Chained Together

Author's Note: Got this idea recently and can no longer ignore it so here- a new story! I don't own House or the characters. Please read and review!

House and Cuddy were in the middle of a huge argument, when a mysterious girl walked in. She looked sickly and pale.

"Sorry to interrupt your lover's quarrel, but I need to see Doctor House." She said.

"We are not lovers!" Cuddy protested.

House smirked, "Honey, I thought we weren't getting the divorce."

Cuddy looked pissed, "You have no right-"

"Calm down. I was only joking!"

"Well you better stop joking and do your job! Take this girl to the clinic and figure out what's wrong with her!" Cuddy ordered.

House stuck his tongue out at Cuddy and then frowned all the way out of her office taking the clearly ill girl with him. When they got to the clinic, House realized he was being stared at.

"What's wrong? You've never seen a doctor with three legs before?" House asked annoyed.

"Three legs?" The patient asked confused.

House held up his cane.

"Oh! Now I get it!"

"Good, because I don't feel like explaining it."

"What was with that girl?"

"You mean Cuddy? She's just cranky during her visit with Aunt Flow."

"I don't think it's appropriate to tell period jokes."

"Hey, who's the doctor here?"

"You are but-"

"My god, you sound just like her."

"I just think it's a good idea to have a civil conversation with her."

"And now you sound just like Wilson!"

"Who's Wilson?"

"That would be me." Wilson said walking through the door.

"It seems Cuddy finally got you to do some hours in the clinic. When you're done wanna grab some lunch?"

"I'm done now. Patient has minor kidney infection and will be prescribed antibiotics."

Wilson and House left for lunch, while the patient sat there and contemplated.

(House MD. House MD.)

The first thing in the following morning, House found himself handcuffed to Cuddy. He didn't know if he was having a fantasy or a nightmare. He tugged hard hoping to wake himself up when he realized he wasn't asleep. Cuddy awoke to House tugging against the handcuffs.

"House, what the hell happened?" She asked in her outrage. "Please tell me we didn't have sex."

She gazed at House turning completely red, "Did we?"

"I honestly don't know."

"Well, what happened we have to get out. Do you have a kitchen knife or something?"

"Nothing to cut through this. But the Blue Home Market would have some."

"But they're not open today. It's Saturday and it won't be open until Monday and frankly I don't believe I can hold it for that long."

"Then let's go to the bathroom. I promise I won't stare at your lady parts."

House tried to sneak a peek anyways.

"House!"

"Come on! I promised not to stare. I never promised not to look!"

"Maybe we should go to the hospital. There's no way I can sit here chained to you until Monday."

"There's no way either of us can drive like this and I don't think I can do the leg work."

"So, what do we do?"

"Let's call, Wilson."

(House MD. House MD.)

"House, why are calling. I'm off today and you know I was sleeping in." Wilson complained.

"I got chained to Cuddy." House answered.

"Seriously, House? You know I don't like sexual fantasies."

"He's not lying."

"And now you got a stripper playing along in your prank. Look call me later, when I'm awake and we can talk about all the freaky positions she could do."

After that, Wilson hung up before House or Cuddy could protest further.

"Well, we might be stuck this way until noon." House said.

"I cannot stay this way until noon! It's only six!" Cuddy complained.

"What do you want me to do, mom?"

"Let's call Foreman. He'll believe me."

Cuddy dialed Foreman with her spare hand.

"Dr. Cuddy, is that you calling?" Foreman asked.

"Yes, I need you to meet me down at House's apartment. Something happened."

"Do you need an ambulance?"

"No, but bring a saw and hurry!"

Foreman was a bit confused, but raced over to House's with an extremely sharp surgical saw. He then saw House and Cuddy chained together. He was even more confused but kept his composure- like always.

"Here, let me help the two of you out." Foreman said calmly. He used the saw to cut the two of them apart.

"Thanks, Dr. Foreman."

"It seems to me like we have a case." House announced.

"What case?"

"The case of who handcuffed us together in the first place."

Author's Note: So should I continue? Will they ever figure out who did it? Please read and review and I may continue. No flames but constructive criticism is welcome! :D!
