Growling in frustration, Damon gave the barrier one last shove, that proved fruitless and had his bones bending inside his skin. He cursed violently, Klaus and Stefan looking at him.
"We need to get Bonnie," Stefan said in an urgent voice, already turning around and heading back towards the school.
Damon caught his brother by the arm. "Like she's gonna help us, Stefan, she's not exactly our biggest fan right now," he said knowingly, raising his eyebrows.
"We have to at least try, Damon," Stefan reasoned with him. "It's Ric and Elena out there and Jeremy and Matt won't be able to protect themselves," he pointed out, Damon having to nod begrudgingly in agreement.
Once again, everyone was sticking their necks on the line for Elena Gilbert. There was no doubt about it, since Ric would be protected by his ring if Esther decided to turn the tables and kill him. Elena was the only one without any protection, since her sorry excuse for 'training' wouldn't protect her against another human, let alone a powerful old witch.
So why the hell, Damon thought to himself as he felt his feet moving of his own accord, do I keep sticking around?
He actually had no idea; he guessed he could tell himself it was because of Ric - Klaus was no doubt going so his hybrid blood bag would be safe - but truthfully, they'd been on the outs ever since he snapped his neck a few months ago. He decided it was better to leave the mystery unsolved, then he wouldn't end up with a headache.
Pushing the door open to a classroom, Damon switched on the light, abruptly breaking Bonnie and Jamie, who had been in mid-makeout, apart. Her surprised blush became a hardened glare as Klaus and Stefan appeared behind him.
"Sorry to spoil your seven minutes in heaven, Bon-Bon," Damon apologised, not at all sounding it. "We have a problem," he added with a grimace, walking further into the room with Klaus and Stefan.
"Of the magical variety," Klaus elaborated, Jamie's eyes raising in surprise in the background. "More specifically, my mother that refuses to stay dead," he said with a growl, taking off his suit jacket and throwing it on a desk.
Bonnie folded her arms, glaring at the three of them. "Give me one reason why I should help any of you," she said incredulously, Damon taking the brief silence to shoot Stefan a knowing look. "It's because of you that my mother's now a vampire, my Grams is dead and-"
"Actually, it's because you continually sacrifice yourself for a girl that doesn't deserve it," Damon interjected with a thin smile, throwing his hands up in defense of off Bonnie and Stefan's reactions. "If you wanna get specific," he smirked, quirking his eyebrows.
"Bonnie..." Stefan sighed, rubbing a hand over his forehead. "Elena's with Esther; she took her and we can't get to her," he said in despair, Damon and Klaus both rolling their eyes as Bonnie looked down thoughtfully.
"I'll see what I can do," she said after a while, sparing Stefan a soft smile before her hard exterior came back. "Hand me that map," she ordered, gesturing to the wall next to Alaric's blackboard.
Stefan walked over to the wall and carefully pulled the map off, throwing it over the desk, while Jeremy began rifling through the drawers, pulling out a small penknife and an empty pencil pot.
"What are you doing?" Bonnie asked in confusion, walking over to the desk, as Jeremy sliced his hand and began to drip his blood into the pot.
"You need a blood relative of Elena's to get a more accurate fix, right?" he said with a smile, handing Bonnie the pot and clenching his bleeding hand.
Bonnie smiled back, licking her lips and slowly curling her fingers around the pot. Damon raised his eyebrow at their non-breaking stare; they were like prebuescent children - well, sort of - and Bonnie had a date!
"Guys?" he called to them, breaking Bonnie's gaze on Jeremy as she brought herself back to Earth and fully took the pot from him, the younger Gilbert now pressing his free hand over his wound. "Less eye sex more magic," he added, gesturing towards the map.
"Wait, that came out wrong," Damon said to himself, giving a snort of laughter that had Jeremy shoot him a reprimanding look. Stefan rolled his eyes at him.
"Rebekah, call me back immediately!" Klaus' angry hiss came from the back of the room, drawing Damon's attention to him. "I only came to this ridiculous dance because you begged me to and now you're nowhere to be found!" He sighed in aggravation and hung up his phone, putting it back in his pocket.
He ran a hand through his hair, storming back over to where Bonnie was standing.
"What's taking so long?!" he asked in frustration, narrowing his eyes at her. "All boundary spells have a loop hole," he added with a thin smile.
Damon sniggered at him. "Klaus, it's only been five minutes. They haven't even started yet," he told him, pointing to Bonnie who hadn't even chanted a single word. Klaus just glared at him.
The door was thrown open as Matt walked hurriedly into the room, pointing to the people that were starting to walk past: "People are walking right out of the dance, past the barrier."
Jeremy licked his lips. "Matt and I can leave, we can stop Esther ourselves," he suggested, going over to Alaric's supply cupboard and throwing it open. "We just gotta find out where she is," he said, his voice slightly muffled as he stuck his head in the cupboard to look for weapons.
"It's suicide, Jeremy," Stefan told him, looking up briefly at the ceiling. Jeremy just shrugged and continued to look for weapons. They all knew they were screwed either way if Bonnie couldn't get the barrier down.
Letting out a snarl of rage, Klaus blurred forwards and grabbed Jamie by the throat, lifting him into the air, causing Bonnie to jump in shock and nearly drop the blood pot. Jamie struggled in Klaus' grip as his air started to cut off, but he wasn't going anywhere.
"No, suicide would be disappointing me!" he growled loudly, his eyes filling into that dangerous mix of black and amber. "Now work your magic, witch or I'll start killing people you fancy," he threatened, glancing towards Bonnie, and then back to Jamie, whose eyes were starting to drift closed.
"Let him go!" Bonnie said, starting towards Klaus, but then deciding against it when his eyes glowered and werewolf claws lengthened on his fingernails, digging into Jamie's throat.
"Not until you get us out of here," Klaus said smoothly, smirking in Bonnie's direction. She opened her mouth, wanting to say something, but nothing came out.
"Ah, don't be stupid, Klaus," Stefan said reasonably, walking over to him. "Bonnie doesn't give a damn about us. The only reason she's helping us right now is to save Caroline and Tyler," he said, looking at Bonnie knowingly. "You start killing the people she cares about, she'll tell us all to go to Hell," he finished.
Bonnie and Klaus' eyes met in a silent stand off, Jamie gasping for air and trying to pry Klaus' wrist off. Sighing, Klaus released Jamie, the human falling back onto the floor and coughing air back into his lungs, droplets of blood staining his fingers from where Klaus' claws had cut him.
"For your sake, you'd better hurry," Klaus warned her, motioning over to Damon, the two of them walking over to the desk, following Bonnie.
"I have to do this with you two lurking over me?" she said distastefully, taking hold of the pen pot Jeremy poured his blood into.
"You're still mad at me for what happened to Abby. Let me apologize," Damon began, smiling sincerly and Bonnie looked at him like she actually believe him. "I'm sorry Elijah forced us to turn your mother into a vampire to save Elena's life. Didn't exactly have a choice," he finished, Bonnie's expression souring as she realised what his 'apology' was.
"There's always a choice," she pointed out, glaring at him. "Whenever you make one someone else suffers," she hissed, Damon making a face of indifference. As long as he stayed alive at the end of it, he really couldn't bring himself to care.
"Let's cut the dramatics and get on with this, shall we?" Klaus drawled in a bored sounding voice, stopping Bonnie before she would no doubt start ranting. "Before I'm overcome with the urge to break your new boyfriend's neck," he added, shooting Jamie a nasty smile and licking his lips.
Starting suddenly, Bonnie poured the blood onto the map and started chanting, the foreign words rolling off her tongue. The blood pooled in a circle, clearly trying to move as Bonnie's chanting intensified, but it couldn't.
"Esther's fighting me," Bonnie said in a strained voice, eyes moving wildly behind closed eyelids as she tried to fight back, but she wasn't strong enough.
"Esther couldn't possibly have this much power," Klaus said in amazement, Bonnie giving up and opening her eyes. "Unless she's channelling something," he wondered, holding up a finger.
Bonnie turned to look at him. "A hotspot?" she suggested.
A look of confusion crossed Klaus' face, before it gave way to realisation. "Get the humans ready," he said in a low voice, both Bonnie and Damon giving him surprised looks. "I know where she is," he said loudly, Stefan pushing himself off the desk he was leaning on to walk towards the door with Jeremy and Matt.
"Hold on, wait, wait, wait," Damon said quickly, holding his hands up and walking in front of Klaus to stop him from going anywhere too. "We're sending a busboy and an xbox brain to do a vampire's job?" he said in disdain, looking back to Matt and Jeremy, who had paused in the doorway.
"What other option do we have, Damon?" Stefan said in exasperation, throwing his arms up in the air. "We can't go anywhere," he said in defeat, sighing heavily.
"I doubt the barrier extends to wolves and crows," Damon said with a crafty smirk in Klaus' direction, quirking his eyebrows as Klaus raised his own in surprise.
"What?" Stefan asked, but promptly getting ignored.
"I never thought I'd say this, Damon, but you're a genius," Klaus said with a smile, patting him on the shoulder. "There is one small problem; I'm not breaking every bone in my body just to walk over a barrier," he said with a wry smile.
"But would you do it to be able to rip your mother apart again?" Damon asked knowingly, playfully batting his eyelashes and grinning.
"Fine," Klaus relented with a roll of his eyes, gently shoving at Damon's face to get him to stop smiling. He batted his hand away. "When do you want to do this?" he asked.
"Damon," Stefan said from the sidelines, walking up to the two of them.
"What, Stefan?" Damon said a little harsher than he meant to, whirling on him. "The adults are brainstorming," he sang sarcastically.
"You haven't turned into a crow since the seventies," Stefan pointed out and Damon nodded in agreement. It was difficult, but had nothing on turning into a wolf, that was for sure.
"I just need fresh blood," Damon explained, emphasising heavily on 'fresh'. Couldn't be more than a few hours dead if he was feeding from a dead person and since the influx of vervain in most towns he circulated in, he stopped bothering to feed from live victims. "Pint or five should be fine," he said with an evil grin, rounding on Jamie.
Jamie gave a nervous chuckle and backed up several steps. "Uh-uh, I don't think so," he said with a shake of his head.
"Who says I care what you think?" Damon shot back, baring his fangs threateningly. As if a human would stop him, and Bonnie's hands were tied; she'd need to let this slide if she wanted a better chance at saving Elena and Alaric other than Jeremy and Matt.
Before Bonnie or Stefan could stop him, he sped forward and sunk them into Jamie's neck.
Damon wiped the blood off his mouth, walking with Klaus through the gym. Thankfully Stefan had managed to put Bonnie off of giving him a witchy migraine by convincing her he was doing it to help, and besides, it wasn't like he was gonna kill the kid. He only drained a few pints, tops.
He realised that Klaus had stopped walking, nearly bumping into him.
"What?" he asked, furrowing his eyebrows.
Damon didn't get a response; Klaus was staring at Tyler and Caroline, as they slow-danced to the music. Damon frowned and hung back as he walked over to them, trying to keep the jealousy out of his scowl. He was sure Klaus was only there because of Tyler, but he couldn't help but wonder, since Caroline was there.
"Where've you been mate?" he heard Klaus ask, a nervous look visible on Tyler's face for a brief second from where even Damon was stood.
"I just got back in town," he said with a light smile, looking to Caroline, who nodded for confirmation.
Klaus raised his eyebrows. "That's funny, I don't recall giving you permission to leave in the first place," he reminded him and Tyler shifted uncomfortably.
Caroline sighed, turning around and glaring at him. "Why do you always have to prove you're the alpha male?!" she asked angrily, glowering at him.
"I don't have to prove anything, I am the alpha male," Klaus said with a lazy smile.
Damon rolled his eyes and walked up to them, breaking their intense stand-off and tapping Klaus on the shoulder.
"Well, if you're done marking your territory," he said sarcastically, raising his eyebrow at Klaus. "We need to get moving; Elena and Alaric aren't gonna save themselves," he reminded him, cocking his head in the direction of the gym doors.
"What's going on?" Caroline asked in concern.
"Long story short, we're all trapped at the dance except Matt and Jeremy - who've decided to stupidly try and save the day - and Esther took Elena," Damon explained quickly, Caroline's eyes widening. "Bonnie's working on the spell now, but I came up with a genius idea that's gonna save us time," he smiled, smugly playing with the lapel of his jacket.
"You?" Tyler asked in surprise, both Damon and Klaus narrowing their eyes at him.
"Yes, Lockwoof, me," Damon snipped, rolling his eyes. Tyler made a face of approval. "He's gonna turn into a wolf, I'm gonna turn into a crow and we're gonna walk through the barrier and go and lay some smack-down on a very old - but attractive in a creepy way - pain in the ass," he elaborated further.
"How do you know this is gonna work?" Caroline asked, eyes shifting between the two of them.
"Well, it's really the biggest spitball that stuck," Damon said with a shrug. Klaus could always go by himself if he couldn't turn, that much was certain. "But it beats sitting around and wasting time that Bonnie would take trying to get the barrier down and sending Matt and Jeremy out alone," he added with a shrug, him and Klaus turning around to walk away.
"Damon?" she called after him. He looked back at her expectantly, raising his eyebrows.
"Bring them back, alright?" she asked in a soft voice, looking concerned.
He nodded and saw her smile. He followed Klaus out the gym and round to the front of the school where the barrier was, the two of them going over to the thicker bushes, hidden by trees.
"The things I'll do for revenge," Klaus muttered to himself through clenched teeth, unbuttoning his shirt and putting it over his arm. "Oh and, Damon?" he started, looking over at him.
He looked at him. "Hmm?"
Klaus grabbed him by the scruff of his shirt, Damon being able to feel his body heat as he pulled him closer: "If this doesn't work and I've wasted my time for nothing, the next few hundred years of your life are going to involve you chained to my bed and being punished in an extremely painful manner," he threatened, eyes glimmering.
"Really?" Damon asked with a cheeky grin, Klaus rolling his eyes and releasing him.
He walked further into the forest bordering the school and Damon grimaced at the sounds that followed. Any other time, he would have been glad - and probably turned on - hearing Klaus scream, but accompanied by the cracking of his bones was not one of them.
A while later, a large black wolf trotted out from the trees, shaking its torn clothing from its body and pushing them ontop of each other with its nose, as if it was folding them. Damon chuckled; even as a wolf, Klaus had an effinity for neatness.
The wolf walked over to him and nuzzled against his leg, Damon trying not to grin as it sniffed his hand before licking his fingers thoroughly.
"Ugh," Damon laughed, seeming to spur Klaus on further, giving the side of his head a little stroke. "You'd better not be one of those drooler dogs," he added, wiping his hand on his jeans.
He smiled as Klaus just sat there, tail swishing happily, watching him curiously. He reached out with both hands and tickled Klaus behind his ears, like he was ruffling someone's hair, laughing again as Klaus made a happy whining sound, pushing his head further into his hand.
He stopped abruptly as Stefan walked out towards them, Klaus' ears drooping slightly. He patted Klaus on the back, the wolf walking forward to lean against his leg, his weight sagging against it.
"Hey, Klaus turn?" Stefan asked, glancing at the wolf.
"No, Stefan," Damon said sarcastically. "I'm just standing here with a black wolf because I needed a stargazing pal," he added, rolling his eyes. Klaus leaned up on his hind legs and swatted Damon on his ass, recieving a look of surprise from the elder Salvatore.
"Now we just need to see if he can get through," Stefan said, raising his eyebrows.
Damon smirked. "Go on, Klaus! Jump over the barrier, good boy!" he called in a high-pitched voice, clapping his hands and gesturing to the barrier.
Klaus cocked his head, and if wolves had eyebrows, Damon could swear Klaus would be raising one. Instead, he just bared his teeth.
"What?" Damon asked innocently, looking at both Stefan and Klaus!Wolf's bewildered expression. "You are a dog," he added, smirking at Klaus.
Klaus growled lowly in his throat, nipping at his ankle. He walked over to the barrier and sniffed the salt, reeling back up. He raised one paw and to all of their surprises, it went over the salt-line.
He walked straight over the line - his tail swishing some away purposely in a mockery - and turned around to look at Damon expectantly. He turned to Stefan.
"That's my cue," he said with a sigh.
"Be careful, Damon," Stefan warned him.
Damon patted him on the shoulder. "See you on the other side, brother," he smirked, Stefan unable to hide his smile.
He closed his eyes and concentrated, feeling a familar power surging through his veins as his bones shrunk and moulded themselves into a completely different shape, his world view becoming shifted as he shrunk considerably in height.
Lifting his wings, he cried out and flew towards the barrier, to his relief, zapping straight through it. He fluttered down next to Klaus, the wolf leaning down to nose at his feathers and promptly getting a wing flapping furiously in his face.
Damon transformed back with much more ease than he thought, cracking his neck as it had become stiff. He caught some jeans Stefan threw at him and raised an eyebrow.
"Where'd you get these?" he asked.
"Just be grateful for compulsion and leave it at that," Stefan said with a nervous chuckle, Damon smirking at the thought of a kid running around with no pants.
Klaus bumped his head against Damon's thigh to catch his attention and the two of them started walking further down the path, Klaus plodding placidly a few feet behind him until he stopped, tilting his head and looking at Damon.
"Probably not a good idea," Damon said, guessing that Klaus was going to try and turn back. "Just 'cause I got my clothes back, doesn't mean you've kept yours," he said knowingly.
Klaus growled indignantly and Damon chuckled at him, playfully poking his nose. He threw the jeans over Klaus' head, the wolf shaking them to rest on his neck.
"Wear these and just-" Damon frowned to himself briefly, before taking his jacket off and placing it over Klaus' neck. "Zip this up," he suggested, patting Klaus on the head before he walked off behind some bushes.
Human Klaus emerged several minutes later, zipping Damon's jacket up to cover his naked chest. "Let's get this over with, shall we?" he said, Damon nodding in agreement.
He made to walk off down the road again, before Klaus grabbed his wrist bruisingly tight. "What?" he asked.
"You tell anyone the warped belief that I even enjoyed being tickled behind the ears for a single, microscopic second, I'll-"
"I know, I know, chain me to a bed for the next few hundred years and punish me with 'extreme pain'," Damon finished, yanking his arm out of Klaus' grip to make air quotes with his fingers.
"Glad we're on the same page," Klaus smiled, pleased with himself.
Damon grinned suddenly, Klaus' expression turning deadly. "But seriously, on a scale of one to ten, how much would you say that you-"
He was cut off abruptly as Klaus pressed a hand tightly over his mouth, the other on the back of his head, their faces extremely close.
"One more word and I'll tear out your liver," Klaus whispered dangerously, Damon's eyes drifting down to stare at his mouth as he dragged his hand away, the other still on the back of his head.
Damon's eyes were wide open in shock as Klaus leaned in and planted a chaste kiss on his lips, smirking at him. Dazed slightly, Damon pressed a finger to his lips, Klaus' smirk intensifying.
When they finally made it to the graveyard - taking longer than they would have liked because Damon childishly refused to stop teasing Klaus about being tickled behind his ears - they happened upon Esther stood outside the witch house, Alaric nowhere in sight, with Jeremy and Matt pointing their weapons at each other as Elena watched in horror.
Jeremy was gritting his teeth as he battled with his finger to stop it from sliding into the trigger. "Matt! Matt drop your gun!" he cried out, his eyes widening.
"I can't! I'm not controlling it!" he yelled back, arms straining against Esther's force as he tried to desperately yank the gun away from Jeremy, but he couldn't move.
"Esther, stop it!" Elena cried from the sidelines, grasping at her necklace with tears in her eyes as she was powerless to do anything.
"As I said, foolish to risk your lives for the safety of those that would kill you," Esther said to Matt and Jeremy, smiling at them both. "And each other," she added smoothly, turning to look at Klaus with an eerie look in her eyes before she closed them.
Out of the corner of his eye, Damon saw Klaus' eyes turn amber and his fangs lengthen, backing up slightly.
"Klaus, what are you doing?" he asked worriedly, seeing Klaus' eyes fixating themselves on his jugular.
Without a word, Klaus snarled and leapt on top of Damon, pinning him to the ground and knocking all the wind out of him so he couldn't fight back. He squirmed underneath him, coughing as Klaus glared down at him, his eyes glazed over slightly.
"I admit, under any other circumstances, this would be a major turn-on!" he groaned out, sparing Esther a glare that he was pretty sure she didn't see, Klaus' hands tightening around his throat and crushing his windpipe.
There was a strangled yell and the pressure around Damon's throat gradually stopped as Klaus regained control of himself; they both looked up, Damon at a slightly awkward angle from where he was still on the floor, in time to see Alaric pull the white oak stake out of Esther's back, surveying the scene in shock and horror.
"Oh my god," he breathed, looking from Esther's dead body, to Jeremy and Matt - who had dropped their weapons - a tearful Elena and the blood on his hands, which still held the stake. He then flexed his fingers, turning a deathly shade of white when he realised he didn't have it on. "Where's my ring?" he asked.
"Tell me what happened," he demanded, an uncomfortable silence sweeping across the graveyard as neither human wanted to say anything.
So the vampire decided to intervene: "It's a long story, just wait for the film," he quipped from where he was still pinned underneath Klaus.
"Damon!" Elena snapped at him, her voice shaking slightly.
Damon ignored her and turned to look up at Klaus, playfully shoving him off. "Get off me," he chuckled, Klaus leaning back slightly.
"I'll just make sure there's a bed underneath you next time," he smirked, helping Damon up onto his feet. He pulled his shirt down from where it had rode up, watching Elena walk up to Alaric with tears in her eyes.
"E-Esther stabbed you," she managed to get out, a few tears leaking out as Alaric looked like he was trying to piece it all together in his mind. "You're in transition; she said she was gonna create another," she swallowed hard, unable to get the words out. "Another-"
"Original vampire," Klaus summarised, stepping forwards, Alaric shooting him a bewildered look over Elena's shoulder. "Another attempt at eradicating my siblings and I, no doubt," he muttered darkly, narrowing his eyes at his mother's dead body.
"What? Oh my g-" Alaric stopped short, his words literally catching in his throat. "This can't be happening," he murmured in disbelief, suddenly dropping the stake as if it burned his hands.
"Sorry to say, it is, mate," Klaus said in a cheerful tone that distracted everyone. "Do you want the quick and painless neck snap or the drawn-out death chock with tears and sorrowful goodbyes?" he asked with a smile, raising his eyebrows.
Elena made a startled noise, whirling around on her heel, glaring daggers at Klaus and about to unleash a torrent of epithets from the looks of it, but Jeremy's confused voice interrupted her.
"Bonnie?"
The five of them turned in surprise to see Bonnie walking towards them through the darkness, a determined look on her face and a slight sluggish edge to her movements.
"What are you doing here?" Jeremy asked, getting ignored again.
"Bonnie?" Damon tried, stepping forwards as Bonnie came closer. She had that same glazed over look in her eyes that Klaus did.
She lifted her hand in the air and Damon groaned in pain, feeling a thousand needles and then some piercing his skull; blood dripped from his nose and mouth as he dropped to his knees.
He collapsed on his side as he started to scream. Faintly, he heard Klaus rushing over to him and dropping onto his knees beside him, gently placing his head into his lap. He strained to watch the scene through his vision that was becoming blurred with blood.
"Bonnie, stop!" Jeremy and Matt cried in unison, Bonnie wordlessly raising a hand again and flinging Matt and Jeremy to the ground, heading straight for Alaric. What the hell was she doing?!
Elena and Alaric's protests seemed to blur together in one huge buzzing sound as Bonnie got closer, shoving Elena onto the ground and picking up the stake. She stabbed the tip into her hand, the wound oozing blood. Damon gritted his teeth and tried to move as her brief distraction stopped his migraine, but he couldn't.
"Don't!" he called over to her, but it was no use; she wasn't listening to him and Alaric's protests were getting more and more faint as she, and her blood got closer.
"My mother's controlling her somehow," Klaus muttered to him, wiping some of the blood from his face.
"What?!" Damon yelled in disbelief, trying to scramble up and push Bonnie away from Alaric, but he was in no condition to move and Klaus wasn't up for letting him.
"I told you before, alive or dead, witches are a pain in the ass," he growled under his breath.
Eyes widening, Damon watched on as Bonnie offered her hand to Alaric. He took hold of it and as soon as the first drop of blood touched his lips, the spell over Bonnie shattered and she screamed, trying to pull herself away as he started drinking faster.
With more strength, he grabbed hold of her tightly, and sunk his teeth into her neck, Bonnie's cries of pain going unheard as everyone watched on in horror, unable to stop it.
He threw Bonnie aside suddenly, mouth stained and dripping with her blood, her body falling lifelessly to the floor. He reached down and plucked the white oak stake up from the ground, brandishing it in front of him as his eyes became laced with black and large veins snaked from under his capillaries.
"Fuck me," Damon groaned loudly, raising a hand and slapping himself on the forehead, instantly regretting it as Klaus' face spun above him.
"Not the time or place, Damon," Klaus commented simply, hauling him to his feet as Alaric turned his attention on the two of them, deadly amber and blue laced with black and becoming visible.
See, I didn't abandon this story! :) Sorry this took so long, but I hope you all enjoyed it. Review with your thoughts and I'll try my hardest not to make you all wait as long for an update next time.
And Wolf!Klaus/Damon was kinda fun for me to write, so's what I've also got coming up soon. ;)
Also, I've got some ideas for two new Klamon stories that I'll probably release soon. There's some vague information on my profile; just need to smoothen out some plot points.
