Chapter 1.1: System Initialized!
[System Initializing...]
'W-what?' Izuku Midoriya, currently struggling with his fleeting consciousness, somehow still managed to stutter even in his thoughts.
[System Initialization Complete!]
[Host now has access to the Omnikinetic Superiority System.]
[New Functions (Progress, Quirks, and Evolution) Unlocked!]
'Functions? Progress? What—' Information shuttling into Izuku's head stopped his train of thought.
[Progress:
System Activation: Complete

Requirement To Advance: Discover the correct way to use the foreign Quirk.]
'One for All?! What does it mean 'discover the correct way?' What even is it?' Izuku groaned as he was slowly becoming more conscious. Pain spread across his body from the previous numbness as white gradually filled his vision.
After blinking his eyes a couple times, Izuku recovered enough strength to sit himself up on what he discovered to be a hospital bed. His vision was slowly returning to normal when he was suddenly startled by an elderly voice.
"I swear, it's almost as if kids these days are becoming as powerful as they are reckless."
"R-recovery Girl!" Izuku instantly shot up to sit properly.
"Oof," It only took a second for him to strain his recovering body.
"Settle down, kiddo. Don't make me work more than I have to," Recovery Girl sighed.
"Er… W-what happened? H-how long h-have I been h-here!?" Izuku asked, panicked as he looked past a window to see the setting sun bring about twilight. Whatever happened, all he wanted was to not worry his mother more than she already was.
"What happened? You punched a robot the size of a skyscraper and not only instantly destroyed it, but shattered three of your four limbs as well."
"H-heh," Izuku refused to make eye contact as he said, "M-my Quirk d-does that w-when I—"
"You don't have to lie to me, Toshinori already told me everything," Recovery Girl said with an even tone.
Izuku didn't know what to say. So after a couple seconds passed with him still stunned silent, Recovery Girl added, "That idiot… I can't believe he just sent you without properly testing what using One for All would entail! He knows that power works differently for each of its users, Hmph!"
'H-he did mention the possibility of me blowing my limbs clean off. But… Wait! I can't get distracted now. What the heck was that System nonsense from earlier?
'Omnikinetic Superiority?'
'What?'
'It had information on One for All and Functions… Whatever those are...'
'Hmm... let's see, I already saw one of them, Progress—'
Familiar information spontaneously appeared within Izuku's stream of consciousness before he disregarded it to continue pondering, 'Yeah, that. And the other two were, uh… Quirks?'
[Quirks:
One for All: Inherited
Description: Given to the Host by "All Might," One for All is a unique Quirk that came about through the fusion of two other Quirks; Stockpile and Transfer. Power, as vague as the term is, is cultivated by one user and transferred to another to further improve upon it. Continuing from generation to generation to the point of Singularity; the Quirk is fated to end with the user.
Omnikinetic Superiority System: Awakened
Description: The System is a Quirk made manifest by the Host. It is in a class of its own, set far apart from the usual Emitter, Transformation, and Mutant type of Quirk. Essentially, it allows the Host to gain and improve upon his control over… well, everything. The Host can gain access to Quirks related to the control and "movement" of literally everything and then improve upon it through evolution.
Telekinesis: Locked
Description: Locked until the system comes into contact with a Quirk of similar function.
Pyrokinesis: Locked
Description: Locked until the system comes into contact…
Electrokinesis: Locked
Description: Locked until the system…
Chronokinesis: Locked
Description: Locked…
...]
'W-wow,' Izuku paled as he looked through the list of possible Quirks his System claimed it could unlock for him.
'I don't know whether to be impressed by this list or worried by the description given to One for All. It's fated to end with me? How ominous..'
"Sonny? Sonny! Hey!" Recovery Girl called out to Izuku, who eventually snapped out of his thoughts to face her with an embarrassed expression. "You didn't hear a word of what I said, did you?"
"Sorry," Classic Izuku. He could only forgo his incessant stuttering to apologize; though, only sometimes.
"Anyways, you're clear to go whenever you want. Just, please, try not to break yourself going forward. For my sake, anyways," Recovery Girl sighed as she left the room.
Just before she left Izuku's line of sight, though…
[Congratulations!]
Izuku nearly jumped out of his seated spot on the bed.
[Due to being in prolonged close proximity to "Recovery Girl," who possesses a Healing Quirk, Host has unlocked Vitakinesis!]
'Vita as in, vitality? Vitakinesis… Manipulation of health...'
Izuku braced himself, thinking any moment something odd would happen to his body, but after seconds turned to minutes without change, he sighed and calmed down.
'What was I expecting? Of course, nothing would happen. To get One for All, I had to eat All Might's hair, so how could I just get another Quirk by being next to someone for a short two or three minutes?' Izuku thought as he made to get up.
All of his things, from the bookbag which carried his various notebooks and writing utensils, to his gym bag which carried his middle school uniform… Everything he had brought and left behind in one of the lockers before he changed to take the practical exam was neatly waiting for him on one of the chairs in Recovery Girl's office.
Thus, with a quick bow in gratitude to the absent Recovery Girl and the staff at U.A. which so graciously allowed him to rest and recover, Izuku picked up his things and quickly scurried out of the premises. He was still stressed out about how his mother would receive him after all that had happened. So, he couldn't afford delaying his return for much longer.
In his haste to return, however, he never noticed the faint, almost imperceptibly dim, green light that covered his entire body. He never noticed how underneath his cast, in the short half an hour train ride to the station closest to his home, his still purple-pink bruised arms were slowly but surely returning to a healthy ruddy red at a rate perceptible to the human eye.
The closest he came to realizing that something new and strange was affecting his body, was feeling lack of fatigue. Alas, as he was concerned over how he would deal with his mother upon returning home, he didn't dwell much on why he was feeling less and less tired over time.
Chapter 1.2: It's Real!
"Izuku!" As expected, Inko Midoriya — Izuku's mother — all but panicked seeing her son come back home not only late into the day without further notice, but also arrive home wearing bandages and casts to the extent that he wouldn't look out of place standing next to hit-and-run victims.
"M-mom—"
"What happened?!" She practically ripped the bags Izuku was carrying from his hands as she guided him to the kitchen table to talk.
"Oh, y-you know..." Izuku gulped. "During the practical exam I… may-or-may-not-have-punched-a-ten-story-tall-robot-after-awakening-my-Quirk..."
"Excuse me? YOU WHAT?!" After years of raising her son, Inko was practically fluent in his dialect of mutters; even when he tried to be as quiet and clandestine as possible.
"W-we had to fight robots during the practical exam. A-and there was this girl that got stuck under a pile of rubble due to the massive robot coming out of the ground. And well… S-she looked like she needed help, so… I ran over to help her without thinking and… and..."
Seeing her son's hair slowly cover his eyes as he began facing the floor and stifled his speech as he talked, Inko assumed the worst when he suddenly stopped talking. She asked, "W-what happened?" Her heart was in her throat.
Abruptly, she was caught unprepared to see her son now beaming at her with stars in his eyes as he said, "Then, my Quirk activated and I jumped higher than our apartment building is tall to punch the robot off the ground! It flew through the air as it started exploding just like something straight out of an action movie!"
"So you saved her?!" Inko asked, just as excited to hear that her son both had a powerful Quirk and used it to save someone.
"Yeah, but… I probably would have died if she didn't save me back, since both my legs and the arm I used were completely broken after I used my Quirk… I think she slapped me to activate her Quirk and stop my fall, but I guess it was better than the alternative; having to waste my last remaining good arm, or go splat against the concrete..."
"Izuku!" Inko nearly fainted. Her son's deadpan delivery of such a morbid turn of events was horrifying.
"D-don't worry, mom! I'm sure they wouldn't have let me die. After all, the first person I saw after regaining consciousness was Recovery Girl. Look," He unravelled his bandages and tossed aside his casts to show how healthy he was.
He didn't notice he had recovered a bit too much as he continued to nervously make a case for himself by adding, "U.A's staff is full of heroes so, if not the girl who repaid the favor, someone else would have caught me. I-I'm just sorry I couldn't tell you sooner, since my phone's battery had already died when I found my things and hurried back home."
"Oh Izuku," Inko pulled her son in for a hug, "I… I'm just happy you're safe… now, at least." Pulling away from him, with tears still in her eyes, she added, "And, you have a Quirk now, too! With or without it, I'm sure the people at U.A. will see your heroic spirit and accept you."
"A-actually," Izuku paled as he recalled something of dreadful importance.
"I… I don't think I'll be able to get into U.A..." He felt horrible, ashamed, and more, but he'd cried to the point of not being able to cry further. "The practical exam… I told you about was being judged by our ability to fight robots. B-but… I only managed to take down the one big one..."
"You said it was ten stories tall, right? Don't you think it'll be worth enough points to pass the practical?"
"It was worth zero points..."
Silence fell as Inko scrunched up her eyebrows in confusion. Eventually, she said, "It doesn't matter."
"Huh?" Now it was Izuku's turn to flash a look of misunderstanding.
"Even in the worst case scenario, where they turn you down despite saving someone when it was of no benefit to you, all you have to do is take this as a learning experience." Smiling, Inko said, "You just unlocked your Quirk, right? It must be powerful, if you haven't been bragging which I know isn't like you at all, so… Just practice to get as much control as you can and if U.A. doesn't take you, try for Ketsubutsu or Shiketsu."
Inko then gave Izuku the chance to clean himself up with a shower as she finished their dinner for that day. She didn't know it but, while Izuku was in the bathroom, he was silently having a meltdown.
'What the… How?!' Fully nude, he finally noticed the absurd extent of his recovery. After such a long and arduous day, fraught with tension and a moment where life or death was at stake, not only was he not tired nor wounded… He was completely fine.
No. He felt better than just fine. He felt as if he had just woken up, energized from a night of perfect sleep!
'I know for a fact, Recovery Girl's Quirk isn't capable of this… I only have an idea of how bad my wounds from using One for All were, but even if Recovery Girl had managed to completely heal them with one round of healing, her Quirk should have left me drained and exhausted.'
Looking over his legs and right arm, Izuku seriously considered, 'I don't even have bruises or scratches left over despite her saying my limbs had shattered… How could I have— Wait...'
Vitakinesis?
'Quirks,' Izuku probed.
[Quirks:
One for All: Inherited
Omnikinetic Superiority System: Awakened

Vitakinesis: Unlocked
Description: Allows the host to manipulate vitality and lifeforce alike. The higher along its progression system, the greater the extent of abilities available to the user. Currently it is at Beginner Level, capable of: Increasing Regenerative Factor (Passive)
…]
"What?!" Izuku scream-whispered, trying his best to not alarm his mother.
'It's real?! I'm not just going crazy, right?' Izuku mused.
He reigned in his struggling emotions before considering his next move, 'P-progress.' He probed again.
[Progress:
System Activation: Complete

One for All: ?%
…
Vitakinesis: Beginner Level
Prerequisite: Prolonged exposure to someone with a Healing Quirk
Requirement To Advance: Regenerate one week's worth of ailments (8% Complete)]
"Huh?" No words could describe the confusion Izuku felt. But, as an attempt… It was as if someone had just proved to him that nine plus ten was, in fact, twenty-one.
'Wait?! There's still one more Function, I haven't seen… Evolution, right?'
Right.
[Evolution:
One for All: ?% "Level"
?%: It is all or nothing at this level; in other words, the Host has no control.
Vitakinesis: Beginner Level
Beginner: Allows the Host to passively increase their regeneration factor by five times the normal rate. All wounds, fatigue, and illnesses are healed five times faster than normal.]
"Ok, ok… I think I understand," Izuku muttered to himself. "Over two hours have passed since I got the notice of unlocking Vitakinesis. So, assuming it's been in effect since then, and wounds and fatigue are treated as separate ailments, I guess it makes sense.
"There are 168 hours in a week, divided into two-odd hours multiplied by five from Vitakinesis… I've theoretically regenerated between six and nine percent of a week's worth of ailments; if that makes any sense…
"Wait?! If I'm always regenerating from fatigue does that mean I no longer have to sleep? Would I then reach the next level of Vitakinesis simply by staying awake? I could always just take mom's advice and try getting control over One for All and rely on Vitakinesis for any bumps that get in my way… What if—"
"Izuku? Are you ok in there?" Inko called from beyond the bathroom door, "You've been in there for half an hour now..."
"Oh, crap! Er… I'm just, uh, finishing up, mom!" He quickly turned off the shower and started toweling the water off his body.
Five minutes later, he sat across the table from his mother as they ate their diner silently.
Or, it was silent until Izuku nearly flipped the table from being startled suddenly.
[Congratulations!]
[Due to being in prolonged close proximity to "Inko Midoriya" who possesses a Telekinetic Quirk, Host has unlocked Telekinesis!]
"Dear god! Are you ok Izuku? What happened?!" Inko was just as started as her son due to his outburst.
"I, uh..." He quickly looked over his Evolution Function to see what Beginner Level Telekinesis gave him.
[Evolution:
One for All: ?% "Level"
Vitakinesis: Beginner Level
...
Telekinesis: Beginner Level
Beginner: Grants the Host access to Minor Telekinesis, a form of telekinesis that works on small, light, targets within a short range. Currently, targets cannot be larger than a meter tall, weight more than twenty kilograms, or be further than five meters from the Host.]
"How is that Minor Telekinesis?!" Izuku grumbled quietly to himself. This System, whatever it was, just described something very much superior to the Minor Telekinesis he was familiar with.
"What about my Quirk?" Inko quirked an eyebrow.
"I..." Izuku looked at the couch pill a couple feet to his right and willed for it to float over to him. Though, since it was his first attempt at actually using his Minor Telekinesis and he half-expected it to not even work, he failed to catch it as it flew haphazardly across the room.
"What." Inko didn't even ask. She was at a lost for words.
"So, about my Quirk..."
Izuku spilled the beans with regards to his actual Quirk.
Author's Notes
So the other day I was thinking, 'You know what? I don't think I've made the protagonist of my fanfiction — King Crystal — overpowered enough. I should make a fanfiction where Izuku has a System type deal situation.' So, here we are. A chapter and nearly 3000 words into the start of my fever dream of a premise for transcending the concept of being overpowered. When neither One for All nor the powers from Final Fantasy 13 and 15 are enough, I turn to the classic "Ace of All" trope.
Now, I've already written the second chapter and introduced the third "Quirk" Izuku gets from the System. If anyone manages to guess what it is before I post it, whenever I get around to proofreading, I'll shout them out in a pre-chapter Author's Note~
