and fans the air in front of him.)

Lincoln: (winces) ooohh, algae breath.

(Lincoln gets to work picking in between Luna's teeth. In Sam's mouth, Ronnie Anne hops towards the back and starts pecking in between the Iguanas teeth.)

Ronnie Anne: Prickly pear. Cactus fruit. (hops further in, to Sam). Better not accidentally eat me while I'm in here. (spots something) Aha! Think I found the problem!

(Ronnie Anne pecks a spot in between Sam's teeth and extracts a small centipede. It's got orangish green exoskeleton, lots of legs and a face covered in sots.)

Centipede Rusty: (grateful) Oh thank you! I've been stuck in here for two weeks!

(Ronnie Anne throws back her head and swallows him up. Lincoln finishes cleaning Luna's teeth and flutters back out. Ronnie Anne does likewise. Both flutters up to the top of the Iguanas heads.)

Ronnie Anne: How's that's Sam?

(Sam probes the area the irritant was and feels nothing but relief.)

Sam: Feels great! Thanks for doing that, Ronnie Anne.

Ronnie Anne: Always happy to help.

Lincoln: I'm gonna be seeing algae in my sleep tonight.

(Day turns to night, Bobby trudges onward the same tall grass. Luna and Sam are asleep on his carapace. The finches are sleeping on and around the Iguana's, while Lana is curled up on Bobby's head. The hooting of an Owl startles them all into alertness as Bobby instinctively drops to the ground and withdrawals his limbs into his shell. Only his eyes are visible. Luna's, Sam, Lincoln, Ronnie Anne, Clyde, Leni and Lana's eyes are then seen, showing they took shelter inside his shell as well.)

(They hear the flapping of wings as the Owl departs on it's nightly hut. But still , they are uneasy.)

Lincoln: What say we continue the trip in the morning? You know, so at least we can see anything that tries to eat us, coming?

Everyone: I here that.

(Everyone gets as comfortable as they can inside Bobby's shell as they are wary of going outside.)

(Everyone goes to sleep.)

..

(A rocky outcrop just from the ground. It's a full moon night, providing ample light for visibility. On the outcrop, a pair of large taloned feet land as Lynn settles down for the night, after her own journey.)

Becca Chang: Enraged at the elusiveness of her prey, The Galapagos hawk has maintained her pursuit. (under breath) Man, talk about a sore loser.

Lynn: (to Becca) Hey! I can hear you, ya know!

( Lynn had been flying all day after that tortoise carrying the objects of her attention. Those pesky finches and that lizard. For weeks Lynn had been hunting them, but every time they managed to allude her. They couldn't do be doing it purely on their own, she knew they had help. Not just that meddling lizard that hit her in the eye with her tongue last week, but that Tortoise and Iguana's they were always hanging around. They had to be helping them as well.)

Lynn: Won't matter though, those finches can't stay close by them forever. They would have to separate sometime, and I'll be ready. Those finches gotta learn, it's a predator eat prey world out there. Some of us our born lucky enough to be predators, others are made to be prey. It's just nature.

(Lynn stares out across the landscape. Her sharp eyes spot what could pass for a large rock in the tall grass, but the plates and scutes across the surface tell her this is in fact Bobby's shell. Those finches and lizard had to be close by. If it was just Bobby, she would have taken off then and there and closed in for dinner. He couldn't do much to stop her.)

(The Iguanas on the other hand. She hardly tried to go after them, they tasted terrible, and were usually tough and chewy, not to mention these two were bigger then her. But that wasn't the only reason, though usually calm and easy going, those claws could do some serious damage to her if they got riled up. And since these two cared for the smaller animals in their group, they'd undoubtedly come to their defense. No matter, she was a apex predator, she could wait.)

Lynn: (laughs) They'll soon learn, no one make a fool outta Lynnsanity and gets away with it.)

(Lynn settles down for the night.

..

(Night turns to day. Bobby leaves the tall grass for some scattered scrubland. A short distance away a pair of scorpions, circle each other on the ground, snapping their pinchers at each other in battle poses.)

(On scorpion has a red exoskeleton and black hair. The second has a pink exoskeleton and blonde hair.)

Scorpion Carl: (threating) Thought I told you not to come around here anymore! This is my spot!

Scorpion Lola: You ain't the boss of me! If anything I'm the boss of you! I'm a princess among scorpions!

Carl: That's the most ridicules thing I ever heard. There's no such thing as a princess scorpion.

Lola: (offended) Why you…

(Lola charges to attack. She doesn't get far before she's suddenly lifted into the air by her tail.)

Carl: Ha! I win…

(Carl's gloating is cut off as he too gets lifted up by his tail. Both Scorpions are helpless as they get pulled into the mouths of Luna and Sam and are consumed.)

Becca Chang: While both are primarily vegetarian, both Marine and Land Iguanas will occasionally subliment their diet with crustaceans or insects.

(Both Iguana's finish their scorpions.)

Luna: (shrugs) Still prefer algae.

(Bobby continues to trek slowly through the scrubland, with his fellow reptiles and the finches staying close by. After a little while of walking, the Iguanas are ahead of him, while the Finches forage for seeds on the ground.)

(As Bobby continues on, a snake slithers out from the shade of the scrub and comes directly into their path. She's got yellow and brown spotted skin and brown hair in a ponytail, noticeably, her fangs have braces.)

Snake Luan: (Sssss)

(Lincoln and Ronnie Anne fly off the ground and flutter over to Bobby.)

Ronnie Anne: Watch out!

(Both Iguana's , Clyde , Lana and Leni stay on the ground. Luan lifts her head off the ground to stare at everyone.)

Luan: (intrigued) Well, well well. Finch , Tortoise, Iguana and lizard traveling together. (Ssss) So what brings you to my part of the island? "Iguana" know.

(She laughs while everyone else just groans will annoyance.)

Luan: But Seriously. (Sssss, looking at Lana and the Finches) What brings little morsels like yourselves out this way?

Leni: (panicked) Ahh, she's gonna eat us!

(Leni for some reason then hops closer to Luan. Luan's eyes follow her. Bobby isn't frightened.)

Bobby: Leni, no offense, but don't be such a Finch. Galapagos Tortoise's like me have no natural predators.

Lana: Then why'd you hide from the owl last night?

Bobby: I'm easily startled.

Luna/Sam: And Iguana just doesn't taste good.

Leni: (muffled) Really? That's totes fascinating!

(Everyone turns as Luan is shown swallowing Leni, with a visible bulge traveling down the snakes body.)

Leni: (reaching the stomach) Hey, who turned out the lights?

Luan: Looks like I just evolved into a "feather" Boa! (laughs then pauses) Ok, you guys are boring I'm outta here.

(Luan slithers back into the scrub brush.)

Becca Chang: (narrating) Her belly full, the Galapagos Racer goes to find a nice, quiet place to digest her meal.

(Everyone stares after Luan looking surprisingly unfazed.)

Lincoln: Poor Leni.

Luna: Predator eat prey world, little Finch dude.

Ronnie Anne: (surprised) I'll honest…she actually made it farther then I thought she would.

Clyde: Better her then me.

Lana: Let's get going, we got a tree to get to!

(Lincoln nudges Bobby's head and the reptiles and remaining finches head onwards towards the tree.)

...

(Luan slithers through the underbrush. Her expression appears annoyed. Leni seems unaware she's been eaten and is there for doomed. She hadn't stopped talking the whole time.)

Leni: Wow! I'm moving without moving! I must've ate some weird flower buds? Or maybe I'm dreaming? But…where are the Lava lizards in a conga line?

Luan: (irritated) Shut up. Shut up. Shut up. Shut up.

(A shadow flies over head. Luan looks up as Lynn dive bombs and pulls to a stop directly in front of her.)

Lynn: (aggressive )Alright , belt. You know what I am? Hawk. Aka, apex predator, eater of snakes, top of the food chain and unless you wanna be my appetizer…you better not waste my time!

Luan: (to annoyed to joke) Full of yourself, aren't you?

Lynn: Don't test me, snake! (gets to the point)You see any finches come by here, or a Lava lizard? Hanging around two Iguanas and a Tortoise?

Luan: So what if I did?...

Leni: (from Luan's stomach) Ohhh, who are you talking too! Another snake?

Luan: (sighs) Ok, I did.

(Lynn is upset that one of her soon to be prey was eaten by another predator.)

Lynn : (angry) And you ate one?! Now you owe me. Tell me where the rest went!

Luan: (scoffs) Or what?

(Lynn grabs her in her talons.)

Lynn: Or else you're gonna see what the inside of a hawk looks like

(To show Luan she isn't messing around, Lynn holds her over her beak and opens wide. She makes to drop Luan in.)

Luan: (panicked) Ok! Ok! I'll talk. I'll saw them, while they were passing through the scrub. But they're probably gone now! But it looked like they were heading for the far side of the island.

Lynn: (closes her mouth) There see, was that so difficult? (throws her away) Now beat it before I change my mind.

Luan: If you want you can have this one too? (points to the lump in her belly with her tail, pleading) Please, she won't be quiet.

Lynn: (gags) You know what…you can keep that one. (sinister) But the others are mine!

(Lynn unfurls her wings had takes off. She had lost the trail due to the long grass, but thanks to that snakes big mouth, it'd be easy to pick it back up now, and follow.)

Lynn: (as she flies away) So those finches are heading to the far side of the Island, eh? (chuckles) Hope they don't mind taking a quick pit stop…in my stomach!

(Luan watches her fly off, unnerved by the encounter.)

Luan: (shudders) Whatever those other finches did to upset her, I'm glad I didn't do. There's nothing more dangerous on these islands to small animals then an angry hawk.

Leni: (alarmed) Wait, Hawk?! You were talking to that mean, Hawk?!

(Luan sighs)

Luan: On second thought… I should've just let the hawk eat me. (sighs again and slithers off.) Gonna be a long digestion.

End of part 2.

Bobby and the others are still on their way to the Far side of the island. But Leni unfortunately found herself in a tight spot. And Lynn's still on their trail.

Its strangely entertaining to write these. Like they said it's a predator eat prey world, anyone who doesn't make it is more than likely gonna get eaten.
