Now, Po learns how to be a panda according to Li. Sora will be trying to teach his friends some simple kung fu moves. And Kai is about to strike again.
The next morning, Sora and Co. were patrolling the village.
"Why did we have to get up so early?" yawned Myde.
"To make sure no creatures of darkness are lurking about the village." replied Terra.
"Besides, it's not that early Myde." said Daisy.
"Guess I'm just used to sleeping in nowadays." said Myde as he stretched his back.
"You do that all the time." laughed Max as Myde gave him an offended look.
"It's true. Back in the Organization you did do that a lot." said Isa, chuckling. As Saïx, whenever Demyx slept in instead of doing his missions, he found it annoying. Nowadays, Isa found it amusing.
"Well, so far there aren't any signs of any creatures of darkness." said Sora. "So it looks like we're ok."
"Great." beamed Minnie. "So that means Po, Li, Mr. Ping, and all the pandas can wake up to a protected village."
Suddenly, swarms of Nobodies appeared around the center of the village. There were Dusks, Assassins, Dragoons, and Reapers.
"Or not." Isa deadpanned as he summoned Blue Moon.
"Not if we have anything to say about it!" said Sora as he summoned Ferris Gear.
Aqua summoned Stroke of Midnight, Terra summoned Treasure Trove, Myde summoned Mystic Water, Minnie summoned Starlight, Daisy summoned Spellbinder, Max summoned Fenrir, Oswald summoned Classic Tone, and Ortensia summoned Zero/One.

Sora began the fight by slashing two Dusks before he blasted three Dusks with a Deep Freeze spell. Sora then dodged an attack from two Assassins before he casted a Crawling Fire spell against them. Aqua followed suit as she cartwheeled away from some attacking Dragoons before she fired a Blizzaga spell at them. Aqua then slashed a few Dusks before she conjured up some magic in her hands and threw them at some more that came near her. Terra blasted away some Dragoons with an Ignite spell, sending them flying into the ground. Some Assassins came near him, but Terra was able to slash them into Oblivion with one slash. Minnie jumped into the air to avoid some Dusks lunging at her and blasted them with a Flower Shoot spell. As Minnie landed, two Reapers came flying at her, prompting her to blast them with a Firaga Burst spell. Daisy fired Perlza on some Reapers before ducking from some Assassins trying to attack her.
Myde casted some Wateraga spells onto a group of Dragoons, sending them flying down the mountain. When some Reapers came flying at him, Myde quickly summoned his sitar and bashed them away with one swing into the rocks. Isa casted Fission Firaga onto a group of Reapers that surrounded him. Isa then summoned his claymore and casted a beam of moonlight onto two Dusks and three Assassins, destroying them. Max ducked from some Dragoons trying to strike them as he slashed them away. The teenage toon then blasted a group of Reapers with a Pulse Tracer spell. Oswald double slashed several Reapers, destroying them. The lucky rabbit then casted Wind Tracer onto some Dusks before dodging an attack from an Assassin. Said Nobody was slashed away by Ortensia before she casted Dark Firaga on several more Assassins. She then finished the fight by casting a Raging Storm spell on the last of the Dragoons and Reapers.

Soon, all the Nobodies were destroyed as Sora and Co. dismissed their weapons.
"Well that was a good morning workout." joked Sora.
"Yeah." nodded Terra. "But if the Nobodies attacked here then that means that the Organization may know about the village." he added with a frown.
"Which is why we'll be ready." Daisy said confidently.
"But we still need to learn kung fu. We can't rely on our weapons all the time." reminded Aqua. She turned to Sora. "Sora, are you ready?"
Sora nodded. "Sure."
Just then, they saw Po run by with an excited look. "Aw yeah. First day of panda training!" he said happily. Hen then noticed a flower and stared at it. "Alright flower, I'm gonna make you bloom." he said dramatically.
"Hey Po!" called Daisy.
"Wha?" said Po as he turned around. "Oh hey guys! What're you doing up so early?"
"Morning patrol." said Terra. "We just took out a group of Nobodies."
"Awesome!" said Po.
"We're about to start with some basic kung fu moves before breakfast." said Sora. "You wanna help?"
"That sounds great!" said Po. "But I was about to start panda training today."
"That's ok Po." said Minnie. "You can join us later."
"Ok, thanks guys!" said Po as he ran across a bridge to where Li lived.
Sora turned to his nine friends as they stood in a row.
"Ok." said Sora. "So first we should start punching with the right hand…"
As they began, Po burst into his dad's room. Li was still sound asleep.
"Dad, dad." said Po.
"What? What? What is it?" Li asked groggily.
"I'm ready for my first day of panda training." Po said as he stood like a soldier.
"What?" yawned Li.
"You know. Learn to be a panda, master chi, save the world." explained Po.
"Pandas sleep till past noon. So lesson number one is go back to bed." yawned Li as he went back to sleep.
Po facepalmed. "Of course!" he muttered.
"Ok… forward with opposite hand!" said Sora.
Terra, Aqua, Isa, Myde, Minnie, Daisy, Max, Oswald, and Ortensia followed Sora and punched with their opposite arm.
"Now this is easy!" chuckled Myde.
"It'll get harder as we go along." said Terra.
"He's right." said Isa. "I've seen them train in kung fu before."
"Hey, gotta start off small." shrugged Minnie. "That way you can go higher as you progress."
"You said it sister!" smiled Ortensia.
Just then, Po ran past.
"Po, where are you going?" asked Daisy.
"According to Dad, pandas's sleep till past noon!" said Po as he ran back to his room.
Sora and Co. blinked in confusion.
"...ok?" said Max.
"That was random." said Myde.
Po went back to his room and remade his bed as he got under the blanket.
"Nobody said this was gonna be easy." Po said dramatically before falling asleep.
As the afternoon came, Sora was trying to teach wheel-kicks to his friends.
"So when you jump in the air you wanna bring your back leg in front and make sure you're turning it." said Sora.
"Alright." nodded Aqua.
One by one, Aqua, Terra, Isa, Oswald, and Ortensia jumped up and performed an impressive wheel kick each.
"Good work guys!" said Sora.
Minnie, Daisy, and Max were next. They each did an impressive wheel kick but stumbled on the landing.
"Landing needs work but the kick was great!" said Sora.
"It did feel great!" giggled Minnie as she streched her legs.
Myde did a good wheel kick but ended up falling down on his front.
"Omph!" he grunted.
"Myde are you ok?!" Sora asked in concern.
Sora and Max helped the Melodious Nocturne up.
"Yeah I'm good." Myde said as he wiped the dirt and grass of his face and cloak.
"Landing needs work but it was a good kick." said Aqua with a smile.
"She's right." nodded Sora.
Myde shrugged with a small smile.
A little while later, Li opened up the door to Po's room, the Dragon Warrior getting up.
"Did I oversleep?" asked Po.
"You sure did." smirked Li.
"Yes!" Po said triumphantly as he pumped his fists.
Later, Po, Li, and some kids were playing Hacky Sack.
"Yeah. Show him, kids." chuckled Li.
"Can you do this? Can you do that? How about this? How about that?" Bao asked as he repeatedly kicked the sack at Po.
Po caught the bag and maintained its airtime. "How about this? How about that? Am I doing it? Is this good?" Po asked.
"Whoa…" Bao said in awe as Po kept it in the air.
"I got it!" Po said as he jumped up and kicked the bag into the air.
The kids oohed as they watched it fly… until they saw it was heading towards the elderly panda.
"Uh, grandma panda. Heads up!" called Po.
The bag suddenly hit her on the head and knocked her unconscious.
"Oh… we better roll." said Li as he, Po, and the kids snuck away.
Nearby, Sora was teaching his friends side-kicks.
"Make sure you extend your leg out all the way without bending it or the one you're standing with." said Sora.
"Right!" said Daisy.
Sora demonstrated first and the other 9 followed suit.
"Got it balanced?" asked Terra.
"Yeah, it feels good!" said Aqua.
"I feel pain and another odd feeling." said Myde as he tried to maintain his balance.
"It's called pride Myde." said Oswald as he faced their mullet-haired companion. "You're doing well with your side-kicks."
"Huh. You're right Oswald." Myde noted.
Suddenly, Po, Li, and the panda kids rolled into the ten, making them yelp in surprise as they fell into the dirt.
"Sorry guys!" Li called as they followed away.
"No worries!" called Minnie as she stood up.
"At all." said Max, his voice muffled from his face in the dirt.
Mr. Ping came out with a bowl of dumplings. "Po, lunchtime!" he called.
Mr. Ping then saw the pandas rolling towards him. He yelped as he tossed out his dumplings in a panic and dodged them.
Po rolled, but he ended up hitting a tree and then a mountain.
"Po?" called out Li just as Po landed on top of him.
"You gotta let the hill tell you where to roll." chuckled Li.
"Ugh, rookie mistake." Po grunted.
Later, Sora was demonstrating spin-kicks as he brought over a practice dummy.
"Ok so you want to aim for the head." said Sora. "Have it be the level you want your foot to reach."
"Got it." said Isa.
"Where did you get the practice dummy?" asked Minnie.
"Shifu let me borrow it." said Sora. "It comes in separate parts you just click together."
Isa stepped forward and performed a spin-kick on the dummy's head, knocking it off.
"Uh oh." Isa winced.
"Relax Isa. It can be reassembled." said Sora as he put the head back on. "Anyway, nice job."
Isa smiled humbly and nodded.
Aqua and Terra performed good spin-kicks as well against the dummy's head.
"Nice kick Aqua." complimented Terra. "You got good moves."
Aqua smiled and blushed at the praise. "So do you."
"Thanks. You too." she complimented back.
Terra smiled bashfully as they moved away.
Minnie approached the dummy even though it was the size of her and ½ of her stacked.
"Seems pretty high." Minnie said before smiling determined. "No problem at all!"
Minnie bent down in a fighting stance and then with a battle cry, she jumped up high and spin-kicked the dummy's head off before landing in a badass pose.
"Nice job Minnie!" said Sora as he got the dummy's head.
"Alright!" cheered Max.
"Way to go Minnie!" cheered Ortensia.
"That's how you do it girlfriend!" cheered Daisy.
"Good work!" praised Aqua with a smile.
"That was great!" said Terra.
"I concur." said Isa.
"That was badass." smirked Myde.
"Great job!" said Oswald.
Minnie blushed and giggled at the praise.
"Why thank you." she smiled.
Daisy, Oswald, and Ortensia performed the same way.
Max did it the same way Terra, Aqua, and Isa did, but after he knocked the head off he stumbled on the landing and ran into a boulder.
"Max are you ok?!" cried Minnie.
Max got up. "I'm good!" he called.
Myde was the last one to try. He did a spin-kick… into the arm and hurt his foot.
"Ouch!" Myde yelped as he clutched his foot.
"I got you!" said Aqua as she casted a cure on Myde.
"Thanks Aqua." said Myde, thankfully.
Aqua smiled as Sora approached Myde.
"Try aiming higher." he suggested.
Myde shrugged with a sigh as he walked back up to the dummy. He did a higher spin-kick and knocked the head off.
"Yes!" Myde cheered.
Everyone applauded.
"Good work Myde." said Max.
"You pulled that off brilliantly." smiled Ortensia.
"I still can't believe Po's missing this." said Terra. "What panda training thing is he doing anyway?"
The ten then saw Li approach Dim and Sum sleeping in bunk-hammocks in a bamboo tree.
"Dim. Sum. Let's show him how we go uphill." said Li.
Li pulled back the bamboo tree and flung the two into the air. The two cheered as they flew over the mountain.
"That's beautiful." Po said in awe.
"That's one way to go uphill." Terra remarked.
"Can we try too?" asked Max.
"Sure!" said Li.
Sora, Terra, Isa, Aqua, Myde, Minnie, Daisy, Max, Oswald, and Ortensia walked over to the two pandas.
At that time, Mr. Ping came by with another bowl of dumplings. "Snack time!" he called.
Mr. Ping gasped and dropped his dumplings as Sora, Po, Minnie, Daisy, Max, Oswald, Ortensia, Aqua, Terra, Isa, and Myde flew by, cheering loudly.
"Po! You can fly?!" he screamed.
"I'm coming in hot!" shouted Po as he landed on Dim and Sum in their chairs.
Sora and Co. landed on their feet.
"Good thing we learned how to land like that when Strange brought us to the MCU." said Myde.
"Comes in handy." nodded Aqua.
"Wow! I actually flew like a duck!" Daisy said giddily.
"Oh it felt wonderful!" said Minnie.
"Get them while they're cold." Mr. Ping muttered in an upset tone as he walked away.
Mr. Ping went to his room, only to scream in alarm as there were many baby pandas eating his food and were all over the kitchen.
"What are you doing there?! That food is for Po!" he exclaimed in horror. Seeing how the kids were getting in dangerous situations, Mr. Ping rushed to stop them.
Meanwhile, Po was getting a chiropractic treatment from Big Fun.
"There, there. That's it." laughed Big Fun as he hopped down the hill.
"Feeling relaxed?" asked Li.
"Totally." nodded Po.
"Just let yourself fall into it." said Li.
"Got it." nodded Po.
Po then rolled down the mountain, failing again.
Later, Li was comforting Po as he threw up.
"I'm fine. I just…" Po began before vomiting.
"There we go. Just let it all out. That's my boy." Li said awkwardly.
At that time, Mr. Ping was dealing with all the chaos in his room.
"Get out of there!" he said as he took a panda out of a pot.
He then dodged a panda knocking over some knives, unknowingly getting his foot caught in a noodle string. Another baby panda grabbed the bowl, dragging Mr. Ping with him.
"My noodles! Leave my noodles alone!" Mr. Ping cried.
Outside, Sora was teaching shoulder-flips to his friends. He had already used Max as a demonstration.
"Be ready Max!" said Sora.
Sora ran up behind Max. Max anticipated him as he grabbed Sora's amrs and flipped him over his shoulder.
"You ok Sora?" asked Max.
"I'm fine." Sora laughed as Max helped him up. "That was great Max!"
Max beamed.
Aqua then flipped Terra over her shoulder.
"Nice job Aqua." Terra complimented.
Aqua smiled as she helped him up. "Thank you Terra. You're a good sport."
Daisy ran up to Minnie and the mouse queen flipped her Lady-In-Waiting over her shoulder.
"Oh my, are you ok Daisy?" Minnie asked worriedly.
"Don't worry girlfriend." laughed Daisy as her best friend helped her up. "I'm alright, but that was amazing!"
Minnie smiled and giggled. "Why thank you Daisy."
Ortensia flipped Oswald over her shoulder.
"How was that Honey Bunny?" she asked.
"I'd say that was perfect Ortensia." Oswald replied as she helped him up. "Just like you." he added with a sly grin.
Ortensia laughed as she kissed Oswald's cheek, making him blush and her giggle.
Isa easily flipped Myde over his shoulder. Myde landed with a loud grunt.
"Nice job Is'..." Myde groaned.
Isa helped him up. "You ok Myde?" he asked.
Myde nodded as he rubbed his back.
"Ok, switch it up!" said Sora.
Terra flipped over Aqua, Daisy flipped over Minnie, and Oswald flipped over Ortensia.
Myde was now nervous as Isa got into position.
"I don't think I can do this…" Myde muttered nervously.
Isa ran forward. Myde was sweating nervously when he suddenly grabbed Isa and flipped him over his shoulder… into the river.
"OH GOD!" Myde screamed in horror.
Isa crawled out of the water.
"Isa, I'm so sorry!" Myde stammered.
To his surprise, Isa chuckled.
"Relax Myde, I'm not mad." the male bluehead said calmly, much to Myde's shock. "Probably could've been worse if I was on the ground. But you did great."
"He's right." said Sora as he and the others walked over. "That was the farthest anyone in this group flung their partner over their shoulder."
"Sora's right, you did marvelous Myde." said Minnie with a smile.
Myde just smiled awkwardly as he rubbed the back of his head.
"Uh… thanks." he replied awkwardly, making everyone chuckle.
Nearby, Mei Mei was practicing with her ribbon. Po rolled down the hill and ended up getting himself and Mei Mei wrapped together by the ribbon.
"Subtle, Po. Very subtle." Mei Mei said, amused.
"Let me get some of that." said Big Fun as he bearhugged Po and Mei Mei.
Back in his room, Mr. Ping was in a tug-of-war with one baby panda trying to take the noodle bowl with one wrapped around his leg and another panda biting his hat.
"Leave my hat alone!" cried Mr. Ping before he was flung into some vegetables, and then onto the ground where some more bounced off his beak.
"We love noodles!" the baby pandas cheered.
That brought a touched smile on Mr. Ping's face. "Oh, just like my Po." he said softly.
That evening, Sora and Co. met up with Li and a few other pandas at a snowy hill.
"Hey Li, have you seen Po?" asked Sora.
"We were hoping he could join us for some training." added Minnie.
Their answer came when they saw Po yell as he rolled down the hill, crashing into a few pandas. The rolling also picked up snow, forming a giant snowball around him.
"Uh oh…" Oswald said.
A panda villager walked by. "What are you guys looking at?" she asked.
Po bumps into her, flew through the sky, and landed on in the lake. He floated back up, sitting on a chair with an umbrella attached with a drink in his hand.
"That's how we roll! Cannonball!" laughed Li as he and the other pandas joined in.
"Wanna join?" Aqua asked her friends.
"I'm already wet, so why not?" shrugged Isa.
The ten Keyblade Masters jumped into the lake. They emerged from the water, laughing
"Yeah!" Po laughed as he joined them.
Later, Po and Li stood on a bridge as they watched a panda mother and her kids fly a kite.
"Here, bring it up now." said the mom.
"Mom, look it!" said one kid.
"Whoa!" the other exclaimed.
Po sighed in a relaxed tone. "How was that?" Po asked.
Li did a much more relaxed sigh.
"Whoa…" Po said in awe.
"Now you try again but don't try so hard." instructed Li.
"Ok ok." said Po as he let out a heavier sigh.
"Much better." Li said with a proud smile.
"Thanks, dad." said Po.
"For what?" asked Li.
"You know. Just for… you know. Showing me what it feels like... to be a panda." Po replied. "So, when do you think I'll be ready?"
"Ready?" Li asked, confused.
"You know. Learn how to master chi." replied Po.
"Soon, real soon." Li replied. "Come on. I wanna show you something else. Come on."
Later, the two arrived at Li's room. A lot of stuff was on the floor.
"Sorry about the mess. I don't usually get visitors." said Li.
Li showed Po something that nearly made Po cry. In front of two candles and a tiny plant was a drawing of him as a baby in the arms of his late mom.
"Is this… my mom?" asked Po as he looked at the picture.
"I had this done on your one hundredth day." said Li. "Your mama couldn't hold you still. You nearly ate the paper." he added with a chuckle.
Po chuckled.
"It's true." chuckled Li.
"What was she like?" asked Po.
Li sighed. "She was the total package. Smart. Beautiful. Tremendous appetite." he replied with a small smile.
Po laughed.
"She was the love of my life. And then… just when I thought I couldn't get any luckier… along you came, my little Lotus." added Li with a chuckle. "I really had it all."
Li's face fell. "Until that… one moment... when I... lost everything." he added sadly as he set the picture down.
Flashback, over 20 years ago:
Po's mom rushed out into the blizzard in the forest with her baby away from Shen, Wolf Boss and his wolves. She spotted the radish cart and quickly set Po in there. She was about to leave, but couldn't help but smile at Po. Her face then fell as she climbed back up the snowy mountain as Po cried in sadness.
Po's mom waved ahead as two wolves with torches chased after her, along with Shen.
"GET HER!" Shen shouted in anger as they gave chase.
Present:
Li sighed as he ran his hand softly over the picture in sadness. Po looked at his dad sadly before placing a paw on his shoulder.
"Dad, you don't have to worry about losing me ever again, ok?" Po said with a reassuring smile.
Li smiled as he and Po hugged each other.
And out of nowhere, Big Fun came in.
"Let me get some of that." he said as he bearhugged Po and Li.
Outside, Sora and Co. were having dinner.
"I gotta say, you guys are doing great!" said Sora.
"Well we have a good teacher." said Minnie with a smile.
"She's right." said Aqua. "You are a good leader and teacher Sora."
Sora smiled before sighing. "It's a shame Po couldn't join us today." he told his friends. "I mean, he knows a lot more about kung fu than I do."
"Well he's not feelin' very confident in teaching kung fu." said Myde.
"Maybe if he's not under so much pressure." suggested Daisy.
"That is true Daisy." said Sora. "I could only teach you guys the basics. Po can teach more."
"He just needs to have more faith in himself." said Terra.
"Hopefully soon." said Isa. "Because the longer we stay here, more problems could arise."
"I hope everyone's doing ok back at the palace." Minnie said worriedly.
"Me too Minnie. Me too." said Aqua.
Then, Mr. Ping walked up with a cart.
"Here you all are, my secret noodle soup!" he said happily as he handed them a bowl each.
"Thanks Mr. Ping." said Oswald.
"Your noodles are very delicious." added Ortensia.
"Oh thank you so much!" Mr. Ping smiled as he walked away.
With that, Sora and his friends got back to dinner.
Jade Palace:
During that time, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Roxas, Lea, Naminé , Xion, and Ven were still at the palace with Shifu, Tigress, Viper, and Monkey. While they were waiting for Mantis and Crane to return, they were trying to keep themselves busy.
"Wow… so that's why Roxas and Ven look exactly the same." Viper said in awe as Kairi finished the story.
"I know it is pretty crazy." said Kairi. "But then again, that's what life is all about, isn't it?"
Viper giggled.
Nearby, Goofy was talking with Shifu.
"So how old is your son?" asked Shifu.
"Aw Maxie's almost 20." Goofy said fondly. "He's in his 3rd year at college as well."
"I see." nodded Shifu. "Does he have that special someone in his life?"
"He sure does." said Goofy. "Her name's Roxanne. She's a dog two, but with red hair. She's currently staying with her grandmother back in our world, but miles away."
Shifu smiled. "That is nice. Everyone has to have their special someone in their life."
"You got that right." said Goofy. "Say Shifu, out of curiosity, has Tigress found her special someone yet?"
The two looked back at Tigress who was talking with Riku and Lea.
"So Aqua was in the Realm of Darkness this whole time?" Tigress asked in awe.
"She was." nodded Riku. "And so were Cloud, Zack, and even Ansem the Wise."
"We all were just lucky that we were able to rescue all four of them." added Lea.
"Not yet." said Shifu before smirking. "But I know that my daughter has had her eye on a certain panda."
Goofy was taken aback. "You mean Po?" he asked.
"I've seen the looks they would often give one another without the other realizing it." said Shifu.
"Does that make you happy?" asked Goofy.
Shifu paused as he stroked his beard. "I will be honest with you Goofy. I worry about Tigress a lot, especially from the way she was raised." He sighed in guilt. "I wasn't the best influence after what happened with Tai Lung. She is my best student…" Shifu paused as he looked back at Tigress. "...but she is also my daughter. And I want her to be happy."
Goofy smiled at Shifu. "I understand Master Shifu. Here, why don't we talk father to father huh?" he suggested.
Shifu nodded as Goofy sat down next to the red panda.
"As a single dad, I often worry about Max." said Goofy. "After Victoria died, he was all I had left. I tried to do my best to raise him on my own. And I know that being a single parent is hard, especially when your child or adopted child is all grown up. You worry about them a lot. I overreacted to Max's principal's overexertion on the last day of school when Max was just 15. And after Max went to college, I was often worried about him in addition to feeling alone, which ended up costing my day job whenever I don't work at the castle. And it just showed itself more when I chose to go to Max's college to earn my final degree so I could get a new job."
Goofy then smiled as he took out his Gummiphone and showed a picture of him and max in their world-traveling attires the day they came back from the Castle That Never Was from saving Terra, Isa, and Rufus.
"But then see that max being happy makes me feel happy too." said Goofy. "And if Max is happy in life, then that's a good thing. A good thing that I fully support. What a parent wants is for their kid to be happy. But if you worry too much, then that'll cause trouble. And even though I still worry, whenever I see Max's happy face, then I'm happy too."
Shifu was taken aback by Goofy's words. He then smiled.
"Thank you Goofy. I will take your words to heart." he said to the Keyblade Master.
"No problem at all Master Shifu! A-hyuck!" said Goofy.
Nearby, Donald sat at a table talking to someone on his Gummiphone. It was a tall toon that looked human. She had tanned skin, long black hair, black eyes, and a lot of golden Greece armor, a gold headband with small gold wings and a red gem, a gold necklace with a red gem, gold bracelets around her wrists and arms, gold sandals, and a white skirt.
It was Xandra, the Goddess of Adventure. One of Donald's old friends from the Quackmore Institute who fought alongside his, José, and Panhcito's ancestors, the original Three Caballeros, and was trapped in a golden atlas for centuries before being freed by the three and were trained to be Caballeros themselves during their adventures across the globe.
"Hey Xandra!" said Donald with a smile when she picked up.
Xandra smiled upon seeing her old friend. "Hi Donald! Long time no see! How've you been?" she asked.
"I've been doing great! Going on adventures, taking care of my boys and saving other worlds from darkness. You know, the usual." Donald replied.
"Sounds like it." chuckled Xandra.
"So how's life on Ithaquack with Storkules and Selene?" asked Donald.
"Going great actually." Xandra replied. "Storkules and Selene are great friends. They really know how to make life on an island fun. Especially Selene when it comes to pranks." Xandra then laughed. "Just the other day, me and Selene shaved off his beard and then made it look like the most ridiculous mustache ever with super glue!"
Donald and Xandra burst out laughing.
"That is so funny!" Donald laughed.
"Yeah." laughed Xandra. "He would've banished me if it weren't for Hera stepping in and scolding him for losing it over a prank. I just love it when she takes our side." Xandra then looked confused. "Why did he banish you and your family anyway?"
"Oh, he has a bit of an inferiority complex." Donald replied. "He's just upset because Uncle Scrooge is better than him at everything and that my powers are stronger than his as proven when I defeated Hades years ago."
Xandra was shocked. "You fought Hades!?" she exclaimed.
Donald nodded. "Yup. Though I'd rather not go into too much detail." he said as his eyes shrunk in comical trauma. "At the time I was suffering from an inferiority complex and soul crushing loneliness." he added.
Xandra nodded. "I heard the story from Storkules and Selene. I won't go further into it." she said.
"I'll be honest, I prefer the Hades that lives in the Underworld in Olympus." said Donald. "He may be a powerful god, but at times, not really intimidating."
"I'd love to meet him." Xandra said with a sarcastic smirk. Her face then turned to a sympathetic one. "And also… Panchito and José told me what happened to your sister. I'm really sorry, Donald… I never even got to meet her…" she said softly.
"Thanks Xandra." Donald said thankfully. "You would've really loved to meet Della, though. She's like a non-goddess version of you."
"I can imagine." laughed Xandra. "I hear you and your friends are traveling the worlds with some humans?" she asked.
"Yup!" noded Donald. "We're protecting them from the darkness of an evil Keyblade Master named Xehanort. You have got to meet our human friends, especially Sora."
"Is he a warrior?" asked Xandra.
"Kinda." said Donald. "He is 16, almost 17, but he is a Keyblade Master with a unique heart. And I mean unique. He's brave, kind, generous, and he has the same determination you got."
Xandra laughed. "Wow. Now I would like to meet him. Is he here?" she asked.
"He's elsewhere in this world at the moment." said Donald. "But I'll make sure you meet."
"That's cool." said Xandra. "So how's being a Mage treating you, Mage of Thunder?"
"It's good." said Donald. "You know, you, Ari, Panchito and José should drop by the castle when you get the chance. Especially, since I have a special surprise for all of you." he added, referring to the Cabana and all its belongings now being at the castle courtesy of Dr. Hank Pym's shrinking and growth chips allowing them to take it from the abandoned institute to the castle's backyard.
"I'll be sure to tell them that." said Xandra.
Mickey then walked by with Naminé and Ven.
"So Ienzo told me that in order for their memory simulator to work, they just need a sample of your powers Naminé." Mickey said to the blonde-haired fromer Nobody.
Naminé was nervous. "What kind of sample?" she asked.
"Just a touch of your powers onto the controls and nothing more." said Mickey.
"Wow." said Ven. "If that works, then maybe Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Jiminy really will remember Castle Oblivion."
"Probably." nodded Naminé. She then looked to Mickey. "By the way, how come Jiminy's not around the castle?"
"He's been staying with Pinocchio and Geppetto back in their homeworld." replied Mickey. "Though he did say he'll come back to help with the royal records until Xehanort's threat is over."
"Makes sense." nodded Ven.
"So how are your nephews?" asked Xandra.
"Doing great!" Donald replied. "Huey, Dewey, and Louie are going easy on any pranks they do and are often hanging with their new friends, Webby, Lena, and Violet."
"Who're they?" asked Xandra, curious.
"Webby is s Uncle Scrooge's housekeeper's granddaughter." said Donald. He then laughed. "She's got a fiery spirit and a lot of fighting skills courtesy of her grandma. You'd love her."
Xandra laughed. "I'm sure I will when I meet her."
"She'd like that." said Donald. "Lena was the form of Magica De Spell's own shadow created 16 years ago."
Xandra was shocked. "The Magica De Spell?!" she exclaimed. "As in the Shadow Queen?!"
"Yeah. nodded Donald. "But don't worry, Lena wanted nothing to do with Magica after the way she abused her and she left that old witch and joined us. She's practically family now."
"That's good." said Xandra.
"And Violet's a hummingbird." continued Donald. "She's very smart and also a skeptic-turned-believer when she found out magic was real."
"Very smart, huh?" Xandra asked with a smirk.
"Yeah." nodded Donald before smiling. "Those three are like the nieces I never had. I let them call me Uncle Donald and Daisy Aunt Daisy. They're also like the sisters the boys never had." Donald then smirked. "Although… some of them are like equivalents to each other. Huey and Violet are both smart, Dewey and Webby are energetic, brave, and determined, and Louie and Lena are both lazy and devious but good-hearted in the end. I think they like each other that way."
"That's so adorable!" Xandra said happily. "Do those pairs know yet?"
"Not yet." said Donald. "But I'm sure they'll tell each other soon."
"That's nice." said Xandra. "By the way, how are Daisy and the girls?"
"Daisy's doing great. She comes with us on our adventures nowadays. She's a really great fighter." said Donald. "As for April, May, and June, they're staying with their other aunt for right now. But Daisy said that she's making plans for them to stay at the castle soon." Donald them remembered something. "Oh yeah! And we got another surprise, but we'll tell you when you and the others come." he added.
"Sounds good." said Xandra. "I'd better go. I promised Storkules and Selene I'd show them some more of our adventures. I'm showing them our trip to Camelot with the girls. See you around Donald!" (1)
"By Xandra!" said Donald as he hung up.
Nearby, Monkey was talking with Lea, Roxas, and Xion.
"So how come you two, Isa, and Myde still wear the cloaks?" he asked.
"You can pick us out of a crowd with these." said Lea. "The four of us are kinda associated with them, to say the least."
"Plus, they're good winter gear." added Xion.
"I see." said Monkey. "But how come you don't wear yours Roxas?"
"I feel more comfortable in these clothes." said Roxas as he gestured to his Twilight Town attire.
"But we do wear the garments Yen Sid gave us like Sora, Riku, Kairi, and Mickey do." said Lea, zipping down his cloak to reveal a sleeveless dark gray and red plaid button-down shirt with a short-sleeve black shirt underneath.
Xion unzipped down the front of her cloak to reveal a double buttoned, collared shirt.
"That's cool." said Monkey as the two zipped their cloaks back up.
"Isa and Myde wear their own garments from Yen Sid under their cloaks too." added Roxas.
As they talked, Kairi walked past them when she saw Tigress looking out in the distance.
"Hey Tigress." said Kairi.
Tigress looked over at Kairi.
"Hello Kairi." she greeted with a small smile.
"Are you ok?" asked Kairi.
"A little." said Tigress as she looked out into the distance.
Kairi placed a comforting hand on Tigress' shoulder. "You're worried about Po, aren't you?" she asked.
Tigress sighed and nodded. "How could you tell?" she asked.
"Because I'm worried too." said Kairi. "About Sora. And so's Riku. Just like Mickey is with Minnie, Oswald, and Ortensia, Donald with Daisy, Goofy with Max, Roxas, Lea, Naminé, and Xion with Isa and Myde, and Ven with Aqua and Terra."
Tigress nodded. "I see."
Kairi then noticed something in Tigress' eyes. Something familiar.
"There's more to you being worried about Po, isn't there?" she asked.
Tigress gave her a confused look.
"What are you talking about?" she asked.
Kairi smiled. "You like Po, don't you?"
Tigress just stared blankly at Kairi.
"Yes, I do." she said. "He's like a brother to me like Crane, Monkey, and Mantis."
Kairi laughed. "No silly, I mean you really like him. Don't you?" she asked.
Tigress frowned. "No, I don't." she said firmly.
But Kairi was able to make out a small blush under Tigress' fur.
"Tigress, I know that look." she said softly. "You really care about Po. More than a fellow master or brother in fact."
Tigress was now blushing hard. "Well, I-I do like him. But I can tell you right here Kairi that I don't harbor any feelings like that for Po." she said firmly.
Kairi looked at Tigress.
"Tigress, before me and Sora confessed our feelings to each other, everyone else could practically see the kind of love we had for each other." Kairi said calmly. "And now that me and Sora are boyfriend and girlfriend, we now see what they saw in us. And I can tell you that you really do have those feelings for Po."
Tigress starred at Kairi in surprise. She then sighed sadly as she clenched her paws.
"It's true." Tigress said softly. "I do like Po… more than a brother."
"When did you realize it?" asked Kairi.
"After he started living with us." said Tigress. "Po… rubbed off on us in many ways. I don't know how he did it, but he managed to tone me down from an all-time serious master of kung fu into a more softer but still serious tiger."
"One who's still hardcore like a badass." smirked Kairi.
Tigress chuckled.
"Yeah. Po is like one of those guys you need in your life. A good positive influence. Like what you, Sora, Roxas, and Ven, are to your team." Tigress then looked sad. "When he found out that Shen was connected to something in Po's past, I was worried that something could happen to him if he dug any further. Not that I could blame him. And then…"
Tigress winced as she remembered what happened at Gongmen City.
Flashback, during the events of Kingdom Hearts: Kung Fu Light Defenders Part 2:
"The pain will always be there Shen, but we won't let it consume us!" shouted Sora. His friends nodded in agreement.
Shen sneered. "So... you'd rather keep the pain?" he asked before smirking. "Alright. But here... let me heal you."
Shen leaped backwards on top of the box... which opened up to reveal a cannon three times the size of the original aiming straight at Sora, Po, and the travellers, who gasped in horror, unable to move. Shen grinned evilly as he lit the fuse. The dragon-shaped canon seemed to growl as it fired.
Without thinking, Sora, Donald and Goofy stood protectively in front of Riku, Kairi, and Mickey, who gasped in shock and horror at what the three were doing. Po was barely able to place the wok in front of himself before the cannon fired, the cannonball crashing into Po, then into Sora, Donald, and Goofy, and then into Riku, Kairi, and Mickey, sending them all screaming backwards.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" Sora, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and Po screamed in terror.
"NOOOOOOOOOO!" Tigress screamed in horror as she tried to reach the seven, but to no avail.
Tigress was knocked off her feet as Sora, Po, and the travellers flew past her. Down below, Viper, Crane, Monkey, and Mantis looked up in horror as they saw their friends being blasted out of the factory.
Sora, Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, and Po flew over the city, screaming as they crashed into the river in the distance.
Present:
Tigress sighed, trying hard not to cry.
"I thought I lost all of you that day." she said sadly as Kairi comforted her. "Especially Po. I knew that something horrible would happen and it did. After Gongmen City, I began to fully realize the feelings that I had for him, that I cared for him more than a friend. As the days went by, they grew. But… I don't know if he feels the same.
Kairi smiled at Tigress. "I'm sure he does." she said softly.
Tigress looked at Kairi. "What do you mean?" she asked.
"Tigress, the way Po looks at you, the way he talks to you, I'd say that he likes you too." Kairi replied. "Next time you see him, you should talk to him."
Tigress smiled a little at Kairi. "I'll try. Thank you Kairi."
"No problem." Kairi smiled.
Just then, a scroll-wrapped arrow arrived at the Jade Palace. Monkey intercepted it. When he landed, he set it near a bunch of other arrows that had arrived earlier. Everyone gathered around.
Monkey handed the arrow to Shifu. "It's from the eastern province." he said.
Shifu read the scroll. "Master Lizard. Master Ox. Master Eagle. All of them." said gravely as he broke the arrow in half. "In every village from the sea to here… every master in China... has vanished."
"Oh crud." muttered Lea.
"Gawrsh." gulped Goofy.
"This is not good." said Ven.
"Maybe, they are all at a party?" suggested Monkey.
"Monkey…" Viper said, exasperated.
"I didn't get invited either." said Monkey.
"If there was a party, the Jade Palace definitely would've known about it." said Xion.
"Xion's right." said Riku. "This is where the Dragon Warrior lives."
"Kai has taken their chi. We are all that stand between him and the knowledge Oogway left in our care." said Shifu.
"Not to mention that Sora, Po, and the others are still out there." added Roxas.
"Which means he'll be coming here next." said Donald.
"Then we'd better be ready." said Mickey.
The group made their way down the stairs.
"The villagers. Evacuated?" Shifu asked Tigress.
"Done, master." she replied.
"Crane? Mantis?" he asked.
"Still nothing." Tigress replied.
"I hope they're ok." said Goofy.
"I'm sure they're fine." said Lea.
Viper suddenly gasped. "Wait, it's them!" she exclaimed.
They all looked up and saw someone flying in the distance.
"See, what'd I tell ya?" Lea smirked.
"Wait a minute…" said Ven as he looked ahead.
"Something's wrong." said Naminé, worried.
And she was right. It was Crane and Mantis… but they were covered in jade. They zoomed by and circled around the Jade Palace, eventually flying towards the group.
"No!" gasped Shifu.
"Oh no!" gasped Mickey.
"Kai got them!" cried Riku.
"Dammit!" cursed Lea.
Then, Goofy spotted something on the mountain ledge and gasped.
"Fellers, look!" he cried.
Everyone looked over to the ledge to see another jaded figure with a large sword. It was Cloud, covered in jade.
"No way!" gasped Ven.
"Is that…" gasped Kairi, trailing off.
"It's Cloud!" cried Xion.
This took Tigress, Viper, Monkey, and Shifu aback.
"Cloud? As in your swordsman friend?" asked Tigress.
"Yeah!" said Donald.
"But what's he doing here?!" asked Goofy.
Cloud leaped from the ledge and flew through the air.
Crane, Mantis, and Cloud landed in front of the group in fighting stances, just as Kai slowly walked through the emerald green mist, twirling his blades with an evil smirk on his face.
"Kai!" growled Shifu as he gripped his staff.
Quickly, Riku summoned Braveheart, Kairi summoned Destiny's Embrace, Mickey summoned Kingdom Key W, Lea summoned Flame Liberator, Roxas summoned Oathkeeper and Oblivion, Naminé summoned Shooting Star, Xion summoned Lost Memory, Ven summoned Wayward Wind, Donald summoned Unbound and Centurion, and Goofy summoned Royal Radiance and Frozen Pride +.
"So, the war general himself." mused Lea.
"Nice of you to notice." Kai smirked as he looked at Oogway's statue. "Nice. Very tacky." he mused.
Everyone galred.
"How dare you set foot on these grounds!" snarled Shifu.
"Look at your pathetic fools." huffed Kai. "Groveling at the feet of Oogway the Magnificent when you could be siding with darkness."
"Been there and done that against my will and I hated it." snarled Riku.
"Same here." Lea said with a glare which was mirrored by Xion and Roxas.
"You are not fit to speak his name." growled Tigress.
"I am not fit, little kitten?" Kai smirked as the chains of his blades wrapped around his gauntlets.
Tigress growled ss she and her friends got into fighting stances.
Kai pointed his blade at the statue of Oogway. "I fought by his side. I loved him like a brother. And he... betrayed me." Kai said furiously.
"If anything, you betrayed him!" Donald quacked angrilly.
"He's right, you wanted all the chi for yourself without realizing that you were hurting others!" snapped Goofy.
"That's why Oogway banished you to the Spirit Realm, because you were too dangerous and blinded by greed!" added Kairi.
"Well… now I will destroy everything he has created!" Kai yelled furiously.
"Like hell you will!" snapped Ven.
Kai tossed his blades at the group.
"Go!" Shifu shouted.
Everyone quickly scattered.
Kairi ran to Kai first and tried to slash him, but Kai was able to knock her into the mountain with his blade. Monkey came flying down next when Kai bashe dhim away too. Xion casted Blizzard on Kai but he jumped out of the way before side-kicking her away. Lea fired a series of Firaga spells at Kai, only one barley striking him as he jumped into the air and sent his blades at Lea, knocking him to the ground. Tigress attempted to kick Kai in the head, but Kai ducked and slashed Tigress' back with his blade as she fell away. Mickey jumped at Kai and fired Blizzaga at him, but Kai was able to deflect it and bashed his blades into the mouse king. Viper slithered along the chains attached to Kai's blades and jumped down to striuke his legs, but Kai dodged them and then kicked an oncoming Naminé into Viper.
Roxas fired multiple orbs of light at Kai, but the former general smacked them with his blades while dodging them. As Roxas leaped at Kai, the bull slashed the former Nobody's shoulders with his blades. Donald jumped onto Kai's back and quickly conjured up lightning in his staff and Keyblade, but Kai was able to wrap his blades around Donald's arms and weapons and sent the mage flying into the stairs. Goofy used Goofy-Tornado against Kai, but the general was eventually able to dodge the attacks and kicked Goofy into the mountain. Ven jumped into the air and tried firing a Wind Tracer spell at Kai, only for him to wrap his blades around Wayward Wind and then sent Ven flying into the mountains. Riku managed to hit Kai with a Tornado Tracer spell, but Kai was able to punch and kick him away righly. Tigress came back to attack again but Kai sent a powerful kick into the female tiger sending her flying back. Shifu and Monkey tried to land several punches on Kai, but he was able to dodge them easily. Kairi and Naminé ran up to Kai and each fired a Flower Shoot spell at him, but Kai recovered easily and slashed the two with one swing from his blades. Lea got up, summoned his chakrams, and coated them with fire as he threw them at Kai, but the bull deflected them and sent them flying back at the redhead, knocking him into the stairs. Roxas, Ven, and Xion tried to attack all at once with Dark Firaga spells, but Kai was able to spin his blades around and slash them each three times.
Donald got back up and casted a Thundaga spell at Kai just as he held up his blades to block it. While the spell made him skid back a little, he reflected it back at Donald, sending the duck screaming into the mountain side.
"He blocked my lighting!" Donald exclaimed in shock as he struggled ot get back up.
"Then let's see if he can block vibranium!" said Goofy as he switched out Frozen Pride + with Captain America's shield.
Goofy charged forwards and threw his shield like Steve would at Kai. Kai was able to bash it back, but Goofy caught it and held it out as he lunged at Kai. Goofy bashed his shield against Kai's blades, making it a hard clash that sent the two backwards, while also making Kai stumble back.
"Nice job Goofy!" priased Donald.
"Thanks pal!" said Goofy, only for Kai to side-kick him into the stairs.
Kai then looked up to see Tigress coming at him with her foot extended for a kick. He held up his blades just as Tigress kicked them hard, resulting in a yellow shockwave of chi releasing from his blades. Kai was knocked back as he dropped his blades.
"How's that for a little kitten?" Tigress smirked as everyone got back into fighting positions.
"Nice move Tigress!" Kairi cheered.
Kai growled as his eyes glowed.
Suddenly, Cloud, Crane, and Mantis sprung into action.
"Stop them!" shouted Lea as he and Cloud clashed their weapons.
Crane bashed Tigress into the air. Quickly thinking, Donald casted Thundaga from his staff that struck Crane and dropped Tigress, who was quickly saved by Riku casting a gravity spell.
Then, Mantis used his strength to tear off a stone blade from a warrior statue onto the group. Viper saw this and dodged while using her tail to cut the stone into pieces.
"Nice job Viper!' said Mickey.
Viper smiled only to gasp in horror as Kai got back up and charged back at the group.
Shifu ran at Kai and kicked him several times before trying to steal his blades. Mickey assisted Shifu by blasting Kai with various spells.
"I will not let you destroy Oogway's memory!" Shifu snarled.
"Why not? He destroyed mine!" Kai sneered.
Cloud and Lea clashed their weapons several times before the redhead fired Dark Firaga at Cloud, sending him back.
"Cloud, snap out of it!" Lea yelled, only for Mantis to grab Lea by his hood and throw him into the ground.
Mantis was then blasted by Naminé using a Meteor spell, only for Cloud to knock her back. Before Cloud could hurt her more, he was struck with a Raging Storm spell fired by Ven. The two clashed weapons hard as Cloud pushed Ven away.
Tigress fought Crane through it was pretty hard considering he could fly. But Xion was able to jump off a statue and strike Crane with her Keyblade.
"Thanks Xion." said Tigress as Xion landed.
"Anytime." Xion replied.
Suddenly, Crane swung his leg at the two and slashed them with his talons. Luckily, Kairi came to the rescue and fired Raging Storm at Crane.
Monkey clutched Mantis in his paws. "Mantis, it is me! Your bestie!" Monkey cried.
Mantis suddenly punched Monkey in the face and then threw him on his back and then front on the ground thrice. He then flung Monkey at the others. "Sorry, Tigress! Sorry Riku1 Sorry! Sorry! Sorry!" Monkey cried.
Crane came back at them and blocked Donald and Goofy trying to slash him. Cloud charged at them and ended up clashing against Riku.
Shifu dodged Kai's attacks and closed the distance as Mickey kept firing numerous spells at the bull. But then, Shifu got distracted by Oogway's jade pendant and gets hit by a blade.
"Shifu!" cried Tigress.
"No!" cried Mickey as he, Riku, and Tigress ran over to the fallen Shifu.
Kai raised his hand as it glowed. "Bring them to me!" he called.
Mantis dragged Monkey to Kai while Crane did the same to Viper. The two screamed in horror as Kai transformed into jade pendants.
"NO!" cried Naminé.
"You son of a bitch!" roared Lea.
Ven snarled as he jumped into the air and tried to blast Kai with an Ultima Spell. But Kai used one blade to knock Wayward Wind out of Ven's grasp and then wrapped the other one around Ven.
Ven screamed in terror as Kai dragged him towards him and then turned Ven into a jade pendant.
"VEN!" Xion screamed.
"NO!" Donald and Goofy cried.
The others ran towards Kai, but Cloud knocked Roxas back with a kick to his chest. Roxas galred as he got up and jumped over Cloud and clashed his Keyblades against Cloud;'s sword. But Cloud was able to push Roxas back and then kick him in the chest. Roxas dropped Oathkeeper and Oblivion and screamed as he flew towards Kai, who turned him into a jade pendant.
"ROXAS!" Lea, Naminé, and Xion screamed.
"Give them back you bastard!" snapped Kairi as she lunged at Kai, but he kicked her back.
Naminé and Xion rushed at Kai but he quickly tied them up with his blades. The two screamed as Kai dragged them towards him and then turned the two into jade pendants.
"NOOO!" Lea screamed in agony.
"You're gonna pay for that!" Kairi yelled angrily.
Kairi, Donald, and Goofy charged at Kai but he slashed them all across their chests with one of his blades, sending them falling back.
Lea had Flame Liberator float behind him as he resummoned his charkarms and had them engulfed in flames as he charged forward at full speed. Lea tried to slash Kai but the bull was able to dodge him until he threw his blades at Lea. The redhead jumped into the air as the blades flew past him and jammed into the wooden stairs.
Lea landed in between the chains with a smirk.
"Ha! You missed, Green Eyes!" he smirked.
Kai just smirked evilly. "Did I?" he asked as he pulled his blades back.
The blades retracted but thanks to Kai's power, they crossed each other before they bashed into Lea's back and pushed him towards Kai. Lea screamed in horror as he neared Kai and the evil former general turned the redhead into a jade pendant.
"LEA! NO!" cried Kairi.
Kairi gripped her Keyblade hard as she charged at Kai and tried to strike him with a Raging Storm spell. But Kai blocked it with his blades and the spell struck Kairi back into the mountain.
Kairi struggled to get up when Kai wrapped his blades around her and dragged her towards him. Kairi screamed in terror as Kai and she was turned into a jade pendant.
"KAIRI!" Riku, Donald, Goofy, and Mickey cried in horror.
"NO!" cried Tigress.
Kai smirked at the remaining kung fu masters.
"Now it's time for your chi." he said darkly.
Kai threw his blades at the four near the staircase. Riku, Mickey, Tigress, and Shifu braced for the impact… when they heard two familiar voices grunt in pain. They looked up and to their horror, they saw Donald and Goofy wrapped in the chains attached to Kai's blades. They had stood in front to protect them.
"DONALD! GOOFY!" cried Mickey.
"Run for it!" cried Donald.
"Get outta here fellers!" cried Goofy.
Kai just laughed as he pulled Donald and Goofy towards him. Donald quackled scaredly as Goofy shouted his signature hollar as Kai turned the two into jade pendants.
"NO!" Mickey screamed in horror.
"That's it." Tigress growled as she went to attack Kai again, only for Shifu to pull her close.
"No! You must warn Po and Sora!" said Shifu.
"Master, please!" Tigress begged.
"Shifu's right!" said Mickey. "You and Riku must warn the others."
"We're not leaving you behind!" said Riku.
Suddenly, Kai flungs a blade between Mickey & Shifu and Riku & Tigress, knocking them back in different directions. Kai then wrapped Oogway's statue with his blades.
"I will show you the true power of chi, brother!" Kai sneered.
With all his strength and the power of chi, he lifted the statue from the ground. Kai grunted as he threw the statue into the Jade Palace, absolutely wrecking an enormous chunk of it.
"No!" cried Shifu.
"Oh no!" gasped Mickey.
"Dammit!" cursed Tigress.
"Oh shit…" gasped Riku.
Kai then threw the statue down the stairs, wrecking it to pieces.
Shifu watched in sadness as pieces of many scrolls containing such wisdom and power scatter all over the ground.
"Oogway... forgive me." Shifu said sadly as Mickey tried to comfort him.
Kai just chuckled as he lifted Oogway's jade pendant. "Hmm? What do you say, Oogway? Do you forgive him?" he asked mockingly.
Mickey and Shifu glared deadly at kai as they struggled to get up.
"You may have destroyed the Jade Palace, but you will never succeed." sneered Shifu. "There will always be someone to stop you."
"Who? The panda? His chi is strong, but it won't be enough. He will meet the same fate as you." Kai smirked.
"No…" Shifu wheezed.
"And so will every panda in that village." added Kai.
"You do anything to any of them, it'll be the last thing you ever do in your entire existence, Kai!" growled Mickey.
"Don't be so sure, mouse." smirked Kai. "The chi of all those pandas will be mine. And the ones that belong to your friends."
"No…" gasped Mickey.
"And once I'm done, the seven lights will forge the χ-blade with the 13 darknesses." Kai added.
Kai then turned Mickey and Shifu into pendants. The power surged through him.
"Yes…" Kai grinned.
Riku and Tigress hide behind a rock as they watch this happen. As Kai turned Cloud, Crane, and Mantis back into pendants Tigress grabbed the jade scroll.
"You heard what Shifu said, you must warn Sora, Po, and the others." said Riku.
"What about you?" asked Tigress.
"I'll hold Kai off long enough for you to get ahead." said Riku. "Those directions in that scroll should help you."
Tigress was shocked. "Riku, are you nuts?! You'll get captured!"
"Even if I do, you'll still get a head start." said Riku as he placed a hand on Tigress' shoulder. "Go while you still can!"
Tigress reluctantly nodded as Riku went to confront Kai.
"Po, Sora, I hope you're all ready." Tigress said to herself as she rushed off.
Riku summoned Braveheart as he walked up to Kai.
"Well, well, well." Kai smirked. "The Keyblade Master who once sided with darkness. Where's the tiger."
"None of your concern, you bastard." Riku snarled.
"Oh I'll find her." said Kai. "You can't possibly hope to defeat me."
Riku just smirked as he got into a fighting position.
"I'm not saying I will. Just holding you off." he replied.

Mission: Fight Kai until Tigress escapes

Riku
Riku charged forward and blasted Kai with a Blizzaga spell, knocking the bull back. Kai sneered as he launched his blades at Riku, who managed to push them away and side-kick Ki in the chest. Kai punched Riku in the stomach before kicking him back. Riku got up and fired Dark Firaga at Kai, who barely managed to dodge it. Kai sent his blades back at Riku, who jumped into the air to dodge them and thens struck Kai with a Perlza spell.
Kai sneered as he jumped up at Riku and the two tossed their weapons in the air as they punched and kicked each other. But Riku managed to double-kick Kai in the face as he grabbed his Keyblade and struck the bull with an Ice Barrage spell. Kai gravevd his blades and slashed Riku twice before Riku leaped up to dodge a 3rd slash and then slashed Kai himself with Braveheart. On the 5th slash, Riku casted Thunder Tracer against the bull before leaping back. Kai sent his knives at Riku, but he was able to duck from them and fired Icicle Mine against Kai, nearly making him fall down the stairs behind him.
Riku jumped up and casted Pulse Tracer at Kai, but the bull dodged it as he jumped into the air and tried to slash the silverhead. He only managed one slash as Riku bashed Braveheart into Kai's face and then casted Fission Firaga against him before he descended down and then fired Tornado Tracer at the bull. Kai fell down but was able to land on his feet and threw his blades at Riku again, but Riku was able to bash them away and then cast Transcendence on Kai, lifting him into the air. Riku concentrated hard as he held Braveheart in the air and then shouted,
"ULTIMA!"
Energy orbs of light struck Kai several times before knocking him to the ground.

Riku panted as he cured himself.
"That oughta hold him for a while." he mused.
"But not forever." came a voice.
Riku turned around and gasped as out of a corridor of darkness came Ansem and Xemnas. Ansem wore his usual attire while Xemnas still wore the black coat. It had been Ansem who spoke.
"Ansem, Xemnas." Riku sneered.
"You did well to fight General Kai." said Ansem. "But even a powerful Keyblade Master like you should know that you can't hold down a master of chi."
"Wasn't planning to." huffed Riku. "I was just keeping him busy while Tigress escaped."
"As that may be, Kai will still find her and that village." said Xemnas. "And soon, all those pandas and the rest of your team will be Kai's. And the 7 lights will belong to us."
"And what makes you so sure of that?" asked Riku.
Suddenly, two chains wrapped around Riku, making him gasp in alarm as he dropped Braveheart, dismissing itself when it hit the ground. Riku turned around and saw a panting Kai hold the chains in place.
"You were a worthy opponent." Kai smirked. "And you will be perfect serving me."
Kai pulled back as Riku flew towards him. Riku yelled out as Kai turned him into a jade pendant.
Then, the more people emerged from the corridor Ansem and Xemnas came out of. It was Master Xehanort, Young Xehanort, and Xigbar.
"Well done Kai." praised Xehanort. "You were able to capture several Keyblade Masters among more kung fu masters. I am impressed."
"Thank you Master Xehanort." said Kai. "And now I must go to that secret panda village to claim the rest."
"We would take you ourselves but the pathways may corrupt you too much as it is a great distance away." said Young Xehanort. "You'd lose sight of your goal."
"I understand." said Kai.
"Good luck on your journey." said Ansem.
"Soon, all this world's chi will belong to you." said Xemnas.
"You do remember our deal, correct?" asked Xehanort.
Kai smirked and nodded. "You have my word, Master Xehanort."
Xehanort smirked.
"Excellent. I wish you well, General Kai." said Xehanort.
Xehanort, Ansem, Xemnas, and Young Xehanort walked through the corridor. Before Xigbar followed them, he looked at Kai with a curious expression.
"By the way Kai, where did you learn how to take chi anyway?" asked Xigbar. "It doesn't seem like an easy thing to do."
Kai chuckled. "Well, all those centuries ago… I had help from an interesting person." he replied.
Flashback, 500 years ago:
In the panda village, Kai watched as Oogway practiced chi alongside the pandas. His eyes shone with greed and desire.
"Such great power…" Kai said greedily. "I must have it. With the power of chi from all over China, I could rule over everyone…"
"That's pretty wishful thinking, wouldn't ya say?" came a voice.
Kai turned around and saw an unfamiliar person. He was concealed with a black cloak.
"Who are you?" asked Kai.
"My name is not important." the man replied. "If it was, I would've told you at the start of this conversation."
Kai looked bemused and amused at the same time.
"But enough of that noise, you want this world's chi all to yourself huh?" he asked.
Kai's expression turned dark and greedy.
"I do. I want it all." the bull replied. "With such power in my grasp, I can rule this entire world with an iron fist."
"And an iron fist that packs a punch full of chi huh?" the man chuckled.
"Uh… yes…" Kai replied.
"Well I gotta say, your desire is pretty intriguing to my interest." said the man. "Although, I've seen it a lot during my time."
"'Your time?' What're you talking about?" asked Kai.
"Eh, I'd rather not bore you with the details." said the man. "But enough about me. I think I can help you get all the chi of the world."
Kai looked at the man with interest.
"You can?" he asked.
The man nodded. "Surely you know that what can be given can also be taken. Pretty easily if it is easy." he replied. "Anyone can learn how to give chi."
The man walked over to a blooming flower.
"But it takes great skill and concentration to take chi." he said.
The man kneeled down to the flower and began to maneuver his hands. Kai watched with interest as the man's gloved hands glowed a jade green. The flower glowed green too when a glowing orb emerged from it. The man had the orb absorb inside him as the flower wilted.
"What did you do?" Kai asked in awe.
"What does it look like?" asked the man. "I took it's chi. And you can too. You wanna take chi from a person, you gotta concentrate real hard, and i mean real hard to take it. And once you master your first plant, you'll be able to move onto people. And soon, you'll have people's chi! Congratulations!" he added with a cheer while clapping.
Kai blinked in confusion.
"Alright." he finally replied as he approached a flower bush. Concentrating hard, Kai maneuvered his hands as they glowed a jade green. The man watched in thertest as a glowing orb appeared from the flower bush as it wilted. The orb absorbed itself inside Kai.
"Wow… nice job General Kai." praised the man. "Now go out there and use that on those who are unworthy of such power."
Kai grinned evilly. "Oh I will." he said as he turned to the man. "Thank you. And by the way, what is your name?"
The man looked taken aback. "What did I just tell you?!" he spluttered before calming down. "Alright. I can't tell you my name. But… I can tell you what they call me."
"What do they call you?" asked Kai.
"... The Master." the man replied.
"The… Master?" Kai asked in confusion.
"Hey, gotta remain subtle." the Master replied. "Wel,, I'd better go." he said as he opened a corridor of darkness and light. "Have fun claiming what's yours!"
The Master disappeared through the corridor as it closed.
Kai watched the Master go before looking down at Oogway and the pandas with a sinister grin, ready to take all the chi of the pandas.
Present:
Xigbar was intrigued by Kai's story.
"The Master huh?" Xigbar mused.
"Pity I never learned his real name." Kai said before shrugging. "Oh well. What he taught me helped me become stronger."
"It sure did." nodded Xigbar.
"With that said, I have to go." said Kai. "I got a village to invade."
"Well, good luck with that." said Xigbar.
Kai nodded as he walked off. Xigbar watched him go, deep in thought.
"Well… that's interesting." he mused.
Xigbar then walked through the corridor as it disappeared behind him.

And now we've met an exclusive character from "Legend of the Three Caballeros" - Xandra, the Goddess of Adventure, who is currently living on Ithaquack.
But Kai has struck again. The Jade Palace is destroyed and Riku, Kairi, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Roxas, Lea, Naminé, Xion, Ven, Viper, Monkey, and Shifu have been captured.
Tigress is their only hope in warning Sora, Po, and the others. Let;s hope she can make it.
And it was the Master of Masters who taught Kai how to take chi during his "disappearance."
