And now, our heroes are in for a big surprise. Enjoy!

Castle That Never Was:

At the Altar of Naught, Master Xehanort, Young Xehanort, Ansem, Xemnas, Vanitas, Maleficent, Pete, Mortimer, Magica, and Hades were watching everything.

"Who would've thought that the legendary Dragon Warrior would be the worst teacher in the whole velly." chortled Pete.

"Yeah, he managed to injure the Furious Five, the hardcore warriors." Mortimer snickered.

"Yeesh, and I thought Hercules getting trained by Phil was entertraining." remarked Hades. "I mean, the kid was skinnier than Steve Rogers during World War 2 for Zeus' sake."

"That doesn't make him any less of a threat." said Ansem. "He is still a master of kung fu, as are the Furious Five and about ½ of Sora's team."

"Luckily, that problem will be solved soon." smirked Xemnas.

"So what's the plan?" asked Magica.

"You are still helping us with our allies." Maleficent said to her fellow witch. "The Organization will oversee Kai's progress."

"Well said Maleficent." said Xehanort. "In mere hours… Kai will return to the mortal realm."

"Not only that," said Young Xehanort. "But another one of Sora's allies will soon be traveling to the Valley of Peace very soon."

Valley of Peace:

After patrolling the village, Sora, Riku, Kairi, Roxas, Naminé, Lea, Xion, Isa, Myde, Ven, Aqua, Terra, Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Max, Oswald, and Ortensia were making their way back up the stairs to the palace.

"So far only small amounts of Heartless." said Mickey.

"That's good now, but it might get harder by tomorrow." said Terra.

"Nothing we can't handle." smirked Ven.

"How ya feelin' Myde?" asked Goofy, glancing at their mullet-haired friend.

"A lot better." said Myde.

"So who's sleeping with who in the guest rooms?" asked Kairi. "Cause I know that I'll be sleeping with Aqua, Naminé, and Xion."

"I'm staying with Riku, Terra, and Ven." said Sora.

"Me, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy will share a room." said Mickey.

"I'll be sharing with Oswald, Ortensia, and Dad." said Max.

"And that means I will be rooming with Myde, Roxas, and Lea." said Isa.

"I wonder how Po's holding up after today's… lesson." said Daisy, worried for the panda.

"Being a teacher isn't easy." said Aqua.

"While Donald's teaching Vivi magic, Goofy's training the guards, and many of us training each other while using our Keyblades, kung fu is a whole different department." Lea said in agreement. "Especially since it seems a lot out of Po's experience."

"I'm sure he'll get the hang of it." said Minnie.

"You might want to tell him that now." said Lea, pointing ahead of them.

There, they saw a sad Po looking at a stature of Master Oogway.

"I'm sorry Oogway." Po said sadly. "I guess I'm just not worthy of being a teacher."

Everyone gave Po sympathetic looks as they walked up.

"Hey Po." said Sora.

Po turned around and saw his old and new friends.

"Hey guys." Po greeted, trying to put on a smile.

"How are you feeling?" asked Aqua softly.

Po sighed. "I could be better. Well, actually, a lot better." he replied.

"We're sorry that things got out of control." said Naminé.

"Thanks." sighed Po. "I doubt I can do it again."

"Hey, we did get the Five and Myde healed." said Donald.

"But you guys won't be around to do so every time." said Po.

"Doesn't mean you can't keep trying." reminded Goofy.

"We all make mistakes, Po." said Terra. "But we do learn from them."

"And that's what makes us better." added Oswald.

"I guess." muttered Po. He turned around, only to yelp in surprise when Shifu appeared in front of him.

"Would you stop doing that?" Po asked in annoyance.

"That is good stealth mode." commented Roxas.

Shifu smiled. "Thank you Roxas." he said before turning to Po. "How was your first day teaching?" he asked.

"Humiliating." Po replied bitterly.

"I heard." said Shifu.

Po was shocked. "Who told you? Did Tigress tell you?" he asked.

"I heard from Monkey and Crane and Mantis and your dad and Mrs. Chow from the gift shop and deduced it from our world-traveling companions and… Tigress told me." Shifu replied.

"How did the word spread so fast?" asked Sora, shocked.

"The Jade Palace is probably full of blabber mouths." said Lea.

"Yeah, well did she also tell you that it'll never happen again? Cause I'm done." Po said with a frown.

"Teaching? Or being humiliated?" Shifu inquired.

"Both. I don't know why you ever thought I could teach that class." replied Po.

"Oh, I knew you couldn't." said Shifu, shocking everyone.

"What? You set me up to fail?" Po asked in shock.

"Why did you do that Shifu?" asked Mickey.

"If you only do what you can do, you'll never be more than you are now." Shifu said to the panda.

"...What?" asked Myde.

"I got nothing." said Terra.

"Me neither." said Xion, confused.

"I don't wanna be more! I like who I am." said Po.

Shifu smirked. "You don't even know who you are."

Po was now very confused. "What do you...? Of course I do. I'm the Dragon Warrior." he told him.

"And what exactly does that mean, Dragon Warrior?" Shifu asked.

Po paused for a moment, trying to figure that out. "It means... you know... just going around and punching and kicking. Defending the valley and stuff." he replied in an unsure tone.

"I think it may be more than that Po." said Aqua as her friends traded unsure glances.

"Aqua is correct." said Shifu. "Punching and kicking? You think that is what the great master Oogway saw for you? A five hundred year prophecy fulfilled so you can spend your days... kicking butt? And running through town high-fiving bunnies?"

"Yes?" Po answered with a nervous grin.

"No." Shifu facepalmed. "Oogway saw greatness in you, Po. Against my better judgement… More than you can see in yourself. Incredible power awaits you. Power beyond anything you can imagine." he explained. He turned to the world-travelers. "And if he were still around today, I bet he can see that you 20 are destined to something similar."

Sora and Co. were taken aback.

"You really think so?" asked Terra.

Shifu smirked. "I know so. I've learned to trust his judgement." he replied.

Shifu placed his hands close to each other and formed a stance. As his hands glowed a dim yellow, he directed them towards a dying plant. The plant slowly rose back into life.

Everyone was shocked.

"Whoa…" gasped Sora.

"Wow…" gasped Minnie.

"So enchanting…" said Daisy.

"Gawrsh…" said Goofy.

"Would you look at that?" Roxas said in awe.

"Whoa! What was that?" Po asked as he closely studied the plant.

"That… was chi." said Shifu.

"Chi? You mean like the heroes chi that I used to defeat Ke-Pa?" asked Po.

"No, Po. That Chi is a special power that was passed on to you after Oogway passed away." corrected Shifu. "The Chi you just saw me use is the kind that lives within everyone." (1)

"That's amazing." said Aqua.

"It sounds so ancient." remaked Lea.

"And powerful." added Max.

Po crawled towards Shifu. "So you're saying if I— (gasps) so you're saying if I teach, I'll be able to do cool stuff like that?" he asked eagerly.

Shifu pushed Po back. "No… I'm saying if you teach, I'll be able to do cool stuff like that." he smirked.

"Oh." Po said in disappointment.

"Would we be able to do that too?" asked Minnie.

"When you are taught." Shifu replied.

"That makes no sense." Myde said in confusion.

"Since when does anything make sense anymore?" Riku pointed out.

They all then saw Po direct his hand on a nearby plant in an attempt to bring it to life. He failed.

"Aw you'll get the hang of it Po." said Mickey reassuringly.

"It is harder than it looks bro." Oswald reminded him.

"Well if we can all master the Keyblade, then I'm sure we can master chi too." said Sora, determined.

Shifu chuckled. "Mastery of chi requires mastery of self." he told the 21 of them. "Oogway sat alone in a cave for thirty years asking one question... Who am I? Who… am I? I'm lucky if I get five minutes before you interrupt."

"Thirty years?" Ven asked, astonished.

"That's even longer than when you were trapped in the Realm of Darkness." Lea said to Aqua, who nodded.

"I think I'd go insane." Myde commented.

"Me too." Donald said in agreement.

Po groaned. "So now I have to sit alone in a cave for thirty years?" he asked.

"Eventually. After you master teaching." said Shifu.

"Teaching? There's no way I'm ever gonna be like you." Po said sadly.

"I'm not trying to turn you into me. I'm trying to turn you… into you." said Shifu as he gave Po the revived plant before he departed.

"Turn me… into me?" Po said in confusion "Wait a second. That makes no…" Po grinned smugly. "Almost there Shifu, just a little more confusing and you'll be the next Oogway." He turned around then winced when he saw Oogway's statue. "Oh. Ah. Sorry. No offense, Master Oogway. I just... I'll let you get back to your eternal peace."

Po made his way to the palace as Sora and Co. followed him.

"I think what Shifu is trying to tell yas is that you need to be the best you, Po." said Goofy.

"Goofy's right." said Mickey. "You don't have to be like him or Oogway."

"Or the Furious Five." added Sora. "You just have to be the best version of yourself."

"That's what I told my honorary niece Webby when we were rescuing Daisy." said Donald. "She wanted to be a great adventurer like me and Della."

"But Donald helped her see that she didn't have to be him or Della to be a great adventurer." said Riku.

Flashback, between the events of Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts: ReCoded:

While trying to find Merlock to save Daisy, Webby revealed that she had Della's journal and Donald was looking it over.

Webby gave Donald an envious look.

"You two have been on so many adventures together that the ones I've been on pale in comparison. I don't know how I could ever live up to the legend of… you…" she said sadly.

Donald was touched and at the same time gave Webby a look of sympathy. The pink loving duckling sat down looking a little dejected.

"It's kinda hard trying to be the next Donald or Della Duck." she said sadly.

Donald sat down next to her with a smile of reassurance.

"You don't need to be like me at all Webby. " he told her.

Webby gave an expression of surprise. "I don't?" she asked.

"No, of course not!" Donald said kindly. "And you don't need to be like Della either."

He put a hand on her shoulder.

"Maybe you haven't been on as much adventures as me Della but they're still ones that neither of us had the chance to go. You solved the mystery of Toth-Ra, you almost made it to the top of Mount Neverest, you explored the lost city of Atlantis, fought a giant money shark which yes, I know about and you made it to the Isle of Ithaquack at such a young age. You've been on a lot of amazing adventures and you were able to succeed in all of them because you have your own way of adventuring that makes you unique and special. You don't have to be me or Della, you need to be you. You should just be Webbigail Vanderquack!" Donald said with encouragement.

Webby let Donald's speech sink in and took time to absorb his words but still seemed lost.

"I'm not sure if I quite understand." she told him.

"Maybe I wasn't clear enough." said Donald.

"No! I didn't mean it literally. I'm not sure if I quite understand my own way of adventuring." explained Webby.

Donald warmly smiled at his fan. "You'll figure it out one day Webby, I have faith in you. If you can figure out your own way of adventuring I can guarantee that you'll be an even better adventurer than me or Della." he told her.

Webby smiled gratefully. "You really mean it Donald?" she asked.

"I do!" said Donald. "Here."

Donald handed the journal back to Webby. "Keep this safe with you. It holds the memories I share with my sister. Take care of it."

"I will Donald, I promise." promised Webby.

"Good. And after this, maybe we should do something together so we can get to know each other better." suggested Donald.

Webby warmly smiled at the idea.

"I'd really like that Donald. But for now, let's save Daisy!" said Webby enthusiastically.

"Yeah, let's go!" said Donald, determined to save his girlfriend.

Present:

"So all you have to do is be the best version of a teacher you can be." said Donald.

Po sighed. "I guess, but that seems a lot easier said than done." he told them.

"A lot of stuff is." said Lea.

"But we know you can do it." said Sora with an encouraging smile.

Po smiled a little. "Thanks guys."

"With that said, let's get some sleep." said Naminé.

"Good idea." yawned Myde.

The 21 went to their rooms, not noticing a green aura behind Oogway's statue.

Down on a farm, a duck farmer and rabbit farmer were doing yard work. Nearby, a green explosion appeared. The two farmers walked closer to the dissipated explosion and saw Kai. The scared farmers tried to run away, but Kai cut off their escape with a toss of his blade. As Kai approached the farmers, the duck farmer let out an egg out of extreme fear.

"What is this place?" Kai asked.

"Aaah... my… brother's… farm?" the bunny farmer replied nervously.

"Ah." nodded Kai. "If I stepped on you, would you die?" he asked menacingly.

The duck farmer let out more eggs in fright.

"Y-Yes." stuttered the bunny farmer.

Kai grinned evilly. "The mortal realm." he said in satisfaction. He looked at Oogway's jade pendant. "You hear that, Oogway? I'm back. Kai has returned!" he chortled loudly.

The two farmers were confused. "Who?" they asked.

Kai was taken aback. "Kai. General Kai. Supreme warlord of all China." he told them.

"Huh?" asked the bunny farmer.

"I don't know." shrugged the duck farmer.

"The jade slayer. Master of pain. You may know me as the Beast of Vengeance." he told them. "Uh, Maker of Widows?"

"Eh." the duck farmer said in confusion.

Kai rolled his eyes. "Okay, I used to work with Oogway." he told them, exasperated.

"Oh, Master Oogway! He was a great warrior." exclaimed the duck farmer.

"We've heard of Master Oogway…" added the rabbit farmer.

"Okay, okay, enough…" said Kai in exasperation.

"Wise and—" began the rabbit farmer.

"Silence!" Kai shouted.

The farmers cowered.

"You heard him Bugs and Daffy. Scram!" came a voice.

The three looked up to see Ansem, Xemnas, Xigbar, Luxord, Marluxia, and Larxene approaching them. It had been Larxene who spoke, showing the farmers her knives, making them run away in fear.

"Well well well, Organization XIII." Kai smirked.

"General Kai." greeted Ansem. "We trust that your journey here was uneventful."

Kai chuckled. "Not at all."

"That's good." said Xemnas.

"You remember the plan, correct?" asked Luxord.

Kai nodded. "Yep. Track down Oogway's students." he replied. "By the way, did those world-travelers you warned me about show up?"

"They have." said Marluxia. "There are 20 of them. Only 11 of them have mastered kung fu so far."

"I wouldn't underestimate them if I were you." chuckled Xigbar. "While we're getting stronger in power, they're still getting stronger too."

"In fact, all 20 of them are Keyblade Masters as of today." said Luxord.

Kair chuckled. "Nothing that I can't handle."

"Good." said Xemnas. "As we should remind you, you may use the Keybearers as your minions once you've stolen all their chi."

"But when you're done casting this world into darkness, you will hand over the main 7 Guardians of Light over to us." said Ansem.

"You got it." nodded Kai.

"That's good." said Larxene. She then frowned before summoning her knives and held them at Kai's throat, much to his surprise. "But be warned, general. We don't take betrayal lightly." she warned with a glare. "Betray us, and we'll make sure you suffer an even worse threat the old turtle put you through. Got it?"

Kai smirked. "Of course."

"Good." nodded Xemnas. "That will be all."

With that said, the six Organization members teleported away.

Kai tossed some of his jade pendants on the ground. They materialized into masters covered in jade. These were the masters from the Spirit Realm Kai had stolen their chi from.

"Find Oogway's students and the world-travelers and bring them to me." Kai instructed.

The enslaved masters split into multiple directions.

Kai looked at Oogway's pendant, which was attracted to a string around his neck like a necklace.

"By the time I am done with them, Oogway, there will be no one left who will even remember your name." Kai said darkly before laughing maniacally. "Kai is coming!" he shouted as a green aurora reappeared in the sky.

Nearby, hidden in a field, Cloud was watching nearby, frowning.

"This 'Kai' guy seems like trouble." the swordsman muttered.

Just then, his Gummiphone rang. Cloud picked it up and answered. Leon, Aerith, Yuffie, Cid, and Tifa appeared.

"Hey Cloud." said Leon. "Any luck?"

"Not yet Leon." said Cloud.

"Remind me again why Cloud is in the Valley of Peace." said Yuffie.

"The castle's main computer detected something strange on the outskirts of the village where the Jade Palace is." said Cid. "So while Sora and his friends are there, Cloud volunteered to investigate by traveling to that area."

"Are you sure that Sephiroth was there?" asked Aerith.

"I didn't find him, but I can still sense him." said Cloud. "But I did spot someone who looks like trouble. Calls himself Kai. I'm gonna follow him to see what he does before I notify Sora."

"Whatever you say Cloud." said Leon.

"Please stay safe." said Tifa.

"I will." nodded Cloud.

Cloud hung up and subtly followed Kai.

The next day, Sora, Aqua, Terra, and Minnie were walking through town getting more supplies from the Moogle shops.

"Thanks again for joining us Minnie." said Aqua as she pocketed some material.

Minnie giggled. "Oh of course. I may be a queen, but that doesn't mean I don't like doing hard work." she told them.

"Is that one of the reasons why you like escaping the royal life every now and then?" asked Terra.

"You know it." Minnie replied.

"Alright, that looks like enough for now." said Sora. "Thanks Moogle."

The Moogle nodded.

The four made their way back into the streets when they saw Mr. Ping in his noodle shop dealing with some customers.

"Hey Mr. Ping!" said Sora.

"Oh hello you four!" the goose greeted as he made his way through the customers to them. "What brings you back to town?"

"Collecting more material for us and our fellow world-travelers." said Sora.

"How's business?" asked Terra.

"Going great!" Mr. Ping replied. "How's Po doing?"

Sora, Terra, Aqua, and Minnie traded glances.

"We haven't seen him since breakfast." said Sora. "Me and the other kung fu masters were teaching Terra, Aqua, Minnie, Daisy, Max, Oswald, Ortensia, Isa, and Myde more kung fu earlier today."

"And them Mickey sent some of us to town to get more stuff from the Moogle shops like Sora said." said Terra.

"Well before you go back, how about some noodles.?" suggested Mr. Ping. "It is a long walk up there."

"If it's not too much trouble." said Aqua.

"Not at all!" Mr. Ping said as they went back inside the restaurant. The four sat at a table as mr. Ping brought them some bowls full of noodles.

"Enjoy!" he said. "I'll be in the back." he added as he walked away.

"Thanks Mr. Ping." said Minnie, Sora, Aqua, and Terra nodding.

"I wonder how Po is doing." said Aqua.

"Now that I think about it, I remember him saying that he was gonna stop by here." said Terra.

"I wonder why." Sora wondered.

In the alleyway of the restaurant, Po was taking a bath and playing with his action figures of himself, the Five, Tai Lung, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, and Axel (since that was the name the manufacturers were told).

"I am ready…" said Po as he held up his action figure. "...to teach you a lesson!" he added as he held up the Tai Lung toy. "Teach me? Oh no, he's the Dragon Teacher!" he said as he held up his Tigress action figure. "Yeah, he's so handsome." he said as he held back up his Po. "Thank you for the compliment." he made it say to the Tigress figure before holding up Tai Lung. "Ah, no! Please don't teach me to death!"

Po then smashed the toy Po and toy Tai Lung together repeatedly.

Mr. Ping suddenly popped his head into the alley. "Po?" he asked.

Po quickly hid his action figures. "Oh hey, dad. What's up? I was just... stopping by for a little soak." he greeted sheepishly.

Mr. Ping walked past with a crate of mini radishes before giving Po a suspicious look. Po nervously popped a bubble.

Mr. Ping smiled. "Ok, What's wrong?" he asked.

"Nothing." Po replied.

"Nothing?" Mr. Ping asked, putting his wings on his hips. "I come home and find you taking a bath with your… dolls."

"Action figures." Po groaned as he added in some red stuff.

"And instead of adding bath-salt to the water... you just added Szechuan peppercorns." Mr. Ping added.

"Szechuan what?" asked Po before realizing that he had just added in spicy powder into his bath. "Ooh my tenders!" Po cried as he added in more bath water and relaxed instantly. "Ok yes, something's wrong." he admitted.

"There, there son, you tell your daddy all about it." said Mr. Ping as he began to scrub his son with a large brush. "Lift your arm." he told him.

"Shifu says I don't know what it means to be the Dragon Warrior. And now I have to be a teacher." sighed Po. "I thought I finally knew who I was. If I'm not the Dragon Warrior, then who am I?

Mr. Ping was surprised and excited. "A teacher? Teaching kung fu? That's a promotion! Take the job, son. And someday, when you're in charge of the whole Jade Palace, I can sell noodles in the lobby!" he chuckled before pausing. "Why are you still here taking a bath like a baby? Get out. Get out. Go, go, go. Franchise expansion awaits us." he said frantically.

"But what about the Dragon Warrior look-alike contest?" asked Po.

"Oh, Mrs. Chow always wins that." said Mr. Ping, waving it off as he handed Po a towel.

We know see Mrs. Chow, a pig in makeup and clothes of black and white – in Mr. Ping's noodle shop.

"Skadoosh." she deadpanned.

"And the Dragon Warrior dumpling eating contest? I have to defend my title." Po added as he tried to get out.

"No one's gonna beat your dumpling eating record." scoffed Mr. Ping.

Just then, Sora burst through the backdoor. "Someone's about to beat your dumpling eating record!" he exclaimed.

Po and Mr. Ping exchanged surprised looks.

In the shop, Terra, Aqua, and Minnie watched the crowd cheer on someone.

"I can't believe this person can fit all those dumplings in his mouth." said Terra.

"It's really gross, but impressive at the same time." Aqua nodded in agreement.

"You should've seen New Years Eve with Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and the hot dog eating contest." said Minnie.

"Oh boy." Aqua muttered in amusement.

"Go! Go! Go!" the crowd chanted.

Sora, Po, and Mr. Ping bustled into the restaurant.

"Who's eating my dumplings?!" demandeed Po.

"And who's paying for them?!" added Mr. Ping.

"That guy, right there." said Sora, pointing ahead.

Po and Mr. Ping noticed the back of a large figure with a green vest and bamboo hat was seen eating with a stack of emptied bowls nearby.

"101! 102!" the crowd chanted.

The figure launched another plate into the stack by slamming his fist on the table and raised his fists as the crowd cheered. He stood up and turned around to the crowd.

It was a giant panda, bigger and older than Po, his mouth stuffed with dumplings.

Sora, Terra, Aqua, Minnie, Mr. Ping, and especially Po were shocked.

"No… way…" gasped Sora.

"Another panda?" Terra asked in shock.

"Oh my…" gasped Minnie.

"103! Yeeeeaaaah!" the panda cheered with his mouth full. "Is that a new record?" he asked.

"Who… are you?" asked Po.

"I'm Li Shan." the panda said, still with dumplings in his mouth.

"What?" asked Po, confused.

The panda swallowed all the dumplings.

"I'm Li Shan. I'm looking for my son." he told them as he took off his hat.

Sora, Aqua, Terra, Minnie, Mr. Ping and the crowed gasped in shock before they all looked at Po.

Po was shocked. "You lost your son?" he asked.

"Yes, many years ago." Li said sadly.

"I lost my father." said Po with a sad look.

"I'm very sorry." Li said sympathetically.

"Thank you." Po said thankfully.

There was a long pause.

"Well... good luck to you." said Li.

"You too. I hope you find your son." said Po with a small smile.

"And I hope you find your father." Li said with a small smile as well.

Po and Li began to depart from each other. The crowd switched between looking at Po and Li – and then facepalmed.

"Oh for crying out loud." groaned Terra.

"Is he always like that?" Minnie asked Sora, curious.

"A little." Sora replied.

Po and Li suddenly looked up and paused in realization. Li turned around.

"Son?" he asked.

Po turned around and gasped.

"Oh my gosh, it is you!" Li exclaimed happily.

Po wheezed in joy.

"Well, don't just stand there, give your old man a hug!" said Li happily.

Po and Li ran towards each other and hugged.

"I can't believe you're alive!" Po said happily.

Everyone cheered while Mr. Ping was paralyzed with bewilderment, dropping the toy Po.

"Oh this is so wonderful!" cheered Minnie.

"Po found his birth father!" cheered Sora.

"He isn't the last panda after all." Aqua said with a smile.

"Maybe the both of them aren't." Terra theorized.

"I thought I'd lost you forever, Little Lotus." Li said as he and Po continued to hug.

Po's eyes widened as he stepped back. An awkward silence fell upon the noodle shop.

"Uh, ok. This is very embarrassing, but I think you've got me confused with a panda named Lotus. My name is Po." Po explained awkwardly.

Li was confused, but after a few seconds, completely understood. "Oh right, you wouldn't... Ok see, the Little Lotus was the name you were given at birth." he explained.

"Really?" Po asked in surprise.

"Really." nodded Li.

"I can't believe it. After all these years and you're really here? This is amazing!" Po said with a big smile. Then, he saw Mr. Ping. "Oh, Dad! Come say hi to…" Po then chuckled when he realized something. "I don't know what I'm supposed to call you."

"I'm pretty sure he said his name is Li." deadpanned Mr. Ping.

Li just smiled. "You... come here." he said as he hugged Mr. Ping tightly. "Thank you! Thank you for taking such good care of my son." he said thankfully.

"Your son?! Now hold on just a minute!" exclaimed Mr. Ping as he pulled away and glared at Li. "How do we know this stranger is even related to you?" he asked Po.

"Look at that. Our bellies could be brothers!" Li laughed as he looked at his and Po's bellies, the younger panda laughing. "Hey son, let me teach you how to belly gong."

Li knocked his belly against Po's and Po did the same.

"Okay…" muttered Terra, a little weirded out.

"That's… new…" murmured Aqua.

"Well I think it's kinda cute." giggled Minnie.

"I guess." shrugged Sora.

"Belly gong! It's like looking in a fat mirror." laughed Li.

"They're having a good time." mused Sora.

A villager in a crowd began to draw a picture of P and Li together.

"I can't believe we're taking a picture together." Po said excitedly.

When the picture was complete, Po and Li looked at it only to look confused at a glaring Mr. Ping's inclusion to the picture.

"But I still don't understand. I thought Po was the only panda left." said Mr. Ping giving an accusing look at Li.

"No, there's a whole bunch of us." said Li as he petted a little bunny villager.

Sora, Minnie, Aqua, Terra, and Po gasped.

"There are more pandas?!" Sora asked.

"You were right Terra." Aqua said to the older brunette.

"Where?" asked Po, excitedly.

"Here. A secret panda village in the mountains." whispered Li so only Po, Mr. Ping, Sora, Aqua, Terra, and Minnie could hear.

"A secret panda…" Po began loudly only for Li to shush him. "But how did you know where I was?" he asked.

"I received a message that led me here." Li replied when Mr. Ping popped up in between them.

"How could you receive a message if no one could find you? Sounds suspicious to me." Mr. Ping said accusingly.

The crowd scowled and crossed their arms in suspicion at Li.

"Oh boy…" muttered Sora.

"Adoptive parent never trusting the birth parent." murmured Terra.

"No, it—it—it was a message from the universe!" Li explained.

Sora, Po, Aqua, Terra, Minnie, and the crowd gasped in amazement.

"Rats." grumbled Mr. Ping.

"Now… what's all this about a Dragon Warrior?" Li asked, chuckling.

"How'd you know I was the Dragon Warrior?" Po asked excitedly before gasping. "Did the universe tell you that, too?"

Everyone else gasped.

"No, the poster did." said Li, pointing above the counter at said poster.

"It's a good look for you." Aqua commented to Po, who smiled in gratitude.

"And the gift shop. I bought a tiny cup." added Li, holding up a cup with a drawing of Po kicking the air.

"Oh right, of course! The— (wheezes) You gotta... you have no idea there's so much to show you." Po said excitedly. "You're gonna be so awesomely proud. Come on, come on!"

Po, Li, and the crowd left Mr. Ping alone in his shop with Sora, Minnie, Aqua, and Terra.

"I'm already awesomely proud." Mr. PIng said sadly.

The four Keyblade masters looked at Mr. Ping with sympathetic expressions.

"Oh, don't be so sad Mr. Ping." said Minnie as she handed him back the toy Po. "Po still loves you."

"Yeah." said Sora. "You raised him for 20 years when you found him in that radish cart. Po would never forget that."

"Just like how Donald's nephews see him as their father-figure after Della disappeared and their dad died." added Aqua. "He'll never forget what you've done for him."

"Po will always be your son too." added Terra with a smile.

Mr. Ping smiled sadly. "Thank you." he said thankfully.

"We'd better head back." said Sora.

Mr. Ping nodded as he watched the four world-travelers leave.

The four caught up with Po and Li.

"Oh hey guys!" said Po.

"Hi Po." smiled Aqua.

"Oh, I don't think I got your names." said Li when he noticed them.

"I'm Sora." said Sora.

"Terra." said Terra.

"I'm Aqua." said Aqua.

"And I'm Minnie Mouse." said Minnie.

"Nice to meet you." said Li. "You lot friends with my son?"

"He's known Sora a bit longer," said Aqua. "He met us and a few others yesterday."

"So yes." giggled Minnie.

"That's nice." smiled Li as they continued walking to the Jade Palace.

Jade Palace:

In the courtyard, Isa, Myde, Daisy, Max, Oswald, and Ortensia were doing some Keyblade training.

"Still got it." smirked Max as he blocked Spellbinder.

Daisy laughed as she pulled away. "Max, we've only been masters for a day."

"And it still feels good." said Mde as he and Isa clashed Keyblade.

"So when do you think we can start kung fu training?" asked Oswald.

"Probably when they fix the training room." said Isa.

Just then, the gates opened. Sora, Terra, Aqua, and Minnie walked in.

"Oh hey guys!" said Ortensia as they all dismissed their Keyblades. "Welcome back!"

"You got the materials?" asked Max.

"Yeah we do." said Sora. "And you'll never guess who we ran into."

"Who?" asked Daisy, curious.

"Couple more steps." came Po's voice, sounding tired.

"Oh." came Li's voice, also sounding tired.

Then, Po and Li crawled onto the main floor of the gates.

"Feeling the burn. Do you have panda asthma, too? Does that run in the family?" Po panted as he and Li struggled to get up.

"Is that another panda?" Daisy asked in surprise when she and the others saw Li.

"It sure is!" smiled Minnie.

"Oh hey guys!" said Po.

"Heya Po. Who's the panda?" asked Myde.

"Oh yeah!" Po said excitedly. "Guys… meet my dad!"

Li caught his breath and waved at them. "Hi there." he greeted.

Isa, Daisy, Max, Oswald, Ortensia, and Myde gasped in shock.

"Your dad?!" Max exclaimed.

"He's alive?!" asked Daisy.

"He sure is!" said Po happily.

"Wow!" said Oswald, amazed.

"Pleasure to meet you." greeted Li. "My name is Li Shan. You can call me Li."

"Pleasure to meet you Li." Daisy said with a smile before laughing.

"What's so funny?" asked Aqua.

"It's just that one of our friends is named Lea." laughed Daisy.

"Oh boy." grunted Isa.

"Yeah, except his name is spelled L-E-A." said Max.

"And if I remember correctly, the spelling in Li Shang's name is L-I, just like Po's birth dad." said Sora.

Li chuckled. "Well if that's the case, you can call me Mr. Panda."

"Maybe." said Isa. "Or Lea will want us to call him Axel if him and Li are in the same room."

"Would he actually like that?" asked Minnie.

"He might." said Isa. "He told me it's a good nickname. Though he does like it when he's referred to his real name." He turned to Li. "Nice to meet you. I'm Isa."

"I'm Daisy Duck." said Daisy.

"I'm Max." said Max.

"I'm Oswald Rabbit." said Oswald.

"I'm his wife Ortensia." said Ortensia, kissing Oswald's cheek, making the lucky rabbit blush with a goofy grin.

"Name's Myde." said Myde.

"Nice to meet you all." said Li.

"Where's everyone else?" asked Terra.

"Helping the Five fix the training hall." said Isa.

"While they're busy, I'm gonna give dad a tour of the Jade Palace." said Po. "You guys wanna come?"

"It is a great place." said Sora.

The other nine looked at each other before nodding.

"I always wanted to see what was inside." said Daisy.

"It's really cool." said Po. "Follow me!"

The group of 12 made their way into the palace. Po opened the doors and they stepped into the Scared Hall of Warriors.

"Oh my goodness!" Minnie said in awe.

"Would you look at that?" Terra asked in amazement.

"Holy shiva…" muttered Myde.

"It looks so… beautiful." Daisy said in surprise.

"Wow…" gasped Oswald.

"Look at all this stuff!" said Ortensia, looking around.

"And I thought Scrooge's museum was interesting." said Isa.

"This is amazing…" said Aqua, taking in the sight of the hall.

"This is the Hall of Heroes. Home of the most priceless kung fu artifacts in all of China!" Po said to his dad.

"Whoa! This place is…" Li said in awe before trailing off.

"Awesome? Were you gonna say— You were gonna say awesome, right? 'Cause it totally is!" Po said excitedly.

"Totally!" Li said in agreement.

"But be super careful. Everything is very fragile here. Like the Urn of Whispering Warriors." said Po as they passed said urn, having been glued back together by Zeng. "Someone broke that… once." he added with a wince.

"Who?" asked Li.

Po paused. "Some idiot." he replied.

"What's the green sword supposed to be?" asked Myde.

"That's the sword of heroes." said Sora. "It is said to be so sharp that you can cut yourself just by looking at it."

"This painting looks so beautiful." said Daisy.

"Before coming here, Po only saw paintings of that painting." said Sora.

Daisy blinked, bemused.

"Uh… there's nothing over here." said Myde, pointing at an empty section.

"According to Po, that's the Invisible Tridents of Destiny." said Sora.

Max blinked in confusion.

Li then saw some armor for a rhino. "Wow!" he said in awe, attracting everyone's attention.

"Whose armor did this belong to?" asked Aqua.

"This is Master Flying Rhino's battle armor." said Po.

"Is he related to the late Master Thundering Rhino?" asked Isa.

"Thundering Rhino was his son." said Sora.

"I wonder if I could fit in that." Li wondered.

Po was ecstatic. "Get out of my head, Dad! I've wondered the same thing!" he exclaimed.

"If I could fit in it?" asked Li.

"If you could? No, if I could fit in it." corrected Po.

"Oh." nodded Li.

"What else do we have here?" asked Oswald.

"Check it out guys!" said Po as he led them to another object. "Master Ram's crossbow. The Infinite Gate Smasher."

"That looks pretty powerful." said Terra.

"And heavy." added Ortensia.

"Dad, look at this! The battle helmets of Master Rat's army. They're so tiny!" said Po as he gestured to a table with 28 tony golden helmets."

"Aww!" Minnie, Daisy, and Ortensia cooed when they saw the helmets.

"They're so cute!" Minnie squealed.

"I wonder if Jaq, Gus, and the other mice could wear those." mused Aqua.

"Mice have some similarities to rats, so maybe." said Oswald.

"Check it out!" said Po. "Master Dolphin's waterproof armor. This is my favorite."

"Why would a dolphin need water-proof armor if they swim in the ocean?" Myde asked, confused.

"Maybe it's a special dolphin that can walk on land." shrugged Daisy.

"Sounds logical to me." said Aqua.

"Check it out. It's the legendary battle rickshaw of Emperor Hawk!" said Po, pointing at a chariot.

"That that looks cool." said Max.

"Very shiny and detailed." nodded Terra.

"And I thought Greased Lightning looked badass." said Daisy.

"Me too!" said Sora. "And so did Donald and Goofy."

"Uh… where's Li?" Myde asked.

Just then, Li appeared behind the 11… wearing Master Flying Rhino's armor.

"Sweet ride." said Li, muffled.

Everyone gasped.

"Dad, what are you doing? We're not supposed to touch anything." said Po, frantic.

Li lifted the helmet. "Oh, sorry. Sorry. Should I put it back?" he asked.

"Yeah, you probably should." nodded Po. "You look so cool, though."

"Yeah, you look badass." said Myde.

"Who would've thought a panda could fit in something made for a rhino?" commented Max.

"Not me." said Terra. "Though, it is pretty cool."

"You can say that again." nodded Sora.

"How does it feel? Do the hinges hinge? Does it smell like rhino? Does it feel like you're impenetrable? Does it feel like you can take on a thousand warriors? And—and emerge unscathed?" Po asked excitedly.

"Heh. Yes, it's pretty cool." chuckled Li. He looked down at a leather string. "Oh, wonder what this does. I should pull it.

After pulling the string, the armor activated with a spiked neckbrace, metal wings, and a red flag on top of the helmet.

"WOW!" Sora, Aqua, Terra, Isa, Myde, Minnie, Daisy, Max, Oswald, and Ortensia exclaimed in awe.

"That is so cool!" said Sora.

Po wheezed excitedly. "I think I just peed a little." he said randomly.

Li lifted the helmet. "Anything else we should try in here, son? Hm?" he asked.

Everyone looked at all the artifacts behind them.

Soon, Po was waving two swords around while riding Master Hawk's rickshaw. Li was pushing the rickshaw.

"Charge! Faster, faster, faster!" Po cheered.

Sora, Myde, and Max were the only ones excited to try everything out.

"Check it out!" said Sora, wearing a gold helmet with an orange stripe across it. "Master Lion's war helmet fits!"

"You think that's cool? I got myself a crossbow!" said Max, holding up the Crossbow of All-Knowing. "Go long Sora!" shouted Max.

Sora rna forward as Max fired. Sora jumped in the air and swiftly blocked the arrows.

"Um, I really don't think-" began Aqua before Myde threw her and Terra two Japanese swords.

"Summon your armor and try them out!" said Myde, who was wearing Master Leopard's armor.

"Well… they have a nice grip." shrugged Terra.

"Go on! Give it a try!" said Po as and his dad sped by.

Terra sighed as he summoned his armor. "Ready Aqua?"

Aqua wasn't sure. "Terra, I really don' think this is a good-"

Aqua was suddenly caught off when Terra nearly lunged at her with his sword. Aqua quickly blocked.

"You always told me to watch my back." Terra smirked under his mack.

"Well… I guess it does count as some practice." shrugged Aqua.

Donning her armor, Aqua and Terra sword-spared.

Now, Po and Li were using the helmets of Master Rat's army as thimbles.. "Thumb war!" said Po.

"Reinforcements!" said Li, pulling out more tiny helmets.

"Look everyone, this really-" began Minnie.

"Oh my goodness!"

Minnie looked over to see Daisy trying out Master Fox's cape.

"It matches my outfit!" said Daisy. "And Po said it can make you fly."

"Ugh Daisy-" began Minnie.

Daisy jumped into the air, spread the cape out, and began to fly around the hall.

"Oh my gosh! I'm flying!" Daisy said excitedly.

"Daisy get down!" cried Minnie.

"Come on Queen Minnie!" said Po, handing Minnie another cape. "Master Fox always had her spares!"

"Oh, I don't know-" bgean Minnie.

"Just try it out!" said Sora as he and Aqua spared with their swords.

Minnie sighed as she jumped up, spread out the cape, and began to fly.

"Oh my goodness!" Minnie exclaimed. "This feels amazing!"

Now, Po and Li were using shields as sleds. Po crashed into a pillar.

"This is so much fun!" cheered Li before crashing into a pillar shortly after.

"Isa check it out!" said Sora, handing Isa something. "It's Master Storming Ox' old sword! You've got to try it out"

Isa pushed the sword back at Sora. "Sore, we can't go around-"

"Isa, think fast!" Sora and Isa ducked when Max fired the cross bow.

"Oh you're going down Max!" said Sora as he grabbed Rhino's staff and blocked the arrow.

"Come on Isa, everyone's having fun!" said Li as he slid by on the Golden Shield.

Isa was hesitant, but when Max fired the arrows again, Isa grabbed Ox's sword, spun it around, and knocked all the arrows away.

"Nice one Isa!" laughed Max.

Then, Terra walked up to Isa, wielding his japanese sword.

"Care to duel Is'?" Terra asked.

Isa hesitated, but when he saw Sora and Aqua battle with some swords of their own, he smirked.

"You're on Terra." said Isa. "I should warn you, whenever me and Lea sword fought as kids, I was mostly the victor."

"We'll see about that!" said Terra as they began to duel.

"This is getting out of hand!" said Ortensia as she saw Sora try out the golden shield against Li, who was using the Whooping Sun Diamond Blade.

"Come on Ortnesia, give it a chance!"

Ortensia turned around and gasped when she saw Oswald wearing the Helmet of the Invincible Thunder Kick on his head and the Iron Fist of Justice on his right hand.

"Oswald, what are you doing?!" exclaimed Ortensia.

"Joining in the fun!" said Oswald. "Here, try on this!"

Oswald tossed over Master Snow Leopard's war helmet and Ortensia caught it.

"Oh Honey Bunny, I can't-" Ortensia began.

"Oh come on Ortensia!" said Minnie as she ran by holding Rhino's staff. "It feels great! I haven't had such fun in years!"

"And it feels great!" said Daisy as she flew by and dropped something in Ortensia's paw.

"What's this?" Ortensia asked.

"That's Lady Wind Song's fan!" said Sora. "It can cut through stone!"

"And it's a great defence weapon!" said Po as he ran by, sword fighting Terra, Aqua, and Isa with Master Elephant's double-edged sword.

"Give it a go Ortensia!" said Oswald as he drew another Japanese sword.

"Fine." grumbled Ortensia.

Oswald drew his sword and was about to duel with ortensia when she held up the fan, making OSwald it it, the strength of the fan sending him flying.

"Oh my goodness!" Ortensia exclaimed. "Honey Bunny, are you ok?!"

"Ok?! That felt great!" said Oswald as he got up.

Ortensia blinked. "Yeah… it… it did…" she murmured before smiling excitedly.

Soon, Li was spinning Po around on a shield.

"Here we go!" laughed Li.

"Awesome!" cheered Po.

Later, Li was comforting Po as he vomited into a bucket from all the excitement.

"There, there." muttered Li.

"I'm fine, I'm fine." said Po before hurling again.

"There you go." nodded Li.

After feeling better, Po was dressed in Master Dolphin's armor - running towards Li.

"Dolphin style attack!" said Po as he shot out a tiny arrow from the fin into the armor.

"You got me!" said Li, pretending to stumble.

"Fight on master Dolphin!" said Sora as he and his friends emerged with swords from behind the pillars.

"Dolphin style retreat!" said Po as he ran away while clapping hands.

Now Li was lifting a metal ball launcher.

"Go long, son!" he called as he shot it.

"Whoa!" cried Po as the ball landed into him, sending him into a pillar. "I wasn't ready!" he laughed and tossed the ball. "Coming back at ya!"

"I got it. Going high!" said Li as he tossed the ball back.

"Let's go! Yeah, come on." said Po, only to get knocked down by the impact.

Minnie and Daisy were sword fighting like pros.

"I feel like a young duck again!" laughed Daisy.

"I know! The rush is so splendid!" giggled Minnie.

Max fired the crossbow. "Block 'em guys!" he shouted.

Terra, Aqua, Isa, Myde, Oswald, and Ortensia blocked the arrows with swords and sheilds.

"This feels great!" laughed Aqua.

"I never felt this excited before!" laughed Oswald.

"Me neither!" said Myde.

Soon, Li was chasing Po.

"I'm coming for ya!" he laughed.

"Bring it on, Master Rhino!" said Po, waving a red cloth.

"Here I come!" said Li, going through the cloth.

Po pulls the cloth away and turned his head… only to see Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Lea, Roxas, Naminé, Xion, Ven, Shifu, Tigress, Viper, Crane, Mantis, and Monkey staring in shock.

"Oh." Po muttered in surprise as he quickly dropped every artifact he wore.

Then, Sora ran up.

"Hey Po, why'd you stop-HOLY HELL!" Sora exclaimed when he saw his friends and quickly tossed the armor and weapons aside and grinned sheepishly. (2)

And at that moment, Minnie, Daisy, Max, Aqua, Terra, Isa, Myde, Oswald, and Ortensia ran up.

"Sora, Po, what should we try-GOD IN HEAVEN!" Myde screamed as he and the others quickly got out of their armor and dropped their weapons when they saw the others, smiling nervously. (2)

Li continues charging – unaware of the others' presence.

"I got you. I'm gonna get you." he laughed as he bumped Po repeatedly. "Who's got you? Who's gonna get you? Yeah, who's gonna get you?"

The kung fu masters just stared while the others looked sheepish.

"Master Rhino." Po shushed.

"Why, what's wrong?" Li asked, pausing the bumping and turned to see the others. In a panic, he tosses the metal ball behind his shoulder… which landed on the Urn of Whispering Warriors.

"Hello." he greeted.

There was an awkward silence until Riku broke it.

"Have fun while we were busy, Sora?" he teased.

Sora blushed red. "Uh… maybe?" he replied sheepishly, causing Kairi to giggle.

Lea chuckled. "Never knew you still had it in ya. Isa." he mused.

"I, um, uh…." Isa trailed off, blushing in embarrassment.

"It's ok Isa." giggled Xion. "It's nice seeing this side of you."

"Um… thanks." said Isa, chuckling nervously.

"I never knew you two had so much energy." Ven quipped to Terra and Aqua.

"Oh, uh, well…" began Aqua, sheepishly rubbing the back of her neck.

"It's… been a while…" Terra chuckled nervously.

"I was wondering when I'd see your mischievous side again." Mickey said to Minnie in amusement.

Minnie giggled sheepishly. "Oh that?... well…" she trailed off.

Mickey laughed. "Aw, it's alright Minnie." he said as he kissed her cheek, making her giggle. He turned to oswald. "Just like the old days, huh Ozzie?" he asked.

Oswald and Ortensia laughed. "Yeah, kinda." he replied.

"So is this supposed to be Daisy 2.0?" Donald asked in amusement.

Daisy giggled nervously. "W-Well… maybe?" she replied, uncertain.

Donald laughed. "Don't worry Daisy. This doesn't change how much I love yya."

"Aww thank you Donald." Daisy said, touched.

"...Am I in trouble?" Max asked, nervous.

Goofy chuckled. "I would be mad… but, I probably would've done the same thing. I mean, look who your dad is. A-hyuck!" he said as he ruffled Max's hair, making him laugh. "At least no one was hurt."

Po addressed those who had just arrived. "Guys guys, you're never gonna guess who just showed up. Not in a million years. You can't... you just try—" he told them.

Li lifted the helmet, revealing his face.

"Your father!" Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Lea, Roxas, Naminé, Xion, Ven, Shifu, Tigress, Viper, Crane, Mantis, and Monkey exclaimed together.

"Whoa, how did you just guess that?" asked Po before realizing. "Oh, wait a second. Yeah, of course. We look exactly the same."

Those who hadn't met Li yet walked up to him.

"Say hi to my friends. Mantis, Tigress, Monkey, Crane, and Viper." Po told his dad as he pointed at the Furious Five.

Li shook Tigress' hand before shaking Monkey's. "Oh. Viper, was it?" he asked Monkey.

"Monkey, sir." Monkey replied with a smile as Viper giggled.

"They're kind of my best friends." added Po.

"And these are the rest of our friends." said Sora as Li shook their hands.

"Nice to meet you sir. I'm Riku." said Riku.

"I'm Kairi." said Kairi.

"Ventus. Ven for short." said Ven.

"My name's Mickey" said Mickey. "Minnie's my wife and Oswald's my older half-brother."

"Donald Duck. Daisy's my fiancé." said Donald.

"Name's Goofy. Max's my son." said Goofy.

"Roxas." said Roxas.

"I'm Naminé." said Naminé.

"I'm Xion." said Xion.

"And I'm Lea. Got it memorized?" said Lea, saying his catchphrase.

"Oh so your the one with the same first name as me but spelled differently." said Li.

Lea was taken aback. "You're name is Lea too?" he asked.

"His name's Li Shan." said Myde.

Lea was surprised. "Well.. that's interesting."

"How will we figure out who's who when calling their names?" asked Crane.

Lea smirked. "I got it. If me and Po's dad are in the same room, call me Axel. Got it memorized?" he told them.

"That'll work." nodded Minnie,.

"I thought you didn't like using that name." Roxas said in confusion,

"I'm starting to get used to it." shrugged Lea. "Although I do like people using my real name, it's a good nickname."

"You were right." Terra said to Isa, who nodded.

"And this... this is Master Shifu. Legend." Po said to Li, gesturing to Shifu.

"Uh, it is an honor to meet you, Master Panda." Shifu greeted. "Perhaps your father would care to join us in the training hall? Your son will be teaching the class."

Monkey, Viper, Mantis, and Crane cringed.

"Oh boy…" muttered Sora.

"Oh hoh!" chuckled Li.

Po cringed as well. "I'm sure he's tired. I'm sure you're tired. He's tired. I'm gonna show him the Chrysanthemum Suite." he told Shifu, much to his surprise.

"What? Tired? No, I'm fine. I would love to watch you teach." said Li.

"Trust me. It would be more fun to watch me—" Po was interrupted by a bell tower ringing in the distance. "Fight!" Po finished happily.

"What is that?" asked Li.

"Sounds like a giant bell." said Goofy.

"The valley is under attack!" exclaimed Tigress.

Mickey quickly summoned Kingdom Key W. "Let's go fellas!" he said as he rushed out.

Shifu and the Five followed the king. Sora, Riku, Kairi, Donald, Goofy, Minnie, Daisy, Max, Naminé, Roxas, Lea, Xion, Aqua, Terra, Ven, Isa, Myde, Oswald, and Ortensia summoned their signature Keyblades and quickly headed out.

Li grabbed Po before he could go. "Son? Un—under attack?" he asked hesitantly.

"This is perfect! Now you can see what being the Dragon Warrior is all about. Follow me!" said Po excitedly as he ran out, dragging Li with him.
