A/N:- Hello Everyone who has read, enjoyed and loved my story, I hope you have enjoyed it as much as I have loved writing it, but I have decided to create a complete rewrite of this story. This is not because I don't like the story it is merely because I have developed and grown as a person and a writer so due to this I feel that it may be in my best interest to start fresh and make sure that when I do this story I'll do it correctly and to the best of my ability and I believe I can not do this with the story in its current state so I what follows is the ending to the original version of Supergirl and the Symbiote. Thank you for reading and also putting up with all the grammar errors and mistakes that I have done while making this story.

"Hello" Kara started stirring but something was wrong she could feel something, something alien, something that didn't belong. She couldn't recognise where she was, all she could see was infinite darkness, so she went walking trying to find a way out.

An hour later in the infinite darkness

"Hello" Kara tried again trying to ascertain whether there was anyone here while trying to find a way out. "Hello Ms Zor-El'' a mysterious voice called from the darkness, "Who are you?" Kara asks wondering what was going on and who this person was "Oh yeah I forgot we never been formally introduced, Ms Zor-El I am the reason your suit's darker and why you are way more aggressive than normal, I am the reason you've started killing, the reason for all the drama you've had in the last few months. I have gone by many names but you can call me venom." It was at that point at which Venom decided to reveal itself. It had the appearance of a more bulked up and stronger Kara veins were all across her arms and legs, its face was neutral neither angry or happy. It's eyes were, black inky pools It's suit was a combination of the venom spider combined with kara's 'S' in place of the body. The suit covered them from the neck down, the ends of their nails were sharp claws. "You are most probably wondering why I look so much like you?" Venom says calmly reading Kara's face seeing the shocked expression on it "yeah I was wondering" "Well it's due to the fact that I am currently bonded to your body. Oh and by the way, you're sleeping and according to your bedside clock it's two am. Anymore questions?" "Yeah actually, where did you come from and why did you fight me" Kara questions wondering if she should trust this weird doppelganger "I'm going to answer your second question as it is much easier to answer and then I'll give you my origin story. The reason me and you originally fought was because the person I was bonded to at the time wanted see if they were as strong you, they weren't as you know as the enhancements I made can only go so far and also my power isn't as infinite as yours given you are literally are absorbing the powers of a sun, so yeah they stood no chance but they were determined so I just let them, do it but they realised what was up and retreated so we got out of there quickly. Then later parted ways'' Venom answered her first question finishing with a toothy grin that showed rows of sharp teeth Ok can you answer me this before you tell me your origin" "Sure" "how powerful are you now that we have bonded" "Well we're pretty strong, well we're more stronger than the last person I was bonded to. Sorry to cut this short but there is a giant bust of prue disruptive energy coming so I'm going to have to wake you up. Oh and one more thing you have some new powers from some other people throughout the omniverse so I have a pretty, wide selection of powers but some of the powers I have don't work with you biology however I don't know which ones so that's going to be fun for you to find out, and also here's something you should know I don't come from this multiverse so yeah that's a thing I actually come from a multiverse called the Archverse so and I have travelled to the universes of Marvel and R.U.E ." Venom finished finally, Then before Kara could get a word in she woke up.

The skies of National City

"Sorry I borrowed your body but we need to move quick or well you're dead I should be able to teleport but unfortunately I can't bring you with me but I should be able to fully absorb your powers in the event that you die you won't be forgotten", then sarcastically venom says "so yay." "Hang on are we flying cause this feels weird" "Oh yeah I'm web swinging just cause I'm just more used to it, anyway we're here. "By the way where is here" Kara asks not entirely sure what to think "its the star labs hall where all you heroes like meet up when stuff gets crazy" Venom

The Star Labs Hall

"Kara you're here" J'onn said happily. Along with J'onn there was, The Flash, White Canary, Frost, Mia Queen, the rest of team flash, team arrow, the Legends and supergirl's team as well, Kara then realised that they needed a plan or they would be dead. "Ok Barry so do you know what's causing this?" The flash responds "Well it has a similar energy to what caused the end of the multiverse last time, we've managed to find out that..." Then suddenly energy starts crackling at the other end of the hall, then a young man appears clothed in a red and black checkered shirt opened revealing a white t-shirt followed by some blue jeans and some non-descript trainers "Hello I am a traveller and I see that you're going to need my help if you plan to have your multiverse be in one piece" The mysterious visitor introduces, "Erm who are you and how did you get here?" Kara asks wondering if they could trust this new person or not "Well you can call Rue, and how I got here, well you can ask your new partner, oh by the way the girl of steel is bonded to alien symbiote everyone, and don't worry you're not in any imminent danger aside from the destructive Endus energy coming for your multiverse, now I'm a assume that you believe none of what I've said so I've sent Cisco to the Star labs lab with some Endus energy and an endus cube" Rue finished "Barry I analysed the Energy our mysterious person gave us and it perfectly matches the energy we've have coming towards us, and I managed to track its current location it's earth 3 so we don't have long so we should really..." Cisco confirmed what Rue said before Rue interrupted him. "Sorry to rush you all but I've seen this happen on many different multiverses including my own, so if you are planning to contact your multiverse strongest entity as in someone who can reshape your reality I should tell you now that ain't going to work the dark Endus energy coming for you can only be stopped if something matching it is gathered and I've only seen that power n one universe a universe where they've managed to completely wall off anyone from another universe, so if you though earth 90 was bad you know nothing. Rue finished, but that's a story for another time, well here's an endus cube and that's all the help I can give also the end is nigh so it's been a good run for this universe, Aces I only hope the next one's better anyway I'm off '" And with a spin of his heel Rue disappeared. "OK that was weird so what should we do well we could see if we can contact Mar Novu as he seems to be powerful enough to be able to fight this" Citizen Steel suggested it was then as that exact point at which Mar Novu and morbius came flying through a wal dead "Ok that didn't work out as expected" Citizen Steel quips. "So what now?" the Flash asks "Well according to the weird guy who just came and started spouting exposition like crazy said we need to find a power source that is equal to the energy swarming through the multiverse" Lena reminded everyone "OK fair enough Lena that all well and good but for starters we'd need energy that's stronger than a black hole and a dwarf star combined, then like times a hundred and even then we'd need something to focus it so we don't all end up killing ourselves while doing it." Cisco finishes exgrapprated "yes I see that Mr Ramon but what do want to do the most powerful entities we've ever faced are literally lying dead right in front of us and if we don't do anything we'll end up just like them, so do you think you'll be able to build the device or not?" Lena finishes taking an argumentative tone "Well Ms Luthor I don't think we'll have to, if we adapt the prototype artificial speed force generator, we should be able to make enough energy to be able to completely dissipate the energy created by the Endus energy" Cisco counters "Ok let's get to it then we don't have a lot of time before the energy gets to us"

Star Labs cortex

"Ok well Mr Ramon, Ms Snow and Mr Allen I think this will definitely work" Lena says confident that they'll be able to stop the wave of Endus energy.

Two hours later

"Ok it's all in place Lena" Cisco tels Lena as they get ready to try and to focus the energy that the generator was producing "Ok are the coordinates set" Lena asks "Yes the very center of the wave of endus energy" Cisco responds "Ok open the breach" Lena commands "Ok opening the breach, also everyone step back a little" Cisco sceams, then he opens it. Then there is a lot of endus energy trying to escape but due to the precautions they took it manages to be held back "Ok Lena fires it" Alex demands. Without hesitation Lena fires the beam of pure white light at the breach, at this point it manages to go through but unfortunately the beam is quite powerful enough and endus energy starts travelling along it. "OK we need to put more power into it" Cisco shouts worried about what he can see unfolding "Ok we'll use all of the power from the star labs generators and surrounding areas" Lena says desperately "Ok I'm on it" Cisco says putting more power in the device. Unfortunately Lena's plan backfires and the speed force generator explodes and the breach closes. "Erm everyone the rate of the Endus energy wave is rising" Sara Lance points out "Ok did we just increase the rate at which the world ending wave is coming to kill us" Elongated man quips "Well what do you think?" Cisco responds sarcastically "Ok well what is our next move because of what we have just done we now have mere hours before our imminent destruction" Batwoman says objectively "Ok what about the cube thing that the mysterious guy gave us earlier, could we use that?" Nash asks "Well I tried to scan it and well it didn't yield anything aside from being bathed tachyons" Cisco said depressed "what do you mean "it didn't yield anything" it's technology of some description correct? so it should be able to give us something" Barry asked annoyed that they weren't getting anywhere with only hours to spare until the world ends "Ok well we could try and..." Then just before Lena was about to suggest something red lights switch on and a loud beeping is heard "What is that?" Kara asks worried it's going to destabilise the symbiote as it had continued to inform her of its nature and abilities it's a proximity alarm it means the beam is here and it's from what the scanners say it's currently in system just outside the solar system meaning we do not have long until it kills us all" Cisco says terrified of what's going to happen next "would we be able to use the waverider to get out of the multiverse" Frost asks "no we wouldn't due to the fact that it is not strong enough so we wouldn't be able to fly fast enough with the endus death wave so close" Ray explains "What about the speed force" Kara asks "doesn't exist anymore due to the events of the last crisis as using the spectre's energy destabilised and eventually killed the speed force so it would be able to function" Barry explains "what do we do then we can't give up now we have come to far?" Raph asks "Well there is one more thing that Venom said we could do but it's really risky and we would cease to exist in our current forms but the world would be safe" kara says not even really sure what her new partner is even saying "What is it Kara?" Kate asks having realised how completely out matched they really were. "I fly right into the center of the wave and detonate a special kind of reality bomb that just resets the universe" Kara explains "We can't let you do this after Oliver we can not lose anymore people" Barry says realising what Kara wants to do. "I have to Barry we have time to argue" "No Kara there has to be better way right Brainy" Alex asks not wanting to lose her sister after losing their father not that long ago "Unfortunately if Venom is strong enough and from what I've seen of it in action it is there is 87% chance of success but it will most probably reset the multiverse again and none of us will have any memory of this multiverse and we, do not have the time to find another solution I am afraid so we'll have to have to let her as it is the only chance we have, also there is only a 6.3% chance of survival " Brainy says with absolute certainty, but his voice starts breaking as he realises what is about to happen.

Goodbye

After hearing the terrifying news from Brainy Kara starts to plan to say goodbye. Now having said goodbye to everyone in Star Labs Kara had one more person to say goodbye to: Alex. "I just wanted to say goodbye and that I am so thankful for every single moment on this planet that we have shared and that I am going to miss you so much Alex" Kara says tears streaming down her eyes like mini rivers "I am going to miss you so so so much Kara for everything you have taught me and the fact that with you in the world you have given so much brightness it can not even be quantified so thank you for everything girl of steel" Alex says the sheer volume of what is about to happen hitting her in that moment with her eyes the same colour as her hair and same amount of tears as Kara if not more. "Kara before you go I just wanted to say you have lived up to that crest more than I ever could," Superman said finally.

The end

Kara now determined to save the multiverse she calls home flew faster and faster than she ever felt posible and at then she went through the Endus energy wave hoping that the symbiote was strong enough to weather the storm it was in so she flew faster, hoping that where Venom was guiding her was the correct way to go. Then she found it the center of the chaos and then she and venom in unison started raising their power to the absolute limit and then they exploded completely destroying the Endus energy while also resetting the multiverse, however, this came at a price that the symbiote was not expecting it absorbed the energy making one of the strongest symbiotes to ever exist, and there was only one woman powerful enough to wield such a force her name… well that's another story for another day.

A/N: that's all folks. I hope you enjoyed it. I know it became an absolute mess at the end but I thought it deserved an ending so there it is also this is the longest chapter ever written which is so crazy. Anyway give me your opinion. One more thing the rewrite is not connected to this in any way as it takes part in it's own complete multiverse away from all of this.
