A/N: Yay 2 chapters in one day! I really felt like writing this chapter because it seems so much fun! Just to say there are some spoilers in this chapter (so be ready) and just to say this chapter is much longer than the others (IDK why I just needed to fit everything in) Well enjoy!
She shoved him away from her, in pain she still screamed on the ground. "AHHHHH!" she clutched her fists, slowly purple light started swirling around her hands. It grew bigger and bigger, she opened her arms surrounding the corridor in a flash, the purple light blasted through her hands spreading the corridor and eventually swallowing the whole school. She stood up, looking us but this time her eyes weren't glowing anymore, it was her regular pupils. "Wha..what happened?" Issa asked looking around. "Uhh, you may or may not have swallowed the entire school with the purple blast." Will said.
Issa stared at us as if she sees a ghost "Oh no," she said she looked at one of the classroom's window and saw that the class is resuming as normal but very slowly as if nothing ever happened. "Oh yes," she sighed in relief "The force field swallowed the whole corridor and possibly the hall, it didn't swallow up the classrooms with the closed doors, I've never been so glad that there is a door closing policy in school," she said in relief. "Issa," I finally asked "What did you see in Will's head?'' She looked up at me and paused in fear "I..I saw a man an..and a Demogorgon."
"You sure it was a Demogorgon?" I asked "It looks like a human but has an odd-looking head. Like petals of a flower." "Yes, I'm sure," she answered in fear. "Will! Why would you have such a dark memory in your mind? I yelled I was mad I didn't want my little (but sassy) sister to be seeing things we won't want her to. "I..I..I...do..don't know.." Will stammered "I swear whatever she is seeing it's not my memory." Issa looked at me and Will then paused for a while. "You've encountered it before didn't you?" Issa said, "Both of you guys were saying 'not again' in your heads, you must have seen it before." We looked at each other knowing we need to tell her the whole story. "It's a long story." I said "This is a time force field for us it can be hours and hours but for them, it can be only seconds. So spill the tea."
We told her from the very beginning where papa kept me to test my telekinesis powers and where Will got into the upside-down and how we found him with my powers. Then to fight the Demogorgon I had to go the upside-down with it for months until I find a way out. Then we told her how I got adopted by Hopper and stayed there for over a year, then I found out that our mom who is paralyzed has another daughter (our older sister) and her powers is that she can make people see things that aren't there. Then I went back to my friends (and mike) because I knew they were in trouble. The mind flayer already possessed Will and we got an end on that by closing the portal. Till last summer it freaking came back again this time possessing and feeding on a bunch of other people and meanwhile, the Russians are trying to figure out a way to reopen the portal to the upside-down (all this led to starcourt mall sorry forgot to talk about that) we did stop that but it killed lots of people including Max's brother, Alexei (Well kind of) and my dad…..Hopper.
"I'm sorry El.." Issa said sadly, she looked at her watch and said "Oh my god it's been 3 hours I better take down the force field and you guys should go to class. Step back." We did as told. She knelt down and put her arms surrounding the corridor before I knew it the force field surrounded us got sucked back into Issa's hands returning to normal. The class inside resumed at normal speed as if nothing has ever changed. "Come on, you need to go to Mrs Cavewollow's class. I'll be in the other side of the school in Mrs Puntley's class. See you at lunch!" and she ran off."
"Well, that nice to meet my sister right Will?" I said smiling, but he never responded. "Will?" He was still staring at the direction where Issa ran off to. "Look at that, someone is in loveeee." I teased. "What? No.. Yes. Wait what?" Will asked blushing. I chuckled. "Let's go we don't wanna be late." Will said changing the subject.
Ding Ding Ding!
The bell rung everyone was packing up. "Fpporr your shomfork," Mrs Cavewollow said mumbling through her cornflakes in her mouth, "Freadds tage flirty pun in pextbook." ( which she meant to say "For your homework, read page thirty-one in textbook" ) everyone nodded and left. Me and Will shared a chuckle, Mrs Cavewollow spent almost the whole lesson just stuffing cornflakes in her mouth! We kind of got lost to the cafeteria but we just follow the crowd of people. There we can choose our lunch from three options, the first was an avocado salad. Gross but Will chose that as his lunch. The second one was mash potatoes and gravy which looks okay but I passed on that. That last option was someone I could ever refuse for. Eggos. I took about three of them until the cafeteria woman had to stop me. And we walked to the table area.
"El! Will! Over here!" Issa yelled across the cafeteria. We walked over to see a table was fully occupied with people except two seats waiting for us. "Guys this is El and Will. El and Will this is Angelica, Tanya, Spencer, Tyler, Carson, David, Lina, Matthew, Lisa, Brooklyn and Geo." "Hi!" I said excitedly I never really met knew friends except for Mike, Max, Lucas, Dustin and Will, though I am a bit shy but I want to open up a bit. "Hey," Tanya said "Nice outfit." I smiled "Thanks" I can tell that Tyler was staring at me and blushing but I pretend not to notice but except that we had a great first day of school.
At night back at home, I lay on my bed rethinking all the things that happened to me today, it was great. I see the way Tyler looks at me, he is tall, has his blond hair pushed back and he seems strong. But if he does like, what about Mike? I love him, don't I? After all the confusing thought, I quickly fell asleep. I was in the middle of a dark tunnel, with some dust flying around everywhere, the floor was gooey and without a doubt, I knew where I was. The upside-down. I looked around and found a trail leading to bright light, I followed there and I find myself standing in front of someone I thought I will never see again. Hopper.
"Dad!" I screamed running towards him "Jane? Jane? Jane! Wha..what are you doing here?" Before I could even answer I hugged my adoptive dad and sobbed. "I thought you were dead," I said between my sobs "Look Jane it's not safe here you gotta go back where you came from-" "No! Not without you." I yelled "I can't lose you aga-" shrieeeeeek "Look you gotta go, that thing is coming for its coming, you gotta go no-" SHRIIIEEEEK
I woke up screaming looking around realising it was a nightmare. But I don't think it was just any nightmare, it must be a message. Maybe my powers are coming back. But if they are, does that mean my dad is alive?
